We were there and needed to grab a quick but warm dinner so we saw this one and walk in, service was fine, deco is fine and noodles and rice plate we ordered were above average but too sweet for us, they are at the good location otherwise Pho Eastern in Malden is actually much better pho place to go

Google
The food is ok! My extra large pho tai is floating with oil though. The service is pretty much non existent. The way the female server gives us our bill at the end is rude and condescending: a double tap on the bill. Even the convenience of parking will never ever make me set foot inside again!

Google
Delicious Pho with Chicken and I asked to have yellow noodles. The shrimp rolls were so good. This was the first place that didn't have the shrimp tail on the shrimp in the roll, which made it so much easier to eat. The restaurant was clean and the staff was kind.

Came here on recommendation from people online. It is okay for pho. Personally I feel there are much better places for pho in the Malden/medford area. The broth is a bit bland. The beef isn’t tender or flavorful. It’s fine if you’re sick or something, but it isn’t super tasty. We also got a rice plate. It was also fine. The beef was at least tasty, but again nothing you NEED to try. One thing we loved was the crispy shrimp and avocado roll. It was refreshing and tasty. I loved it! That I would love to eat again.

Google
The food and service was excellent. My girlfriend had the tofu spring rolls and Pho tofu. I had the Bun Bo Hue. They were so delicious. The owner came out and talked to us and asked us how the food was. He was very pleasant. It's a must try if you're in the area. We will be back.

Google
Great food, friendly service, good price! Definitely going to be coming here more frequently. My mother and I fell in love with the great tastes! Definitely recommend. Their pho is fantastic and the rice dishes are so yummy. Their passionfruit bubble tea is so refreshing. I'm obsessed with their beef avocado rolls. My new favorite spot!

Google
I love pho shops across the area. For some reason, I love pho town 7 after visiting for the 2nd time. The staff is so welcoming, accommodating and kind which drives my favouritism. They also are the first shop I’ve seen with mini lazy Susan’s for their sauces. Together with the example bowls for sizing, I think it’s the little touches that reinforce how endearing the shop is. Something signature and novel they have is their beef and avocado goi cuon. They different and so pretty. Would recommend to try. The pho is good. The bun no hue was even better. I think that’s my new go to at this place.

Google
The foods taste very good but for the price of $19.00 for XL bow, they don’t put enough noodle in it. They put too much broth which filled up 3/4 of a bowl. You took 4 bite and the noodle is all gone from your bowl. The waiter are very unprofessional cussing and laughing.

Yelp
OK, so the huz and I came here because I wanted to try it. Neither one of us technically got anything really Vietnamese lol. I got the orange chicken which was probably the best ive ever had. Huz got the XL wonton ramen which really meant gyoza in the soup. That was also delicious. I got gyoza appetizer and they were more to my liking than a lot of other places. We also got the avocado beef fresh rolls which were amazing. I preferred using hoisin rather than the peanut sauce because I personally did find the combination of peanut and avocado a little weird. We loved the food and will be back. The girl serving on the night we were there was really struggling. Other people had the wrong dishes brought to their table. I also heard the manager calling people who had already picked up takeout orders stating they forgot to put items in the bag. Luckily, we got all the right dishes served to our table. The inside decor is a little industrial/cafeteria which I'm ok with. It is tucked at the end of that strip of stores basically behind the CVS across from their dumpster. Now here is a very important note.... if you are ordering online direct from the restaurant (not doordash/grubhub), there are three...thats right THREE fully logo-branded websites. There is photownusa7.com, photown7.com and photown7medford.com. Only ONE of the menu links has items that we ordered when dining in. The wonton ramen and the gyoza appetizer are only listed on photownusa7.com which takes you to an ordering platform called "skiplinow". One of the others has a couple of the ramens listed as "egg noodle soups" (but not the gyoza/wonton one we got) and the third site doesn't have any of these 7 ramen soups at all. Its weird and bizarre to figure out.

Yelp
This might be the best Vietnamese sit down restaurant outside of Dorchester/Quincy! The prices are a bit high for the pho ($18 for the XL house special) but in these post-pandemic times that is sadly more and more common. The other prices are reasonable for the area. And the XL really *is* XL, plus they have a very nice touch that I have not seen at a pho restaurant in decades: in addition to that ginormous bowl of pho, they give you a 3" bowl of broth with a raw egg in it, which you mix yourself to get a REAL "egg drop soup" starter---simple but yummy! And the broth is actually decent enough (while the menu doesn't claim that it's made from real bones, I wouldn't be shocked if it was) that you DON'T have to drown it in the usual bottled brown sauce to make it more palatable, unlike at 90% of "pho" restaurants in this town. Lastly, they give you a decent amount of meat, although I was a little puzzled at the relatively sparse amount of offal in their "special" pho dish (NOT recommended for tourists!). Another nice feature: the fried and especially the fresh egg rolls are huge, almost double the size of those same appetizers at every other Asian restaurant. It's in a non-descript strip mall in Everett about a mile down Route 16 from Costco, a strip mall that could literally be Anywhere, USA. The interior is actually quite nice looking, i.e. this is a place where one COULD take a date without embarassment. Service was good, although the one non-East Asian server (he looks perhaps South Asian?) was a bit gruff when asked for ice water (c'mon guys, this really ought to be automatically dispensed at every table, or some weak black tea like at most Chinese restaurants), which made me wonder if he was just a temporary hire for the pre-Christmas season? But at least they don't try to push overpriced alcoholic drinks on you like at Texas Roadhouse, and perhaps the not-crazy prices are enabled by the lack of an alcohol license? Sadly, there's no visible signage from the road so the only way I found out about this place was by doing a Yelp "pho near me" search. It does deserve more business, as there are so many BAD (dumbed down, mediocre tourist food at inflated prices) Vietnamese restaurants around in the non-Asian parts of metro Boston.

Brenda V.

Yelp
The food is always fresh. Service is always so friendly and quick. I normally get my meals to go, I order online and my meal is made fast. Pricing is a little higher than other Vietnamese restaurants nearby but it's in a convenient location. Looks clean inside!

Alex L.

Yelp
This is my go to pho spot when I am not traveling into Boston. Service is very fast, you sit down, they bring you water, and then they take your order. For food we had the A3. Beef Avocado Spring roll, medium & large c3. steak, brisket, tendon, beef ball pho, and for drink we had the viet ice coffee. A3. Beef Avocado Spring Roll - it is a heavy filling spring roll. The richness of the avocado combined with the beef and peanut sauce alone fills you. I suggest getting this if you are starving and it you are not go for the regular spring roll. 10/10 C3. Steak, brisket, tendon, and meatball pho - the brisket is soft and flavorful and the tendon varies from melting in your mouth to chewy texture cubes. The meatball are not the best and may contain full peppercorns when eating then. The steak is nothing special but the pho broth is not too salty but lacks unami. 7/10 Viet ice coffee - very creamy and overly sweet. It has a strong coffee aftertaste and may cause your stomach to be upset if it's sensitive. 8/10

Yelp
Solid beef pho, rice plates, and vermicelli bowls. Food here is reasonably priced ($13 dollars for a medium bowl of pho), and there usually isn't a wait for a table at both lunch and dinner time. Very fast service (they will ask for your order within 2 minutes of being seated) and the food comes out fairly quickly (usually within 5 minutes for pho and within 10 minutes for rice plates/vermicelli bowls). Free plaza lot parking. Will be back.

Michelle W.

Yelp
Solid pho in Medford. This spot has delicious pho, spring rolls and egg rolls. There's usually no wait and you can get in and out pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable for the area and service is prompt. Their pho is perfect to warm you up on a cold winter day! Will definitely be back!

Anaëlle T.

Yelp
I had the best pho here for lunch today!!! Best bowl of pho I've had in Boston! I was seated right away but was surprised at how busy it was for a Tuesday around 1:30pm. It was a quiet and casual vibe. My pho came super quickly and it was piping hot which I love! The broth is amazing and the beef was flavorful and thin. I loved this bowl of soup and will definitely be back. I got a Thai tea to go and that was also perfect and delicious. It reminded me of the Thai tea I used to drink in SF growing up. Can't wait to come back.

Alice D.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday for early dinner and the place was pretty empty - we were one of three tables filled in a decently sized place. Nonetheless, our orders were taken quite quickly and efficiently and the food came out fast after. The menu has a decent amount of Vietnamese dishes, but we focused mainly on the pho as that seems to be the main focus of the location. The portion and taste was fine - not outstanding, but a solid bowl. The only deterrent was the price, definitely up there for a standard meal; you can definitely get cheaper elsewhere for the same price. Overall, not too bad. I probably wouldn't back unless someone else was really craving pho, but all in all, it was nice to try this spot.

Yelp
Should you venture slightly away from the Orange T stop, or be just inside Medford on a whim, Pho Town 7 will be a 8 or 9 out of 10. I imagine there's a great story behind why this is #7, like 1-6 we're taken, or lucky 7 should always be in a Pho restaurant somewhere. Whatever it is, it works! I like a place where one letter and one number is all I need to communicate. This time I was all-in for C2. What is C2? Wouldn't you like to know! Kidding: of course I'm going to tell you--or am I? Okay enough of the tease before you stop reading out of sheer boredom. This was a filet(?), beef, steak, type meat dish. The rice noodles were good as always. The broth was tasty and I'm sure 3x my daily sodium allocation. I'm a novice so wasn't exactly sure what to do with the sprouts and leaves brought on a separate plate before the meal. I added the sprouts to the bowl and let them soak. If that's acceptable, good, because it tasted excellent. I couldn't bring myself to eat the tree though. So many choices will leave even the pickiest picker satisfied, except the chicken fingers guy. But we don't go out with him much. Also you have choices of M/L/XL portions, which I find hilarious for some reason. First, there is no S for you alleged light eater-types, and second I feel like this is the "tall=small" strategy employed by that NW coffee chain. But I won't begrudge, and I picked L (because I'm not an ogre). My spoon only fell in the bowl fewer than 10 times, but who's counting. I'll return if I get the chance.

Mei B.

Yelp
We got takeout from here and it's a 3.5/5 (but we always round it up). My boyfriend got the orange chicken with fried rice and it's actually good but the spring rolls, the special pho and the thai tea were a little disappointing. Spring rolls sauce was too peanutey (iykyk) and the filling inside the rolls was more shredded lettuce than anything else. My pho bowl had probably 6 pieces of meat in there and lots and lots of noodles :( thai tea had zero flavor and sweetness. we picked this place because it's right around the corner of our place but i think next time if we crave viet food, we'd probably visit another spot

Angela C.

Yelp
Always great.. nothing bad so far on the menu but I also don't venture out of my steak & sandwiches ...oh & the egg-rolls are awesome

Scott C.

Yelp
Pho Town 7 is my secret go to spot for quick Vietnamese food. It's tucked away around mystic river park just north of assembly row. The restaurant took over for an Indian Restaurant as many customers come in expressing their shock, but they always stay for the delicious food. The restaurant seems to be family run as I always see two familiar faces running the shop. The pho and bun bo hue are excellent choices if you're looking for a hot meal. The rice plates are also very large when you're feeling extra hungry. Definitely will be going back multiple times!

David M.

Yelp
This has become our regular pho place. Good quality for a good price, and the staff is friendly. The ambiance could use some work but I'm not there for the ambiance. I'm there for pho!

Deborah C.

Yelp
Good food and quick service for a spontaneous Sunday night dinner, I would definitely come back for a casual meal!

Victoria T.

Yelp
Really good pho! It was on the expensive side though, and the portion sizes are not as big as other places (like Pho Pasteur in Chinatown, my personal favorite). But the broth was flavorful and they gave a lot of meat. Would def come back, the restaurant was nice and clean.

Ellen K.

Yelp
Pho Town 7 is a great option for Vietnamese food in the greater Boston area outside of downtown and Allston. It has a warm, Asian ambiance and plenty of seating. We ordered three different types of noodles (C5, C7, and the Bun Bo Hue - each around $18) and all of the portions were huge and the broth was rich and filling. There are condiments (sriracha, hoisin sauce, fish sauce) at each table to cater to each palate. I also tried the Thai bubble milk tea, which was delicious. My total came out to about $48. TIP: Parking is plentiful right in front of the plaza strip the restaurant is located in. The awkwardly long chopsticks WERE quite shoddy and difficult to hold up the noodles. Service was quick and friendly.

Katherine R.

Yelp
As a dine-in experience, this was a 2 star, but the pho was good so I would consider coming back for take out. The experience- I would skip eating in here and just take the food to go. I don't think this place is going for fine dining, but they could use some improvements. Starting with the silverware - it was cheap and uncomfortable to use, and I was disappointed they didn't have authentic pho spoons. Next, the place itself lacked character and ambiance. Lastly - my favorite part (kidding) was when we asked to take the rest of our pho to go, they gave us containers with no additional utensils and then proceeded to watch us struggle to pour our pho into it. I ended up getting splashed with the broth and a lot of it ended up on the table - not great. The pho - I got the D2, which is a pork broth with rice noodles, egg, pork, chicken and shrimp. The egg, chicken and shrimp were over cooked (which I'm hoping was a fluke) but the broth was really really awesome and honestly tasted better on day 2! I wouldn't dine-in here again but I would get the D2 to go!

Jenna P.

Yelp
This place is great, they have a great variety of items on their menu. They're very fairly priced and have lunch specials. I really enjoyed the tofu bahn mi, crunchy shrimp avocado roll, bubble teas and the pho. Go check them out or pick up takeout!

Marni M.

Yelp
Craving pho, my sister and I came across this place on Yelp. We parked easily as mentioned in prior reviews and walked into a mostly empty establishment on a Friday morning as expected. The hostess which also turned into our waitress already appeared annoyed as she directed us to our table. For a starter we shared the classic spring rolls which came out almost instantly with the typical peanut sauce. It was definitely made with more peanut butter than usual but still tasted decent. A deli version of meat was included in the roll as opposed to pork belly slice which was a first for me. Not a really special spring roll so I would pass on in the future. The stars of the show was the C9. Sea Food Pho and Spicy Hue Beef Noodle - Bun Bo Hue. Immediately we saw the seafood was mostly imitation crab meat with scant pieces of calamari and shrimp. Broth was clear and well developed in flavors. BBH was served with more of the same deli pork as in the spring rolls and a good amount of thinly sliced pieces of beef. I found the broth to be pretty bland requiring more sriracha and hoisin than what I prefer. Overall, I would have given them 4/5 stars but the bad attitude of the waitress really impacted my experience. While on the phone, she spoke to someone on the phone obnoxiously saying "I don't know what you're saying." With the subpar food and service, I will not be making a second trip.

Woo K.

Yelp
Small shop. Looks mom and pop-like. Nice and helpful staff. Very attentive. The restaurant looked clean. Pho broth wasn't bad. It wasn't as deep as I usually like it, but the flavor was still good. The noodle textures was great, the food portions is huge which is awesome. The vermicelli dish had loads of meat and noodles. The dish overall was fine. I usually like a stronger fish sauce to go with this dish and the fish sauce was a bit too weak for it. But my favorite dish from this restaurant was the egg rolls. The crispy shell texture was amazing. Not too thin, not too thick. The filling inside was dense but not to the point of killing the balance between the shell. The texture of the inside also was smooth and delicious.

M W.

Yelp
The food here is consistently well prepared and demicious. This hidden out of the way gem is tucked at the end of a strip mall- California style. Free parking, close to Assembly Square mall. Food is fresh and delicious, service is friendly and prompt. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. This is my go to Pho place in West Med

Margaret K.

Yelp
It was ok...I got the beef ball pho and yeah I've had better in other locations. Kinda surprised since it's in the Boston area I assumed it would've been better. But overall service was fine, parking was easy, but pho was ok. Not terrible but the meats seemed cheap.

Tiff L.

Yelp
Plenty of parking and located in a very busy intersection of Medford, Pho Town 7 brings some more Vietnamese cuisine in the Medford and Malden area. My partner ordered the bun bo hue and I ordered the combo pho bowl. I really appreciated that the combo bowl came with meatballs! I've noticed lately that a lot of the combos at other places don't include meatballs anymore so I was definitely surprised when the bowl came with some. Overall, the broth was light in taste and was filled with a decent amount of meats and noodles. My partner thought his bun bo hue would include pork blood as shown in the picture on the menu but sadly it didn't so that was pretty misleading. They offer banh mi on their menus so looking forward to trying that next time!

Meg C.

Yelp
Decent pho for the area, service was fast and the space is simple and clean. I honestly just haven't found great pho around here yet, the best I've found is in Quincy. If I have a pho craving this will scratch the itch for something nearby + parking is super easy. Next time I'll try the bun bo hue or shaking beef.

Gary L.

Yelp
Let me get right to it. Visited on Saturday afternoon, 5-25. Ordered the seafood noodle soup. Took one bight of a shrimp and immediately realized something was wrong with it. Didn't even swallow it and left the rest behind. Told waiter and manager about it. Their response was a shrug of the shoulders and handing me my bill. Today I've been throwing up all morning. Nuf said?

Ayatt A.

Yelp
I have lived near the fellsway for almost 8 years now and we have never had a good Pho place close by. I was so excited to see Pho Town 7 open, and was very excited to try it. I went in recently and got 2 XL Pho and a Banh Mi. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this food immensely and were so pleased with the flavors. It totally hit the spot. I love that they offer zucchini noodles in the pho for those watching their carb intake! Very cool. The only critique I had was that the banh mi could have used more meat, but other than that it was delicious and we will be back very soon!

Yelp
This will be my first review as I try to get a hang of using Yelp as I want to try and get the Elite badge like all you cool kids here. My culinary tongue isn't as developed but I'm sure in due time I can give a solid assessment. Some might say I'm a food simpleton. I mean my go-to lunch is a basic B turkey sandwich. Guess that means I gotta start eating more food. However, with all that in mind I can only comment to what I think is good to my palette. So here it goes: Rest decor/cleanliness: 4/5 stars No complaints here, in fact I was surprised it looked better than it did. I thought it was gonna be ghetto as hell considering that it's kinda just tucked in the corner somewhere. Also like the little touch of showing the bowl sizes in the front desk. I feel like a lot of places don't do that ::shrugs:: Food: 4/5 stars Pho (4 stars): My fiance got the pho. Her pho tasted pretty good, but for whatever reason it isn't overly beefy. Maybe it's the ratio of spices, iunoooo, can't pick my hand on it? Reminds me of this place in Montreal called Pho Tay Ho which was my go-to hangover spot whenever I visited. The fiance preferred another pho shop in Malden because this Pho wasn't as beefy as she liked. Though it was the case which I agree with, it still tasted pretty good overall and to me better tasting as a whole package? She's just a hater. Bun Bo Hue (4 stars): I don't really like Bun Bo Hue in general but I've been trying to see if I adapted to it now that I'm older, so I've been ordering it more lately from various places to see which is better. So far this is the 2nd place that I recently tried lol, and this tasted dang good. It was a little spicy and just had more flavor from another place I tried. It doesn't come with the hoof, or pork blood, which was primarily why I didn't like it in the first place lol, but if it did I would've tried it like a grown adult lol. It comes with vietnamese ham, shank, and I think some flank? It also has a lunch special deal with various dishes that comes with 1x fried egg roll or spring roll, with a drink for $16 I forget, but it looks like a solid deal for a weekday lunch. Also didn't get the wet fresh veggies problem like some of ya'll. My veggies were A-OOOKKKK. Service: 4/5 No complaints here, it wasn't super busy and service was gucci.

Mai L.

Yelp
We were happy when this place opened but wondered how authentic it would be given where it is. Due to the positive reviews in that regard, we decided to give it a try and happy we did. The pho broth is delicious and clean tasting. The OG summer roll (it may be called spring roll here) is fine and classic. Egg noodle soup is also very good. The service is great and attentive. We are so happy this is in our neighborhood and look forward to working our way down the menu. Please add bahn xeo to your repertoire. I love that!

J Z.

Yelp
Not opened by Vietnamese. Soup does not taste thick, and the meat was overly fatty. Good option if you have no option.

L L.

Yelp
3 of us went here last weekend. I have no idea where to begin. We ordered pho and bun. Pho broth is a 2/10, organ smells from the tripe is there and very strong, overall pho doesn't taste clean at all. Broth wasn't hot enough so the egg just chilling in the bowl RAW. One of us ordered bun dat biet, the shrimp wasn't even cook, it was still translucent in the middle, noodle was wet, and the weird thing is there's no grilled meat. Seem like the whole contraption is from the microwave. The service is like weird, these people don't speak to you. Just yes and no. The whole time was just empty. This is not a language barrier. BTW, tea cost extra $2

Juliana V.

Yelp
Absolutely love the pho! Me and my 3 friends came and we're absolutely pho lovers and this is the best pho we ever had!! The service was amazing! They greeted right away and ambiance was amazing nice and clean! Would highly recommend!

David V.

Yelp
5/5 STARS! I am pleasantly surprised!! Vietnamese food is my specialty because my family is from Vietnam and I have grown up eating authentic Vietnamese cuisine my whole life. I grew up in Garden Grove, CA, hosting one of the largest Vietnamese communities in the nation. I've also been to Vietnam a dozen times to add onto my credibility. Moved here to MA for school and Pho Town 7 was the first Vietnamese restaurant Ive stopped by since moving. Here is what I ordered and my Opinion: 1) Bun Bo Hue: translates to Hue beef noodle soup. Hue is where my parents are from, so i KNOW Hue food. I am blown away by the flavor of this bowl. They have most of the elements of traditional BBH, missing a few but that's OK. The aroma was there, the color, the spiciness... They got it right! I just wished they offered an option for customers to add on some missing essential authentic elements: Pork Hoof, Pork Blood, and a side of Banana Flower. The side dishes of bean sprouts and Thai basil was missing the banana flower and shredded cabbages. Another downside was that I thought they were skimpy with their meat. They included the thinnest sliced beef and pork ham cuts. And tiny pieces of tendon throughout... I just wished they provided more. I'd rate this dish a 8.5/10 Overall, Im definitely coming back to try their Pho.. I wonder if their pho meets my expectations now that their BBH set the bar so high!

Ashton M.

Yelp
Very good food, just things like service being very inconsistent for me to knock it down a star but I come here often and taste is good every time

Tony R.

Yelp
Great food and service. We will be coming back. The Pho was outstanding! The service was great.

Henry C.

Yelp
I love Pho! Been waiting around for a restaurant to open up closer to me. Sometimes life is difficult, and driving further away is a massive pain. This new restaurant opened up recently, so I felt I needed to try it out and take my mom on a date. we usually order the standard Pho dac biet, And we both did the same. overall, the flavor of the broth it was really good. Temperature could have been a little hotter, but still very good. I wish the broth flavor was a little deeper, but it wasn't too heavy on the sodium, but it was a bit on the sugary side. If you like your broth a bit sweeter, this place would hit the spot. The body of the broth, was not overly heavy, but wasn't as "refreshing" if that makes any sense. The amount of food that you get, it was a good portion. Adequate amount of noodles, good amount of beef, I wish there was more tripe. I think I got 2 small pieces. Meatball, got 1 that was sliced in half. So the flavor of the food was good, I wish they gave us more vegetables. Not sure about you, but I'd love to put in a lot of extra veggies in my soup. We asked for a little extra and both my mom and I laughed a little bit, because so little was delivered. I guess it could make sense since some folks don't use any of it. Pricing. I felt that it was priceless bit higher than our surrounding restaurants. overall, I think it hits the bill when you don't want to travel far. But you do have to pay a little bit more, but the food is excellent service is good, the venue is clean. Works for me.

Emily Tong A.

Yelp
love love LOVE this place. I'm a regular, came for the pho originally, but their bun Bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) is so good. I be eating it up after a long day of work and I've been here for dinner the past two days . The Thai iced tea is GAS I've never had it anywhere better. Sometimes I only order it for pickup when I'm in the mood for a drink. Other friends have tried their boba drinks and they're super good. My boyfriend had the fried rice and it was chock full of meat and delicious. Service is amazing, I hurt my foot and someone brought it out to me in the car when I asked they have really nice relaxing modern jazz music playing so u feel like ur in a studio ghibli movie when eating. Amazing place for friends or just urself can't recommend enough (ps they have real siracha in this drought )

Amy B.

Yelp
My first time having pho. It was very cilantro-heavy, even more so than I was expecting. I did enjoy it a lot, but I actually liked the chicken fried rice and Bahn Mi sandwich even more than I liked the pho. I would go back to this place, and will likely get one of those items.

Kelly N.

Yelp
C4. COMBINATION 6 COURSE OF BEEF The broth was nice and savory and the slices of meat were very smooth and delicious. Also the meatball tasted like no ordinary meatball, it was nice and chewy and didn't taste like fresh out of the freezer. I would definitely eat this again.

S. P.

Yelp
Amazingly perfect. My plate was delicious. The service was great as well. Beside the heat not being on, the ambience was pleasant as well. Great place!

Nikki N.

Yelp
It was pretty empty on a Saturday around 5PM, assuming I came right before a dinner rush. Pho Town 7 is conveniently located in a plaza so there is parking. The broth for the pho was really good and the vegetables were nice and crisp. I also like that the tai meat is not cooked all the way when it comes from the kitchen to table. It's very hard to find good pho in the Boston area but Pho 7 in Medford came through with my cravings!

Yelp
Saw this place what used to be an Indian restaurant. First time I walked into this restaurant and was excited to try. Walked in the early evening (8:17pm) 2 out 7 tables were occupied. A couple of take out customers. I was giving a menu and told to choose wherever I would like to sit by one of the young servers. I had just sat down and got the menu. When all of the sudden an older guy comes up to my table and asks "What do you want?!?!" In a condescending tone. And I said, "can I please have A small Pho Ga (C8 steamed chicken)?" The man replies "you want grilled chicken or steamed?" I said "steamed please" He kept insisting by replying 2 times "get the grilled chicken its good" I repeated by saying "the steam chicken, please!" I wanted to order more but never got an opportunity to see the menu because he rushed me. By 8:23pm I was giving a medium Pho (pretty fast) and shortly after I was giving a glass of water. (I didn't ask for it, but I'm grateful, but usually the water comes first) The Pho was okay, tasted good but I have had better. I hope they are treating their employees way better than how they treat their customers.

Yelp
I found Pho Town 7 by accident while I was shopping at CVS. I checked their Yelp reviews and photos and gave it a try. It was great! I had the A3 (Grilled Beef & Avocado Roll), C5 (Pho Town Special), and an Avocado Smoothie. The Pho Town Special hit the spot on a cold December day. I've got to try the banh mi next time!

Yelp
Great portions and very good price. We were greeted right away and sat. The food was fresh and came out super quick There was plenty of broth, noodle and meat portion for the price. There are a few good pho places in Boston but I think this place is a nice hidden gem. The pho was a little sweeter but so hearty. I was surprise at the portion. Would 100% recommend and come back

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a weeknight. And they have a lot to offer more than most pho places. They had 4 or 5 different beef pho options and when we were asking the differences the server was getting a little testy and short. We ended up ordering marinated chicken pho, beef pho combo and a mango and Thai bubble tea. The pho broth is very very good and the topping are fresh and they give you plenty. The marinated chicken was a little too sweet so I'll probably just get the regular boil chicken and there was plenty of beef. The bubble tea was great. The drink was so sweet and the boba wasn't good and they don't give you much. I think the boba was old because it had a soft crunch like coconut jelly but was sweet like tapioca; no chewiness.

Yelp
So easy to find a parking spot, which is a blessing! It's so nice to find a Banh Mi spot in Medford because I've always had to venture far out to Dorchester or to the other side of Malden. I had their Bun Bo Hue, and the flavor of the broth was great, but it wasn't spicy enough for my standards (my tolerance pretty high). The portions were good for the price that they are offering. I had a Banh Mi Honey Glazed Pork, and it was really good! The pricing for Banh Mi is pretty expensive ($9-10), but it was very good. Overall, very impressed, and will come back in the future.

Yelp
Fake beef broth, and there's no such thing as grilled pork chop rice plate. This place is not an authentic vietnamese restaurant. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Yelp
When they first opened I really enjoyed their pork bahn mi sandwich. I went back today and it was a totally different sandwich (it was a pork bahn mi sandwich but far far from the original). The pork was stringy like roast beef, the favor unremarkable, and the sandwich roll seemed to be a store bought Italian roll. I will not return.

Yelp
We love everything here! Cute little sit down with very friendly staff. Everything I have eaten here was delicious. The egg rolls are definitely a must try!
