better than a hot bowl of pho! We have already tried most of the nearby spots, so today we decided to check out this one since it had so many reviews. When we got there, the place was packed. Parking can be a little tricky—you will probably need to park behind the building or on the right side, since there are two other stores next door. The restaurant itself was full, with a line even outside, but the wait was not bad at all—about 10 minutes. The staff worked quickly and efficiently, so food came out fast and no one had to wait too long, which I really appreciated. Here is what we ordered: • Grilled Beef Spring Rolls: Hands down, our favorite dish of the night. Super flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the peanut sauce was spot on. Definitely recommend ordering this one. • Pho with Two Meats: The broth was a little bland for my taste—not as rich or beefy as I hoped—and it was not served as hot as I usually like. • Beef Stew (Bo Kho): This also was not piping hot, and the broth leaned more soupy than thick compared to other places I have tried. Also, no carrots in the bowl, which was surprising since that is usually a staple in bo kho. Overall, though, I think this is a solid spot. The service was quick and friendly—even though the place was super busy, they still made the effort to greet us as we left, which stood out to me. The prices are also a huge bonus—they are honestly the most affordable I have seen in Houston and Katy. I would definitely come back to try more dishes, especially since the grilled beef was seasoned so well.

I love the food here, it's truly fantastic. But I've noticed a few things about the service that could be improved. When I come in, a smile or a simple 'welcome' would make a huge difference. Most of their menu is good. Spring rolls are an exception. Mostly lettuce. A little bit of noodles, and paper thin slice of bologna and shrimp. Do better. Charge more if you have to, but stop trying to pass this off as spring rolls.

The chicken pho here is absolutely delicious! What really impressed me, though, is how seriously they take cleanliness—I saw the staff pulling out the booths to clean behind them. That level of attention to detail really stands out!

Not the best out there but definitely worth coming back. Had to go back twice within a week as it was super affordable. Grilled pork spring rolls tasted great.

First Pho experience in Katy and it was great! We ordered pick up and they made sure we had everything we needed and then some. They were very generous on the meat and toppings. Highly recommend the egg rolls. I can’t wait to try more of the menu and I will update this review as we go. Highly recommend! Enjoy 😊

Great food like always! They were on top of our waters, I think I was drowning before having even a slightly dry cup. The food is always great. It's not my number 1 pho spot, but it's definitely up there!

If you live in Katy, or even Houston Texas, this is a restaurant you should try. Strictly concentrate on Pho noodles very consistent taste and service. People start lining up before noon so recommending visit before 1130 AM or after 1:30 PM. It is worth it regardless and super fast serving. Guarantee In-N-Out within 25 minutes. Pretty clean ambience and quite sanitary; parking maybe becomes a challenge, but there are plenty of space behind a plaza.

The only thing I enjoyed here was the chicken pho--it was fresh, loaded with herbs, and absolutely delightful. However, the vegan options were limited; my husband tried the vermicelli bowl with tofu, which was decent but lacked flavor and excitement. The kids' combo, with pho and rolls, wasn't kid-friendly enough to please my child. Initially, the place seemed nice, but upon seating, an unpleasant odor emerged. It turned out one of the servers was handling a large trash bin while cleaning tables, and the smell lingered. Unfortunately, this overshadowed the positive aspects, making it hard to enjoy my pho despite its excellence. It might just be a one-time issue, but it's discouraging enough to make me hesitant about returning.

Very affordable Vietnamese food at this restaurant. First time going to the Katy location. Service is very quick when it comes to bringing out food. Love their cafe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee). My rice plate (chicken lemongrass) was only about $10.50 . Meat was juicy and flavorful, rice was good portion . Definitely would come back if you're looking for cheaper viet food options

Highly recommended! Order to go for the first time here and didn't have much expectation since I was hungry and just want to try the comfort Pho bowl. I ordered 3 of #26 to go. As I open the door, I can smell the wonderful aroma of authentic Pho. Once home and serve the pho to the family, they all loved it. The noodles were cooked perfect. The broth was really good. Would definitely order again BTW - I love the design of the restaurant. Contemporary but the best of all is "it's clean!"

I like to go here for noodles. They are always packed and busy. I recommend this place to others. I would like for them to change their reward points system to something better than giving a phone number. Someone has used our points in the past and I couldn't tract it.

This is our second visit to this location, both were awesome. We loved what we had so much the first time that we ordered mostly the exact same thing. My wife got the mi hoanh thanh pho which is an egg noodle soup with Vietnamese wontons, amazing flavor in the broth and we both worked on it. We didn't do any eggrolls this time as we had already blown past our daily carb limits. I thoroughly enjoyed a cafe sua da, iced coffee with condensed milk, I was able to finish this with gusto and ease. I also made a delish grilled pork banh mi disappear.....banh mi thit nuong, it showed up without the fried egg I asked for and as soon as I mentioned it....one showed up, great response time. We'll definitely return to this location. Doesn't hurt that it's within walking distance of one of our fave used book stores....Katy Budget Books.

The hard part about being in Houston / Katy area, is there seems to be an unlimited supply of Pho restaurants. My personal opinion about pho spots are either they are really good or really bad, no in between. Pho Saigon is 10/10 for sure. Their pho broth always comes out flavorful. The Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk is not to sweet and brewed to order (not premade) like so pho spots. A couple of other bonuses, is the cleanliness of the restaurant. They do not wash there vegetables we found a spider egg nest in our vegetable plate for the pho. We had already put them in our soup and didn't feel comfortable finishing our food after that so that we wouldn't get sick. When we told the cashier about it, all they said was "thanks for letting me know" and didn't address the situation at all. Extremely upsetting as I have been coming to this establishment for years.

This is our first time here since the pandemic. It has been nicely remodeled, and it is very nice now. The service is very good and also quickly served. We ordered #12 and 18, large size for both. The veggies were very fresh and clean. The meats were very tasty and plentiful. We had enough to take home for another meal.

Favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. We have tried dozens and none compare. Broth is always tasteful and never oily. They don't skimp on the meat. Their egg rolls are top notch and have the best fish sauce! don't go for the service, go for the food. You will not be disappointed.

Pho Saigon always delivers. We've been coming here since they first opened, and I've never had a disappointing meal. Their pho broth is flavorful, full of noodles, and packed with meat. Vermicelli dishes with grilled meat are really good also. If you're looking for a good Vietnamese meal in Katy, Pho Saigon should be one to consider.

The pho was good, fast service. I agree, small is good size for small appetite so if you have a normal appetite, I would go for large. Willl definitely go back again when I am in Katy.

This is my favorite place for Pho, The flavors of the soup is always top notch and they get your food to you quickly. Their spring rolls are fantastic, especially the grilled pork ones. I literally go just for spring rolls some time. Their sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. The vermicelli vowels are full of flavor and vegetables, You will never be unhappy with your food and your service is great. I will worn you, they do get very busy!! But the wait is so worth it.

This was a refreshing dish and i love how the chicken tasted charred in a savory way. You pour the sauce on it and i asked for more of it cuz i wanted to taste more of the sour sauce from the fish sauce mixed with vinegar i think

In the last few years pho spots have been popping up like crazy in Katy. Pho Saigon is a staple in our community. They're tried and tested and will never be beaten. It's hands down our favorite pho restaurant. I typically always get the beef pho combination and lemon grass beef spring rolls with extra peanut sauce. I always leave with leftovers for lunch for the next day. My kids always get the chicken pho, which they devour. The staff is always so helpful, but just be warned, you'll stand and wait for a table during peak hours. And don't be afraid to sit at a large table with strangers. We all do it. It's okay! Lol! The prices are not bad and they also have a rewards program that you should definitely sign up for. Okay, let me stop, I'm making myself hungry and it's almost lunch time!

Been wanting to try this place since my older sister and her family claim this is their favorite restaurant when they used to live in Katy. Fast and great service during their lunch hour. My sister and I both got the Combination Pho which I might point out is not on their menu. You pretty much just have to ask for it. Noodle and protein ratio is off. I'm the opposite of most people, I rather have either the same amount of noodles and protein or more of noodles. If you are like my sister, she prefers more protein. Both of us agree that the broth is bland and the protein was on a chewy side. Everyone has their own taste so go and try them out and you might enjoy it better. Like I said, this restaurant is my older sister and her family favorite.

Love this place, I can easily go there 2/3 times a week. It's always super fresh! They are also very attentive and are ready to serve you. The can get a little hot but nothing crazy. It's also very clean! BONUS! For every $100 you spend you get a $10 credit.

Everything at this place is absolutely delicious, and there is always a full house anytime you come to eat here, which speaks volumes. The Pho, the sandwiches, the vermicelli bowls and soups are always hot and fresh. They serve everyone's dish as soon as it is ready, so be prepared for some at the table to get their food before others, because they don't want anyone's food to get cold. We have never had a bad meal at this place...absolutely no complaints and it is very reasonable prices! One of the best PHO places in town!

One of my favorite pho place in Katy. Never had I been disappointed. I order eggrolls and beef pho with extra toppings . Broth is delicious very flavorful and the bowl is packed with plenty of meat. Highly recommend this spot!

Overall this place is the closest proximity general Vietnamese place for Katy folk providing decent price and consistent quality. Some days they are really cheap on meat for their Pho but I guess it depends on time of day and attitude of the cook or prep team. As usual there's a rewards program tied to a phone number. Spend $100 and get $10 off next purchase. In uniform LEO or badge gets you a small discount. I've knocked off a star due to quality and taste variations since I've been going here over 3 years. I didn't give them 3 stars because even after post-COVID they didn't price gauge the public. Be ware the terrible drivers and parking. I suggest coming in and leaving through the back shopping strip entrance

Pho Saigon has been around forever. They have the best Bo Kho (beef STEW) in town! The pho is good and the meat portions are generous! Probably the best Pho restaurant in Katy.

Very disappointed with the recycled lime, bean sprouts and basil!!!! We ordered 2 pho dishes for takeout few days ago for lunch. They usually pack a bag of bean sprouts, basil and lime for you to add in the soup. I found that the lime in the bag had been squeezed and the basil leaves looked bad and dark. Soon I realized that they recycled the basil, bean sprouts and lime from the tables that other customers didn't finish and gave it to us! That's really gross!! It's usually our go to pho restaurant and now we need to find another place.

This is my first time here , pho is my go to spot after a hangover night. Lol. This was way better than I thought it would be , the broth was so good. So was the noodles and the beef. I will be back , just FYI be sure to come right when they're open. As it was really really busy at lunch time.

One of the best Pho places in Katy if not they best. It can be fairly crowded here but there's more parking on the right side lot. Service is quick and the pho never disappoints.

Everything I order here is 5-stars. The food is always delicious. The price is so affordable. Atmosphere is so nice for family or couples or single style. The service is always amazing. Super friendly staff. They alway so polite and go above and beyond. No wonder they're always busy. Pho is the cure for everything, and we're so happy that we have a really good spot to cure everything like Pho Saigon in Katy! We have definitely frequented this location because it's one of the best for pho in the area. Their broth is comforting and flavorful, and they are very generous with their servings even if you order a small bowl. The menu is extensive too, so it's guaranteed you will find the protein combo to your liking. The appetizers are pretty good also. We like to order the fresh spring rolls or the Vietnamese fried egg rolls. The Café su dua (Viet iced coffee) is so good- strong and creamy, and the soybean milk is also a refreshing, sweet drink to order. They make their drinks fresh and they go so well with a hot bowl of pho. The customer service is so quick and they check on you regularly...if you ask for extra veggies (like onions), they will bring out fresh cut ones for you too. The restaurant is spacious and clean which is nice since they do get busy on weekends especially. Make sure to sign up for the rewards program to earn points every time you eat here, another cool perk that sets Pho Saigon apart from other pho places!

This Pho Saigon is my default place. If I don't know what to eat, I come here. If I don't feel like cooking, I call in a takeout order! The portion size is huge for me and the service is always super quick! They have a rewards program that gets me $5 off every now and then so that's awesome! Despite being super busy all the time, the place is always clean and the bathroom is spotless. I think if a busy restaurant can keep the restroom clean, everything else is probably clean.

I don't think I will come back. The pho was ok, nothing special. I ordered a beef with vermicelli and they gave me some kind of thick noodle. Our waiter was very odd, first when the appetizers came we ask for a small little bowl and gave us a weird stare and and acted like he didn't understand us. He asked us to repeat what we stated so we did and then he still didn't really get it. My brother wanted extras beef and he also gave another odd look like we couldn't afford it or something and said that it would cost extra. Yes we understand that because it was extra. The Vietnamese sandwich that my wife got really did not taste good at all. Very basic and didn't have much flavor to it. The waiter we had to ask twice about the missing fatty beef and he did not bring it twice. Spoke to another female waiter and she apologized and brought it right away. The pork roll and egg rolls were both ok.

I ordered a large yesterday and ordered another large today. The noodle portion is a lot smaller than yesterday. I'm a bit disappointed

First time dining here, and the food was delicious. Each dish was flavorful, not under or overly seasoned. Perfect! And the coffee was really good! The atmosphere and service was very nice! I will be returning here to try different dishes.

There are so many pho spots around Mason I knew I had to choose one and start working my way through all the places I want to try. The pho here was a solid 4. The large was dirt cheap at $7.95 but the portions did feel a bit smaller than what a typical large would be on Bellaire.

This restaurant is a really good neighborhood pho. I like the bun rieu. The owner is really friendly.

The employees at this location do not know how to take a order. I don't know how many times I had to tell them extra hoisin sauce and Sriracha. For the price that these guys charge and the poor customer service, it is not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Arrived in Katy a few weeks ago and on the hunt for the best pho in our area. Already tried and reviewed another popular pho spot. Today it was Pho Saigon's turn. It was not bad and they deserve a solid 4 stars. Only thing that held me back from a five star was the pho broth (that is what it is all about) was to salty. Like headache after meal salty. The rest of our food was really good and the service was good. Very popular so come early. We will definitely be back but the hunt for the perfect bowl of pho continues:)
