The 38 Best Restaurants in Cleveland, Ohio | Eater

"Cleveland is blessed with many wonderful Vietnamese restaurants that specialize in noodle soups — sparking plenty of debates and declarations about the current “best” at any moment. We prefer to avoid such stark classifications, but nevertheless often steer diners in search of comfort to Pho Lee. Located in Asian Town Center, this modest cafe prepares stellar pho, delivered piping hot in minutes, as well as deeply flavorful bun bo hue: beef noodle soup slicked with red chile oil. Soups come with a garnish plate overflowing with bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, fried banana blossoms, fresh mint, and limes. In addition to the soups, Pho Lee offers rice and vermicelli plates, banh mi, and cups of strong, sweet Vietnamese coffee. Know before you go: Before or after your meal, hit the mall’s Asian grocery next door for all your pantry needs." - Douglas Trattner

This place was so so SO good!! The broth was definitely the best part of the pho. So flavorful! Service was good, kind. We came with less than an hour before they closed (we were those people that day), and they had no problem setting us up and the food came quickly. I cannot wait to come back.

The Pho was tasty and the portion was (fixed) portion was good. Simple decorated restaurant and the perceived owner was friendly to talk to.

Went to the Asian Plaza for Pho and forgot to take a pic of my dish. But u get to add toppings to your bowl of noodles like leaves, sprouts, lime, and different sauces. The service was good, food was good, but restaurant was cold due to being in an open drafty space. Dress warm!

So good!! I loved that they have a chicken pho option and I think they have a veggie option too. It was delicious. We also got spring rolls and they had something crunchy in the middle like fried spring roll wrapper or something and it was so good!! The sauce was amazing. I will 100% be back soon.

The restaurant is in a market, looks a bit dark. But I think with additional lights and decoration, it would make the restaurant look more welcoming and appealing to potential customers. The food was delicious, we had Bún Bò Huê and Rice plate with spare ribs. But I think the menu is a bit limited in terms of option. Takeaway: -If you are someone who just wanted to eat and not focus on the aesthetic. This restaurant would be perfect for you. But if you are someone who appreciate the food, atmosphere, lights. This restaurant might not be ideal for you.

This place is a hidden gem! Pho Lee is tucked inside a shopping complex with other food and retail options, but it definitely stands out as one of my favorite pho spots. My friends and I come here often—we always order appetizers and the pho with everything in it. The broth is rich and flavorful, and they’re generous with the meat. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited!

If you ever travel passing by Cleveland you must have a bowl of pho here. We are traveling from east coast to Michigan and passing by Cleveland. We want to have some comfort food . I searched on Google reviews. When I saw some review said that there is a live bird and kids in the restaurant i immediately realized that this is the restaurant which we want to go. Because it is definitely running by a family. We ordered fresh summer rolls, P 8 & P 9 for pho. There is crispy thing in the fresh summer rolls and we love them. The fresh summer rolls are very big and tasty. The peanut butter based sauce is delicious. Two bowls of pho are in big portion and super flavorful. The best pho compared to other I had before. The restaurant is inside a building next to a Asian Supermarket. Check the photos I took and you won’t miss it. The price is also very affordable. If they didn’t charge a high price for the atmosphere then no reason to complain about it. Highly recommend.

A new Pho place popped up on my radar screen so I had to try it out for lunch. The rare beef Pho was great and was served at the perfect temperature for a quick lunch. The spring rolls were tasty too. Convenient location with parking that I will have to remember when looking to get Pho to-go on the way home from downtown.
