Went to Pho T&N for the first time this past Sunday. Overall decent flavor, but not as good and more expensive than other places I've been to including Ken Giang and Miss Saigon. My girlfriend and I ordered Vietnamese coffee, a banh mi to split, pho t&n special, and Vietnamese gumbo. See item-by-item breakdown below:
Vietmanese coffee was tasty but too sweet. Would've liked a little less condensed milk. As a suggestion, some places allow you to pour your own condensed milk in order to control the amount of condensed milk.

The flavor of the bahn mi was good, but not the best I've ever had. Also, the bread-to-filling ratio was too high in my opinion. Some of the banh mis I've had before have had some bread scooped out in order to accommodate more meat, which would've been nice. Very expensive for not much sustenance.

The pho was solid on the whole. I was excited to see the herbs included dandelion, which I enjoy but don't often see at other places. Additionally, the broth was flavorful, if a little heavier than other phos I have had. Not to my preference, but girlfriend did enjoy it. Tendon was great, meatballs were good but the brisket, and to a lesser extent the steak, were a little tough and thick-cut. Too many noodles, not enough meat, especially considering the high price.

The gumbo was a sort of wild card -- we didn't know what to expect when we ordered it. The broth was pork-based and very flavorful. My girlfriend really enjoyed it, although I wasn't as big of a fan. the actual contents of the soup were a bit of a hodge-podge including squid, shrimp, fish, pork belly, eggplant, and noodles.
