"The free range birds at this Little Saigon institution are available steamed on their own, but make sure to get it as part of their phở gà — the extra-fine grease bubbles in the broth are evident of a thorough skimming of schmaltz, resulting in a refreshing, clean broth that’s good to the last drop." - Euno Lee

Chicken Phoooooo! =D Delicious broth, fair amount of chicken, and noodles were prepared very well. Staff are attentive and friendly, though my coworker was pretty upset the order was messed up after the waiter confirmed the order twice. But hey ,that happens though. Chinese donuts were fresh too, perfect for dipping in that broth. Nom! Will be back soon.

Food and service were bad, l will never come back . Pho broth was ok but very little meat, they ran out of beef tripe but did not add more meat to compensate. Also end up with stomach ache afterwards. The ice tea took a long time as they said that they brew a new one but came out like yellowish water , no taste. The place were empty, only 2 tables occupied but there were a family of 4 came in. They made them wait so they could clean the dirty table before having them sit on that same table. My husband had PHo Ga, it was the worse Pho Ga he ever had. Nothing compared to the old Pho Nguyen Hue that he knew .

Best Pho in town! The broth was exquisite, the noodles just perfect and the meat to die for. Place was remodeled recently so it looks great! Will come back soon!

The food is good. However, service is bad and the place is not very clean. When you order your food to go, make sure your vegetables is fresh, especially bean sprouts and lime if you order Pho. I ordered pho to go around 11am, didn't realized the bag of bean sprouts and lime was rotten until I got home, it must have been a leftover from the night before. Very disappointed customer.

The best pho I've ever had was at my friend's place where his mom prepared. No restaurant pho came close from that experience but I can say that Pho Nguyen Hue is the close second. I personally like my pho broth bit on the clear side. The broth definitely has that good flavor that can only be achieved from long hours of simmering beef bones. The noodles were perfectly cooked. Many places fail in this area where they overcook their noodles before it even comes out. Good portion and fair price. It ends with their free dessert. Pho Nguyen Hue is as good as it gets when it comes to restaurant pho!

The pho' here is excellent. It's worth driving to this location to grab a bit. They have a fairly broad menu and I've eaten different dishes here but the pho' in my opinion is by far the best.

I think they changed owners or something, the pho does not taste the same at all. Service is ok but the food is just different now and I think they have Thai food too?
