Clean and clear taste for a refreshing chicken pho. Sent here by the foodie guide from Wilque! Turns out they've been recognized by the freshly released 2025 Michelin guide as well. Popular with locals and tourists alike. While I felt the clear soup was the best part of the meal, a significant number of patrons put enough of the provided chili sauce on their bowls to turn the soup red. Could be worth a try. Not sure how the Chinese fritters are supposed to be eaten with the soup, but they were nice nonetheless. Shop had a special garnish that I speculate is shredded kaffir lime leaf. Especially good if you've found that local dishes that contain beef can suffer from an excess of gaminess.

Pho Tien may have Michelin recognition, but it still carries the quiet energy of a place locals would rather keep to themselves. Tucked away and unassuming, it feels like you’ve stumbled into a spot that rewards those who seek it out. We ordered the “Special,” their signature chicken pho served with all the traditional fixings: tender pulled chicken, liver, heart, blood cake, and chochin. Each component adds its own texture and richness, making the bowl feel layered and deeply comforting. It arrives with crisp Chinese fried bread and a basket of fresh herbs and greens, ready to be mixed in to your liking. The broth is clean, fragrant, and beautifully balanced, and the entire experience feels both familiar and quietly elevated. If you’re exploring Hanoi’s pho scene, do yourself a favor and try Pho Tien. Michelin may have found it, but it still feels like a delicious secret worth sharing.

The warm welcome from the team and the inviting décor set a promising stage for my meal. With just a few tweaks, such as dialing back the MSG so natural flavors can shine and consistently using gloves when handling ingredients, this restaurant could really stand out. I am confident that if management addresses these small yet important details, many diners, myself included, will be eager to return and spread the word.

Can be better than Pho 10. They serve chicken and pork Pho too.

Excellent. Clean and fresh taste. Attentive staff. Good AC and air circulation. Good and clean condiments. Good attention to details. Tra da good. The washroom has a good handsoap. Not the cheapest one that smells horrible that can be find in most places.

Chicken Pho 🍜 is so delicious. Omg the flavor in the chicken meat was so good. They give you like a type of fried bread to accompany the soup , not much time waiting just like 4 min. So many people come here!

This has been my favorite breakfast address in recent years, before it was labeled and included in the list by Michelin. The restaurant's food only serves chicken pho and the quality has been maintained for many years. It's not an exaggeration, but my girlfriend also commented "it's a completely different thing". The broth here is light but very delicious, the broth has a very fragrant aroma of chicken and spices. The pho noodles are soft and medium sized so they are suitable for many people. The chicken meat here must be called delicious, if you come to the restaurant late, the thigh meat is always sold out first. In addition, you can order young eggs, gizzards, hearts, intestines... Personally, I love chicken wing pho. The accompanying spices go very well, especially the pleasant ground chili sauce, which brings out the flavor of the pho. * TIP: If you're afraid of fat, you should order clear water because normally the amount of chicken fat in the bowl is quite a bit
