Phở Phượng

This Pho is delicious but not perfect. It has a very delicate balance with everything shining through. The perfect level of gelatin embodies the soup. The only thing I feel could be better is the clarity, it's very cloudy and quite pale. A darker broth would bring out a deeper flavour which I find it missing. Overall a delicious bowl of pho, but I don't think it's worthy of having 1 bib.

Michelin pho spot with strong southern style broth. The broth could be better, but one notable thing here is they have a variety of meat options that isn’t available at other pho places. Their Thịt bò vè meat is very good and that’s one thing you wanna make sure to add if you come here. With that said, Michelin recommendations are only good on the surface level and usually biased, which is understandable because their staffs are limited and they pick the places only from the selected fews to start with.

It's Pho restaurant, which have been selected as Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2023. They are strongly advertising as of Michelin Bib Gourmand. They have the signs all over the shops. Their service was not so friendly, but it's OK. The price is... kinda expensive as Pho noodle. small one, 75K and large one 95K. I had 95K one. Actually the Pho itself was so good. The amount of the meat were enough and tastes also very good. Their herbs, sauces and etc were also ok. However I still feel the price was expensive a bit, even the Pho noodle were really good one....

- Restaurant: It is located right on the main road, making it quite open and airy. Customers can park their motorbikes directly on the sidewalk. - Service: prompt and efficient. - Food: The pho has a decent flavor. I came to Phở Phượng with a big expectation because it's a Michelin-recognized restaurant. Honestly though, the pho isn't exceptionally special. The broth is good and the beef is tender, but you can find many pho restaurants of comparable quality. The Michelin star seems to be an evaluation for a foreign palate, catering to international customers. Perhaps I'm being overly strict because I'm Vietnamese. A negative point was the staff member who took orders and collected money – I assume he's the owner – speaking quite loudly and rudely with his acquaintances.

If you are a lover of oxtail and other cuts of beef in a Pho then this is a fabulous choice of a restaurant. The different meats are all cooked perfectly and are absolutely delicious, the broth is sweet and heavenly, and the side dish of greens and herbs are fresh and crisp. The combo is 115K and absolutely worth it. 👏🫰👏

This might be the best food I’ve ever eaten period? Staff were so efficient and friendly and place was spotlessly clean and so well run. Surrounding so authentic. Can see why Michelin awarded it!

Excellent phở. Visited around 07:00. Filled with locals. Delicious well-balanced broth. Doesn’t really need a review. The best

I came here as Michelin gave this place 1 star. It turns out the Michelin judges are not experts with Pho. This pho shop is very common and you can find thousands in the city. Staff are very nice. Service is fast.
