"While only the size of a very small walk-in closet, Pho Mi 2 Go is one of our absolute favorite Vietnamese options in Miami. All of the grilled meats you’ll find in the rice bowls, vermicelli salad, and bánh mì are beautifully charred and flavorful. We’d happily eat them all by themselves on a plate. But when said meats are slapped between a crunchy baguette, it makes for one of the best bánh mì in Miami. "The pho at this tiny Vietnamese spot is not one of those sad, watered-down versions that needs overzealous squirts of sriracha and hoisin to be edible. Pho Mi 2 Go serve’s one of Miami’s best pho (as well as the city's best bánh mì). The broth here is so rich and beefy that it really doesn’t need any doctoring, although we find that a squirt of lime juice or a Thai basil leaf in each spoonful doesn’t hurt. "This is our favorite bánh mì in Miami, and that’s almost entirely thanks to the meat. Order the grilled lemongrass pork version and you’ll receive a sandwich stuffed with big chunks of tender, charred pork that would taste amazing if they were served between two old shoes. Luckily, they’re served on a soft and warm baguette with a satisfying amount of herbage, various sliced vegetables, and thick wedges of jalapeño that’ll make you thankful for their comically large drinks." - anne cruz
