I had an amazing experience at Pho Mai, and it’s all thanks to Peter and his wonderful staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. The menu features a fantastic selection of Vietnamese dishes, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and made with care. Peter was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed and even offering great recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. I highly recommend Pho Mai for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch Vietnamese food with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Excellent Thai food. Spring roll had great texture, not chewy. Egg roll in the rice noodle salad was crunchy crispy but not burnt. Banh Mi is served on a crunchy roll. It’s busy so does get loud. Could use some music in the background to soften the noise. A must stop if traveling in 494.

Some of the best food I have had in a while! Everything was good, but the egg rolls are on another level! Super fast service and love the location.

I’ve been on a quest for good pho. This spot is up there for me, especially for the southwest TC area. Beef was a great thiny sliced pieces, not too thin and very tender. I added the veggies onto it for $2 extra. Regular sized bowl was about $17 rounding up. The broth was tasty. Egg rolls were pretty good. Service kept stopping by so was able to ask for other items at ease - chilli oil was great. Fried tofu on the pho, was good too.

The Pro was not that good. The broth was flavorless and very clear. The meatballs in the pro were very hard to chew. The spicy chicken was really good and rich in flavor.

We were there Saturday at 7pm. Management ignored the extreemy intoxicated table next to us. One women almost fell on our table on the way to the bathroom. She should have been asked to leave at this point. Instead they let her back in and she fell asleep at the table where a gentleman in the party was yelling at an uncomfortable decibel to get her to wake up. She did fall on us when finally leaving. Not ok. Even without this experience, the lights are so bright. They need to be dimmed down. Food was just ok.

Google
The pho is good ! Not as flavorful, but still delicious. The egg rolls had a really crunchy, tasty crust on the outside and I ordered Lychee Sake- very light, smooth and refreshing!

Google
Speaking about just the bahn mi: They make excellent sandwiches! The house special is the best because it comes with two kinds of pork. The egg included changes the texture a bit much but it's otherwise a great sandwich. The veggie version comes with a generous serving of well fried tofu. The bread is all around great!

Yelp
Best Pho I've had in Minnesota! They are incredibly efficient here. When we arrived it was super busy, but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Staff came to take our order right away and fed everything into a tablet so by the time we finished ordering a second person was already at the table with out drinks. So awesome! The food is amazing! Great quality fresh ingredients and huge portions for very reasonable prices. I can't recommend this place enough!

Yelp
Pho Mai is a pho machine. We literally had our food in five minutes after we were seated. And the server checked back with us frequently to see how we were doing. Why can't all restaurants be this efficient? We had the pork and shrimp spring rolls. These were huge and they don't skimp on the shrimp. Also, had the number 25 pho with lean beef. Great broth, and lots beef along with the noodles. They are located in the Asia Mall. Pho Mai is just one of many reasons to visit.

Yelp
Once a month, we find ourselves drawn back to this spot for their delicious Pho and spring rolls. The service is always quick, and the ambience is notably better than what you might expect from a typical Thai restaurant. While most of their dishes are great, the Pho truly stands out. It's loaded with meat and noodles, so much so that finishing an entire serving is almost a challenge. I'm also a fan of their made-to-order fried rice, which I pair with a side of crispy chicken and egg. I prefer to have the sauce on the side to control the flavor. If you're in the mood for something spicier, definitely ask for their chili oil--it adds a nice kick. Their spring rolls are a must-try, especially with the sausage. They've got this crispy element inside that makes them unique, and they're so light and fresh, you could easily eat 25 of them in one sitting. They're perfect for a hot summer day when you want something refreshing.

Yelp
First time in Minnesota and being a true Asian I found where all the Asians can be found. This Vietnamese restaurant is located in the Asia Mall in Eden Prairie. The mall is also next to a Costco so 2 birds... Anyways, the food was fantastic, and their spring roll has this crispy something on the outside. Gotta try it. The man who sat me at a table was friendly and made recommendations. I ordered two sandwiches to eat for dinner with my friend/host for that night on the way out. I did come back the day before I was to fly home. I came a bit earlier for lunch and had a different person seat me. He wasn't as friendly, but the food was just as good. Again, left with 2 sandwiches, but this time for my trip back to home.

Yelp
Pho Mai is our new favorite!! We were visiting Asia Mall and looking for some yummy food when we came across this gem! The service was quick, the food was top notch (we ordered a lot just for 4 people) and the restaurant was great also! Our server was great, very helpful when we had questions and the food came out so quick after ordering! We will 100% be back

Matthew H.

Yelp
Great Vietnamese food in a nice place! Pho Mai like its brother MT noodle are both really good Vietnamese food. I like this one because it's in the mall and they have Mochi Donuts attached!!! So.. head to the asian mall for your dinner, while you are there grab some amazing lunch at Pho Mai top it off with a Mochi Donut and enjoy! Great service and clean as well!!! It is pretty busy on the weekends so you may have a little bit of a wait but it's worth it!

Yelp
I visited Pho Mai with my in-laws for the Chinese New Year hosted at Asia Mall. We decided to get food before the event started. The restaurant was packed, loud, and busy at 11:30am. We were shown to our seat and before we had time to look at the menu, we were asked if we were ready to order. I felt rushed, despite being Vietnamese-American. I ordered a rice platter. The food was delicious. I didn't need to add fish sauce to the dish. The ingredients seem fresh. My in-laws enjoyed their banh-mi and mi kho. Unfortunately, I had to show my in-law how to eat mi kho. We were never asked about our food, but there was a staff that went around to refill our waters. 4 out of 5 stars due to being rush to order, barely checked on, my in-law - who is not Asian was not shown or explained how to eat mi kho. I understand they were busy due to the New Years, but maybe it would be different next time on a non-holiday, non-weekend.

Yelp
speaking for takeout experience only--very speedy & food was well packed so I didn't stress about spilling anything. ordered the hu tiu with chicken & it was sooooo good. definitely want to come for a sit-in meal next time!

Steve G.

Yelp
Had lunch here while checking out the Asia Mall in Eden Prairie (which is also wonderful). The food at Pho Mai is wonderful! Their Egg Rolls are big and crispy, with great ingredients and balanced flavors. So many places Egg Rolls are filled with mush; not here. The Chicken Wings are a good size and craveable. I had a "small" bowl of Pho, which was still too big to finish. Which was just fine because it was so good, I was glad to have leftovers for the next day. My wife ordered the Sweet & Sour Shrimp. The batter was very light and the sauce was perfect (not cloyingly sweet or drowning the Shrimp). She said it was the best she's had and keeps wanting to go back to have it again. Service was good, and food came out quickly. Can't wait to go back.

Robin R.

Yelp
Pho doesn't get more fabulous than here!! And the speedy service is down to a science, which makes it a perfect lunch spot. Not too noisy and very clean. Since it's in the Asia Mall, you can also get some groceries before you go! I couldn't resist!

Yelp
Went to Pho Mai for lunch today with a coworker because he want some good Vietnamese food. I ordered the Pho Thiet "meat lover " regular bowl with a side of the egg rolls. He ordered a rice noodle salad with grilled chicken and egg roll. First of all the service was awesome we did not wait long for our food and everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. The egg rolls were perfectly cooked and crispy and the fish sauce was very tasty. My Pho was super flavorful with the broth having all the right notes of beef and seasoning. The basil, bean sprouts and jalapeño were all fresh and not wilted like some places. My coworkers noodle salad was flavorful too which he said was actually a little too big for him to finish. He said he really liked the pickled vegetables and the way the noodles had a spring to them. The ambiance was perfect at lunch time. Not super busy but busy enough to know it was a good place to eat.

Yelp
Food: 4.5 stars Service: 2 stars Had cơm tấm (broken rice) at Pho Mai with a friend on a week night. We got in around 8 and was able to be seated but they already started cleaning up and putting chairs on tables. Food was really good - I like my com tam. I also had a durian slice cake that was tasty - soft, moist and not overly sweet. They have just a little durian though. During the meal, the staffs were cleaning and rushing people out which is really disrupting. They said they close at 9pm but really they want to get everyone out of there by 9. We even had to get out of a different entrance by the time were done with the meal. One staff was mopping under out feet while we were eating. It's a shame because the food is good but I dont think I want to dine in at this place again.

Rose May V.

Yelp
It was my first time in PHO Mai and they didnt disappoint! We ordered 2 rounds of egg rolls which was very filling,House special PHO and Mi Kho and Com Tam Heo.The broth of the PHO was so tasty and rich. The service was so efficient and fast.

Yelp
I'm a frequent shopper at Asia Mall, so I was excited to try another restaurant within the mall on my latest trip! Parking is always an adventure, but we were lucky enough to find something pretty quickly! We were able to get a seat at Pho Mai right away. The interior isn't anything special, but there is plenty of seating. Service was attentive and the food came out really quickly! We got the Wontons and the Chicken Pho. The Wontons were NEXT LEVEL! Highly recommend! The chicken pho was along the same lines of most pho I've had in the past! Large serving, good broth, yummy noodles! Overall, nothing special, but definitely gets the job done if you are craving some warm, tasty pho!

Mariah L.

Yelp
Wow! I was really impressed!!! The service was so fast. As soon as I walked in someone made eye contact and asked me if I wanted to dine in, I was immediately sat with a menu. Before I could even take off my jacket another person brought me water. The server stayed near but gave me space to look over the menu and came over as soon as I looked up (extremely attentive to my actions) took my order and then no lie about 2 mins later my food was in front of me. Perfect place if you need a quick eat. The iced coffee was perfect and exactly what I needed. Strong yet creamy. The egg rolls - they used a thicker puffier wrapper which you don't see too often. It is super crispy which is my favorite part. They are not stingy with their filling; TONS of filling (personal preference here) I had to remove some filling - but again I'm more of the texture crispy outside gal. I got a small sized pho with lean beef and meatballs. I should have gotten a regular sized it was so good and I wanted more! I am very appreciative when restaurants offer multiple sizes of soup depending on my mood if I want more or less. I'll def be returning.

Michael B.

The egg included changes the texture a bit much but it's otherwise a great sandwich. The veggie version comes with a generous serving of well fried tofu. The bread is all around great! The staff is friendly and makes regular checks on you. The entire restaurant smells like fresh bread.

Yelp
Pho Mai at the Asia Mall was tastier than expected. The spicy chili oil was surprisingly good. Service was decent, it was busy. Love that they have a direct entrance from outside and an entrance from inside the mall.

Marissa M.

Yelp
This was my first time coming to the Asia Mall/Pho Mai and it was overall a great experience! Right after walking in we were quickly seated and received water immediately. The menu is big and there is a huge variety of items. The Pho was pretty good and comes in small/medium/large which I really loved! Even the small to me felt pretty big. The flavor was good and this dish came VERY quickly (before everyone else). The Bun Dac Biet I did not personally try, but it was a very large portion and was said to be great! The pork was the favorite on this bowl! The Com Tam Heo, Bi, Cha had a wide variety of foods and wow, I thought it was very good and flavorful. The pork was the same as the last dish mentioned which was very tasty and the egg loaf was intriguing but I thought it was great. The tomatoes were the only thing I thought was a little odd about the dish and I wasn't sure when to eat them. The hot & spicy chicken has a very good flavor and was yet again a pretty large portion. There were a little too many onions with the chicken but that is the only complaint I would have! Overall great, the only other detail I can think of is that it felt very rushed or felt like we were being pushed out.

Yelp
Stopped in to get quick lunch. Located inside the Eden Prairie Asia Mall. Staff wee fast and friendly. They checked up i between our order to make sure everything was alright. Lots of options, they have a mochi donut and milk tea right next to them too. Will be back to try other items from the menu.

Yelp
Asia mall is still very much developing its cuisine and tempo, but the one spot that hit it out of the park immediately must be Pho Mai. It is the one spot always full, with folks at times lining up to get in. Let's talk food: so so authentic, portions amazing, and flavor on point. The Bahn Mi was mustardy, meaty, and delicious. i loved that there was an egg in there. the mains were perfect as well, with the meat platter filled with extra goodness-- pickled veg, fritatta, shrimp cake, and more. the dessert was also exceptional, chalk full of red been and jelly. the service was wonderful as well. Peter, one of the owners, took time to talk us through each dish and its name. the staff was positive, fast, and respectful. the mall around is vibrant and bustling. i hope the rest of the spots around take a lesson from Pho Mai!

Mandarin Y.

Yelp
This place is located on the floor of the Asia Mall in Eden Prairie. We decided to try this place out for lunch, and since it was weekday, it wasn't very crowded. We were greeted and seated right away. The dining area had a very modern and bright decor. I ordered eggrolls to start and a regular sized Pho Dac Biet "House Special". The eggrolls were fried to perfection and even though they were on the thicker side, the filling was airy and not too dense. The filling was seasoned well and not too salty. The fish-sauce based sauce that it came with was very well balanced with sweet, savory, sour, and umami flavors. The pho broth tasted beefy and not overly salted. All the ingredients tasted fresh. Overall, it was a delicious meal, and I would gladly return again. Service was casual and friendly. Parking was very easy because there is a large parking lot in the front of the building.

Leang E.

Yelp
What a hidden gem in the plaza of Asia Mall. There were so many great items to choose from the menu. I settled on the spring rolls with shrimp and pork. This was very unique as the shrimp was dipped in a batter and they have a fried wrapper inside which made it crispy. I also got the pho tai, which is my go to. I also got to try my sister's wonton noodle soup and my mom's pork noodle salad. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The broth flavors hasd really good balance. I can see why my sister has a preference for this place.

Hanah L.

Yelp
This was my first time trying Pho Mai, a place I've had on my "must try" list for a while now! Located inside Asia Mall, there were plenty of parking & seating. They had a variety of foods to choose from their menu aside from pho! Though the broth was so so comforting, the pho noodles were very starchy and undercooked :'( I appreciate their different sizes of pho as well as the generous portions!! Although I was a bit disappointed this time around, I'll have to give it another try!

Vi G.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant when I'm craving spring rolls and their peanut sauce! I get their mixed protein.

Patrick H.

Yelp
The Pho Mai Banh Mi it's probably the best sandwich in the Twin Cities. The bread is perfectly made to be flaky on the outside and soft and chewy in the center. The meat is tender and well seasoned, and the pickle vegetables are the perfect accompaniment. This is a sandwich that I crave. I've had them many different places, but this is definitely the best around. Again service is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean and orderly. Well staffed and great prices.

Declan A.

Yelp
Pho was very bland service was horrible I have had pho 1-70 times in my life and every thing was way better DON'T COME HERE!

Ryan F.

Yelp
First time here and we will definitely be back! Fresh spring rolls with grilled pork were great! Wish they had more options with the grilled pork! I am sure we could have asked and they would have made it. The owner took our order and all the staff were very attentive. My other half had chicken pho and the beef for me. Best fried rice we have had in the twin cities so far. By the end the two of us ordered six dishes and took more home than we ate, it was so good for days! Th ere are many options close to us, but this will definitely be a go to! The shopping market was great too and we got tons of treats for the kids (and a couple for us too!) next is a review of the bakery that had its grand opening there too - beautiful pastries.

Deborah C.

Yelp
We came on a random weekday for a late lunch, and really enjoyed our meal! We weren't incredibly hungry, so splitting the Nem Nuong between two people sufficed. It came with ingredients for seven rolls, so it was more than enough for a small meal. It was incredibly delicious and hit the spot.

Aya F.

Yelp
The broth was delicious, the meat was tender. But the portions are much smaller than I expected for the price. Felt like I only got 3 small slices of raw beef and 1 cut up meatball. The pork sausage spring rolls are huge though! The other dishes I saw on other tables looked great though. I'd go back and try a rice or vermicelli dish.

Yande M.

Yelp
I have a love/hate relationship with Pho Mai. I love that they have a great menu with something for everyone and the food is delicious. But I hate how they basically rush to get you to leave from the moment you sit down. There have been multiple occasions when we have come here, are seated, and before we even pick-up a menu, the staff wants our full order. On multiple occasions, we have been asked to pay our bill within minutes of our food being put on the table. Definitely not the best customer service. But the food overall is great. The spring rolls are a must have. The pho is great, and so is their sesame chicken. I will definitely come back. It's close, and the food is good, but the customer service needs some work.

Lyla H.

Yelp
Very good Pho noodles soup and spring rolls. Serve was fast. The portion was good for the price.

Mary Anne W.

Yelp
Pho Mai is my go-to pho place in the Metro area. I love the broth, and the portion is decent. I used to order the regular size pho, but I found that too much for me. Another favorite for me here is the spring roll. It's very filling, and the sauce tastes really good. When it comes to service, everything is quick and easy. They seat you, give you menus, and take your order whenever you're ready. The food comes out within 10 minutes. They also approach you with a wireless Square device when you're ready to pay. Definitely a nice place if you're in a hurry. Highly recommend! Always a good place for good pho.

S J.

Yelp
Their pho is actually the best around. No additional condiments needed. Rice noodle salad with grill pork and egg roll is my go to!

Vita B.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about this place . The food is good. But the service tries to push you out for fast turn over . Prices are on higher end as well. Also we had one really bad visit when the person I was with asked them for chicken pho with just chicken and shrimp and no pork. But they brought with pork anyways. Then took it back took pork off and brought it back out ( there was still pieces of pork in it ) . We had to switch out dishes ( mine had chicken only) because we didn't want to make them take it back second time. But this really left unpleasant experience. Probably will do take out only going forward. The dishes they do get right are banh mi and spring roll. I think MT noodles are better, even if I think it's same owner of both places.

Alyana S.

Yelp
I enjoyed Pho Mai and this was my first time visiting as well! The service was amazing and they really provided great service by providing recommendations and answering our questions! My group had a variety of pho dishes and rice and grilled chicken! The grilled chicken was so savory and I loved the sauce it came with! The spring rolls with grilled pork was also delicious. I highly recommend it and it's two spring rolls but it's cut in half so technically four pieces! Also it was confusing with knowing where to go to be sat with the long line for Bober Tea and Mochi Dough but you just go into pho Mai to the register to be sat!

Steve K.

Yelp
The Asian Mall is a neat place to check out. We had dinner here at the Pho Mai. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient. The food was respectable and moderately priced. I liked that they offered three different sizes of Pho (small, regular, large). The one negative is it's loud in there, even when it's not full. They can benefit from sound absorbing stuff (wall paper, chairs, ceiling surface, etc.)

Ted R.

Yelp
This review is based upon a very limited food order, so I cannot say how applicable it is to their Pho, or other dishes. I went there with my wife for lunch on a Tuesday. Contrary to the opening of the Mall, there were no crowds and we were seated immediately. The service was friendly and professional. There are no lunch specials and entrees seemed to average about $17, which is more of a dinner price to me. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The good: My wife had the grilled chicken Banh Mi ($9.75), which she said was pretty solid, but not quite as good as the late Jasmine Deli on Nicollet. The bad: I had the garlic chicken wings. After eating one, I called over the waiter and said that I think I got the plain chicken wings. He assured me it had garlic sauce (I tasted none) and offered to give me a dish of extra sauce. I appreciated that, but the sauce contained toasted garlic in oil, which wasn't good for dipping. Even without the extra sauce, the wings were extremely greasy and not very meaty. On a scale from 1 to 10, they were a 1 or 2.

Greg W.

Yelp
Excellent wait staff. Super friendly and attentive. Recommend getting there early since it fills up fast. Tofu spring rolls had a decent ratio of protein/veg/noodle and the peanut sauce was good. Thick with just a bit of pepper. I usually like them a bit more peanut-forward, though. The crunchy tofu skin is a texture pro move. Hot and spicy tofu was fantastic and I'm glad we split it because portions are huge. Perfectly fried tofu, sautéed onions, and a not-too-sweet lemongrass sauce with a little heat. Definitely not "hot" or "spicy", though. The other dishes people ordered looked excellent and we'll be back to try it out.

Kal S.

Yelp
Offspring of original MT Moodle in Brooklyn Park and then Pho Mai in Dinkytown. I think MT Noodle is better but Pho Mai is still doable and closer to home. Recommend the Nem Nuong #16 and the combination rice platter. Hopefully they will expand the menu to include other items from MT noodle. Next door they also offer mochi donuts and boba tea. They tend to sell out on the donuts if you show up in the evening. Located in the multilevel Asia Mall complex so weekends can be pretty busy.

Karen T.

Yelp
This second outpost of a twin cities staple can be found on the first floor of the new Asia Mall in EP. We had a great experience. Don't be deterred by the line out front- it's the line for the Bober tea and mochi dough place connected to it. Word has it crowds are crazy right now during "soft opening" but we were surprisingly impressed with the lack of wait to sit down to eat on a Friday night, the speed with which our order was taken and came out of the kitchen (especially for a party of 6!!) and deliciousness and authenticity of the food. For 3 hungry adult couples we ordered a party platter to share, each couple had a banh mi and a regular pho to split, and it was more than enough food. Drink menu is also pretty solid- some of us partook in lucky buddhas, others sake. I enjoyed a lychee sake. Checking out was easy- we just went up to the cashier to pay. Will recommend!

Dorothy H.

Yelp
I had such a great experience at Pho Mai on a weekend - I really thought it'd be busy, and it was! But it didn't slow down the team or the food. I came with my family and my dad's pho came out 30 seconds after he ordered (no joke!). The other dishes came out super quickly - it feels like within 5 minutes. The banh mi are to die for - so flavorful and full of meat and veggies! My husband got the house special banh Mi and I got the grilled pork. Both were delicious and would definitely order again. We also ordered some spring rolls and they are filled so nicely. The wait staff is so attentive, service is super quick, and food is delicious. Absolute 10/10 experience and will be back when the craving for Vietnamese food hits!

Grace S.

Yelp
Pretty unique space & it is actually more delicious! I don't know why but their food tastes especially clean & good. Huh. I only went once and its new to me so I will update this review after I return a few more times and I plan to.

Deb P.

Yelp
My first Pho in Minneapolis! A friend asked me to lunch and at first we were heading to get Hot Pot but it was closed so, we opted for Pho. I was glad. The Pho: Having nothing else to compare to, this was delicious. The broth was nice and light; not heavy with just the right about of cilantro. I ordered Pho with brisket. It hit the spot. They come in two sizes: Small and Regular. I opted for small since I can never eat a complete bowl of Pho. Good call because I still have some leftover. Thankfully, the Pho comes with bean sprouts, lime wedges, Thai basil and jalapeño on a separate dish versus in your bowl (like, no, return to kitchen if all arrives in your bowl). The restaurant: It was crowded. Always a good sign especially when crowded with people that look like me. Woo. They seem to cater to tables of about six, maybe eight. Service: Excellent. Staff are super friendly and they can check you out at your table. Once you order, the food arrives very quickly. Tip: Weave your way past the Mochi doughnut place and head straight into the restaurant and then to the register. They will seat you. Next time: I'm going to try some spring rolls and maybe a different noodle dish. But yes, there will be a next time! Bonus: The spoons. My friend and I noticed how the spoons are nicely designed: long handle with a proportional bowl. This makes a diff. Some places give you a short handle with a shallow bowl. Not great for bowls of Pho!

Ben J.

Yelp
Been here several times and never disappointed with their food. While we go for big bowls of pho and won ton noodle soup, I've found their other dishes are good too. Rice plate, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, crispy noodles with veggies and meats, their egg rolls and their spring rolls are all good. Service attention is great and our meals have been affordable and worth our money. It's a busy place next to the boba tea and mochi donut place but well worth the wait.

Sadie S.

Yelp
cute vietnamese bistro at the asia mall. we went mid afternoon and it wasn't busy. lots of places to sit! we got the house special pho which had a good beef broth and you got a good amount for the small. the nem nuong banh mi was very refreshing on a hot day - very balancing and packed fat!

Melissa Y.

Yelp
Finally decided to try Pho Mai tonight for dinner. Went with my little family and I ordered the Bun Dac Biet, NO peanuts with the shrimp beancurd included. Halfway through my meal, realized there was a piece of hair in my noodle salad. Informed one of the owners, who was kind enough to send it back to the kitchen to have it remade to go. Got home and opened it just to realized there were peanuts everywhere and NO shrimp beancurd was included. Very allergic, sad I had to toss it. Kind staff and great customer service, just not attentive. At least I can say I tried.

Decent Vietnamese food. Ordered the wrap plate and came with lots of meat and veggies

Yelp
Just had their house special Pho this morning and it was delicious. Would very much compare it to Quang restaurant in Minneapolis, which is my go-to place for Pho. Wait staff was really friendly and helpful but we waited at our table for a while after eating before realizing that you go up to the front to pay, so that's important to know! The Asia Mall, which is connected to this restaurant, is also a really cool area to explore before or after your meal! The parking lot was filling up super fast even at 11 am so definitely get there early if you want to avoid long waits or trouble with parking.

Yelp
Very solid pho. If you get takeout, the shaved beef comes uncooked, which is great for fresh-boiling with the hot broth, but definitely is a consideration if you live further away.
