Pho Khang offers a truly delightful dining experience. The food is authentic and flavorful, served piping hot and beautifully prepared. The staff are welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Combined with the cozy setting, it all made for a wonderful visit. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

Service was fantastic, I came in when it was still not that busy (waiters were eating, I felt bad) but the person who served me was very nice despite how busy it got later on. If you're craving Pho, this hits the spot. I got a small but it was still a big portion for me. A lot of noodles, a lot of beansprouts, an average amount of meat. I then got a smoothie to go and it was a full cup and really tasty.

Been going to this place for years After today no more, Got my food for take out, when I got back the sauce are all missing, Looks like new workers did not have this problem b4, After calling and letting them know what happen , and to ask did they remove that sauce, She just said she need to get back to work and next time I need to ask for the sauce ? Which never did i have to ask that b4, in short Warning carfull look at what you buy next time the beef will be missing and you need to ask for it

I ordered 8A The Brisket Pho, Husband ordered House Special Pho, and we shared a side order of Lemongrass Chicken. The noodles were a nice chewy texture. Soup base was on the light and clean side, not too strong. The portion was good. Wasn't a fan of the Lemongrass chicken, there wasn't any dipping sauce and the flavor was very light almost bland... sadly the chicken was dry considering it's thigh meat...

It’s our GO-TO. The pho is as good as it gets in Richmond. It’s consistent and cheaper than most places now. You also get a really healthy portion, more than a lot of Pho restaurants. The service has always been good, too. Bonus points for easy parking.

Pho Khang has been upping their game over the years. When I tried the restaurant years ago it was okay. The quality wasn’t as high. However in 2024 I have eaten there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and I’m impressed. I am not certain what changed however the food and the broth seem to be tastier. They are still reasonably priced and a go to when I need a quick tasty meal. When calling in for take out they are incredible. 10-15 minutes and the food is bagged up and ready for you. Well packaged in containers that don’t leak.

A charming family-owned PHÕ restaurant and had an outstanding dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a friendly server who immediately made me feel at home. Her genuine smile and attention to detail was remarkable, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the spring rolls. They were incredibly crunchy and crisp, packed with a generous amount of fresh ingredients. Every bite was delightful explosion of textures and flavours. The vermicelli dishes were equally impressive, with tender and smooth noodles perfectly complementing the vibrant and fresh ingredients. The phõ soup was piping hot and bursting with rich and complex flavours that were truly satisfying. This family-run gem stands out not only for its delicious food but also for its exceptional service. I can’t wait to return and enjoy another meal here.

I recently ordered takeout from your restaurant, but the experience was very disappointing: 1. The sauce container was not properly sealed, and the sauce spilled everywhere, leaving my car messy with a strong smell that is difficult to clean. 2. No utensils were provided with the order, which seriously affected the dining experience. 3. This makes me wonder if it was done intentionally because I did not leave a tip. If not, I would like a reasonable explanation. This experience was very frustrating, and I have decided not to order from your restaurant again. I hope you take this matter seriously and improve your service to prevent such incidents in the future.

This place seemed quite popular with the locals and regulars. It was quiet when I came in slightly before noon. I was the first customer. It began to fill up after 12 pm and most of the tables were taken. I tried the sate beef sate pho. It was not what I expected. It was just spicy broth. If there were peanuts or peanut butter in it, I could barely taste it. If I did not expect it to be like other sate pho at other restaurants, this was quite tasty. Service was minimal. They kinda leave you alone after bringing the food. Parking is available in the plaza.

We were impressed by the food and service. This strip mall spot is a delight to find. Too bad we were so late to the game because it gets busy with a line. The only waitress for this restaurant was busy but she had it under control. Watching her work was like a ballet as she pirouetted from table to table. Food was great, flavours were like being in Vietnam. Clean and warm.

This is our Go To Vietnamese restaurant. We eat here 2 or 3 times a month and are never disappointed. We have been to Vietnam several times so are very familiar with the cuisine. Pho Khang is more like street food in VN. Their pho is excellent and substantial. Bahn Mi are great. And the hot pot is fabulous on a winter evening. Actually we've never had anything there we didn't enjoy. This is a family run business and they are unfailingly welcoming and provide excellent service. Oh, and btw, prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

*Small Family Restaurant Series* Typical Mom & Pop & Kids kind of vibe, very homey and cozy! Food is very decent with consistency, love their BBH as their broth is both flavourful and just the right amount of spiciness!! Another highlight item is there House Special, when you are hungry and craving for a bit more, go for the House Special X-Large! Not only you get plenty of different cuts of beef, you will also find extra Pho as well! Also a great one to share and order other items to make for more variety! Super friendly service and plenty of free parking at this open neighbourhood Mall!!

Excellent local pho joint in a strip mall. Reasonably priced, no frill service, quick in and out.

Mediocre food. Ordered online for pick up with digital receipt but they said that price is actually different when we arrived for pick up. We were forced to whatever price they said at pick up even when we showed the online receipt. They just said that they didn't update the online system, but you can order from it. If we have known the price difference then we would have ordered at another restaurant to begin with. Very disappointing. Not a honest restaurant, will never go back.

Spring rolls $7.95 Shrimp & pork salad roll $7.95 Well done brisket & beef ball pho $13.95 (size small) I really like how their pho soup wasn't super oily or too salty, and the chewy al-dente noodles soaked up the flavor nicely. Both the brisket & beef balls were tender too! The salad roll ingredients were really fresh and they don't skip out on that filling! With the sweet & saltiness of the peanut sauce, it makes a great appetizer. The spring rolls were a little more on the soggy side so there is room for improvement on that! The prices are reasonable for the portions you get. There's a large size for noodles as well. The parents are the chefs & the kids are the servers; and their efficient and friendly service really stands out along with the cozy atmosphere! Food comes quickly too so you'll be in and out within 30-45 mins. They're pretty busy especially on weekends, feel free to make a reso! TIP: Get 10% off your takeout order from Mon-Thurs after 3pm!

Ordered take out which was very quick but I went home with the wrong order. Not sure if the lady on the phone was confused but I wanted the house special and only got the beef balls pho. It was still pretty satisfying on a cold winter night, though nothing to write home about in terms of the broth. We also took home the chicken bahn mi for our lunch the next day. The baguette was still crispy on the outside, and the pickled veggies were the perfect balance to the thick pieces of chicken. Would give them another try one of these nights. Maybe I'll actually get the house special this time

Love pho. This restaurant is near my high school, easy to park and serves great food. The environment is clean.

Tried this place a few times now and it was always been my favorite. Large portion, lots of meat, soup was tasty. Friendly staff.

Food is good, service is good, place is clean than traditional restaurant, the most important is the washroom is very clean. Definitely will come back to try other foods.

No frills family run pho shop. The food was nothing to write home about, but flavours were present enough to satisfy the craving. One thing to note though, were the sheer amount of regulars that came by! I came on a Friday night and the server greeted almost every other guest just by asking if they wanted their regular order! I personally found that very impressive and it really adds a level of personal care into the experience. I got the spring rolls and the rare beef and tripe pho. The spring rolls were good but definitely not cut all the way through, I had to use my hands or mouth to chomp through the double fried roll but that was just a minor blunder. The soup, as mentioned above, nothing memorable but it was satiating. Probably won't be my go-to spot but the food came out quick and the service was good so I'd come back for a quick bite if I were in a rush or just too tired to cook!

Best deal of pho in town. Services are quick and friendly. Plenty of parking slots. Definitely come back for another dishes.

Neat in that they serve both individual hot pot and pho all under one roof. The food is average to good but the prices are great and there is a lot of variety of foods to choose from. What's nice is that it's not too salty and tastes MSG free.

At 8:30pm the waitress turned my boyfriend and I away saying that they were closed when on their sign it says that they are open until 9pm. I was very disappointed with the lack of service.

This review is based on takeout. I was so happy when I heard Pho Khang was opening up as it is the closest Vietnamese restaurant to me. I gave it a try when they first opened and was a little disappointed. The broth lacked the richness and beefiness of what I prefer for pho. The noodles also weren't the best consistency. Fast forward 2 years later. My friend mentioned he had been back and really enjoyed the food especially the pho. He mentioned they must have improved their broth as it was rich and tasty. I decided to give it another try but for takeout (which I really feel diminishes the overall taste and freshness of Vietnamese food) so my review is a little biased based on that. I ordered a variety of items but didn't find out until I got home many of them were incorrect. I thought all good I'll give them a try anyway. So down to the food. Very simply the spring rolls were excellent but the rest was unremarkable. I guess if you're looking for a quick Vietnamese fix and you're in the area it's not a bad choice but I have had much better within a 5-8min drive. I will give them another chance for a true sit in dining experience as I haven't given up on them just yet.

Everytime I visit Pho Khang I get greeted with friendly smiles - which is pretty uncommon for Vietnamese restaurants in Richmond. There's plenty of seating available in this restaurant. I've never had troubles getting seats! They're great if you're craving pho in the Broadmore neighbourhood, as there aren't many other options in the area. Their broths are well executed and I love their dried vermicelli. Their prices are reasonable and pretty standard for Richmond. Didn't get that at my visit here this time, but I got the spring rolls and the pho with raw beef and meat balls. Perfect food for the soul for a cold day like today.

was looking for a place to eat after arriving in yvr and remembered this place from a recommendation by a friend... its just beside gami sushi in broadmor area..so we decided why not.. all i can say is, this place is amazing! food was so good. the pho was awesome less msg...never felt thristy after. the salad rolls were huge and packed with meaty shrimp and pork. the lemongrass chicken was boneless and the lemon grass pork chop was fragrant. my only complain, the pork chop's portion was too little for me...but probably bec i wanted spring roll on the same plate too. every rice dish came with soup. my brothers sausage and spring roll vermicelli was amazing too. made fresh and the vietnamese sausage stood out. service was quick and always with a smile! servers were very attentive. would highly recommend when in the area! happy eating and cheers!

This is a local gem. For many years it was a great fish and chip shop. It's now a delightful Pho cafe. The food is delicious, fresh, and fragrant. I had the #7 with spicy beef, and it was spicy and beefy. The broth was hot and soothing. It was, and will remain, a local favourite for Pho.

I used to come here often with my mom because this place is convenient, affordable and food is tasty. Over the years, we found portions smaller and prices higher. This is understandable given inflation and the economy. Whenever we want pho take out, we come here. Today, I was so disappointed that after I started eating my take out, I noticed a fly swimming in the bowl. I've never had this issue (at least not to my issue) before, but I guess this speaks a little about the cleanliness of the restaurant and the hygiene.

Amazing as always! food was perfectly portioned and came quickly and hot! this place has become my go to spot for authentic and great value Vietnamese food in richmond, matter of fact, its my go to spot all of greater Vancouver for Vietnamese food! Love this place and the staff!!

I was very happy how fast the restaurant was able to make my lunch order. Prices were reasonable too for their noodle and rice dishes. I am a bit biased when the deep fried spring rolls are made with rice wrapper rather than wheat wrapper. I like my spring rolls to be made with the traditional rice wrapper. Chicken was nicely marinated. Portion size was good.

It's been awhile since I've been here... With this gorgeous day, time to get bubble tea...Ordered their taro which was very soothing & pearls. No coconut or grass jellies yet.... But at this price, it can't be beat, especially in this south hood of Richmond. Great online ordering system too.

3.5 stars. I took my dad here for lunch on a weekend. As per usual I ordered my BBH and it was pretty decent. Piping hot flavourful soup, good amount of meat and perfectly cooked noodles - a lot better than the Red Pagoda in Ironwood (IMHO). My dad's lemongrass chicken was, unfortunately, just okay. It felt like it was lacking flavour. Service was efficient and the place is still pretty clean (I think they've only been opened for just a month or so?) Would I come back to try their other items? Yes.

My parents went to get take out there, and the Food was mediocre. Our chicken drowned in rice and the spring rolls tasted off... like it was cooked the day before, wasn't sold, and refried again for the next day. My mom felt ill after eating the spring rolls. The pho noodles tasted terrible; the soup base was passable, but the noodles it self was over cooked and felt like baby food in your mouth. Yuck. Also, machine automatically will add a 20% tip to any order without telling the customer!!! If you're poor in math or don't bother calculating your total you're being duped. If you get poor quality food and service, you don't deserved a 20% automatic tip. Sorry, but that's very sneaky!! Check your totals folks because you may have tipped twice!

If you're looking to grab a quick and cheap bite, Pho Khang will do the job well. Everything on the menu is less than $10 and the quality is pretty good. I got the lemon grass beef with spring roll for $8.50. The beef was flavourful and tender and the spring roll was really crispy. Good portion size for the price.

I was in need of finding a place for a late lunch around 2 pm. I decided to try this place and I'm glad I did. I had the lemongrass chicken and deep fried salad roll on top of rice vermicelli for $8.65. I wasn't disappointed. The portion of the serving was decent. There was enough chicken and the fried salad roll had a bit of a spicy kick to it which was a nice change. The noodles, sliced carrots and bean sprouts were all fresh. The service was good and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The place was clean and pleasant. I will definitely go back again.

Reasonable prices compared to other Viet places, quick to serve food. Server didn't provide water or tea though, so that needs to be improved. Good for quick bites.

Wow...we are so happy that our nieces introduced us to this Pho Khang Vietnamese restaurant, the noodles are big, tasty and soup is hot, Place is nice and bright, so clean, plenty of parking, love this place. That's it, we are going to come to this restaurant whenever we desire for Viet.

I like it! Small family business. Pho dac biet is pretty darn good! (although a short second behind Pho Japolo, but less $$ also) You get the usual condiment plate of sprouts, basil, lime & sometimes chili. Have to ask for fish sauce (but they know what that is & are prompt with serving it on the side)

Really wanted to like Pho Khang because they where close by to where I live and I thought the price was not too bad and food was ok. I have eaten inside the restaurant. I usually do pick up orders but now I don't think I'll be returning. I made a pick up order recently, went to pick up my food. When I got there they got my order mixed up and sent it out to the wrong customer. They went to call the customer back, after the waitress made the call she said the customer is bringing your food back right away. I told them I don't want food that has left already with another customer. I don't know what they have done to it ( plus not really food safe after its left the restaurant for a good 10 min or so). The waitress said ok, ok don't worry I'll make you a new one, wait in your car and i'll bring it to you when its done she kept on insisting. I said no, I'll wait here for my food ( she sounded a bit rude too). Since it always takes 10 min for the order. I found it kind of fishy that she kept on insiting. When I sat down I could see here looking out side and going to the front door for a look out. I had a suspision that she might just reuse the food that she sent to the wrong customer. Then I saw the customer come in that was supposed to be my food, return it and got her original order. I was watching my old food what they would do to it. I seen that they didn't throw it out, they kept it on the side. I saw the cook looking at the bag but I was watching seeing what they would do. Finally I saw them making my order and later gave it to me. It was weird that I saw them bring back my old order in the kitchen and not the garbage that was close by. Got home, looked at my food, was not usually the portion they give, felt a little disappointed. I won't be returning.

Amazing food amazing service and a very welcoming atmosphere. First time here and won't be our last. Very accommodating waitress and he our portion. We had pork and chicken rice dish, deluxe vermicelli, and tried the hot pot also. All came in perfection. Good eats before or after Steveston stroll. Good place.

We ordered the Lemon grass chicken w/ spring roll and rare beef pho. Well marinated chicken and flavourful. It's a good quick meal, small to moderate portion. Soup was just okay. Now the service it was so bad. We were served by an older woman that should not be in the service industry. We noticed one tea cup was not clean. She actually argued that it's only tea stains and she reluctantly changed it. Secondly, when she brought the bean sprouts, we kindly asked her to bring us back cooked sprouts, she then scolded us by sayings we should have told her when we first ordered. Wtf? Did she just say that? First of all we didn't know they didn't cook their sprouts like some other places. I couldn't believe I had to remind her "we're customers, we want cooked sprouts". We were so shocked we almost walked out, but felt obligated to at least complete this experience. Good place for cheap eats but unless you're being served by the younger, more helpful servers, expect your server to bite back. Don't say I didn't warn you I was going to give it a 3 stars cause of the bad service, but really bad service warrants a 2 star

I absolutely live Pho Khangn Just the right amount of spice and fresh ingredients. Very tasty and very filling. The staff are polite and efficient. Neighborhood gem!.

Very friendly staff. Very LOUD staff, but good. The pho is good and the bowls are quite big for the price. The spring rolls are alright. Nothing crazy. I'd personally avoid them if I were you. But everything else is really good. Most importantly, the lady that always serves me is very kind and friendly. This has been my go to pho place for the past while. Definite recommend if you're in the area!

The waitress billed us more than we ordered, and charged for a mandatory tip of 20% with minimum service. After we found out and asked for a refund, she gave a really bad attitude. It feels like it was purposely charged more. Will never go again!

What an experience! Love the friendliness and the fact that they had the NBA all-star game on! Food came fast and really is bang for your buck! Good portions for the price and a great ambience. One of my favourite Vietnamese places to eat at and will be coming here more often for the experience. The spring rolls were nice and gurthy!

Ordered beef steak + beef ball pho, and shrimp salad roll. Shrimp salad roll was really good! Fixings- ran out of basil and lime today... so we got only some parsley and ...lemon wedges? No onions, only green onions in my pho. Soup was muddy and didn't have a clean taste. Hoisin sauce tasted off and was too sweet.

Totally yummy pho, fabulous service, and the Vietnamese coffee was perfect. I had the brisket and beef balls pho (thank gawd it wasn't actual balls!) and my hubby had the wonton soup. Both were so good, and no wait at all.

Really friendly and fast, the food was there within 5 minutes! We had two vermicelli bowls, everything was fresh and good. Only the chicken had too much skin and fat for my taste.

I used to like this place. I came here quite often when it first opened. Recently I went there by myself after running errands in the area. It was around 12:30noon. It was busy when I walked in. I waited to be seated. After I sat down, no water no menu was provided till I had to wave at the server. After that, I waited and waited and had to waved at the server to order my food. After I ordered, all the other tables that came after me got their food and I was still waiting. So I waved at the server again and she realized that she didn't put down my offer. So she said food will come soon. After a few minutes, a 4 people group came in and there were no clean tables. So the server asked me to relocate to a 1 person table at the door. So I said sure. My food came shortly after, but the noodle was hard obviously undercooked. After I ate, the place finally slowed down. I asked for takeout box for my leftovers and ordered a Vietnamese coffee takeout. It was not busy but my request wasn't fulfilled till I had to follow up again and got up to walk over to the counter. The server handed me my takeout with the takeout container tipping towards the side and the soup was gonna come out any time. I was so fed up with the terrible service when I left. As if they don't care about just 1 customer, but they make sure to serve the big groups well. I am very very disappointed at the service here.

Expectations is there from Pho restaurant simple comfort food nothing too crazy about it. However Tried to call the restaurant for to go food but the business phone was unreachable for atleast 15mins. So decided to go in and order instead.. hope fully next time they ensure they phone is Available during business hours.

I've been coming here exclusively for a year now. Definitely my top pho choice for Richmond. The noodles are al dente and the soup hits the spot every time :) The ladies are always courteous and my orders always comes quick.

As far as Vietnamese food goes, this is a go to for me in Richmond. It's nothing fancy but the food is tasty and reasonably priced. Service is fast and efficient. Try the lemongrass chicken over rice with spring rolls on the side or their fresh rolls with shrimp, beef or chicken. I haven't been disappointed yet
