I’m giving this place five star strictly on the delicious beef pho! The broth is rich with a very clean taste. The noodles aren’t soggy and the meets are so tender. The service is fast and so so on the friendliness. It’s basically street food with some seating inside. I ate there right before the dinner rush.

Best Pho ive tried in Hanoi!! Super local, authentic, rich flavourful broth. Raw/rare beef that cooks in the hot soup. Big portion, really well priced. Flavours were unbelievable! And I eat a lot of pho. Highly recommend eating here as much as you can!!

Wanted to go in and write a good review after seeing all the great reviews about the broth. But after eating my pho for a few minutes I discovered that there was a piece of chewing gum in my bowl- from the guy cooking. Was really disgusting and I took it out to take a picture and show him. I approached the manager and used Google translate to say what was wrong. He shrugged like he didn’t care and still charged me 60k! Gave a very half-arsed “sorry” but didn’t seem apologetic at all. Wouldn’t recommend here since there are definitely nicer places with better customer service and hygiene. Again I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is not a good impression for Hanoi.

Come across this place as a recommendation from one of the hotel staff where we stay - we all know Pho is everywhere in Hanoi or Vietnam, but this place is something else, the broth.. NGL the best PHO I ever had - at least to my personal taste, I kept telling my wife this Pho is different and magic! What about the place? Well, Hanoi its buzzing and you won't feel the buzzing at this place, nice to know that there is a place right on the centre without hearing all the streets noice.

This is the first meal we had in Hanoi, and I must say it set our standards for Pho. The soup was really flavorful, especially when chili sauce was added in. I don't usually like cilantro, but it complements the taste this time. Price was really affordable, starting at 55k. The place is quite small so you might be asked to eat with other people in one table.

We stumbled upon this pho shop around the corner from our hotel (Rex Hotel). Although Hanoi is known for their chicken pho, I really enjoyed the beef pho here! Lovely broth and tender beef slices. We ordered soy milk drinks which was nice too!

The beef soup itself is very good. The reason for 4* is the hygiene. The guy that puts everything together, beef, noodles, herbs, does not wear a food glove at all and when he doesn’t serve, he smokes and then not washes his hands afterwards
