Pho Prime

Came for lunch. Place was fairly busy. The portions were not big, just regular sizes. Food tasted delicious. It was very flavorful. Not sure why others said the pho was not hot. Mine came in a metal bowl and it was very hot. The heat lasted until I finished the bowl. Pho has to be eaten hot or it won't taste good. This one was hot and yummy. They did skimp a bit on the condiments dish though. We ordered several bowls of pho but we had only one small dish with some basil, bean sprouts, and lime on it. We did ask for more and the staff did bring more out.

I’ve tried several dishes here and everything has been consistently fresh and flavorful. I’ve had the Bò Kho, the pho dip, and the beef vermicelli, and each one had its own standout qualities but my absolute favorite was the pho dip. The broth is rich and aromatic, and dipping the meat and noodles into that hot, savory broth just hits different. It’s comforting, flavorful, and honestly the dish I’d come back for again and again. The Bò Kho had a nice depth of flavor with tender beef and a hearty broth, and the beef vermicelli was light, fresh, and well-balanced with herbs, veggies, and a really good nước mắm. Nothing tasted bland everything had seasoning and texture. One thing to know: parking gets crowded on weekends, so try to go earlier in the day if you want an easier experience. Once you’re inside, the food comes out quickly and the quality makes it totally worth the visit. Definitely recommend the pho dip it’s easily the star of the menu.

The spicy broth is solid. There's a word for it which I can't recall, but do yourself a favor and order that instead of the plain broth with your noodles. I always get extra broth whenever I go out for pho, and I'm happy I did. There aren't much options for a mixed seafood in pho, but I was happy with the mixed beef option. They need more broth for that large bowl, not even enough for the amount of noodles you are given. BTW they have refillable noodles for FREE. Thai tea on the other hand was pure rubbish. Flavorless and not sweet at all. Tastes soo artificial. For what I paid for it, it's not hard to brew a large batch from scratch and give your customers a good experience.

This was our first time coming out and wanted to try PHO. We asked what was the local favorites and ordered them. we tried the Pho Signature and the Cowboy. The OX tail was on point. Never thought smoked brisket would taste so good in Pho. Will definitely be back. The e place was packed and Vanessa and Serenity provided great service. Don’t forget to ask for the vegetable plate to add into the Pho.

Our server, Diego was very sweet, polite and knowledgeable. He made sure that we were familiar with the menu and items available. They were out of the egg coffee but we were very happy with the coconut coffee instead. The Pho was hot, fresh and had full bodied flavor. They have free refills on the noodles which was very nice. The music was pleasant and not too loud so we were able to talk and hear without straining. We went around 4 pm so it wasn't too busy. Everything was extremely clean. We were very happy and will definitely be back.

Ordered a pick up, made it home and realized they gave me an empty box with no egg rolls, only the sauce and bed of lettuces. I had to drive 10 mins to go back to the store as they didn't pickup the phone. (I was just gonna get the $8 refund) The food smells delicious and had a great taste. You really don't get a good portion of the meat in the meals, it's all noodles and rice.

My first time here, I’m so surprise about the bowl of my pho and bun bo hue, I mean the amount of them can feed me for 2days lol Great experience here, about the customer service the lady was nice, but seems a little slow to take an order and serve the foods.

My daughter and I came to pho prime For the first time. We were politely greeted it felt very warmly we decided to have some pho for lunch because that's all my daughter can keep down her stomach due to her early pregnancy our server Cameron was such a sweetheart very attentive to my daughter's needs also ms Nguyen was very attentive constantly checking up on us. My daughter and I are very content with the service they provided to us. Not to mention the food was very delicious I could say I found a new place to have some good pho, I wont be driving to the sw of Houston just for pho.

Okay... Pho Prime deserves all the hype. I've tried a lot of pho spots, and this one is easily at the top of my list. First off, the broth. SO good. It's rich, deeply flavorful, and tastes like it's been simmering all day (the way it should be). Not greasy, not bland - just perfectly balanced. The noodles were cooked just right, and the meat was tender and fresh. You can really tell they care about quality here. Everything tasted clean and comforting -- exactly what you want when you're craving pho. But I also have to mention their rice dishes - seriously underrated! The rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy, paired with flavorful, well-seasoned meat and sides. It was hearty, satisfying, and just as impressive as the pho. The space is clean and casual, and service was fast and friendly. We didn't wait long for our food, and the staff was super welcoming. If you're debating whether to try Pho Prime -- do it. It's comforting, flavorful, and totally hits the spot. Already planning our next visit.

I heard they had Bun Bo Hue, which isn't something you find done well at many places, so I had to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The flavor leaned more toward a pho-style broth, and they used pho meats instead of the typical cuts you'd expect in Bun Bo Hue, like flank. It didn't really capture the depth and character that makes this dish unique. We also ordered pho and com tam. Those were decent, nothing bad, but not something I'd go out of my way for either. I'd still be open to coming back to try other items on the menu. Service was friendly, and the food came out in a reasonable time, especially considering we had a party of 13. The atmosphere felt casual and straightforward, more focused on functionality than anything else.

THIS PLACE CHANGED MY LIFE!!! My name is Jon D. and I travel the continent for work. Pho is one of my favorite foods. As you can imagine, I've been to many Pho restaurants over the years. I have to say, hands-down, that this place was amazing!!! I had the beef stew with rice noodles I also had to try their Banh Mi with BBQ pork also, yum . However, the best part about this place is the service you get from the staff. I was particularly awestruck to how attentive, caring and compassionate Miss. Melanie Garcia is. She provided the best service and has super interesting stories, making conversations great! I love the food I love the service. I'll be back, go get you some!

First, I am had a cold the beginning of the year and this pho broth was all I was craving! I cannot give enough credit to this pho broth to making me feel better!! It is absolutely delicious and one of my favorites in the HTX area. The restaurant has a new very clean, modern look. Nothing fancy, but clean modern. I thought it was a touch chilly last time I was there, but I warmed up quickly with the hot broth. They don't have a lot of staff so service can be a touch slow, but I assure you, you will get your food. They do have daily lunch specials. I have tried a number of things and my favorite is the pho dip, think French dip, but with the yummy pho broth. The other amazing thing is you can get a roasted marrow bone, which I love to put on the crusty French bread and my puppy loves to get the bone when I get home. If you are in Pearland or South Houston, give this place a try.

I recently visited Pho Prime after a doctor's appointment and was excited to check out this new spot in a prime shopping center in Pearland. The atmosphere was inviting, and upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly server who asked us to pick a seat. After settling in, it took a little while for our server to bring the menus. I suggest adding a QR code for the menu on the tables to streamline this process, especially during busy lunch hours. I opted for the build-your-own bowl, which is available in one size, with premium meats incurring an extra charge. I decided to add bone marrow for an additional $8, hoping for a flavorful experience. When our noodle bowls arrived, I noticed the service was prompt. However, I was a bit disappointed by the meat portion. I ordered meatballs and tendon only and I received only one meatball that was cut into three pieces, alongside small pieces of tendon scattered throughout. This made the dish feel somewhat unbalanced in terms of meat. In terms of flavor, the noodles were slightly undercooked and had a tough texture, which detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, I didn't finish my pho, as it didn't quite meet my expectations -- not the best I've had. Overall, while Pho Prime has potential with its location and inviting atmosphere, they may need to improve on portioning, cooking times, and menu accessibility to enhance the dining experience.

Tried Pho Prime with friends and overall thought it was okay. The broth wasn't my favorite, and it was definitely on the sweeter side for pho broth. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, and there was definitely space for multiple parties. Service wise, I do think it could be better. We didn't have our waters refilled once during the meal, and at times I think it wasn't clear on who was serving us. I would also add that the restaurant wasn't busy at this time as there were only 2 tables eating. Overall, it was an okay experience.

This place is a go to every time I have craving. The meat is seasoned well, ox tail, and the bone marrow. Barely find pho spots that sell such delicacy. Everyone working here have been very kind and attentive. Prepare to take food to go in case you're on ozempic cause they do not skimp out! a family oriented spot, so you'll be feeling comfortable as you enjoy a good meal.

I tried this place for lunch and was very impressed. The staff attending to us quickly and was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and well taken care of, great lunch or dinner spot. The food was very tasty and definitely fresh. I ordered the brisket pho, the broth was hot and uniquely flavorful. The pho came with a generous amount of beef, broth and side garnishes. We also really enjoyed the spring rolls which had shrimp and beef in them which is not the usual and we enjoyed it! Everything was amazing! I definitely want to return for more.

Stopped in for lunch. Restaurant was not packed but busy, had at least 15-20 tables/booths. Took about 20+ minutes for our order to come out. Then it was brought to the wrong table. They brought it back to the kitchen and brought it back to us. The order of Bunh Khot never arrived and we had them take it off the check. Pho Tai lunch special with spring roll, $14: ordered the fresh noodle upgrade. The noodles were good, the size was large. The flavor was not bad. But the broth was thick with scum, it was either the beef was not par boiled properly or the broth was never skimmed. You expect a little scum in any broth, but this was cloudy with it. Fried egg roll was not good. 2 eggrolls came with the order and we did not even eat the second one. Pork Broken rice, $14: Portion size ok. Egg loaf was cold, like out the fridge cold. The grilled pork was fatty, the flavor was ok. Egg was fine. The pork sausage is just cut Chinese sausage, it was room temp and did not look like it was grilled or heated. The rice was dry, "not cooked with enough water", and was also cold. As a super fan of crushed rice plates, this one was a big letdown. Probably not the worst crushed rice plate I have ever had, but the worst in a long time. Water came with floating debris that I had to use my straw to remove. I am not sure what was going on, but it took 20+ minutes to get our plates. Also noticed there were tables that were seated and had ordered when we walked in, they had still not got their food by the time we have finished eating. In general, it was an uninspring dinning experince from top to bottom. Service, quality, price, and taste were all lacking. Would not return or recommend.

Looking for a go-to pho spot and many referred this place. Jennifer was super helpful especially after we told her it's our first time here. I had the beef round eye pho, and my daughter had chicken pho w/ no meat. Both were good and I'd give them another try, it's just we're used to pho with deep flavors like we get in Chinatown in Houston. However, we definitely love and appreciate that they have real spicy chili oil and not the toned down kind served in areas where most can't handle spice.

This was such a pleasant surprise! My friend chose this as a halfway point for us to meet and I am so glad we came! They have unique Vietnamese dishes not a lot of places have like a pho dip sandwich which I absolutely loved. So flavorful and juicy. To be honest I did not love the pho meat that my husband got and the broth but I could still eat it just wouldn't get it myself. The egg rolls my friend got were so fresh and hot no complaints there. I would recommend their lime soda lemonade really refreshing. Our friends enjoyed their dishes- they got a combo pho and a bun bo hue. Our waitress Nina was super sweet and personable, really added to our experience. 10/10 The inside is really pretty too. I need to make a trip to Pearland more often!

Nice to have another pho spot nearby, and this one is in the bustling strip containing lots of Pearland newcomers. We stopped by around 3 so it was fairly quiet, but wasn't long before we were seated. Seemed also we came in the middle of a shift change but wasn't really communicated to us. We got the large combo pho and egg rolls, all of which were very tasty. And unlike some other spots, the large size was indeed a larger portion rather just a larger bowl. I couldn't get through it and it came piled with noodles and a heavy portion of meat. Broth is flavorful and it tasted just fine. I do like the service for the most part, at least until it was time to check out. That took a while for some reason. And for some reason we had to ask specifically for the veggies that come with the pho. Like multiple times. They seem a bit stingy with it for some reason. For example they only gave a single slice of lime between the 2 bowls. The price point is high and although portions are good, I still felt like it wasn't proportional to cost. And the music varied heavily both from volume and the type of music played, to the point where it wasn't just in the background and a little annoying. This is a good spot, with just a couple things to work on and maybe with some promotions to help offset the higher prices, I would return.

Tasty food and relaxed environment with friendly staff! The pho was slightly too salty for me the day we went. But the vermicelli bowl with beef was very tasty! Wish they had more options in the kids menu, only option is pho with chicken or meatballs. Will definitely visit again

We had dinner here on mother's day we got the pho,bun bo hue ,and bo kho. I got the pho the broth was much sweeter than what i was expecting not a bad thing but was just something i wasn't used to, they only had 1 size and this could have been compared to at least a Large size bowl at other pho restaurants. The Bo Kho was very lukewarm when i tried it it was almost room temperature and lacked seasoning very disappointing. The bun bo hue was good had all the spices but was also lukewarm. We got the egg rolls as an appetizer and it was such a let down it did not come with any sauce like fish sauce or sweet chili . The egg rolls were very bland it only has pork and beef as protein and some carrots i believe it was very plain . I would recommend for them to add different sizes. And to have boiling hot broth so when it comes out it is nice and warm. Service was good atmosphere is nice.

9.5/10, one of the best pho's I've ever tried. I ordered the large pho with beef rib, fatty brisket and eye round steak. This was my first time getting pho with beef rib and it was delicious. Serving is large enough to last for two meals. The broth is rich and aromatic but not too salty. The broth could've used a little more salt but that's okay because i made do with all the toppings provided.

If you're looking for traditional pho, this isn't it. I ordered the Pho Gà, which only comes in dark meat with the skin. My husband ordered the Pho Tái. We've tried many pho places, and this was the first time we experienced flavors like these. The chicken was off-putting with the skin on and had a yellow tint, as if it had been sautéed in unfamiliar seasonings. The broth leaned noticeably sweet and seemed to take on the flavor of the chicken's seasoning, which made it unappealing to me. I did try my husband's pho, and it tasted much better than mine but still on the sweeter side. We also ordered a pork bánh mì, which was good. I'm giving this place 2 stars for the sandwich, but overall it wasn't for us, and we won't be returning.

The food was pretty good!! The fam got pho, banh mi, and bun Bo hue!! The banh mi bread was perfect and was really good! The bun Bo hue was decent felt kind of bland but you can add the shrimp paste for more flavor!! The pho was pretty decent! The servers were kind and made it a pleasant experience! The ambiance is calm and peaceful. If you want banh mi this is the place to come to!

New place in Pearland so I had high hopes for this Pho location. 4/5 Pork Bahn Mi: The pork was delicious so was the other toppings that it came with. Very savory but it felt like it needed more spark on the jalapeños. I will be coming back to try the Pho.

I'm a regular at Pho Prime in Pearland, Texas. Pho Prime Pearland's food is amazing, their ambience is clean and cozy and their service is superb. I bring my nephews and niece often, they love it!

Phở Prime has hit the prime time in Pearland! I went there during the soft opening and the restaurant was buzzing with excitement. I ordered a few dishes to get an idea of what the restaurant has to offer. The Chả giò were crisp and flavorful. The bò kho was packed with meat, carrots and potatoes. The broth was really good. I didn't taste as much lemongrass as I'm used to but it was still good. I had a blast dipping my bánh mì into the broth. The Phở Dip was very tasty! I have never had that before. The bánh mì by itself was excellent. The meat and the sauce, along with the crispy bread tasted great. Combined with the dip, it was on another level! I would dip into it any day. The service was good and the atmosphere felt relaxed. The only criticism I could see was that initially I ordered bún bò Huế but they were out of the noôdles, so I ordered bò kho instead. They also didn't bring condiments (cilantro, Thai basil, lime and bean sprouts) until I asked. Not sure if the server forgot or if you have to ask for it. No big deal, especially since it was the soft opening. I also tasted the Phở Tai but did not eat a whole bowl. It tasted really good so I'll be back to try it. Come to check Phở Prime out if you are near the Pearland or any of the other locations!

Who doesn't love an amazing Pho ahead of a winter storm? After the gym in Pearland, I stopped by Pho Prime, and it's not often I find truly great pho in the Pearland/Houston area--but this place delivered. The food was amazing, and the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant were absolutely top-notch. I really enjoyed meeting Nyguen and Jennifer, who took great care of me. They were pleasant, attentive, and timely, which made the experience even better. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Pho was pretty decent. Plenty of meat and noodles for a regular size. Had a hard time finishing the bowl. You have the choice to choose either lean or fatty brisket. The meat balls were so tasty. Could be homemade. Service was great. The waitress is pretty friendly. Definitely would come back again.

I went to Pho Prime and ordered the Pho Dac Biet. The broth was fairly flavorful and really took in the flavors of the meat, though it was a bit salty for my liking. The noodles texture wasn't as soft as I wanted it to be. The meats were the highlight of my meal. The fatty brisket was amazing and definitely my favorite part of the dish. I really like how they load up on meats here, though the meatballs were a bit tough. The portions here a bigger than most pho places so you definitely get what you are paying for. The service was a bit lacking though. A man who I assume is the manager was walking around and checking in on all the customers which I really appreciate. It's obvious he cares about improving the place, as he asked for how we enjoyed our meal so far and what we would like differently. The problem was with the workers, who were slow on taking our orders and forgot to bring out beansprouts, small plates, and napkins. The vibe of the restaurant was nice. It's a very modern take on pho and I especially like the look of the bowls and utensils. Overall, I left satisfied and will probably return in the future to see how they improve, since the management appears to really value making the place better. 7/10!

Pho Prime opened two days ago and is a sister concept to crawfish cafe (my all time favorite restaurant) but pho, noodle bowls, spring rolls, etc. And it was so good the first day that I went back again yesterday! I've tried the following: Brisket and shrimp spring rolls - this was a good portion and pricey for two spring rolls but worth it because they use very high quality meat and very fresh greens. Banh Mi Pho Dip: wow, the flavors are incredible. It really reminds me of the strength of home cooking that my mom makes. It was like the sandwich and pho broth were made for each other. Honey lemongrass bun bowl: the nuoc mam is on point! I like that it isn't watered down. I got a side of The honey vinaigrette but definitely get the fish sauce. It's so cool that all bun bowls come with a big side of chicken broth! I loved it! Banh mi bo kho: I love that it comes with tendon! I haven't seen that anywhere else. Bun bo hue (spicy beef soup): the flavor is reminiscent of sitting at home on a Sunday as a kid in the 90s after church aka spicy and full of flavor! I was so surprised that they made it spicy (pre-addition of the lemongrass sate). The extra sate gave me a runny nose which is how I love the BBH! Pho Meatball (kids edition): they have a generous amount of noodles and all of the fixings. The meatballs were delicious (I stole a bite of my 2 year old daughter's pho). She thoroughly enjoyed the meatballs and drank a bunch of broth, super flavorful! It is pricey but when you get very high quality ingredients with incredible flavor, to me, it's worth it! The staff is also super kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back again and again! I ate my food too fast the last two days so I'll update later with photos next time I eat here!

I came from their BOGO promotion on instagram and got my go to large Pho Tai Nam (eye round and brisket) which is normally $16. The soup was flavorful (maybe more than I prefer for pho tbh) and the eye round was perfectly tender. Brisket was pretty good, not the best I've had. They were very generous with the meat portions but surprisingly skimpy with the veggies like bean sprouts. I'm not an avid pho lover but this place has pretty good portions for the price! Staff were very nice and accommodating as well. (I saw reviews saying pho took awhile to prepare so I actually called and asked them to prepare the dine-in bowls ahead of time which they actually did!)

I have ordered many times through DoorDash and yelp. I love the quality and quantity of the portions. The food is very flavorful.

Came first time on Saturday lunch. Parking spot was not a problem. Food was good. I had rice pork(ordered extra pork), fresh spring rolls (love there is a hint of mint leaves ) and meatball pho. My husband and I enjoyed the food. My pho broth tasted good and well seasoned. The rice pork was delicious as well! The server, Trinity, was very attentive and helpful! The place had a good atmosphere - love the music and wasn't too loud. Will definitely come back and dine in again!

Cool Pho spot in Pearland. Staff (Cody and Codiy) was very nice and welcoming. We had the need & Shrimp egg rolls (great!), Chicken Pho #13 (great broth, chicken a little overcooked), and the Pork Bahn Mi (pork excellent, cucumbers had an odd taste). Price point was $35-40 with tip. Food came out very fast which was appreciated. I'd def try this place again when I'm in the mood for Pho.

$41 for a bowl of scraps--what a disappointment! My husband ordered the Founders Bowl with extra broth to-go, and we were excited to try it--but ended up incredibly let down. We wouldn't mind paying $41 if the quality matched the price, but it absolutely didn't. The oxtail had barely any meat--just a tiny piece hanging on. The short rib was ridiculously small, and the rest of the meat looked like leftover scraps no one else wanted. To make things worse, the "extra broth" he paid for wasn't even filled up all the way. No basil, lime, or bean sprouts were included--basic essentials for pho. For a place called Pho Prime, this was far from "prime" quality. This bowl wasn't even worth $5. We were genuinely excited to try this spot, but what a letdown. If you can't deliver what you advertise, don't hype it up. We won't be coming back.

Arrived at noon and it wasn't busy at all. I had the pho dac biet and pork bahn mi. The pho had clean tasting broth and bouncy and flavor packed meatballs. The bahn mi was also good but I wished it had had more meat. The staff were attentive and the place had a very modern look. I didn't feel rushed placing my order.

Pho prime was really good, was a bit sad they did away with ordering at the counter. Our server had to wait 9 other tables on 3/17 for dinner time by himself while we were there. Although he took it like a champ this is way too overwhelming for one person.

We enjoyed it. The broth could use a little more kick/ seasoning but overall good! I love the way they package the to go orders.

I rarely eat pho outside the house. But on this cold day in Pho soup just sounded really good in this place just opened up. The broth was really good tasty. I took a sip without adding any hoisin, lime or Sriracha and was very flavorful. The staff here are great. Was greedy immediately and when I asked for extra basil, etc. they were quick to accommodate. Will definitely have to come here next time when I'm away from home.

Came here on a Monday at 1:30PM. We were seated immediately, but waited 20 mins before our order was taken. Flagged down a waitress, but she said she was busy and asked to give her a few minutes. I had 2 young children and they got pretty agitated and over the meal by the time food came out. Took a good 45 mins before we got a bowl of pho on the table. 2 parties actually sat down and left because service was way too slow. Menu has a great variety, atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Bo Ne (came out cold) but butter & pate is a 10/10. Beef belly rice plate was great. Chicken pho broth was too salty. Need more workers or service needs to be more efficient. Pho should not take that long.

Had my first meal at Prime Pho today in Pearland and I'll say I wasn't disappointed! My job requires to me to travel the greater Houston area and I usually stop in at a pho restaurant once a week. Some times these places are hit and miss and of course I have the places that I really and frequent a lot. I will definitely be adding this my list. Atmosphere and staff were excellent with quick service. But the best part was the pho! It had just enough of a different taste to make it unique but didn't stay from the traditional taste to I love. The noodles and protein were also excellent. All in all I was very satisfied and will for sure be back!

Service and food was amazing I drove an hour for this and it was well worth it, will definitely be back
