I ordered the combination pho, which comes with several types of meat. However, the waitress told me they didn't have all the meats and that she would add some extra meats for the ones they didn't have. However, you have to make sure you have all the ingredients for each dish. My companion's dish also didn't have any meat.

This used to be one of my favorite neighborhood spots. The summer rolls are my favorite and I stop in for them periodically. Over the years they have shrunk significantly and the price has gone up. $10 for these scrawny things. The value is WAY off. The pho is excellent and haven’t noticed a change in the value.

I’ve been coming to this pho restaurant for years, and it never disappoints. The portions are generous, the flavors are incredibly rich, and the food is always fresh. Their fried egg rolls are hands-down the best I’ve ever had — super crispy and packed with flavor. The service here is consistently amazing. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. The restaurant is also very clean, which makes the whole dining experience even better. If you love pho, or just great food in general, this place is a must-try. I’ll keep coming back!

Me and my family have been coming here for YEARS! Wait staff is so nice and everyone treats us like part of their family. The food here is such comfort after a bad day or to come here as a celebration. Hell, they even covered the bill for me and my family once. This restaurant is one of my favorite spots by the city and I wouldn’t think about dining anywhere else for a Pho. My recommendation is the build your own pho with veggies, meatballs, and egg noodles along with a side of the chicken wings and a coconut boba tea to go! Thank you so much for y’all’s hospitality and kindness! -Amanda

Google
Quiet but inviting atmosphere with staff that were kind. The food was excellent but I wish the pickled vegetables that came with the egg rolls had a stronger pickled taste and the basil was a tad wilted that came with the Pho. On the other hand if those were hand made sauces on the table kudos cause the fish sauce was really strong and added flavor to an already great Pho tai stock. I can easily see myself changing to a 5 star rating if I get a few more visits and a few more plates under my belt

We used to come to this place twice a month pre Covid years. The taste of food definitely has changed. I was disappointed at the vermicelli salad bowl my daughter ordered as it only had 4 shrimp. The stir fried noodles I ordered could’ve tasted better - I think they could’ve made the sauce a little bit thicker as it was too loose and was not sticking to the noodles, meat, and veggies. My mom ordered their pho and said it didn’t have enough noodles in it (for someone who’s 65 years old and does not eat a lot). The appetizers not pictured are still delicious but has shrunk in size just like other places due to inflation - fried egg rolls and marinated pork spring roll is a must try!

Being a pho enthusiast, I couldn't resist trying this place close to our hotel. Despite its small size, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded for a Friday night. Quick seating and prompt food service were a plus. The pho broth was delicious, and my son loved his wings. If you're craving good pho, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I decided to try this location since I was desperately craving Phò. It's super close to my home. This is located in a shopping center and it's right beside a bubble tea place also. The pho itself was delicious. I got the mean combination that included steak, meatballs, and tripe. I got the regular size, and it was more than enough to get me full. They also offer a "Large" and that one is soooooo HUGE, that I believe it would be good to share if you get that size. It definitely hit the spot for sure. I also ordered their Vietnamese coffee, and it was good as always. Nice and strong, just how I like it. They do offer rice dishes, noodles, regular soups, and appetizers. All the employees were super friendly and welcoming when we walked in. The place is like any normal pho restaurant. Very open floor plan, but unfortunately, it was super hot inside. I'm not sure if their AC was broken, and they did have a fan blowing, but it still was not enough. It didn't help that I was also eating Pho, but none the less it was still a delicious place. Will definitely be returning.

Yelp
The service was great! We both got the pho with flank and brisket. The broth was really clear which was amazing, and the meat was tender. The ambiance was very cozy and quiet and made for a nice atmosphere to chat casually without having to shout to be heard. Will be back again!

Yelp
My roommate mentioned how delicious the Pho here was so I decided to grab some lunch to go. I walked in and it was pretty busy, which is a great thing. Means that the food is definitely good. I placed my order and it was ready in less than 10min. It was very clean and the aroma of the authentic food was a very pleasant smell. The young lady mentioned that they were out of chicken broth but many say that the Pho Gà is still delicious with the beef broth so that's what I got. Let me tell you!!!! It was delicious and the portions were plentiful. I also got the passion fruit tea with rainbow jelly and it was yummy to my tummy. This will definitely be one of my favorite spots. Go check them out, you will not be disappointed

Yelp
First Pho restaurant I've tried in Charlotte. Pho was okay. Did not come with all of the meat stated on the description. Rip off! The main disappointing part is the chili oil. I asked for extra and was told no. Only one per person/pho order. I even said I'll pay extra and it was still a no. Was told that they make it fresh daily and they always run out so that's why they decide to portion it out. I really don't understand why not just make extra and refrigerate them. Can't even satisfy a customer by such a simple request of extra chili oil. Such a disappointment. Won't be returning!

Yelp
I had a medium Pho bowl with the beef combination and the portion was perfect. It was so good! I had never had the rare beef with Pho and I would definitely get it again. Great service and sweet tea!

Yelp
I was drinking a bottled water and just brought it inside. After we were seated our server came over and said "no outside food or drinks allowed." (What? It was a bottle of water!) She told us to put the bottle of water in our purse or go put it in the car. I said ok thinking we could just order first. But she just stood there waited and stared. She said I had to do it now or else she would have to throw it away. I said ok and we got up and left. Ridiculous.

Yelp
I enjoyed the pho here. I ordered pho tai well done. Broth was tasty enough. I knew it was authentic since they had fish sauce on the table and I didn't have to ask for it. Service was great. Restaurant was typical of authentic pho spot, no frills (fine by me), and appeared pretty clean. I'd recommend to give it a try.

Yelp
Bad service. Bán và cư sử không cần khách . Bán đĩa cơm extra 1 trứng, mình nói mình trả tiền thêm mua thêm trứng chiên , mà không bán thêm. 1 người limit / 1 trứng ăn... Crazy

Yelp
this is our go to Pho place in Charlotte. It is always super delicious and very authentic. Whenever I'm not feeling pho, I will get the com dac biet which is delicious too!!! Wish it wasn't so far away from us in matthews. When: Saturday party of two dine in at 2 PM Overall: 4.7/5 Food: 4.8/5 - probably our favorite pho place in Charlotte. The broth is really good as well as the noodles and the meat. We usually get a Pho tai and / or the com dac biet. Theyre both sooo delicious and full of flavor!!! Authentic for sure. We usually pass ok the appetizers- theyre decent but overpriced IMO. Drink: 4.7/5 - we usually get the cafe sua da aka vietnamese iced coffee. Bomb!!! Also the ice here is the pebble ice like chickfila so yummmm. Service: 4.4/5 - the people that work there are usually doing multiple roles at once: they are hosting, serving, busing, and doing cashier as well. They are super understaffed, so you may be waiting for a table, but also waiting to put your order in and for your food. However, they are all super nice and apologize for the long wait. They could use at least one more person working there up front. You can tell they are all working their butts off running around trying to do everything so they are doing the best that they can. Vibes: 4/5 - it's like your typical Pho restaurant. Probably not somewhere where you want to take someone on a first date but you're not going there for the atmosphere or the vibe, you're going there for the food. Other: free surface lot parking. Same parking center as super G Mart.

Yelp
This is my spot! I love their Chicken Pho! It's my comfort food. They now have veggie broth, too I wanted a bobba with no sugar, and she said sure. I was shocked. I got a mango with bobba soaked in honey. It's delicious. They have dairy free options made with avocado for a thick, robust creamy texture.

Yelp
Woke up to diarrhea in the morning. Soon realized I got the stomach bug. Ate their pho last night. This is my first time ever getting the stomach bug in my life!! I will never ever eat here again!! Portion is small and not worth the price.

Yelp
Visiting Charlotte and gave this place a shot. Food ratio does no equal to price . Being from CA , I'm used to high prices and aware of operating costs. I had their pho combo and came with literally 3-4oz. of noodle. The taste was not that I had expected. Too much msg , too little ingredients. Service was odd with food and water brought @ same time . Perhaps inexperienced ?
google avatar

David D.

Yelp
Best pho in Charlotte, hands down. You won't find broth that's that good anywhere else.

Yelp
This place must be PAYING for reviews or something because this was easily the WORST Asian restaurant I've tried in Charlotte. ambience: 1-star service: 1-star food: 1-star NOTHING good about this place. Lest you think maybe it's MY standards, I can assure you I lived near Santa Ana CA where they have REAL Asian food, for 20 years. This place is a travesty by comparison. Will not repeat.

Laurie T.

Yelp
Fantastic food & service. This is a regular for us when in the area for lunch. Easily in/out in our lunchtime allotment. Great prices & quality food. Love their fish tanks - very pretty & healthy fish.

Carlee B.

Yelp
By now, I truly feel like part of this family. I absolutely adore the authentic Vietnamese dishes they serve -- the chicken wings, spring rolls, and Bun Bo Hue are among my favorites. No matter what time you visit, you'll find people enjoying great food and good company. This has become my go-to spot for a solo lunch, a perfect hidden gem with consistently amazing food where I always feel welcome and satisfied.

Yelp
The best pho in the Charlotte area! The beef combination pho is my favorite, the broth is well seasoned. The service is impeccable and they are always super friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough.
google avatar

Whisper J.

Yelp
I have been coming to this restaurant for many years, and Ive never once been dissatisfied. The service was always nice and polite, and the food always served fresh and hot and with an abundance of flavors. It can be sometimes noisy as the seating is somewhat close together but I hardly consider that a complaint considering how amazing this place is. Definitely try it if you have never been!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here on a rainy Saturday. Their spicy BBH was so good. Our server Anna was very nice and friendly.

Yelp
I've been coming here for over a year now, EVERY FRIDAY! Best pho in Charlotte. All of the ladies working are the absolute best, memorizing my order and having it ready ASAP! I've brought all my family and friends and coworkers here. I typically get pho with rare steak on the side, lychee bubble tea, and I love their fresh spring rolls!
google avatar

Neely S.

Yelp
Best Pho in Charlotte hands down. The flat noodles are insane too. Try the fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork.

Yelp
Great service, decent parking, and plenty of room for large parties. Pho is above average. I've been a frequent visitor of the pho promised land...Garden Grove and Westminster California. So I'm well versed on the nuances of top notch pho. But this is Charlotte, so I gotta take what I can get. It's definitely a trek for most people, but thankfully, it's worth the drive. The food is good. You can't miss. And that's nice...
google avatar

Yelp
Always my first stop when I'm feeling like Pho! Hands down, the best in the Matthews area!
google avatar

Sandy Y.

Yelp
LEGIT VIET FOOD! Bun bo hue comes with pigs blood!!! Yummmmm. Only restaurant since moving to NC (from LA) serves it that way. Generous portions. BEST VALUE FOR THE PRICE. Not spending $20 for a mediocre bowl of pho like other places. Ordered take out and packaged very well, the girl who took my order was on point and asked all the right questions (such as how spicy I wanted my bun bo hue), and I like it SPICY!
google avatar

Debra W.

Yelp
This is my son's favorite place in all of Charlotte to get pho. Anytime we are on this side of town he will always ask for us to stop and eat here. The service can sometimes be slow and that is really my biggest gripe. But the food is always good. I mean always. And the place is always clean. You know as I'm writing this review - I'm realizing how much I do enjoy the food here. If it was closer, we would probably chose this place more often. The broth here is light and clean but always flavorful. The toppings for the pho are always fresh. My go to is bun bo hue and they do it right here. I originally posted this review at a 4 star but after my most recent visit I decided to upgrade to a 5. They are consistently good at this location. The food is AlWAYS delicious. The place is ALWAYS clean. The servers are ALWAYS friendly. It's a lot to be said.

Yelp
Great experience. Food amazing. Customer service pretty good and they have great lighting with ample room for group dinner.

Yelp
Hmmm ... this was one of the least favorable vietnamese restaurants experiences for me. I had high hopes coming here based on the reviews, but it wasn't very good. The Bo Kho had decent flavor and good amount of meat, but the texture and taste of teh carrots was off-putting. It seemed very old or the vegetables were of low quality. We also ordered rice vermicelli with grilled chicken, and the lemongrass was way too overpowering. It was way too much. We did get some chicken pho, which was not bad, but offered very little chicken. The spring rolls were not great either ... the rice wrappers were a bit dry and the inside tasted old as well. The service was very slow. I wonder if they are short on workers or just weren't prepared. That said, the servers were friendly, which was really the only clear positive i came away with.
google avatar

Lauren V.

Yelp
10 months later and Pho Huong Que is still my JAM. Sometimes I think about trying something new, but the Rice Vermicelli Bowl with Chicken is too darn good. It's consistently fresh and tasty, and the people who work there are so friendly! Love.

Emily A.

Yelp
Hands down my family's favorite pho restaurant to date (there are several close 2nd place restaurants!). We've been going here for years and the staff feels like family. This is the only food my toddler will consistently devour too, no matter what mood he's in. Definitely try the pork sausage rolls and the chicken wings! They also make a perfect Arnold Palmer!

Mr B.

Yelp
Best place to get pho. The service is superb and prices are fair. I've been going here for years and they have never let me down. Try it out when you can. You won't regret it.
google avatar

Javier L.

Yelp
You should know that I HATE pho....but I love Asian cuisine in general, just not big on soups of any kind, unless it's clam chowder and seafood soups. The food here, from the spring rolls to the egg rolls, to the fried rice and everything else, I found, was overpriced and lacking seasoning. I felt like I hadn't really eaten because I wasn't happy about the food. If you're into pho, then you should try it. My nephew and niece didn't really like their pho, but I can't say if it was/wasn't good. I won't be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Been coming here for years. Excellent food and service with a smile. I've tried all in Charlotte, this spot is my number 1 go to when visiting CLT. By the way it's family run.+++++
google avatar

Yer L.

Yelp
This has always been our favorite pho place that's closest to our house. It's been awhile since we've eaten here. Not sure if it's the their busy day or the pandemic but the fried egg rolls and chicken wings was a disappointment..... They use to be so good. I've also posted the UPDATED MENU we got during our take out order.
google avatar

Grace P.

Yelp
I live in Northern VA, a friend who lives in NC took us here. Best pho place we've ever had! Great service!
google avatar

Darrell P.

Yelp
Possibly the best Vietnamese food I have had in Charlotte. I recommend the vermicelli bowl with any of the proteins. The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant was extremely clean.

Derek H.

Yelp
I moved to Florida from Indian trail Nc and whenever I am in town this is the first place I stop, and the last place before I head back home. The food is GREAT. The customer service is Outstanding ! After 5 yrs. they even remembered my name. This restaurant goes far beyond Great Expectation!! Best food ever.
google avatar

A. J.

Yelp
I really like this place the staff are friendly and kind. The food taste authentic. It's small and not really fancy but a great place to eat good and relax
google avatar

Antoinette K.

Yelp
Cooked fresh, you can even have the noodles prepared crunchy! Flavor galore and very sweet waitress They make fresh squeezed orange or lemonade ! Going back soon !
google avatar

Yelp
This is the best Pho restaurant in NC. Place is always clean and great service. Also very good chicken wings and spring rolls.
google avatar

Yelp
Great pho and fried rice. Egg rolls are always super fresh and hot. Convenient location too since super g mart is there for groceries.
google avatar

Jenny H.

Yelp
This restaurant reminded me of authentic food from home! I was shopping at Super G and decided to try it since it was on the strip. I'm usually skeptical of trying new Viet places but this exceeded my expectations! They were about to close so I asked if it was okay and they still sat us right away even though they were busy. The Bun Bo Hue and Bo Kho were delicious, some of the best I've had around Charlotte. Will be coming back and taking my mother when she visits next. Can tell this is a family business which I also appreciate and prices are affordable!

Raymond C.

Yelp
Very decent quality food. Pho, spring roll and everything! Now is my number 1 Vietnam restaurant in Charlotte
google avatar

Yelp
I come here for two years to eat phò. The phò here is excellent. The drinks are awesome too. They offer thai tea and avocado smoothie.
google avatar

David Z.

Yelp
We came in pretty late before they were closing (and yes I hate being that person), but I was really craving pho. Being from texas, I have had some pretty good pho, but I will say after moving to NC I was really missing a good bowl. This place did not disappoint. I got a big bowl of the Beef Combo Pho and it hit the soul. The grilled pork egg rolls were also full if flavor. Good service and amazing food!

Martha N.

Yelp
Best pho and vermicelli bun I've had in years!!! Very fresh vegetables and delicious charcoal grilled beef on my bun.

Yelp
The food was so good! The pork fresh spring rolls were to die for! I came for pho but ended up ordering the beef stew because wanted to try something different and I was not disappointed ANDDDDD THEY HAVE BUBBLE TEA

Yelp
1. The wait: we arrived at 2:30pm on a non-busy Sunday. There were 2 empty clean tables and 2 dirty but empty tables. Only 1 group waiting. We were then told it would be about a 15min wait for the table anyway but that's fine, so we left and got bubble tea next door. 25min later we finally get to sit down at a table (with 3 tables still clean and empty.....) We then proceeded to wait an additional 20min just for anyone to come by and take our order.....we actually had to ask 2 times for someone to take our order before they did eventually come by. We ordered a pho with steak, tripe, and meatballs (cost $1 extra for meatballs) and a bo bun hue (spicy noodles with 3 kinds of meat). We were told they were out of 1 of the meats for the spicy noodles, that was fine. But then we waited again.....and we weren't the only ones. With only about 6 tables seated, only 1 had food, 3 were waiting for their orders, and 2 were still waiting for their orders to be taken at all. There were multiple inquiries of good times from us and the other tables as time kept passing and no bowls came out. Never once have we had to wait longer than 5-10min for a good bowl of pho even at a busy place. It took over 30min of additional waiting before we got two sad bowls of soup. 2. The food: When the bowls arrived, I noticed the pho had no tripe at all and only 2 slices of meatballs ($1 upcharge?). So I inquired, and was told that they only give two meatballs per order. But it wasn't two meatballs, it was half a meatball cut into two quarter pieces. You're charged an extra dollar for half a meatball. What? Okay, so I asked if I could pay more for another order of meatballs because that's too little. I was told no, not even if I paid extra would I be allowed more meatballs because they don't allow that due to "shortages". If you read more reviews you'll note that they use that reason for any item. I've read on here they said no extra sauce, limes, meat, noodles, anything anyone asked for additional of was denied "due to shortages" even if you offered to pay more. PLEASE NOTE: THEY ARE LOCATED RIGHT BESIDE THE BIGGEST ASIAN GROCERY STORE IN CHARLOTTE AND COULD LITERALLY WALK TO RESTOCK IF NEEDED. And this isn't a new issue for them, I see they've been "out of stock" or "low in stock" of so many ingredients for years in their reviews. I'm not sure if this is sketchy business practices or mismanagement or cheapness but something is weird. But back to the food, they were out of tripe and I guess didn't feel the need to let me know when they brought the food out lol. Each meat was 2 pieces each max. And the noodles?! I don't think I've ever seen such an empty bowl of pho in my LIFE. I have never finished a whole bowl of noodles before, ever. It's usually full and way too much for me to eat. But this bowl? I finished entirely and was still hungry afterwards. I could have probably finished 3 whole bowls, that's how little it was. My husband ordered a large bowl, and it was the exact same thing. 3. The flavor: lacking at best, but I guess that makes sense with the lack of ingredients. I could only assume they go small and cheap making their soup broths too. The pho broth was alright, not something to suggest another to try out but not bad. The bo bun hue was not good. It somehow tasted like a seafood broth? But at the same time it was also bland as hell! Lol it made no sense, and freaked me out a bit honestly. Why would it taste fishy? They don't even have fish in this restaurant.....had it gone bad? I guess we shall see if my husband gets sick from it lol. 4. The prices: they charge 17.99 for a large bowl of nothing and 13.99 for a regular bowl of nothing lol. These aren't too bad if you got an actual bowl of pho, but you don't. They raised their prices this month they told me, not sure why as they don't give you enough food to even warrant 6.00 a bowl lol. I'd say their normal bowl would feed a child at best. Probably not even a very hungry one. Also note: NO OUTSIDE DRINKS ALLOWED. If you get a bubble tea from next door they will make you leave it in your car.

Yelp
The one PHO me! seriously i had been trying to find a good pho spot around Charlotte and just couldn't! The ones the I did try were either too salty and the broth was not right. Then I stumbled upon Pho Huong Que and it was perfect for me! So authentic and delicious fresh broth. I have been here countless times and won't stop going. They have other pho options on the menu along with other non pho dishes. I always go with #10
