One of the best pho places around, located slightly NE of Atlanta. The food stall is located in the Hong Kong Market's food court-- dining is super casual. No frills, just good noodle soup. You know it's authentic when the herbs are plentiful, and soup comes out tongue burning hot. The menu is primarily variations of pho, but also has Bun Bo Hue and Bum Mam. The pho broth had a deep beef flavor. There was a sheen of fatty broth (nước béo) that made the soup even richer. It was very aromatic with a hint of sweetness. The herbs consisted of the typical selection (thai basil, culantro, bean sprouts. jalapeño, and limes). There were paddy herbs included which is rare (and not to everyone's taste). The noodle-protein-soup ratio was perfect. Forewarning: It's a one man operated stall, with an occasional assistant. Still, three pho bowls came out in ~10-15 minutes.

The best Pho ever. Their Pho broth is packed full of flavor and comes loaded. We drive 40 miles to come eat here. They’re located inside Hong Kong Supermarket.

This is the best Pho in Georgia. Unlike other restaurants they are not stingy with their vegetables. I would definitely recommend to any Pho lovers to give it a try and you will thank me later. I think it is inside the supermarket and that is why people don’t care much to try. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Best hidden gem in ATL for Pho. If you want to eat some Good Pho? check this place out. Only downfall is that this is inside the super market. Other then that, This place is the BOMB!

If you don’t mind the food court ambiance, choose this delicious place for your pho. It’s the best I have found around town. Consistently delicious!!

Yelp
Located inside Hong Kong Supermarket, this spot can easily be overlooked. In this case, do not judge a book by it's cover! Do it for the food culture! I've lived in Atlanta for over two decades and finally I found, what I like to call, my secret pho spot. I've been shopping at this grocery store forever and finally tried their pho a few months ago. Menu: Pho & Bun Bo Hue --that's it! I have yet to try their BBH because I can't get past how delicious their pho is. The pho broth is rich in beef bones and truly aromatic. I feel like a lot of pho places "dumb down" the aromatics to appease people who don't like it --not here! The sweetness from the abundance of beef bones and the aromatic punch is the foundation of this beautiful marriage. You. Don't. Even. Need. Sauces. There are always two nice Chu (uncles) who run the show. They also make a variety of steamed meatloafs (cha lua) and snacks that are prepackaged and displayed on their counter. I asked one of the uncles about a specific meat loaf I was looking for that unfortunately he doesn't make. BUT, he did tell me what the differences were. Being a cook myself, I wish I could sit and talk with him to pick his brain of Vietnamese cuisine and food culture. Please make it a point as part of your food adventure to stop here for a nice and piping-hot bowl of delicious pho! You will not be disappointed (unless on Thursday's because they're closed!)
