This was such a nice charming spot! Free parking lot in front of the restaurant. I ordered the chicken bahn mi and a Vietnamese iced coffee. It was AMAZING! Whatever brown sauce is at the table was perfect with the sandwich. We also got the beef stew and it was great, we dunked our sandwiches in it and the little tasty leaves that came with the stew was nice!!!

Worst Pho restaurant I’ve been to. I got a take out order and I made the mistake of not looking into my bag. What they gave me was a tiny bit of food with more broth. Mind you I got a large order!! They gave me a small bowl. And when I called, no one answered. It was an hour before they closed too. I couldn’t drive back because I was far away. Don’t go here unless you ready to deal with this bs.

This restaurant has gone downhill. Today, I ordered an order of veggie spring rolls. Thank goodness I don't have any religious or health reasons not to eat pork, because they brought me 1 veggie and 1 pork. Then when I complained, they tried to assure me it was veggie. No sir, I know what meat looks like and I didn't order a pork spring roll. They did bring me out a new order which was veggie, but still charged me for the spring rolls rather than compensating me for their mistake. I surely hope no one gets sick from them making this mistake. Also, the taste of the broth has changed for the worse. I wasn't able to eat more than half of my small (10C) shrimp pho in chicken broth. Not sure I'll return as a future customer. (Previous Review ) One of my favorite pho restaurants in this area. The staff is nice. They clean quickly between customers (walls could use some love & care though). My favorite dish is #10C Shrimp Pho with Chicken Broth. They offer discounts for military, teachers, and Nice portions and decor (plants and wholesome music). They close at 7pm, so perfect for lunch or early dinner.

My goodness no wonder I had to come out so far for some of THE BEST Pho I've had I'm a long time. The summer shrimp rolls and sauce were also official. My toddler also loved it and everyone was so kind and tentative to us. Thank you so much! PG Countys Best PHO EVER!

I ordered a Thai tea with my meal and the Boba was so hard that it wasn’t even edible and I tried to explain it to the lady and expressed that I’ve been here many times and I’ve never had this happen before so they go and make me another one but they actually just gave me the same drink and claimed that they cooked the Boba longer and the Boba had the same exact texture when I first gave it to them, and when I expressed that, I didn’t even want the drink at all She gave me a refund, and told me keep the drink and just drink the tea. What really pissed me off was her shooing me away with her hands in the middle of me talking and being very dismissive. I actually enjoy the food here but I won’t be back. She was rude and know they didn’t make me a new drink just gave me the old one in a new cup! 🙄

The worst bahn mi I’ve ever had. They serve you cold cuts on bread, it was disgusting. And the pork egg rolls have shrimp in them, which they DONT tell you. It’d be one thing if they said it but they don’t have it listed anywhere. They were also disgusting, and they don’t give you lettuce with them. Not sure how this place has 4.4 stars. I was so disappointed by the bahn mi and the rolls I was afraid to order pho just so I could put something edible in my stomach.

Excellent pork banh mi and Vietnamese iced coffee. They serve your coffee with the phin filter and you mix it yourself which I liked and was unique. Very kind and helpful employees.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because their communication sucks! I brought my son for lunch and he wasn't familiar with the menu so we weren't ready when they walked up to take our order. It took the man 20 mins to come back to us so we could order and he never offered help or suggestions! The food we ordered was delicious so it made everything all better! Glad to find this hidden gym in Suitland!!!

Pho Viet is exactly how I like my pho spots - small, low frills, tucked away, and HYPER local. I was SHOCKED when I searched for pho on Yelp and saw a location that WAS NOT over the bridge. This spot isn't too far from the base. It's in a plaza that is somewhat questionable at times, but it's there. My experience was great. The vibe is super casual here. People from all over were rolling in in everything from suits to leggings and sweats. The service was great. The food was quick, employees were kind and the price was right! A large chicken bowl with beef broth, pork spring rolls, a Coke, extra noodles and extra broth (for the kid) for $23. And yes, they take cards. There's a surcharge but it's nominal. The pho was good AF. Even without the fish sauce, hoisin, etc. additions. I'll def be back! Spring rolls are good, too - they almost remind me of lumpia.

Coming from VA I was surprised that there aren't many Pho places in the area. This shop was a 15 minute drive for me and I was surprised that the chicken was cold. I wasn't headed home and didn't have anyway to heat the chicken. The broth was tasty and the chicken was a little dry. Even worse after microwaving it. The peanut sauce for the fresh spring rolls was really spicy which was a huge disappointment.

This spot isn't the most veggie- or vegan-friendly, but the staff and owners are incredibly kind and attentive. I ordered the #15 and just removed the shrimp...it was still really tasty! While I would've loved a true veggie option, I didn't mind too much since I was just stopping in for a quick lunch. Definitely recommend for anyone without dietary restrictions looking for a solid lunch spot!

I was craving pho noodles and stopped in for a large no meat bowl with beef broth. The broth was flavorful, but I do wish there was more broth and noodles for the price. Service was very quick and efficient. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and given a menu. My order was taken and I stepped up to pay at the register. I ordered to-go, and decided to make another stop in the plaza while I waited. When I returned, I was greeted again and handed my order. Very quick service!

This spot has great pho, the staff was attentive, and pricing was fair. It was pretty busy the time i was in there and folks were satisfied! The pho broth was flavorful and the veggies and toppings were fresh. A great spot!

The staff here is super nice. They seem to be very personable with their regular customers and they know each other by name. I loved that I saw that because there is a carry out nearby that I have been going to since I was a little girl and they treat me like a literal stranger. Service was quick And our food was tasty! I also love that the Pho here is affordable. I usually get pho in DC and the prices are just ridiculous. You can order for children as well my 2 y/o enjoyed herself. One of the staff members also gave her a lollipop before we left. Will be back!

Was craving some Pho soup today and found this place on Yelp! Called to place my order for pick up and my order was ready when I arrived. Was greeted and welcomed with opened arms. Even added an Iced Matcha to my order and it was delicious. Despite having no veggies in my soup- my soup was still flavorful and delicious as well as the summer and veggie spring rolls. The restaurant itself was spacious and plenty of room. I hope this place does good business and stay open. From the looks of business and the shopping center this restaurant is located....IDK... I could definitely see myself returning for pickup when I don't feel like taking a ride to Va lol... *fingers crossed* Happy Yelping!

Popped into this little spot after a day of thrifting ( if you know you know) because I was feeling a little bit under the weather. There's something about PHO that warms the insides and makes you feel better. This is one of my local haunts because it's near home The place was empty. I sat myself and was immediately provided a menu with all of the options. So service was definitely not an issue. Mind you, this little space in the strip mall is dated. They definitely need an upgrade. It looks like something from the 1980's. Not pretty at all. I ordered the spring rolls and the pho with chicken broth and shrimp. I've always wanted to try something different from my usual. I wasn't disappointed. Of course they served the traditional condiments; jalapeno; fresh basil; lime and bean sprouts. Hosin and sriracha were already on the table. I've had better pho. Honestly but this was flavorful. Broth was clear and well seasoned. I counted 6 large shrimp in my small serving bowl. The highlight for me was the pork spring rolls! Hot, crunchy and delicious. Served with the dipping sauce. I could have had two orders of that and been quite satisfied. All in all, if you're in the area and craving something warm and cozy in your belly, this Pho will probably be a good choice not great but definitely delicious.

This place has horrible portion sizes. They give you maybe 2 to 3 bites of meat and a small amount of the noodles. I've been to so many Pho places , and it's just bad practice to be so stingy with the meat and noodles, there are basically gonna charge you $15 for broth, I even got a large. Do not recommend save your money.

This restaurant is in a strip mall near Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. They have great customer service and the ambiance is good with a steady stream, parking is good, and the price is very good for the area. They do a great job on their Vietnamese Coffee and Thai teas and their rolls are as to be expected. ***I would say if you are a Pho fanatic or a Bahn mi fanatic, then this is NOT the place for you. The pho broth is not as rich or complex as others. The bahn mi baguette was ok and the sandwich was built technically correct, but the chicken was potted- minced chicken and dry. ***Over all , still a 3.5 to 4 for all the other mentions; especially the drinks.

Service was good but the soup I ordered was tasteless and small compared to other Pho places I go to. Plus, very chinsy with the meat portion in the soup. I paid quite a lot and it did not meet expectations for the price. Will not go back.

I was disappointed with the service, especially given the positive reviews I had read. - The Veggie Spring Rolls were soggy inside. When I brought this to the waitress's attention and requested to have them taken off my bill, she refused. Instead, she condescendingly asked what else I thought should be removed from my bill since I didn't enjoy the spring rolls. It was frustrating to have her stand there and insist I eat my pho in front of her. - As for the Brisket Pho, the meat had far more fat than actual meat. I don't mind a bit of fat, but this was excessive--more like bacon fat than what should have been served in a dish.

My wife and I love this place. We go about four times a month. The service is just always a 10/10. The broth is the best in town. I get the chicken pho no chicken lol and my wife gets the chicken pho with the meat.

If you're craving chicken pho, this place is a great place for soup. Unlike some pho restaurants that only offer beef broth, they have a delicious chicken-based option. At just $9, their noodles only option feels like a value. I enjoy the simplicity of the menu and add-ons, like extra onions [with vinegar] are easy to find.

This has to be my top three best places for Vietnamese pho. The broth base tastes amazing, I can tell they take pride in making sure it is perfect as mush as possible. this is not a hurry up and get the food out kind of place. The staff is very nice and very helpful when it comes to making the right choice for a bowl off pho. I have witness them at some busy moments throughout my visits at different times and you know what, they never lose their cool or flavor. The summer rolls are the clear rolls with either shrimp, pork or both, I advise on both. The edamame was delicious every time. And my pho with all the beef meats has never disappointed. Do not skip out on this place!

So this hidden gem was excellent. The Banh mi sandwich was roughly $6.50 and worth every penny. The french bread was crispy on top and soft on the inside. The slices of beef was tender and flavorful like it was gently grilled. The pickled vegetables were crisp, seasoned, and piled high. The sauce inside was sweet with a little tangy-ness. I was shocked this was so close to me and suprised I haven't seen to many reviews on this place. My wife had the beef pho and she stated it was absolutely a flavor explosion! Give this place a chance differently top notch. The inside of the restaurant had a cool relaxing feeling. There was music playing in the background and friendly employees.

This is a homey place with a small menu. They make delicious food that is affordable. The summer rolls are to die for. Food is fresh and staff is nice.

We just got veggie spring rolls and summer rolls. Both were delicious. Took longer than expected to receive my order.

It's been a while. Decided to give this establishment a try. An order of spring rolls and a #4. Broth didn't have the depth of flavor I'd become accustomed to at a different restaurant. Temperature was hot, but not piping hot. Will return to try other dishes.

The food is very tasty. Had the combo pho. Service is equally excellent. Ambiance is typical oriental restaurant. It's in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Pho is so good service is great they welcome u right in, lots of army vets are alway there eating so environment is excellent. Would recommend

I have been coming here for years and one thing this restaurant does differently than others is they greet you upon entering. The food is fresh and delicious! The iced coffee is also perfect. I like to come in and eat with friends every now and then and I appreciate the clean restaurant. The people there are kind and make sure you leave well fed.

Went here to have a client sign a few forms(30 mins) . I asked how much was the bottle water we ordered when heading out and was going to leave a generous tip but as soon as I started talking the lady who I assume was owner got angry making a scene about only doing business here and not ordering then tried to shake me down for $10 in cash I had in my hand. The place had a few people there and to my surprise the yelp reviews are mostly positive.. Very bizzare encounter. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone based. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I am extremely upset that I didn't know this location was only 10 minutes from my house! The food quality and taste is top tier! The chicken pho with beef broth is already so perfect before you add you hoisin and sriracha sauces. I also tried the crispy spring rolls with fish sauce which were also good. I have been here two times within 3 days Another plus is that they have a pho bowl and spoon you can purchase and take home. Which was only $7. So I bought them and was able to enjoy my pho at home just like at the restaurant.

Service is always great! Nice home feel like a neighborhood restaurant. I wish they had more food options but the food is still good and ALWAYS consistent!! The Thai tea is really good and the beef stew is my go to!

Fast service. Great if you're in a time rush but still want some Asian food. Food is decent and there's a nice variety of Vietnamese food. The food always comes hot whenever I come to this restaurant. The seating is fairly close to each other but there is a lot of seating. The restaurant is pretty clean. Overall, would recommend.

It's a hidden gem for me. I didn't know this place existed nearby. I always get the same thing so i can't tell you about the rest of the menu. I get the large pho with tendon. I also love their iced coffee and spring rolls. I also get the limeade which always taste like a taste of lime haha. I still love it because it's light and refreshing and not overly sweet. It's so good on a hot summer day and I'd often drive there just for the drink and go home. It's always crowded from the Air Force crowd * around lunch time so I'd suggest calling your order in ahead of time. also believe they have a discount for police and military. It's a dollar but it's something. I've never had a complaint about their food and their customer service has always been a 10/10. There is lots of seating space.

I LOVE pho but let's keep it real ... it's basically soup so you gotta work hard to mess it up. Pho Viet is my go to place because they have maintained the quality of their product for the 7+ years I have been dining here. Not a fan of the strip mall where it's located but their ingredients are always fresh and their service is pretty decent. They definitely deserve 4+ stars ... my only gripe is the ridiculous increase in price but, as a savvy / thrifty person I am, that's only curbed my indulgence from weekly to monthly. *sigh*

The BEST PHO IN TOWN, it's fresh and their service is implacable. The ambiance is just perfect. Lots fresh air with beautiful plants.

There was a fly in one of the pho's. Told the woman when I went to pay and she said "what can I do now?" -- I said that's up to you, but I'll make sure to leave a review. She could have offered to not charge for the one with the fly but wasn't even bothered. Would NOT recommend.

It's okay if you can't find another Pho place. The broth is not the best. The service is pleasant. The ambiance is average.

The spring rolls and beef stew w bread is what I ordered. And it was delicious! The waitress and staff weee attentive and made sure everyone was happy! The restaurant is deceiving. Never knew this hidden gem existed! Well worth it. Get there early, they close at 7!

The broth is excellent, along with the fatty brisket and tendon. Service is great. Location and parking is great. The ambiance is nice and quiet. Pickup or dine in is a win.

Amazing Pho and the Bahn Mi is great, the chicken is my favorite. The apps are greats and great drinks. You get your food pretty quick and the staff is so nice and super attentive. The place is nice, clean and pretty quiet. I've gone a couple of times and I'm never disappointed.

I come here occasionally for lunch and get either Pho Tai or beef vermicelli. Both are delicious. The Pho broth has a lot of flavor and service if fast.

I've been here a few times and it's probably the worst Pho that I've ever had. It's consistently bad. Come to Pho Viet if you like your Pho meat tough and the broth to taste like chicken broth. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else.

Another one of my go to's for comfort food. Skip the Pho though and go for the Vietnamese beef stew - trust me on this! It isn't that there pho isn't good. It's that the Vietnamese beef stew is that much better!Their bánh mì is good also. I prefer the beef over the chicken for the flavor profile. However, I do not like the 3% charge on card transactions- I firmly believe that the cost of doing business belongs to that of the business owner. Bake those costs into your pricing or stop taking credit cards. It can feel like being nickled and dimed. Additionally, in Maryland while you can charge a processing fee for credit cards you are not supposed to charge a processing fee on debit cards. They charge fees on both.
