Pho Viet noodle soups

My wife and I were passing through and found this highly rated pho restaurant on Google Maps. We ordered some Vietnamese egg rolls, medium combination beef pho, and a Vietnamese coffee. Everything turned out great. The portion was just right. The egg rolls and pho broth were rich and flavorful. The service was great as well. We met the owner, Jasmine, and she was a delight to speak with. I think we'll stop in again if we're ever travelling through Jackson again.

Delicious pho! Beef broth was proper and meat was quite generous (I ordered beef combination). I ordered the large one and if you’re craving for or a fan of pho, you won’t be disappointed. However, the vermicelli with pork and egg roll was not good, especially the pork meat and the egg roll. Tasted not authentic. And the noodle was too soft. But the veggie and sauce were ok. I guess their specialty must be on their pho. We were there after lunch time and before dinner and it was too quiet. But we saw some bowls and plates from previous guests that came for lunch.

Delicious food and amazing service. This restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere. My boyfriend, friend and I had never had pho before and our server was happy to explain to us how we should eat it. So I added in my bean sprouts, mint, lemon, fish sauce, chili oil, hoisin sauce and soy sauce and when I tell you the flavor was immaculate. We will be back here. We got the egg rolls, milk tea with boba and I got the beef combination. I will say you get a lot of food for your money so come hungry!

If you haven't tried @phovietnoodlesoups soup in Jackson, you're in for a treat! If you have- I am jealous you've been enjoying it longer than me! The staff was friendly and patiently answered any questions we had about the menu. Service was fast and the food was fresh and, well, it just rocked. This food is amazing. Their passion to share their beautiful culture is evident through the quality of their food and wonderful conversation. Jasmine is truly passionate about what she does and it is perfectly represented in the food she offers. From their delicious Vietnamese egg roll which is unlike other Asian egg rolls, to the fresh and flavorful pho and stir fry and crunchy noodles. World class. Check them out!!

I have been a long time patron of this place. Food has always been amazing. I have recommended them to many of my friends. All of them love the food and are continuous supporting customers. I only want to write a review today because I saw a review from 2 weeks ago that the food has changed, probably due to change of ownership. Just want to put it out there there has been no change in ownership. The owner is simply pregnant and is on maternity leave. I had their pho today and I still find it as flavourful as ever. Give these people who are helping the owners manage the place a chance while they're on leaves getting ready for their new addition! Continue your support so the owners do not need to worry when they come back to their business!

This pho was delicious! The wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The restaurant has since then adjust the menu and the prices are extremely fair and offer 3 sizes. A small bowl of pho is $10 which is very reasonable. I got the oxtail pho and will definitely be going back for more!
