The essential Vietnamese pho restaurants in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Silverado Ranch favorite Pho King Vietnamese Kitchen is known for its combination pho filled with ribeye, brisket, and tendon. Vegan diners love the vegan pho made with vegetable broth, tofu, and steamed vegetables, and picky eaters can always go for the create-your-own option that includes a choice of three toppings in beef broth." - Janna Karel

Tried out some pho in Vegas! Three of us ordered: create your own pho $16.50 +$1 for meatball mi toi tom nuong $19 bo ne steak n eggs $22 pho suon bo short rib $21 I personally had the pho with short rib. Definitely on the pricier side of pho, and I wish there was more meat to justify. Overall it was ok. Quite a bit of seating in the area. Parking in the plaza.

Google
Pho King seems to be highly rated and recommended by the locals. We came specifically for the pho. We got there right when they opened and had high expectations but when it first came out, the broth looked darker than what I’m used to. Could be the bones simmering or too much fish sauce. Took my first sip and it was really salty which could be the theory of fish sauce or not so fresh broth. Had to balance it out with lots of lime. Then we ordered the Pork patty rolls that came with peanut sauce. The roll was wrapped tightly with fresh lettuce, crunchy wonton stick and the pork patty. I’m used to dipping peanut sauce when the roll has noodles like a spring roll. So I feel like the peanut sauce did not go well with this combo and it was overly nutty and thick. I’m used to the grilled pork orange sauce. The garlic butter Chicken wings were tasty and had the thin layer of outer crispy breading. When the plate came out, it hit me with a strong smell of fish sauce. After biting into it, I think the secret sauce is fish sauce. Overall, if we come back, I would pivot to the other items on the menu like beef butter skillet, Bo ne, spicy noodle soup, shaken beef but never again to the pho.

We have dined at this restaurant for the past two consecutive days, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The service has been remarkable, with attentive and knowledgeable servers who go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. Their friendly demeanor and prompt attention to our needs made our meals truly enjoyable.

Good local spot, small but welcoming. Friendly staff, prompted and nice. Food was pretty good as well, definitely a good casual place to grab dinner

Google
After Pho So 1 in Las Vegas, I was honestly unsure where to find another solid Vietnamese spot. Most people automatically order phở, but Vietnamese cuisine is so much more than that — and I feel like it often gets overlooked. This place surprised me in the best way. I highly recommend trying their bò chảo and bò nướng đá. Both dishes were incredibly tender. The bò chảo was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — honestly comforting in a way that felt homemade. As for the bò nướng đá, I loved the interactive part of it. You cook the beef on a hot stone yourself, so you can make it exactly how you like it. The quality of the meat made it easy to get that perfect bite every time. If you’re looking to explore Vietnamese food beyond phở, this place deserves a stop. Don’t sleep on the rest of the menu.

Google
This is one of my go-to spots for pho—whether I’m dining in or grabbing takeout, the quality is always top-notch. The broth is consistently rich and aromatic, and the portions are generous without sacrificing flavor. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered from here, and every time it’s just as satisfying. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick and efficient. It’s clear they care about their food and their customers. If you’re craving comforting, authentic pho, this place delivers every time.

Google
Popular place. Fortunate there was one table open. My Shrimp Pho was delivered quickly and did not disappoint. It was delicious with a lot of large shrimps.

Google
A Hidden Gem for Bun Bo Huế Lovers Pho King offers a casual and inviting ambiance, with a lively yet comfortable atmosphere. Despite being fairly busy, the service remained attentive and efficient. I ordered the Bun Bo Huế, and it was hands down the best I’ve had so far. The broth was rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying, with just the right amount of spice. The portion was generous, packed with tender meat and fresh ingredients. If you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Everything on the menu looks really good, but TBH I'm partial to the bone-in Ribeye Pho. The meat is sooo soft, it literally falls off the bone. The Yuzu Lemonade is AMAZING and so is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. You can't go wrong at Pho King. Even though there's another pho place across the street, and another one across the freeway, Pho King is the best IMO.

Yelp
This has been our go to spot for Pho the last few years. We usually do take out because they are usually packed. This time we were able to sit down and we beat the dinner crowds. The restaurant has a good amount of seating. Service was/is always good. We ordered 3 pho's, shaking beef and pork patty rolls. We always loved the pho soup base here- it's filled with so much flavor. Loved the pork patty roll - it has an extra crunch (fried wonton) my only complaint with the rolls is that I wish they were thinner but no big deal. The shaking beef was delicious- the beef was cooked perfect. My son enjoyed it. Overall, this place is always a hit! Check them out. Side note: if you're on the SW side, they have another sister establishment (Saigon Corner)

Yelp
I've been to this little Vietnamese restaurant at least 10 times the food is always fabulous this time. It was just a little bit lacking. They're shaken beef was not on point like it always is service is always good. Eggrolls are fabulous. Stay away from the garlic chicken wings would not recommend those.

Yelp
Good Pho. Good Thai Tea. Good Spring Rolls. Service was good and place clean. Really enjoyed the place.

Jaynar S.

Yelp
We had the Pho with Rare Steak & Brisket. The broth was super delicious! We also enjoyed the Spring Rolls We appreciate how the menu has alot of photos. The interior is nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and service easy quick. They even offer military discount. Next time we're in Henderson, we shall return.
google avatar

Yelp
Small but tastefully decorated Pho and Vietnamese restaurant. My server was friendly and quick to get me seated. I started out with a Thai iced tea, creamy and delicious. ThI ordered their grilled pork rolls served in rice paper and the best part.....they come with nuoc mam! Aka fish sauce, the tangy, vinegary dipping sauce that is so much better than peanut sauce! Next I had rare beef pho with a plate of fresh sides of sprouts, basil, jalapeño, and limes. Broth was so incredibly flavorful and beef was so tender, and the serving size is huge! Loved it all and will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
So good!!!!! Serving is plentiful and priced just right. Had the combo pho and pork chop with rice. Service is attentive and friendly. Friendly reminder to be kind to the staff - they work hard! Food came out quick even though the place is somewhat packed. Also had the Vietnamese ice coffee and I was very impressed with the roast. I've been to several Vietnamese restaurants and I'd say this is the best Vietnamese food and experience I've ever had in the valley (and there are great ones around). Would definitely come back on the regular!

Yelp
I was there last Sunday- May 4th with my fiance. The food was ready within 20 minutes and it was so fresh! I took my food to-go; the ambiance seemed quiet & relaxed. The price was also very affordable

Howard P.

Yelp
The service was great, but the atmosphere felt very dirty. My table was greasy and my water tased like chlorine. The pho that I got had a bunch of "unknown meat" that tased very off.

Phan D.

Yelp
My go-to Pho place in Henderson or Vegas for that matter. The brisket is crunchy and that's what I go there for. Bun Bo Hue is also amazing.
google avatar

Lizz B.

Yelp
Service was great here! We came on a Saturday around 11:30am and were seated immediately. Our order was taken and the food was brought out quickly. We ordered the combination pho and bun bo hue. We usually go to Pho LV 7 in Chinatown, but this place is closer to where we live. The pho here is delicious, but we still prefer the pho at Pho LV 7. However, the bun bo hue here is way better than Pho LV 7's. It was also clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back when we crave bun bo hue and maybe even when we crave pho and are too lazy to make the drive to Chinatown. We'd like to come back and try the steak and eggs as well as the ribeye pho!
google avatar

Tyse N.

Yelp
I am not an expert when it comes to Vietnamese cuisines but after having Pho Kings Bun Bo Hue last night I can honestly say its so far the best I ever had here in Las Vegas. The kind gentlemen who served us last night was very polite and always kept a smile on his face. I appreciate how cold it was in the establishment because after I demolished the Bun Bo Hue I was breaking a sweat! ( its a good thing) the portion was huge!. All the tables were filled with customers and lots of people were coming in and out to pick up their to-go orders. This will def be my new go to spot.
google avatar

Faron R.

Yelp
The atmosphere upon walking in the restaurant is very bright fresh and fun. It also smelled so delicious and I couldn't wait to eat! I ordered the short rib pho, beef brisket pho, and a banh mi, and a rice bowl. The short rib was not good! I was excited to see a short rib pho on the menu because I am a huge fan. It was fatty, chewy, and dry! I wish I had ordered the beef brisket like my friend because hers was much better! I also thought it was a little pricey for the pho. It is very large portions and the broth was flavorful. I picked out all the meat and ate the rest of my soup. The rice bowl, and the banh mi very good too. I wish I ordered something else because I did like all their other food I tried!
google avatar

Shyna M.

Yelp
Delicious and quick fix for Vietnamese food. Portions were very generous especially for the vermicelli noodle.

Andrea H.

Yelp
This place is the best, best pho in town ! Service was good food came out very quick and employees were very nice.

Yelp
Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in) Pho King looks like your typical Vietnamese restaurant with a basic level of service. It was quiet when we came in for dinner on a Sunday night so it was a tense atmosphere for a little while but the delicious food made up for that. Bánh Mì With Pork ($9.25): The banh mi is perfectly toasted. Crispy on the edges but soft on the inside. Flavors are subtle but there. Love their charbroiled pork which was the star of the show. Pho-King Stone Pho ($23.95): This was pricey but worth it! You get a good amount of angus beef slices (4.3-5 ozs) that you cook yourself on a sizzling hot lave stone. Put butter on the stone before you put the meat on to avoid it sticking on the stone. It will still get a nice char mark and will taste so much better! I'm not sure what the other two sauces were but they didn't really compliment the beef. Now the pho bowl was huge and enough for 2 people. The broth was amazing; I didn't have to add additional any sauce. This was one of the best pho broth I had in Vegas! Bún Dac Biet (Special Bún): This was also a huge bowl that could be shared. Lots of veggies so it was refreshing. The egg roll was alright, the shrimp was good, but the pork was the best. Grilled Pork Chop ($7): Kinda dry and not that flavorful. Shrimp Patty ($7): Comes with two fried shrimp patty strips which were hard and dry. Hard pass.

Yelp
Our first time here and was very impressed. Wifey really enjoyed the hot stone steak and pho. I had the Bun Ban Hue and I was very happy. It was so good. The service was good, the only thing was the waitress was sick and was still serving. Good spot to eat Pho!

Yelp
I was visiting Vegas and this spot is so nice, I ate it twice! Some of the best pho I've ever had. The broth is filled with aromatic anise and with every sip, I felt myself being rejuvenated. The meat portions are plentiful and the fresh herbs are gorgeous. I also loved that my pho was loaded with green onions and white onions alike. Just added to the already fantastic flavor profile. The egg rolls were hot and crispy. I would definitely order them again. It's a nice little fried indulgence that pairs well with the hot soup. The service was quick and they immediately welcomed us in. I loved the bright and airy ambience. Safe to say I will definitely be back upon my next visit!

Yelp
We've been coming here every week for 8 months maybe longer, almost a year basically. Service is on point always, friendly staff, helpful and friendly. Vibes are calm and relaxing perfect for Pho ! Shaken fries are delicious! They use quality meat. The Winter bites don't miss and are a very creative & yummy appetizer. You can tell the chefs/employees care about providing good meals. The pho is very flavorful , and they're very generous with the meat! Worth every penny here. Absolutely love this place.
google avatar

Hristo G.

Yelp
The best in Vegas. Been going there for many years and it's always great! Try the Shaken Fryes!

Yelp
I have no pictures because I just did not have enough energy to take any... I was struggling to survive HAHA Had friends visiting from LA and before they headed back home we wanted to get some pho and cure our souls from the previous night. We were thinking about going to Chinatown.. but I didn't think I would be able to make it HAHA It wasn't too busy and we got seated right away. Their menu was very attractive with food pictures and all of them look delicious! We ordered, short rib pho, beef carpaccio, grilled shrimp with garlic noodles, eggrolls and spring rolls. The pho broth was very "clean" tasting, I thought it lacked a bit of depth but it felt very clean and simple. The beef carpaccio WOW, I can't wait to go back and order this again. I think Pho King's specialty dishes are where the money's at. I also saw from another table, a heated skillet and something cooking inside and the smell was enticing! The staff were attentive and friendly. I will be back!

Yelp
Shout out to the OWNER and the team for keeping great works. I'm so glad I ordered spicy noodle soup aka Bun Bo Hue because of how delicious it was. Meat was fresh. The bowl is huge. Next time I will have to try the Hot Stone pho. Keep up the good works y'all!!
google avatar

Candice Y.

Yelp
This is one of our go to pho place in the area. Broth are consistent and service are great. Good solid spot if you want pho or other dishes Recently we have tried their other new item. Hazelnut Vietnamese coffee and hot stone pho. You basically cook the steak on the hot plate. It was so fun and delicious. Definitely worth to try. It was $23 per order but you get good amount of steak for it. There were some dipping sauces for the steak too. If I ever feel like cooking again will definitely order one.
google avatar

Yelp
Walk in, put your name of the waitlist. I was immediately seated as there wasn't much of a crowd and it was a Sunday evening. Service was prompt and welcoming. Literally the best Pho I've had in Vegas (so far). Tried the grilled chicken pho. The broth was so flavorful I didn't even need to add plum sauce or sriracha (I did anyway because hey, it's how I like it). The chicken is grilled and comes on the side. I had to cut it up myself with a butter knife - was a little challenging. One thing I'd request next time is that they cut it up prior to serving it on the side. The Thai tea was massive and plenty! I'd definitely return to try more Pho options. I had plenty of Pho to take home and the broth stayed brothy (is that a word? It is now) overnight in the fridge, it didn't stiff up (IYKYK). Love it. Natural ingredients and seasonings used!
google avatar

Yelp
We were craving pho again and decided to give another spot close by a shot. I'll start with the good: the food is great! Pho is served in a large bowl with tons of broth and meat. Pricing is very competitive. The pho tasted good and I felt really full and nourished after consuming 75% of mine. The place was really busy and almost all the tables were taken, which is a good sign. Service was good. We were seated immediately and served in a timely manner. They seem to have a good system down and can handle a large number of dine-in patrons as well as take-out customers at the same time. The ambience isn't the nicest, but the food here is so good that it really doesn't matter. Since the quality of the food matters the most... and it's really, really good here, this is definitely one of the best choices for pho in Henderson. The pho broth is one of the best and portions are huge. So far, they've also been pretty consistent.
google avatar

Mary Francis G.

Yelp
Went on a quiet Thursday night- glad I didn't run into how busy this place could get after reading all the great reviews. The staff was so nice and the food was quite delicious. The pho broth in the rib pho was SO GOOD - very savory with a hint of sweet- and the meat was nice and tender. The ribeye pho broth was a little on the sweeter side compared to other pho I've had - but still something I enjoyed greatly! I ordered the pork vermicelli which was also amazing- the pork was seasoned so well and cooked perfectly. On top of all that, the portions were large which was a huge plus!
google avatar

Shie S.

Yelp
Service and ambiance were okay. It's a little small and not too spacious. We tried their special pho and appetizers. I love that the pho portions are meaty but the chicken wings were tiny.
google avatar

Walter H.

Yelp
Pho King is a great place to get some Vietnamese food. Whether you dine in or take out food, it will be delicious. The restaurant is clean and generally busy. The service is also good. Definitely worth trying out!
google avatar

Jonathan K.

Yelp
Overall fine Pho spot. Portions are large, big bowls. Our server was quite cheerful, always smiling at us. That made our night! I ordered the Mixed (pho biet). They give plenty of mint + bean sprouts + jalapenos, and the broth tastes good! Nothing too special to add or talk about, but definitely a solid spot, and I would come back.
google avatar

Christina R.

Yelp
I go to a different Vietnamese place across the 215 to get pho normally but I decided I wanted to try something new. People rant and rave about how good Pho King is so we decided to stop in. The four of us walked in at the same time as another couple. We stood in front of the "please wait to be seated" sign. I noticed there was an iPad with Yelp on it next to it but I wasn't sure if we were supposed to sign up since the restaurant wasn't full and the people ahead of us didn't. We stood there and stood there (over 10 min), all the while the servers were just looking at us. Finally, one yells over at us and asks if we signed in on Yelp waitlist. So the couple ahead of us does, then we do and we are seated. We almost left. Now, you're saying, well it's your fault you didn't sign in Christina, and I would normally agree but the next 4 set of people I watched come in never did and were seated immediately by the staff and believe me I looked, the waitlist was at 0. All this put a bad taste in my mouth and the food was not delicious enough to make up for it. Veggie spring rolls were downright gross with the strange potato mixture inside. The fresh rolls were ok. The pho broth was lacking in flavor. They cannot accommodate (or didn't care) no cilantro garnish. My bo bun was good. The service was seriously lacking. These people are not happy and don't seem to care about you being there or being there themselves. The food was ok though even if it wasn't the best. And even though the dining room is used a storage place, there are nice decorations to look at.
google avatar

Rudy D.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite local pho spots in the eastern area! As soon as you enter, the wait is never long. You are always seated within 10 minutes even for a walk-in and if it's anything past that then it must be really busy. Water is served immediately and shortly after your order is taken. Overall, service wise -- excellent! The menu is simple which includes Pho variations and other traditional Vietnamese dishes like the banh mi, etc. My recommendation would be the shaken fries and the stone plate meat for dine in! The shaken fries are a fun appetizer that combine sweet and savory with their own twist. While the stone plate is a fun shareable dish that comes with a soup and an array of meat cooked similar to a Korean barbecue style. Also served with dipping sauces for the meat. Atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Nothing too crazy and just the right amount of color. In conclusion, this place is always consistent no matter the occasion. Food is delicious and affordable. A great experience every time!
google avatar

Gene H.

Yelp
My wife and I have been here several times. So many times now that the gentleman who takes our order has it memorized. We get the Pho with chicken and vegetable spring rolls. Everyone working here is friendly and pleasant and the Pho is consistently great.
google avatar

Yelp
The best!
google avatar

Amy P.

Yelp
The service is great! Everyone is friendly. We got Special Pho and Spicy Beef Noodles. Both broth are very tasty. Highly recommended the Spicy Beef Noodles one!!! The place are clean and cozy.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
Update: the business did reach out to me and the last time I went, I got not one but two orders of egg rolls. Hey, at least it wasn't forgotten and I was happy to have my pho & egg rolls. I'm hoping they continue to improve here because like I said below, the food is great. No quality issues here. Pho king disappointment. They have good pho but twice in a row I've ordered vegetable egg rolls and they never got there. I wish they would write it down instead of going off of memory. Yes, two soups and egg rolls should not be hard to remember from table to tablet but they twice havent brought it. I'll still go and order the egg rolls. And I'll head the casino after if I get them
google avatar

Rochelle J.

Yelp
The food is delicious here! The service is great! This is a small restaurant with big flavors! I'm grateful they have a vegan option! Although I do wish there were more. I suggest a vegan Bánh xèo and vegan crispy rolls, please!

Drea G.

Yelp
The hot plate beef was amazing, the beef bone pho was outstanding and the garlic noodles with shrimp was to die for. Whenever we are in town we try to visit and have never been disappointed. Our server took all our orders and each was correct without any mistakes!
google avatar

Nichole N.

Yelp
Im usually a Spring Mtn Road Pho type of person. But this place was like no other Pho place Ive been to. I got the Stone Grill Pho and the meat was so juicy and tender. The broth is very flavorful too. The service was fast and it was packed but not too loud for a Sunday night. The wait was around 20 mins. Im glad this place is 10 mins from my boyfriends place because I'll be back!
google avatar

Daniella C.

Yelp
Soooo good! You know their food is good when you're willing to wait 125+ mins for it to be delivered (due to a holiday). That should speak VOLUMES. Lol. We've tried their pho, of course (broth is on point, rare steak is super fresh & they are not stingy w/ the meat). We've also tried their banh mi, shrimp spring rolls, and egg rolls. Everything is top tier, authentic, and fresh. Pho King is a major player in the Vegas pho game. One of the best!
google avatar

Johnny L.

Yelp
A small restaurant that can be packed during meal hours. In terms of Vietnamese palates, this hits the mark. I've gone a few times now and the broth has been consistently clean, delicious, and excellent in depth of flavor. I brought my parents who are difficult to please and they asked for it again the next time they visited. Asian elder seal of approval! In terms of dishes, I've tried their pho in a few variations including some of their specials but their Dac Biet is the one I will always fall back on. That being said, their Bun Bo Hue was also delicious. Comes with a massive bone and the meat tears off easily. I'm super glad to have an excellent pho restaurant in the area!

Abegail B.

Yelp
If you like Vietnamese food, you definitely need to check this place out. We've eaten at various Vietnamese restaurants in San Diego and Los Angeles and NONE of them can hold a candle to Pho King in terms of food quality, flavor and price. We ordered pork bahn mi and shrimp patty spring rolls. Pork Bahn Mi - The bread is fresh. The bbq pork is flavorful. Not knowing if they skimp on the meat like some places we've been to, we ordered extra meat on the side. The sandwich is yummy as is. Shrimp patty spring rolls - Must order. These rolls are big and so good! Worth every penny. The inside of the restaurant has plenty of tables and looked clean. The music wasn't too loud. We ordered our food to go because all the tables were occupied. There were so many phone orders that their counter was full of to-go bags. We knew the food was going to be good. Will definitely come again when we're in Las Vegas.
google avatar

Frederick B.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic food. The pho is excellent and done correctly. Tons of flavor. Service is excellent.

Michael B.

Yelp
I had an amazing dining experience with outstanding food and service. The spring rolls were incredible, and we couldn't resist ordering another round! I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking fresh and delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

Yelp
Came here with family friends based on their recommendation and it was delicious. We showed up Friday night about an hour before they closed and they had a good amount of people there, but the service was quick! They had plenty of options and everything was fresh and delicious. There is plenty of indoor seating and the staff was very friendly.
google avatar

Trisha V.

Yelp
Went here last minute and I was skeptical because they were closing in less than an hour. To our surprise, there was a waiting list!!!! It was packed. It's a small place and it's packed, plus other parties waiting, this was already a good sign so I was excited. I can't get all the credit, my bf was the one who discovered this through Yelp and he did good!!!!! We got seated and I just wanted spring rolls and they had this unique one that was an eggroll wrapped in a spring roll!!!! 2 for 1!!! I loved the spring rolls here and my bf got the pho and apparently they are known for having the best Pho, there was a sign in there!!!! I would actually come here again for sure!!!! Love the name too!!! It suits them!

Yelp
I came across the place through Yelp and had to come by and try it out with my little sister! We walked in and added ourselves to the waitlist then was immediately seated within 5 minutes. This place was busy for a cold Saturday evening but it definitely did NOT disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and hot. I will be coming back definitely, please check out this location if you're the southeastern area of Henderson. The service and environment gives you homey vibes and feel you're right at your grandma's house. It's giving 10/10 in all areas
