"Bringing 30 years' experience to the table, the Malaysian-born chef has worked in six major cities across Asia. The interior is done out in traditional Chinese décor featuring modern paintings and flowers. The menu combines classical Cantonese with contemporary elements and a twist of southern Asian in a creative presentation. Be sure to try the há cảo thủy tinh (crystal shrimp dumpling) and the xá xíu ướp thao được quay kieu 'truyền thống' (traditional roasted pork belly with herbs)." - Michelin Inspector

Pretty decent pho 45k for a bowl. It has a good amount of meat in it. This store seems to be very popular among locals as the tables were almost full.

- The stall's name is Lai, named after the owner of the stall. - The pho bowl is priced at 50,000 VND, which is quite reasonable given the generous portion of food served. The broth is said to be sweet due to being stewed with beef bones since the previous evening. - One unique feature of this stall is that the owner remembers the dishes that customers have ordered before. As a result, he can quickly confirm the order upon arrival, which leads to shorter wait times for food. In summary, the breakfast pho stall named Lai, owned by a man named Lai, offers reasonably priced pho with a sweet broth due to being stewed with beef bones overnight. The owner's ability to remember customer orders leads to faster service, which is a plus for those who are in a hurry.

Ordered Phở Gân which is tendon Pho. The noodles were soggy and the tendons were very hard. It's rare to find soft tendons in Vietnam but these were hardly chewable. Broth is not bad and the price is fair.

I enjoyed this đầy đủ bowl of pho very much. The cashier and server were very pleasant. Sitting in an alley was fun, too!

A good proportion of noodle to meat. The owner can speak and understand English.

Wonderful, have to try beef Pho this place once in your life. Very cheap but good quality. I think it open in the morning and close at 7:00pm (maybe they have a break in afternoon too, I’m not sure).
