I came all the way to District 5 to check out this famous Pho spot. I ordered the mixed beef Pho, and the broth was definitely the highlight—it was incredibly clear, sweet, and flavorful. However, I found the beef to be a bit overcooked for my personal preference. Next time, I would definitely go for the rare beef (Pho Tai) version to get that tender texture. While the food was good overall, I traveled here from District 1, and to be honest, I probably wouldn’t make the long trip specifically just to eat here again. But if you are already in the area, it is certainly a solid choice for a bowl of authentic Pho. Great taste, but maybe not worth a special cross-district journey if you're staying far away.

Here’s a polished and balanced Google review you can post: ⸻ The broth here is very flavorful and rich — you can tell they put effort into developing the taste. The meats were also well-seasoned. The standout for me was the brisket, which was incredibly tender and easily the best part of the meal. However, the rare beef was quite chewy, which was disappointing. The noodles were also much softer than I prefer — almost overcooked for my taste. Service was mixed. As a foreigner, I didn’t feel very attended to. I waited about five minutes after being seated and had to flag someone down to get a menu. On the positive side, once I ordered, the food arrived within about 10 minutes, which was great. Overall, some strong flavors and good brisket, but a few texture and service issues made the experience less impressive than I expected — especially considering the high rating.

Absolutely love it. Pho Le delivers a deeply comforting bowl of pho with rich, flavourful broth and generous portions of beef. The soup is robust without being overpowering, noodles have great bite, and the freshness of the herbs really ties everything together. No frills, just honest, properly executed pho done right. Would happily come back again.

Hands down one of the best and tastiest Pho Noodles in Vietnam with a few Michelin Star awards. The Vietnamese ice coffee's are really good and sooo refreshing and the food is excellent and has a bit of a home style vibe, the owner is delightful and the service was great and friendly. The Beef and Brisket Pho Noodles with beef balls was precisely what I needed after a long week especially the Pho in particular has an excellent, clean and northern style broth. We came in with no expectations and walked away with full bellies and an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this amazing place to anyone and if you’re in Ho Chi Minh City you must visit this amazing place Phở Lệ.

Big delicious bowl of pho, very filling. I remember as a child before leaving for America my parents would take me here, now every time I come back to Vietnam this place is a must visit. The pho here is very nostalgic for me and it changes in flavors sometime but it’s always been good, affordable, and sanitary. This place does not skimp on the protein/ veggies that they give you. Definitely a must try!

The service was fast and good. I have tried a lot of Pho places in Ho Chi Minh. In my honest opinion there was only one thing that made this place stuck out among other Pho places I have tried, and that was their beef tendon. I'm not usually a beef tendon person, but this places beef tendon was definitely above average. If you like beef tendon, I would recommend that you give this place a try.
