Oh man, tiz tha season! Which means, HOT PHO PLEASE!
We came here a few days before Christmas and man this place simply hit the spot! I know there are plenty of places to get Vietnamese food as well as pho around here, but these guys were golden! Here's a lil' bit about this restaurant:
:+: Parking & Location :+:
Located on a busy Sandy Blvd, you'll either find street parking or a small lot behind the place. Probably enough space for about eight cars.
:+:+: Service, Dining & Atmosphere :+:+:
Window table seating and booths, along the inside on the right of the entrance. A bar looking to your left. A couple of bigger tables good to accommodate larger parties. The tables appeared clean with a small shoebox size container with chopsticks, spoons, napkins, and condiments on top. No small sauce dish, but not a big deal. As for service, the kid that seated us was polite and was ready to take our order. He even made a few suggestions, and refilled our water glasses. Thumbs up on service!

~ To start, we had the C2 or the Vegetarian Salad Rolls with tofu ($6.95). These were pretty energizing as we were starving. Loved the peanut sauce! I was ready to grub for more!
~ First time here, get the "P1" the House Special Pho Noodle Soup ($15.95)
Big bowl - check
Broth nice and hot - check
Broth full of flavor - check and super savory good! Loved it!
Lots of noodles - check
Lots of meat (flank slices/brisket/tendons/meatballs) - check check and then some! Oh wait, I didn't find tripe in mine. Hmm? All good, not a game changer.
~ Their other bowls average $14.95, and they also serve Pho Gà. As well as a kids size bowl for $11.95.
~ We then had the A10 the Green Papaya Salad ($11.95) which we chose not spicy. This had shrimp and strips of pork, and all together tasted fresh! Although I was expecting a tamarind flavor, I didn't taste or smell any of it. Maybe it's a different style idk, lol. But again, not a reason to deduct a star, as we all enjoyed it.

~ When I come back, I'm gonna try their Chicken Wings (w/ fish sauce), a Bánh Mì with grilled pork, their BBQ Short Ribs in a baguette. Oh, and I gotta try a Bún dish too. I've seen the plate come out lookin' all enticing.
~ Oh wait, I'm suppose to give a TL;DR. Well, I'll just say it's definitely worth a try especially for a "pho connoisseur!" I'm not claiming to be one, I'm telling the connoisseur to try it ;)
~ The only negative was not finding a the little saucer in that container box. Really, I was just too lazy to speak up and ask.
~ Tummy satisfied and I most certainly will be back!
