Google
An oldie but a goodie. If you need a fast, delicious and affordable meal, this place is for you! Staff are friendly and service is fast. The food is always good with big portions! Our favorites are pork chop rice, grilled chicken vermicelli, egg rolls, Spring rolls, and Bún bò Huế (only wish their pork leg were more tender)! All in all, it’s our all-time favorite place for a quick meal when we’re in the area!

Google
I love a good beefy broth. I got the #12 and it was bangin! They were not stingy with the meat, broth, or noodles. I also liked the ground pork and mushroom egg rolls— they were super fresh and fried to perfection. The restaurant was very spacious and had a nice comforting atmosphere. 10/10

Google
Food was absolutely delicious! I ordered pho with oxtails with an extra side of beef brisket. The meat was so tender and they give such a huge portion for it to be considered “regular size”. Worth the bang of your buck and the flavor is all there.

Google
We are Pho Saigon regulars and have been pleased with their predictability, promptness, and taste. The food comes out promptly. Their large beef variety pho is my go to and their grilled meats have a great smoky taste. Highly recommend.

Google
Heard many good references about this spot and boy did they not disappoint! The options of pho was astonishing but I got the #26 and it was absolutely delicious! Great broth, a good amount of meats, I did wish the noodles weren’t so soft but overall incredible. Would absolutely suggest this place if you want a quick fast lunch or dinner that’s also super authentic.

Google
On a work trip and loved this chicken pho so much I wanted to take it home with me.

Google
Coming back for the second time. The noodle soup was much better than the first time. (First time)Something was missing in our soup. It tasted different. The vegetables are fresh. Over all it was okay. We will give it another try next time.

Google
Been living in Austin for sometime and I think this is my 2nd time eating here. I don't recall liking the pho here, but it was pretty good eating here this time. The beef pho combo was solid. The beef broth was tasty, give good amount of meats, and they give you a lot of noodles. The BBH was authenticly beefy, with a good amount of meats, and it even had the blood cubes, it just was not spicy enough to my liking. The lemongrass beef over rice was pretty good, a little dry for me, but the fish sauce helps a bit. The seafood pho was ok. The service and prices are good, overall I would recommend coming here. Not my favorite or maybe first choice, but it's good food and decent prices are definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
Came Christmas Eve because they were one of a select few places that were open in the area and I was craving some Vietnamese food. Came in and told them I wanted ordered to go so they gave me a menu and I ordered the grilled pork rice dish. They said it would be 15ish minutes so I said I would be back as I walked around the Chinatown plaza. Food was ready when I got back and the food was delicious and lots of it too! Will definitely be back as they have an extensive menu.

Yelp
We were in the mood for some pho and decided to give this place a try. It's been several years since we were last here. Upon seating ourselves, we were immediately greeted with two glasses of water. The waiter then asked us if we were ready to order. We needed a little more time to study the menu. After a few minutes, the waiter came back to take our order. We split an order of spring rolls to start off. They were tasty and the peanut sauce was really delicious. I ordered #19 pho with round steak and skirt flank. Our orders came out very quickly and piping hot. My bowl had plenty of rice noodles and meat. I added the basil and bean sprouts. I thought it was very good, but my hubby stated that the broth wasn't robust enough.... he eats pho more than I do. There was a decent number of people here during lunch period. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals.

Yelp
I love this place. The food here is amazing, there are plenty of options to customize your pho to whatever you're craving. The service is fast and efficient. Right to the chase and that's no problem with me. There's cool decorations around the place too, check out this shrine at the entrance. Incredibly affordable too. Can't recommend this place enough.

Yelp
This is the best you can get with Vietnamese food in Austin. As a Vietnamese I've tried a lot of Vietnamese places and this place has an extensive menu and hits the nail for to the time being for Vietnamese food. I really enjoy their Pho and Bun Bo Hue. My family really enjoys their vermicelli bowls. The ambiance is a regular Asian restaurant nothing aesthetic but love their big open window. The service is decent. I'll always go back to this place with my family when I'm close by!

Yelp
Always excellent pho. We come here all the time when we are in the area. Fast service and can accommodate large parties 10+ with minimal or no wait. Food comes out fast too. Best pho place!

Yelp
I drive 45 minutes from Jonestown just for the Bun Thit Nuong. The flavor of the grilled pork is spot on and delicious. The service is always quick and helpful. Restaurant is very clean. Pho Saigon is where I take friends and family from out of town who crave the true flavors of Vietnam. They will continue to be on 'My Keepers List'.
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent pho. The broth was tasty. The fatty brisket was extremely chewy which is why I am docking a star. I would LOVE if they offered bone marrow as an add on. For now the green onion tallow is a great touch to add onto pho. Their bun bowl was good/average. No complaints. We will be back!

Yelp
Best pho ever and spring rolls !!! Everything so delicious!!!!! this will forever be my spot i definitely recommend

Yelp
Best pho I've had in Texas!! As someone who's been to Vietnam, this is the closest thing to it. Broth here is so rich, not too oily, affordable, and packed with noodles/toppings. The line moves fast and the seating was clean. Even if the wait time was longer and food was more expensive- I'd still be ok with it. It's just that good. I'd give up my first born for this pho again. I almost cried at the table eating this. Will def be back when visiting Austin!!

Yelp
Stopped in for bun Bo hue because I saw a review I just couldn't ignore. Wednesday around lunch and the place was busy! I was so excited I could hardly wait, once my bowl came out it was bun Bo city! Although looks could kill, the taste didn't really deliver. Lol. I was honestly sad throughout my meal. I felt like I was catfished. The bowl had it all: pork hock, blood cubes, Vietnamese ham, beef brisket, thinly sliced pork belly. Everything was there but it was all half assed. The meat was not carefully prepared/cleaned so each meat was very "gamey" yet bland. The pork blood was not cooked as I'm use to and I would describe this as undercooked, it kind of melted in my mouth a little. Which is not what I would like for a blood cube lol.... I would never eat this item from here again as I don't ever want my love for this dish to be tainted. The highlights are presentation, freshness of herbs/condiments, and fast service from very attentive staff. Overall, there are other menu items I would love to try but this one wasn't it for me.

Yelp
Another pho place on the books. It is not easy finding delicious vegetarian pho. This place had vegan pho and it was very flavorful and PACKED with veggies. It had mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, bamboo shoots and bon choy! They do not skimp on flavor or veggies! 10/10 will come here again!
google avatar

Yelp
Everything at this restaurant is delicious, you need to go and just try a different item on the menu each time. You won't be disappointed! I like ending my meal with their coffee it's very strong (just like the doctor ordered!) sweet and creamy with the condensed milk after you mix it well! The service is good. They're always very fast. They see you right away. They take your order quickly and food comes out quickly as well. I'd like the ambience. It's just people eating nothing special but it's nice relaxing.

Yelp
I can't believe I had never been here before, I am so happy to have finally found a great pho place in North Austin! This place gets packed but the line and service moves so quickly, I waited less than 20 mins for a table on a very busy Sunday (first cold front of the year, and it was rainy so everyone was craving). I had their seafood pho and OMG the broth is just so delicate and flavorful, the noodles are great too and so is the seafood, but the broth is definitely the star of the show. Also ordered their eggrolls and they were really tasty as well as their fish sauce, I had the pork eggrolls and they were really good I just wish they were a bit fatter lol Their freshly squeeze lemonade is WOW! I didn't want to finish it and I almost ordered a second one to go! Super sweet and refreshing. I cannot wait to go back! Service is fast and friendly, food is amazing, and ambiance is for everyone, there were families, couples, groups of friends, and even people dining solo like myself.

Yelp
Large 18. Pho Dac Biet - eye round steak, well-done flank, fatty brisket, soft tendon & tripe I love pho so much. The portions are HUGE and there is so much flavor. The soup is warm and comforting. The smell does linger on your clothes for a while but if you like it, that's actually a pro :) The textures of the different meats and veggies is so pleasant. I definitely overate - it was a lot of food worth it! Located in Chinatown, there are many food options to choose from after too (my favorite dessert drink place is Bambu)
google avatar

Yelp
I think this place was ok. The pho broth was pretty good. I'm use to a lot more deeper flavors but it's good here. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and patient. The egg rolls were also good. It's pretty decent. From this experience, I remember the regular sized Pho bowl was loaded up. I had a hard time finishing it. Cause it was a lot of meat and a lot of noodles. It's a good place to eat with family and friends.

Yelp
This is my GO-TO place for pho in Austin! Although it's a bit more north than desired, the fact that I drive up here whenever I'm craving a delicious bowl of pho should speak for itself! They have a savory broth (with a hint of sweetness) that I haven't found at other pho restaurants in the area, so it's the broth that keeps me coming back. Their spring rolls are just as delicious, so don't hesitate on starting your meal with an order of these -- all the food items will come out in minutes! You won't regret coming here for your next bowl of pho :)
google avatar

Klemens T.

Yelp
Came here for the first time with my family. We ordered the tofu pho, Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef and pork soup), and Bun Nuoc Leo Bac Lieu (vermicelli pork soup). All were delicious and the portions were huge for a decent price. The meats in each dish were pretty huge. I wished they had banh mi sandwiches, but the bowl I had was fulfilling anyways. Definitely would be back should I return to this city. Staff were friendly and fast. Lots of tables and chairs and the parking lot is huge. Restroom were a bit dirty, but otherwise, it was a good place for lunch.
google avatar

Lynn T.

Yelp
Fast service and very busy when we came in. My pho was okay. The noodles were all broken up and too mushy for my taste. Wasn't able to eat it all. Broth was good tho!
google avatar

Yelp
I can't believe I have lived in Austin this long and just now made it here. My friend and I got the Vietnamese Fried Egg rolls (pork and veggies with fish sauce) and Fresh Spring rolls (shrimp, pork, veggies, vermicelli, veggies and peanut sauce) to start and we both devoured the fried egg rolls in no time. The spring rolls were good too and went well with the sauce. For dinner, I had Pho Ga (chicken noodle soup with mixed dark and white meat). It was absolutely delicious! The broth, the chicken, noodles, basil, everything and the quantity was so much that I had dinner and shared my left overs into 2 bowls that I had for 2 different meals. My friend had the Pho Dac Biet (steak, flank, brisket, tendon and stripe) and he finished it all well before I said I couldn't finish mine. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will be back. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Located in the chinatown centre, this place is delicious. I was amazed at the quality and price of the pho. The soup base was filled with beef flavor and not much added msg. Generous portion and quick service. Clean and spacious restaurant next to a very large supermarket.
google avatar

Carol G.

Yelp
Usually get chicken soup, it's very good. Usually rdee to pick up, food is consistent

Yelp
Been going here since the 2000s haha I guess I'm old... it's a friends restaurant, but I rarely get to see her, still a good place for a solid bowl of pho or banh mi. When I'm in Austin and the wants Vietnamese food this is my go to.

Aliene M.

Yelp
It's pretty good. The salted plum drink was exotic. The spring rolls are very good. Pho was good. Will go back when in town.
google avatar

Laura B.

Yelp
I was seated and my order was taken quickly. My order came out fast and piping hot. I had the Filet Mignon Pho. Broth was flavorful, plenty of sprouts, jalapeños and basil. Plenty of yummy beef. Quantity of pho is massive. The veggie egg rolls were so crispy and good, some of the best. I ordered a side of steamed veggies to add to my leftover pho tomorrow. I asked for extra sprouts and basil for take home and they were very generous with the portion, which I appreciate as it is one of my favorite parts. Overall, an enjoyable meal experience. Oh, and they are open on Monday when some of the mom and pop restaurants are closed!

Yelp
Every time my family craves for pho, we collectively want Pho Saigon. Even when we are open to other places, actually trying out other places, we always end up coming back to this place. Service is always fast and helpful. And you know it's good when Vietnamese eat at Vietnamese restaurants. Now, you know We always have Pho Dac Biet, and Pho Dui Bo, highly recommend.

Michelle F.

Yelp
Terrible Pho! The broth has a sour taste WITHOUT squeezing any limes in it . Pho Saigon.. add more MSG or take pho out of your menu . We paid you and your pho SUCKS !!!
google avatar

Awele M.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant! You definitely get more than your moneys worth. The food was fresh and filling. I ordered the vermicelli noodles! They were absolutely delicious. The portions are so big that you can have leftovers to take home. This is definitely a hidden gem in Austin and I highly recommend this restaurant.
google avatar

Tae K.

Yelp
This is where I go to get my pho craving. The broth is solid and flavorful. They added a new pho with beef oxtail and it was delicious. They do not skimp on the proteins in your pho. Very fast and quick service. The egg rolls are also fire. Fried perfectly and the right balance of pork and mushrooms.
google avatar

Mary M.

Yelp
Pho tasted not good for me, could NOT finish my bowl! Service was okay. The restaurant looks fine and spacious!
google avatar

Maria M.

Yelp
This place is located on North Lamar in the China Town shopping center. It's been my go to pho place for at least 10 years now. My favorite go to chicken Pho soup location. They do have many more food options. You can definitely tell that each dish is authentically made from all the toppings that make you pho soup tasteful to your liking and well portioned. I like that they have different soup bowl options bc most places just give you a great big bowl of pho and I hate to waste food so I go with the smaller size. Perfect winter spot for some pho soup. In the winter you may have to wait to be seated since it's a popular place but it's well worth it.

Ereli G.

Yelp
Good food, service could be better. I would give a 5 star but not becase the service.
google avatar

Tommy D.

Yelp
-The store looks nice and beautiful -The service is ok l, employees are friendly - Food taste is not good at all for me.
google avatar

Debby H.

Yelp
Loved it! Everything was so delicious. Vermicelli bowls with pork and shrimp. We also had shrimp spring rolls. Next time we'll try the pho!
google avatar

Anusha R.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place when I was in the area and craving for pho. The chicken pho we had was yum. Best pho I've had in Austin. The spring rolls were yummy too. The service was really quick. Everything on the menu is so reasonably priced, it's worth every penny. The ambiance is very casual and it's super busy all the time.

Jeffrey X.

Yelp
Pretty tasty pho, one of the better ones we've had in Austin. Unfortunately, they raised prices by like 2 bucks since we last went, so it's no longer as big of a steal as it originally was. Service is always fast, and it's relatively clean. Would recommend!
google avatar

Lani L.

Yelp
This is our go to pho place and I'm so glad I don't have to drive far for a really good pho restaurant. Always fast and excellent service. There's nothing I don't like here. The food is really delicious. I come here often and has not disappoint.
google avatar

Ngoc D.

Yelp
There was a baby roach in my pho! A roach y'all. We were craving pho in this cold weather and decided to give Pho Saigon a try after years of avoiding it and this incident definitely refreshed my memory of why we stopped getting food from here in the first place. They don't even deserve one star. Save yourself, go elsewhere.
google avatar

Eric W.

Yelp
I'm always down for pho and this place delivered on flavor. I brought a friend and they enjoyed it too. We both ordered spring rolls and beef noodle pho. The service was super fast and everything tasted good. Normally a large is just right, but we were stuffed afterwards :) Good pho-enjoyed the broth, would try other dishes!
google avatar

Megan L.

Yelp
Pho Saigon is my friends' and my go-to hangover spot because Tan My only offers take out. However, Pho Saigon is a really good backup option. I really like their pho. It has an evident beefy flavor, and the noodles are always cooked well. Food comes out very quickly. I also love their egg rolls and Thai iced tea. It's a great place to grab a bite and leave quickly as well. Waiters rarely come around to help, but when they do, they are fast and nice. I am pretty picky about pho, but Pho Saigon definitely checks all my boxes. It's also brightly lit, so you feel awake when you're eating your hangover food.
google avatar

Jackie X.

Yelp
My favorite pho restaurant in Austin!! If you're eating in, it's huge portions for a great price and of course it's delicious and packed with flavor I always get different combinations of meat when I eat here, but I still typically stick to the beef section. All are very savory (I still like to add hoisin, sriracha, and chili sauce of course). I also like to get different appetizers: the fried egg rolls and shrimp spring rolls are both excellent And I always always always get an avocado smoothie. I've had others in austin but I think this is the most creamy and avocado-y out of them all! Must come on an ~unusually~ cold day or anytime you're craving soup

Yelp
I was recommended this place by my friend. We came here to celebrate my husband leaving his last job and starting a new one. The waiter walked up immediately before we barely had a chance to look at the menu. We asked for more time and he just walked away without saying anything. He came back a few minutes later and stared at us without saying anything again. Unsure if he knows English well enough to carry a convo? But it was just slightly unsettling. Eventually, my Husband and I ended up getting a large bowl of tofu pho with a side of veg spring rolls. The food came out VERY fast. We barely had eno if g time to talk amongst ourselves before everything came out. Maybe like 5-7 min tops? The large pho bowl was like the equivalent of 3-4 regular bowls. I was so full by the end my stomach hurt, lol. All in all, we enjoyed this place and the food was yummy and hot and fast and I could see myself coming back!
google avatar

Yelp
Hours are incorrect - please update hours accordingly. Came in on a Wednesday a few minutes past 8 after visiting MT supermarket and they said they are closed already (when Yelp indicates closes at 9PM). They were not willing to hear about the discrepancy of the Yelp hours and simply said they don't use Yelp.
google avatar

Xiao Z.

Yelp
Haven't been here for ages! I tried seafood pho this time, the soup was really delicious, perfect for a windy cold day. The rice plate with beef was so savory and flavorful, served with a fried egg roll. This place was really busy after 6pm on a weekday, and they didn't give us the spring roll appetizer even tho we finished our pho and rice. But the flavor was good. Will still recommend to try.
google avatar

Michaela H.

Yelp
My go to place when I am sick. Their Chicken Noodle Soup is the perfect meal when feeling bad.
google avatar

Raquel C.

Yelp
Honestly not as good as I hoped since I followed them based on a TikTok. Got my food to go. Broth was okay. It was nice that they had a plastic container to mix everything, but I'm not a fan of onion in my pho and picking it out sucked. The egg rolls were rolled like lumpia. Tasted okay, just different.

Amberlynn M.

Yelp
First time here and first time eating pho, very good food! Staff is very friendly and quick service!! Definitely will be back!
google avatar

Joseph V.

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Friday night with my wife. Did not have to wait long to be seated. Service was good and food came out nice and hot. I was a little disappointed with the flavor of the Pho I ordered (see photos), but my wife's Bun was quite good. If I go back I will certainly try a different type of Bun before ordering the Pho again. Overall a good place for a pretty inexpensive dinner.
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
Waiting for my food to arrive but it's mayhem here on a rainy Wednesday night. Don't follow the sign that says "Please wait to be seated". Go sit down at an empty table and flag the waitress to order. I waited in line for 10+ mins when I realized others were walking straight in and seating themselves. There is 20+ ppl at the front waiting for the one cashier who is obviously overwhelmed with taking to go orders in person and on the phone while trying to get patrons checked out. Def needs more workers doing front of house. I don't know how good the food is but this initial experience is already leaving a bad taste in my mouth. *Update with food review #16: Broth was bland, meat was tough and noodle felt stale. The only saving grace was it's fast service.
google avatar

Cierra M.

Yelp
Not the most amazing pho I've ever had but still pretty dang good!! Prices and portions are good as well. I would definitely come back.
