I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was extremely disappointed with the service. We were seated at the handicap table because my companion has mobility issues and uses a walker, and we had parked in the handicap parking spot. However, a staff member wearing a mask came to our table and asked us to move, stating that the table was reserved for handicap customers only. It felt as though we needed to 'look' more disabled to be allowed to sit there, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of treatment is not only insensitive but also discriminatory. The food was ok, but honestly, the upsetting situation made it hard to enjoy. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect and understanding.

I have been going to Pho Saigon Le for the past couple of months, and I have not been disappointed with their food, service, and atmosphere. The servers will seat you right away and will take you drinks and food orders relatively quickly. The orders come out really fast, and the servers are very attentive, and they will check on you to see if anything is needed. If you get the large #13, prepare the be full because they pack it full of meat and noodles. Overall, this place has amazing food and amazing service. Would definitely recommend it.

Google
I don’t think there’s a better pho place in the high desert, i’ve never gone and had a bad bowl. It is absolutely delicious spot on all the time. The only thing I wish is in the summertime they weren’t relying on the fans and they just blasted the air conditioner so that you can eat hot soup in the summer, but that’s it and that’s a minor complaint. I’ll still eat it in the summer because it’s thats good but it’s just hard to find people to come with me.

Google
First time here today, and it was OUTSTANDING. We are Pho fans and wanted to try a different spot.. based on the reviews, we stopped here. We came an hour before closing, and everything was served hot and super fast. The flavor was everything that it should be, deep, rich, and aromatic. The coffee was sweet and strong 💪🏽 We will definitely be coming back 👌

Google
Amazing Pho... Of all foods Pho is the king!!! Pho at Pho Saigon Le is among the best I have ever had this side of the Pacific Ocean. Brings back memories of my childhood in South East Asia. Spring rolls also remind me of the market food of my childhood. Highly recommend 5 out of 5 stars for flavors. If you are looking for good pho, go. Service is a totally different story. From my experience and watching them interact with tables around me, wait staff treats all guests like they could care less. I get not being conversationalists, but tossing things like straws and silverware on the table and ignoring guests seems to be more of a norm than actual service. Rude might be a good description. So go for he food and thank me later. But don't expect to be treated well. Portions are good, prices are a bit high, but it is California.

Google

Google
Considering it wasn’t the best pho in my life, I am still happy to get such food in the area. Fresh and fast.

Yelp
one of the best pho restaurants in high desert vietnamese coffee 10/10 too, you get a nice mix of coffee and sweetness their pork plate i would get it again the ambiance is calm and family friendly but good spot to either come by yourself to eat or with friends service is pretty standard, the food doesn't come out too fast but you are not waiting super duper long either this place has been around pretty long, and it deserves to be bc they have pretty good viet food in this location

Yelp
This is a great pho spot especially for the high desert! It's a go to spot if you're craving pho. Their spring rolls are good too. I see people complaining about customer service but it's not that bad. It's a Vietnamese restaurant and it's expected to have different service. I think people are making a big deal about it when it's not.

Yelp
On a cold day/winter time this place gets packed. But today got a table right away , the service is always fast I always get the same thing (pictured) the spring rolls are always good too! This is the best pho spot.

Airyn H.

Yelp
I see where people may think they are rude but they were not to me, they were very accommodating and made amazing pho!!! Close at 7:30pm not 8pm though.

Yelp
This is our very favorite place to get Pho. There broth is perfect and can't be beat, of course we add lotsa sriracha and hoisin sauce and all the fixins and the broth become liquid gold. I could just drink that it's so good. And even when I feel a cold coming on this is my go to soup, totally beats chicken noodle soup. lol their other offerings are great as well, the spring rolls of any flavor, eggrolls yummy as heck, the stir fried beef fillet mignon is awesome as is the fried rice and the chile crisp sauce is sooooo good as well. I talked my self into it. I'm gonna have to get some more now! The only thing Missing is that they are not yet available for delivery on any of the services. Please Pho Saigon Le get on DoorDash or and Instacart!

Yelp
First thing that could be improved is the customer service. We have come to this place for years. My daughter recommended it with a warning that the customer service is not great but the food is amazing. This was true until today when we came and ordered what we always order. My husband ordered the chicken pho with a side of tendon, I ordered the beef brisket pho with a side of extra noodles. The Pho was delicious as usual, very authentic but the side of tendon my husband received was horrible. It tasted like it had been frozen for years. To top it off, when we told them that the tendon was bad i private, the man said we'll we still needed to pay for it the next time we come in because he tasted it. How in the world would anyone know if it was bad if you don't taste it. He said at all the restaurants they do this. My husband told him nobody in America will asks you to pay for rotten food. If anything they would be apologetic and not ask you to pay for the rotten food. Everyone knows that when you go to any restaurant we are paying for quality, convenience and freshness. So disappointing that you have found a place that serves good food but horrible customer service. Today was not a good day to receive quality and fresh food at Pho Saigon Le. So if you decide to try here be warned of the customer service and possibly some dishes will not be good. If we could do a negative rating I would because even a 1 star is being generous.

Yelp
Their pork and shrimp spring rolls are soo good but only if you eat them there. I've ordered for dine in and take out and take out just doesn't taste the same. Even tho the spring rolls are delicious, the low rating is due to poor customer service and just being plain rude! The guy that works there must despise his job because he is never happy, hella rude and his energy is always off putting. I'll take my money somewhere else.
google avatar

Amber M.

Yelp
The best pho restaurant up here! I enjoy that they have individual sauces. Their food is good but I recommend the #7 instead of the #17. Service is okay only the guy doing the receipts is nice but the tall one with the mask is very dry and "never hears" if you call him.
google avatar

Yelp
Not real boba! More like those nasty poppers that people call boba. Very disappointed with the drink. After the business changed ownership, the drinks have never been the same I will definitely stick with Organic Tea House.

Yelp
Picked up a to go order for my mom for egg rolls on a Saturday evening. Wasn't super busy and the transaction was quick. The man at the front didn't have very good customer service but I see in the reviews that that's not very new. When paying for my order I handed him my card in which he sucked his teeth, let out a sigh and shook his head as he put my card into the reader. Idk what his problem was but he then tossed my card onto the counter. Unknowingly, my mom also had a bad encounter with him on the phone as he wasn't very pleasant when she placed the order. Egg rolls are good but not good enough to come back and deal with that man's attitude.

Yelp
The phó broth was delicious. This was an amazing experience of noodles and broth and omg deliciousness! I ordered pho with no meat. My son got a kids pho which was a perfect portion. The one star less because of the language barrier. The menu was hard to for me to decipher. I had questions but couldn't get answers and I didn't order anything else due to the confusion. With my shellfish allergy I always worry if I could be affected if the staff can't understand what I'm saying.

Yelp
This is my go to for Vietnamese food. They are fast and food is always good. The server doesn't speak much and looks mean but it's just his face and he is attentive. I love their grilled pork chop and the amount you get is more than enough. The avocado smoothie is actually my favorite and the best I've had so far. I would recommend this place.

Yelp
Amazing!! The veggie pho is soo good! The coconut water is a must! The best pho in high dessert!

Yelp
Found this little gem nearby the Garden Inn and it's a walkable distance away which is nice. I ordered the fried egg rolls, seafood pho and Thai ice tea no boba. Egg rolls were good with 4 to an order. Came with lettuce, mint and fish sauce which when combined altogether was delish! The Thai ice tea was also good and tasted like Thai ice tea lol (don't know what to say here lol). Seafood pho was very good. As in the past, it's all about the broth. The broth is very tasty. Definitely better than some others I've tasted. Service was on point, courteous and helpful. Place was busy for the 3:00 time I went and people kept arriving while I was there. It seems I'm not the only one who know about this spot and now so do you! Unexpected gem while heading for Mexican food and I will be returning.

Yelp
Came in with my family for some noodles. At first they acted all nice, then the real worst customer service and attitudes start coming out. We ordered boba, coffee and we give it a try on the soup bowl with the bone. It came out, we saw that the soup was luke warm and the bone had a bite mark in the meat part. We said, " hey look. Somebody took a bite out of the meat part on the bone." It's weird. We told the guy, then he came out with a tiny piece of meat. Not even a bone with the meat. They never replaced the bowl of soup. Gross. The boba was old, sitting in the fridge for awhile. We got sick from this place. Never again going to this place. Dirty

Yelp
One of the best pho places i've ever tried!! It was a little hot inside lol, but they had a fan and the door open so it wasn't too bad. The seats were a little uncomfy, but the food was amazing!! The service was also very fast, we ordered and got our food within 10 minutes of us being there. We also got the wontons and those were amazing. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. I would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Good Food , Prepared Fresh. I Like The Egg Rolls, Soup With Shrimp, Egg Noodles With Added Vegetables. Also, Thai Tea.
google avatar

Melissa S.

Yelp
I recommend this place only because the pho was excellent.. Clean nice place , but the staff are not friendly and off putting .. recommend the shrimp spring rolls as well, very fresh..

Yelp
Poor Customer Service, Rude Staff, and Soggy Pho Noodles. Definitely gets the trophy for the worst Pho experience I've ever had and I lived in Orange County and San Jose meaning I've been to countless other Pho joints. The soggy noodles may have been a one off and I can deal with that, but an unchanging rude staff won't have me coming back ever. Been there 3 times in a year hoping that the staff were just having a bad day, but nope, rude seems to be their way of handling customers, so bye bye.
google avatar

Michelle G.

Yelp
Had the shrimp pho and it was delicious. Very rich in flavor best pho I've so far. Great service as well. Definitely coming back! :D

Yelp
This place has been here for years. It was time for a revisit. It has changed owners several times but the food is still very good. I tried the combination pho, the beef rib pho, and the oxtail pho on three separate visits. Beef rib pho is not a usual offering anywhere so I will order it whenever I find it on a menu (or posted on a piece of paper on the wall in some restaurants). Oxtail pho is also rare to find. The pho broth here is flavorful. All the meats in their pho were tender and rich tasting. I ordered their crispy rolls. They are fried to order and very fresh tasting, one of the best egg rolls up here in the High Desert. You can get a half order of two if there isn't a dining companion to share with. Eat the rolls wrapped with the lettuce and herbs provided and dip in the sauce. I don't know why some people leave the fresh greens behind on the plate. They will lighten up the fried food and make it healthier. Their grilled meats and shrimp with rice dishes are also a must order. The grilled pork is lean and tasty with a nice charred flavor. There is also a pork chop version that is very good, too. Definitely order a Vietnamese iced coffee here to go with your meal. They tend to get busy during lunchtime so come either earlier or later. There is plenty of parking spaces in the shopping center.

Yelp
Good and tasty Vietnamese dishes I order the spring roll and the sauce is great. I am strongly recommend this restaurant

Yelp
Filet Mignon (Bo Luk Loc) is very good here. It is chunks of highly seasoned meat with bell peppers and onions, rice and a little salad. $17

Davy B.

Yelp
I've been there twice now. They have the best pho combo. It's a must stop coming from LA heading to Vegas.
google avatar

Yelp
Vietnamese cuisine in the High Desert. Cafeteria-style place with a waiting list. Limited staff to provide service. Good for large group celebration.
google avatar

Her G.

Yelp
I'm recently new to the high Desert coming from city of industry where the population of Asian cuisine is a wide variety and this pho place is top tier from what I've had in the area. Everything so far from there is delicious ! The service isn't hospitable though, they're straight to the point and leave you the hell alone lol but overall will continue to be my pho stop!
google avatar

Melody C.

Yelp
Good is great but their customer service and waiter is absolutely terrible he is rude and with an attitude every single time it ruins the entire experience
google avatar

Cheri T.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to eat pho. The broth is very tasty. Service is fast but do not expect a conversation with the waiters. . Since Covid, the place was updated so clean and pleasant.
google avatar

Anna M.

Yelp
Good quick service. We ordered shrimp and chicken pho with a side of springs rolls. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was delicious. The pho broth was very good, the texture of the noodles was perfect. Food was excellent! Nice environment, the eating area and tables were clean, as well as the bathrooms. The waiter was not friendly, but I came to eat soup, not make friends with the employees. If you need something, just ask and they will bring it out to you right away. The older gentleman was nice when ringing up my bill. I think I found my new pho restaurant since moving to the high desert.
google avatar

Karina V.

Yelp
This place has amazing food. I have never had any issues with any of the items. The service is fast and friendly. Once we tried this place, we will not go to any other place. There is a language barrier, so it might seem like the staff is short, but in reality they are trying to get your order correct. My only complaint is that they never seem to have the a/c on, they only have swamp cooler and fans. Maybe it's a cultural thing, since I have noticed this in many other similar restaurants? Not totally sure, but the food is definitely worth it!

Meg M.

Yelp
Ordered pho and a rice with pork dish. Really tasty! Great pit stop on a drive home from Vegas!
google avatar

Shaunah F.

Yelp
Food gave us a stomachache ...poor air circulation very hot inside - sucks if you're eating soup. The older guy was very rude to us when we paid our bill .... We won't go back.
google avatar

Chris D.

Yelp
The food was ok. Had the spring roll which I wasn't fond off but the pho chicken noodle was good, now for the bad review. The service was horrible Idk who the older gentleman is working as a waiter he needs to check his attitude and learn to treat costumers right, when I was paying for my bill he basically threw my debit card at me and snatched the receipt out of my hand.it had poor circulation and I was sweating in there. I will never dine at the establishment ever again.
google avatar

Yelp
The Food is Great here I've never had a problem. Till today they are usually open closed on Tuesday they posted on the door closed till July 15...Update yelp for Vacation HouRs!

Yelp
Found this place on Yelp because it was the closest pho place that looked pretty decent. Plenty of free plaza parking available. The place is constantly packed with customers picking up to go and people waiting for tables. It's quite a busy place. The pho soup and noodles are excellent, not too oily, very tasty and perfectly cooked- not too mushy. Generous portions (I ordered the large pho). The men and women's restroom are far apart from each other- it actually took me a while to find the women's restroom. The men's is where you would naturally find it, in the corridor towards the back. The women's is actually tucked in the corner by the kitchen, not in the back. There's a full size door frame that is blocked off by a metal cart and white blinds. Whenever the kitchen is done with a dish, they pull up the blinds and send the dish out, placing it on the metal cart, waiting to be delivered by the server. I thought that was pretty cute. The food is great, high turn over, however my tummy hurt afterwards, not sure why. I noticed there was a gentleman wearing blue gloves throughout my entire time there and he was cleaning, taking out trash, serving food, handling everything with those gloves. Not sure how sanitary that is, but he should just wash hands instead of wearing gloves. Overall, so happy we stopped here for my pho fix! Extremely decently priced, I miss these prices on the west side, where pho is sadly $20-25 per bowl.
google avatar

Roxy G.

Yelp
This is by far one of the best restaurants in the High Desert. The steamy hot fried rice to the bountiful pho to the BBQ pork! I recommend all the dishes and fancy bobo drinks. I love the avocado drink the best. The service is fast. The Ambience clean.
google avatar

Emil V.

Yelp
Service was terrible older gentleman in the front was a bit rude and was rushing our order to go. Food is below average I wasn't going to leave a review until I found a piece of hair with my vermicelli

Momshie m.

Yelp
Fast service and the food is good. One of the best pho's in town I would recommend getting the fresh spring rolls.

Joeliana P.

Yelp
Was surprised upon finding this place serve pretty legit pho. Ordered their large pho dac biet and #22 rice noodle soup with fishballs, wontons and chicken. Both were delicious and the place is well lit and clean
google avatar

Diana R.

Yelp
Food is amazing!!!! But service is shit. The asshole on the register is the worst one! Either he doesn't understand English or just has a stick up his ass. Ambiance was good. If you go in there looking for kind service forget about it! But probably the best pho in HD. I have to give them that! Food deserves 5 stars but because of service had to give them 3! I don't have Yelp so I had to use my wife's account.
google avatar

Claudia O.

Yelp
Food is good. Service not good. Owners sat party of 4 ahead of our party of 3. When I asked why, he shouted at me and said we're busy you have to wait. Won't be back.

Cleaneats G.

Yelp
I've always loved this place literally everything on the menu is delicious and I NEVER write reviews. Today I noticed a worker walk into the bathroom where the toilet had flooded with a rag then placed that rag on the food counter where ready to be served food is placed THEN they used that same rag to CLEAN A TABLE!? after a customer left. Sooo devastating to see a place that I love and thought was sanitary... wasn't. I have gut issues and have always been careful with what and where I eat so this place is off my list of choices. :(

Yelp
i only ever have ordered pick up here 2x and attempted to order once and they told me they were closed that the kitchen was closed a hr ago. yet it was 7:30pm and a good amount of people were dining in there. Ever since i've gone to order or even on the phone they are so rude for no reason acting like everything is an inconvenience to them. like literally everything. I order and i get looked at like im ridiculous and staring at me instead of asking and actually using words by idk maybe saying will that be all anything else for you ? but no. then i get thrown a paper with my order expecting me to do something with it instead of telling me to give to the guy at the register. then i gave the paper to the guy and he snatches it from me lmao then tells me the price, i have my card snatched it again and then he deasss just throw it at back me like tf? then throws me the receipt to sign. sir. be for real. Then i get my food i ask for chili oil and sliced onions he tells me what onions what do you want and looking at me so annoyedddd . he grabs me the items and tells me to go to him to grab it and he leaves it on the edge of the end of the register. im done giving this place chances they do not know how to communicate correctly or have anytime of respect especially by being a restaurant who serves dine in and take out . its gross and it makes your food gross. unfortunately we don't have them any food places in Victorville and if you like me who really likes for I would recommend you guys to go to bone and broth in Ontario, California. I promise it's more worth it than just going over here to this place.

Gabriel G.

Yelp
food is not good, employees gets annoyed when you ask them anything. Never coming back here. Very poor customer service!
google avatar

Colin M.

Yelp
I cannot remember the last time I had Pho this good. Fantastic!! Everything was great. Broth was delicious, noodles cooked perfectly, quality of the steak excellent. That explains why it was busy in there. Thank you!! I will be back very soon.
google avatar

Lena H.

Yelp
I had a very unpleasant experience today. I went with a friend and we had our meal. I got a rice and shrimp plate and she got a soup. There was a small roach and we called the waiter over. He smashed it on the table with a napkins. I couldn't eat there after and he took our plates. He didn't bother coming back to clean the surface where he killed the bug. It was all very disturbing and unclean.

Kelvin N.

Yelp
I see some bad reviews and that's true I just got from very bad service of old man waitress at cashier . Never come back. Hopefully the Owner will take a look
google avatar

Camilla P.

Yelp
I don't know why this place has little stars because for yearssss this is mine and my family's favorite pho place in the hd. Their broth is excellent, their spring rolls are delicious & we love their boba! My favorite is avocado smoothie with boba, but my family loves their Thai tea and milk tea. Their fried rice is also quite tasty! Love this place! Also for the guy who rated this place bad because of the service - just get over it, the food is awesome and you get your food quick! that's all that matters
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down, my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the high desert! They have an amazing selection of pho with many meat options of all varieties from tendon to brisket and bone! I always have to order the combination fried rice and shrimp noodles to share with a bowl of pho for myself. Not only do they provide great Vietnamese food, but they also have great refreshing teas and iced coffee.
