My first time trying this place, my manicurist recommend and it was definitely a go to for Pho! The flavor of the broth was pretty good! We ordered the 40 oz bowl, this definitely is shareable! The service was a little slow! We also had the seafood crepes and were very crunchy with fillings of shrimp and bean sprouts! I would come back and try other dishes! We also had the Fresh Spring Roll, not much taste, too much vermicelli and not enough shrimp!

Ambiance: The restaurant is generally not too busy on weekdays. It is clean, with quick service and plenty of seating options, including tables and booth seats. The noise level is moderate. Fried Egg Rolls: These arrived hot and fresh, but they were not my favorite. The filling had more of a soft, potato-like texture rather than a distinct pork flavor. They were acceptable, but lacking in the expected pork taste. Fresh Spring Rolls: These were excellent. The portion size was generous, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I appreciated that there was plenty of meat. The accompanying peanut sauce was also flavorful and complemented the rolls well. Chicken Pho: I ordered the 30 oz bowl, which was a substantial portion. There was plenty of broth, noodles, and chicken. The broth had a smooth, balanced flavor without overpowering spices. The portion was large enough that I had leftovers, and the overall flavor was very satisfying.

Google
Food was fantastic and tasted like Id expect with pho. It was really great! We had our food within minutes of putting in our orders too, and that was excellent. Service was okay. Greeted, seated and ordered, but there was nothing else beyond that (never stopped back at the table again after we got our food). They were friendly enough though!

Google
went last night for dinner and it was amazing. the pho was good and i got the 13 dollar size and that and the binh mai roll filled me up. the roll was amazingly crispy and had lots of veggies. now this is not a fancy place, pop is via cans and the booths have little cushions. but it is really really good food. i saw alot of takeout orders while i was there.

Google
I tried Vietnamese food for the first time, and it was amazing! The Vietnamese coffee was rich and flavorful, and the pho bowl was absolutely the best comforting and delicious. Our group of 8 all enjoyed their meals. The only minor downside was the shrimp fried rice, which felt a bit bland compared to the other dishes. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would definitely recommend!

Google
Stopped in for lunch. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean. I had the medium pho with steak, brisket and meatballs. It was perfect. Thank you.

Google
Great Vietnamese food in the Frisco, TX area. Authentic Vietnamese style cousines taste as good as they look. Fast service. Friendly services. Clean and contemporary decor restaurant. Highly recommended. Updated on 7/5/2025: We came back a few months later and tried their Bún bò Huế, and it was the best compared to other places. I thought I should mention this for those who like bún bò Huế and wondering where's a good place to try it. Now you know.

Google
Came here 6 minutes after opening hours on a Sunday and there were already plenty of other customers already sitting with their food, which is a great sign! Our food was amazing! With one small issue where we got the wrong spring rolls, but they we’re very quick to correct this issues once we brought it to their attention. Now, let’s talk about service… we were sat immediately and were given time to order our food. Once we finally got our food and drinks the staff were hard to track down. We drank our water cups empty a few times and it was hard to get the attention of the staff for refills. And as I mentioned before, we ended up with the wrong spring rolls, and it took a minute to get someone over to let them know. When we did have the staffs attention they were so kind! Overall: food arrived quickly, and it was very tasty! However, the service could use a small improvement to attentiveness to their customers. Prices are great!

Yelp
Excellent Pho! I had Pho Dac Biet (combination),and Marci had Pho Ga (chicken), and we were both VERY happy!

Yelp
Was a packed house today probably cuz it's getting cold. First time here and we ordered grilled pork spring rolls, pho and bun Bo hue. Spring rolls were flimsy - wouldn't hold structure when eating so everything spilt. The grilled pork had a good flavor though. Pho was delicious. Bun Bo hue I give a 3/10. Maybe it's just me but it was way to fish saucy. The food was not hot when it came out. Service was very very slow. We had to keep getting their attention to ask for water refill, napkins, etc.

Yelp
Dined there on Thursday 10/16 evening 7PMish. Menu was very limited to several dishes. No Vietnamese mint/herbs with my bu'n. I got lettuce only in my vermicelli. Felt my dish was not complete without Viet herbs. The restaurant was clean and filled with folks. If you are looking for an authentic Vietnamese food, I would head to Garland. I was staying in Frisco because we didn't want to drive far away from the hotel, but regretted that we did not went to Carollton or Garland.

Yelp
We came here for the first time for Sunday lunch. It was quite packed shortly after opening but the service was quick and food came out quick. Spring rolls were nothing special but the pho dac biet is solid for this area of town. Not the best I've had but it did the trick. We will be back to try the BBH and banh xeo

Yelp
Of all the times I've been here, I've only had their Bun Bo Hue. Broth always has that right amount of spice and umami. I probably can say that this isn't very traditional since they don't put pork hock and blood cube in this soup. Service can be a little slow when they are busy. It may be more expensive than some other BBH places I've been but the taste and consistency is always well worth it for the price.

Yelp
Really solid choice in the Frisco/West Plano area. They have simplified their menu in recent years to adapt but food is still pretty good. The pho is pretty good and smooth with a slight sweet taste. The rice dishes are good with the grilled pork though it's a lot more basic than the broken rice dishes you'd get in Garland. Their best dish is probably the banh xeo. Comes out very crispy and piping hot. Service is always fast and efficient. Great place to satisfy a craving for Vietnamese food in this area.
google avatar

Yelp
It's been hard for me to find good Vietnamese food that isn't all the way in Garland. I took my grandmother here who was visiting from VN and we were both extremely impressed by the service, interior decor, and MASSIVE banh xeo (that was very tasty too!). We left more than satisfied. Even the Bun Bo Hue was better than most I've had and still pretty authentic even though they cater to an American crowd. The family who owns the restaurant is also very kind! I will definitely come back when craving some nuoc mam but not wanting to drive all the way to Garland lol

Yelp
Second time here, I stopped in early today to grab some Pho before heading into work. I did enjoy my food the first time around. This time my White me chicken was rather tougher than it should've been. Glad I only ordered a small bowl of Pho this time. Service was quick, and the restaurant was very clean. Once I proceeded to walk up to the counter to pay my tab. A very soft spoken young man asked, How was everything? This was exceptionally sweet of him, decent establishments still have an interests in the customers. This didn't go unnoticed. I expressed to him my thoughts. He told me, Wait right here. He went to the back (kitchen) area and came back to explain to me that the chicken may not have cooked properly and he told me my meal was on the HOUSE. Just please come back and give us another try at making things better. When restaurants want to offer quality food or quantity they've mastered the craft. I'll return again, that's for sure.

Yelp
Went for a quick lunch during work. Luckily I got there right before the rush. The food was really good. The grilled pork in the spring rolls was great. I was stuffed by the end of the meal so had to just eat the pork out of the last half of the spring roll because I didn't want it to go to waste. And the pho had great flavor. Getting the check took a little while but besides that everything else was good.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Sunday for lunch. The atmosphere was lively but not too crowded, and my party of 3 was seated quickly. We were impressed by their pho menu, offering up to 3 different types of beef per bowl (if you choose beef, but otherwise they have chicken and vegetarian options). We were also impressed by the 20, 30, and 40 oz portion options to accommodate different hunger levels. I didn't get to try my friend's spring rolls, but I ordered the 20 oz beef pho with brisket and fatty brisket. The broth was very tasty-- rather salty, but I still enjoyed it. My one complaint was that there was barely any meat in our bowls. Otherwise, we had a great experience.
google avatar

Yelp
The 3 stars was for the food. Food was good and the servings was commensurate to the price. We ordered vermicelli with grilled pork and vermicelli with grilled shrimp plus the fried spring rolls. The spring rolls were just ok, nothing great about it. The service SUCKS tho. To think we came at 3:30 pm and it is just. A group of them were just sitting there talking and they saw us come, did not approach us or anything. We had to call them so we can order. I asked for hot water with lemon and it never came. We asked for the egg rolls and it came when we are almost done with our food so we can't eat it right away coz they just made it and it was hot. Ambience was ok.

Yelp
We always get it to go and it's still very good. We love the bun bo hue and beef pho. Very flavorful! Sometimes it can be on the salty side but it's still so good. The banh xeo is my favorite. I do have them put less bean sprouts in it bc it can cause it to get soggy since we get it To go. But it's so crispy and flavorful with the fish sauce and herbs
google avatar

Kenny I.

Yelp
I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, Banh Xo, and Thai Tea. The Bun Bo Hue was just right for a cold, and windy day like today. The Banh Xo was savory and had a nice crunch to it. The Thai tea had a nice sweetness to it but wasn't very strong, but was perfect for the evening time. I would recommend this place.
google avatar

Soin A.

Yelp
Best pho in Plano. The menu was simple and easy to read, which made ordering really smooth. The food came out quickly, and everything we tried was delicious. Prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated that the portion sizes were well-matched to the size options. not too little, not too much. Will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Marie F.

Yelp
With the weather cooling down I had a craving for Pho and this restaurant is my go to for this delicious soup! I ordered the Beef Noodle Soup, Spring Rolls, and an Iced Thai Tea. I placed this order through DoorDash and I put a note for the restaurant to add extra Hoisin sauce since I absolutely love that in my Pho. This was perfect and warmed me up since it was raining that day
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting Pho Mac. I appreciated the large selection available. The service was a bit slow, despite only a few tables dining. I ordered the small pho, while my husband ordered the large pho. I liked that each order came with 3 toppings. I did not care for the broth that much. It wasn't very flavorful. The dining area was a bit dark, dim, and wasn't all that clean tbh!
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
Love this spot for bun Bo hue. I've tried other places but I've always come back to this spot. I've taken many of my friends here and they love this place too. Service is quick and staff is super kind, great ambiance for all sorts of groups! Being a date, bring your family or friends; welcome to small or large groups! All the food here is amazing. Best Viet spot in my opinion. Let me put you on! 11/10 recommend. Till then, let's grub.
google avatar

Linda G.

Yelp
Best Vietnamese food I've had in Dallas thus far! Everything is so fresh and out so fast it's like they knew what you were going to order. Highly recommend the Thai tea, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, and banh mi. I'm so happy I found my new local place and will definitely be back. Plenty of room for seating and very friendly service.
google avatar

Clau D.

Yelp
Nice place, clean, music was pleasant, service was good and food was great. The flavor of the pho is very good. Im not giving it the full 5 stars because the booths are very uncomfortable.. I rushed to finish my meal so i could get up. I will be ordering to go next time!
google avatar

Dani A.

Yelp
Looks like people are enjoying their pho. Maybe I should've tried that instead but I couldn't stay to eat it fresh. I ordered the fried rice and fresh squeezed limeade. Very quiet inside, and not a lot of people around 3 PM. Service for to go order was really fast.

Kate V.

Yelp
The customer service is great. Every worker I saw had a smile on their face and took the time to ask us how everything was going/went. The Pho hands down is bar far the best that I've tried in the Frisco/plano area. I got the smallest bowl and it was the perfect size. I really enjoyed the crispy egg rolls as well and the limeade was delicious, very refreshing!
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Always fast, fresh and delicious! Really great meat/non meat options for pho, spring rolls and other menu options. LOTS of seating, ample parking, friendly staff and great prices! I work close to Pho Crystal and love picking up food to take home to the fam when I work late.
google avatar

Chris L.

Yelp
***WARNING*** Do NOT order the small pho. You will want more! This is a traditional pho restaurant, and it does not disappoint! Got the fatty brisket pho, eggrolls (2 per order), Thai ice tea, and rare steak. The broth is tasty, and clean. Noodles are cooked well. The meat is very tender! The eggrolls are just the right crisp and tenderness. Thai ice tea has just enough kick. Service is good, and very comfortable environment. Plenty of parking. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
google avatar

Keith R.

Yelp
Delicious pho! Friendly, efficient staff. We were greeted, sat, ordered, food delivered, ate, and on our way in less than an hour. Grilled pork spring rolls were a standout. I typically get chicken, but happy I branched out. Great "grilled" flavor. The 20 ounce pho was definitely enough!
google avatar

Phil B.

Yelp
Excellent pho and banh mi here! Not the best, but just good! Reasonably priced and always quick service. The broth is what it's about and again, not the best but probably the best in this area imo. The bahn mi's tastes fresh and clean. However, was disappointed with the Viet ice coffee. It's not the drip style so be warned. Other than that, the food was excellent!
google avatar

Tim G.

Yelp
Cool place for bun bo hue. I was looking for an authentic vietnamese restaurant that served a solid BBH. This one is as close as it gets. Met up with a friend of mine that frequents this place on the regular. The place was packed during the lunch hour rush. The 32 ounce was the perfect solution to the freezing cold weather. I noticed that my BBH did not come with blood cubes. It was so cold that the plate of veggies had icicles on it. Perhaps it was pre cut veggies and the weather was just really cold causing it to ice up. I read the location was recently renovated too. Overall solid location and not too difficult to get to. It's only a little further down the Asian plaza of Warren Pkwy and DNT.
google avatar

Paul G.

Yelp
While there are guests eating, your team stacked chairs and pulled out the mop bucket filled with bleach water. This is not courteous or thoughtful. A chair fell off the table, making a loud noise, and we could smell/breathe bleach while eating soup. Hope this feedback helps.
google avatar

Trish N.

Yelp
My husband and I used to eat here often, one of our to go places since we lived in Frisco but today, I was disappointed on my door dash order. I ordered a banh xeo. My dasher handed me my order and the food was exposed. The dasher even gave me the weird look, saying that the restaurant told him to have the box opened. This was concerning to me. How is this sanitary? I called the restaurant to be told that they were afraid of the banh xeo breaking. I recommended them for future orders to not do that but the person on the phone told me that I need to note it next time. Anything could have happened. What if my dasher was having covid and could have contaminated my food? Sorry but they lost a customer.
google avatar

Bow V.

Yelp
Good and tasty food. The restuarant is clean. The service is quick and nice staffs. The Vietnam pancake is the must try.

Alberto F.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusting. I was eating the beef pho when I found a roach in the bowl. Totally ruined my appetite and left me feeling sick. This is beyond unacceptable -- it shows a serious lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. I will never eat here again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Emmy M.

Yelp
Came with my roommate & her mom & it was SO good!! Flavorful broth, reasonable price, & fresh! Wait staff was great & I loved the environment. Best environment for a pho restaurant that didn't feel like a "hole in the wall."
google avatar

M'kayla D.

Yelp
I want to start off by saying the restaurant is very spacious and the customer service was exceptional. For my appetizers I order spring rolls and egg rolls. The spring rolls were fresh and the peanut sauce added a hint of flavor. The egg rolls had a great crunch and were packed with flavor! I can see myself ordering a dozen egg rolls to go just for the hell of it. I'm iffy about the pho. I felt it was missing something!! I ordered the 30oz beef pho, it came with plenty of noodles and broth, but it only had three pieces of meat! The table was set with the standard salt, pepper, sriracha, and hoisin sauce I used what was available to jazz up my meal.
google avatar

Nikki J.

Yelp
Ordered a Bahn Mi for delivery! It was completely dry - no pate and no mayo. It was terrible!!! Even the baguette was super skinny. The pate is the magic of the sandwich in my opinion!!!
google avatar

Emily P.

Yelp
I got veggie pho & my son got the chicken. We also got the combo fried rice and it was BOMB. I loved that they offered white or dark meat chicken because typically places just offer dark and I'm not a fan. The service was great and food arrived quickly.
google avatar

Thanh V.

Yelp
This is my neighborhood pho place so it's most convenient for me. Let's talk about the most famous Vietnamese dish, Pho. There are 3 sizes available on the menu, small need to be small, medium needs medium, Large needs to be, you got it....LARGE! I got the largest size, $17. Indeed the bowl is eye popping BIG, but the contents amount is shameful. Check out the photo. You decide for yourself. Last week we ordered 3 bun Bo hue, and same thing. This is my one pet peeve about restaurants trying to cut corners. The owners need to do better! Their pho is decent considering Preston area but if it were in garland it would be mediocre. Looks like I will make a further drive to get tastier, bigger portion pho elsewhere.
google avatar

Kim N.

Yelp
Great, authentic Vietnamese food. I always get the pho tai and some cha gio or a banh mi to go. The "small" pho is really quite small, so I would at least order the medium. Service is great! Ambience is casual. Great spot for a quick lunch break.
google avatar

Paul G.

Yelp
This was my third time at pho mac and the first time here, I tried their Bun Bo Hue and it tasted quite common and doesn't have the pig blood cubes that I liked, but I'm a Bun Bo Hue connoisseur and my standards are high. However, for the second and third time, I tried their 40 oz pho with fatty brisket, trip and rare beef on the side, and it tasted great! The 40 oz pho was a massive bowl of pho, and it was enough food to keep me filled for about 8 hours. I loved the fatty brisket as it was soft and very flavorful. The rare beef was fresh, of good quality and tasty. The wait staffs were friendly, and was above average but not exceptional for a Vietnamese restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. I would not hesitate to come back for another hearty bowl of pho and would highly recommend them.
google avatar

Tina P.

Yelp
Food was delicious. I come to the area for work and have been trying to find a good pho spot. This definitely hits the spot
google avatar

Kevin C.

Yelp
The interior is spacious and very inviting. The staff is friendly and fast service. The food is great. The portion is really reasonable for the price. I didn't feel they over priced their menu compared to others. The broth had great layered of flavor and plenty of meat to go along with the noodle. Definitely one of my favorite go to spot in the area. I highly you recommend you try it out.
google avatar

Josh A.

Yelp
Delicious pho, generous sizes and fair prices. Very fast service and amazing warm up during cold weather. Laid back vibes in a peaceful setting.
google avatar

Olie P.

Yelp
The food is tasty (the pho broth and bun Bo hue were great), but the portions leave much to be desired. It's too expensive for the price. And the service when we went wasn't very attentive.

Michiko L.

Yelp
When we passed by the restaurant, we noticed it was packed with customers. Seeing how busy it was, we figured the food must be delicious. Although it took a little while for our water to arrive, our food was served shortly after we placed our order. We ordered the brisket pho and chicken fried rice. The pho was absolutely delicious, and next time, I think I'll just stick to the pho.
google avatar

Gena D.

Yelp
My friend suggested going to this place because when dining in the area previously, she said the pho smelled so good from outside. I knew exactly what she went as soon as we walked in - it smelled delicious! The restaurant is clean and looks new. I got a pho with meatballs and fatty brisket. The broth is one of the most flavorful pho broths I've had in Dallas so far. The small bowl was the perfect size for me, and one of the first times I've finished a whole bowl by myself, soup and all. Service was great. They got my friend's order wrong the first time, but our server quickly corrected the kitchen's mistake within 5 minutes. We did get seated by what seemed like a child though so not sure what was going on there.
google avatar

Nick C.

Yelp
The pho here was amazing and I got to try the Vietnamese crepe for the first time which was fantastic, try it if you haven't had one before! The banh mi was a smaller size but inexpensive and tasted fresh and delicious. My Vietnamese coffee as well tasted great. Service was friendly and fast as well :)
google avatar

Lindy C.

Yelp
Delicious!! I was craving this but wasn't sure where to go. This was the place!! Thanks to yelp gave pho mac a try and did not regret that decision! Friendly fast service, chill relaxing environment and excellent food at decent price points. Wish I lived closer this would be on regular rotation
google avatar

Amanda S.

Yelp
The brisket pho is delicious. The broth is savory and really hits the spot. You get a good portion for your money, the bowl is filled with meat, noodles, and broth. I got the 20oz bowl and couldn't finish it all. Your side plate comes with vegetables for your pho, cilantro, basil, lime, peppers, and bean sprouts. First time getting the iced thai tea, it's longhorn orange, I was a little surprised but it tasted fantastic. I'll get the iced thai tea each time I come here now it's so refreshing. Service is average, you get your food fast but most of the staff don't check on you until you're ready to pay. They mostly just play with their phones at the counter, it took me 15 minutes to get their attention to ask for the WiFi password and I was sitting in a booth facing them. They do have WiFi, ask for the password while you are ordering if you're going to need it. Ambiance is kinda dark, cozy, intimate feel. Casual and relaxing. Plenty of seats available and not too busy at 4pm on a weekday.
google avatar

Joseph N.

Yelp
I came here today. The food is good but you seat yourself and order through the QR code. The waiters no longer check on you and if I had questions I had to stand up and walk to their desk to ask questions. You have to pay and tip in advance. If you want to remove the interaction between people and the waiter. Don't ask for a tip before I even get service. I still tipped because I was scared I'd get terrible service. But guess what I tipped and still got terrible service. Why force payment and tip upfront if I don't know the kind of service I get?

Sanjay K.

Yelp
It was mid. Had pho, and it was tasteless. Took all of the condiments to make it taste like anything at all. Not worth the price.
