Pho Viet noodle soups

My wife and I were passing through and found this highly rated pho restaurant on Google Maps. We ordered some Vietnamese egg rolls, medium combination beef pho, and a Vietnamese coffee. Everything turned out great. The portion was just right. The egg rolls and pho broth were rich and flavorful. The service was great as well. We met the owner, Jasmine, and she was a delight to speak with. I think we'll stop in again if we're ever travelling through Jackson again.

This place is perfect. Delicious meals, huge portions (lots to take home). The service was SO good (thank you jasmine!). Jasmine showed us the best way to eat the pho and vermicelli. And get this: It was quiet! My wife and I could sit and talk over dinner without having to shout over loud music. This is definitely our new go-to spot in Jackson.

Delicious pho! Beef broth was proper and meat was quite generous (I ordered beef combination). I ordered the large one and if you’re craving for or a fan of pho, you won’t be disappointed. However, the vermicelli with pork and egg roll was not good, especially the pork meat and the egg roll. Tasted not authentic. And the noodle was too soft. But the veggie and sauce were ok. I guess their specialty must be on their pho. We were there after lunch time and before dinner and it was too quiet. But we saw some bowls and plates from previous guests that came for lunch.

If you haven't tried @phovietnoodlesoups soup in Jackson, you're in for a treat! If you have- I am jealous you've been enjoying it longer than me! The staff was friendly and patiently answered any questions we had about the menu. Service was fast and the food was fresh and, well, it just rocked. Delicious food and amazing service. This restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere. My boyfriend, friend and I had never had pho before and our server was happy to explain to us how we should eat it. So I added in my bean sprouts, mint, lemon, fish sauce, chili oil, hoisin sauce and soy sauce and when I tell you the flavor was immaculate. We will be back here. We got the egg rolls, milk tea with boba and I got the beef combination. I will say you get a lot of food for your money so come hungry!

Jasmine is very friendly and attentive, and the food is really good. Beef pho was full of flavor and Vietnamese egg rolls were crunchy and nice, kiwi tea was a great flavor but too sweet for me.

This place is amazing! Awesome Pho, the Vietnamese egg rolls are delicious, and it's all made fresh! And it's alot cheaper than most Pho places, but they don't cut any corners when it comes to flavor!

Food was not only delicious, but beautifully made and presented. My server, Jasmine, was an absolute sweetheart as well! I will definitely be back.

First of all, the brisket pho was AMAZING! Easily one of the best tasting broths I have ever had. Jasmine was friendly and attentive and the food came out quickly. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. I will definitely add this to my list of favorite pho places.

Five stars for this place for me! Miss Jasmine gives great service and my favorite dish is the Korean barbecue and the chicken spring roll for an appetizer. If you enjoy a Boba sweet treat, my favorite is the Thai tea!

We were greeted by a very humble man who sat us at our table. The room was had very soft lighting and beautiful images on the wall. The food was amazing! We started with an order of spring rolls and they were fresh and not "bad fishy" tasting at all! The pork chops were cooked to perfection, the egg was not overcooked, and the rice was perfectly cooked! All the ingredients in the vermicelli, chicken bowl refresh and very tasty! This place was better than some of the places I went to when living in the Bay Area of California! Wow!

Service sucks! Walked in no acknowledgment, didn't tell us to sit ourselves or they'll be right with us. Literally one table there. Ridiculous. Du ma...do better. Never going back.

Wonderful business. Not many customers today. Absolute shame that. If they ran lunch specials they'd probably get lots of office staff diners.

I was here with a group of about nine people places, clean, and neat. Smells wonderful when you walk in the door as far as the food goes, we had egg rolls. I had temporary shrimp which was not temporary shrimp. It was just fried shrimp that had been frozen the eggrolls I had seem fresh. The noodle bowls and other people got looked delicious and they loved them so the food was OK. the service was spotty. We got our food like one or two people at a time over the period of about a half an hour and one person never got their food until we had to flag somebody down and say hey where's her food and they even forgot what she ordered But she finally did get her food and she was able to enjoy it. I wish they had beer or wine, but I will probably go back again some point.

Service was friendly, but never came around to fill drinks or check up. Food was very bland and expensive for was given. Same song was on repeat the entire time on the tv. Thought PHO would be good , but that was very disappointing.

Food, Service, Peaceful Ambiance. The egg rolls were so good. Light crisp wrap stuffed full of veg and pork. The Chicken Pho was hardy and quite flavorful. Hubs had the Brisket Pho. Brisket was tender and soothing bowl of goodness. Highly recommend Pho Viet.

When we walked into the restaurant the ambiance and atmosphere were out of this world. One of the coolest restaurants I've been to. The service and staff were absolutely amazing. They were kind & informative. While I can't speak for others, my veggie pho was excellent, it came with all my favorites and some I have never had in a veggie pho before. The pork rolls were also super good as well.

Fantastic place and excellent service, staff was super friendly and polite, only took about 5 minutes to get our food out and everything was prepared fresh and fresh, green ingredients! My wife and I give it 5 stars! If you haven't eaten here you should definitely give it a try!

Food and service was great. Very kind owner. A little darker interior for what you'd expect from a Vietnamese restaurant but cozy. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I Absolutely Love eating here. It's a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The owner drew the artwork on the walls. THE PHO TASTED AMAZING! I go there often and I have never been disappointed with my food. I've had their egg rolls as well. They're very good.

Restaurant ambience was great! The servers were super sweet and very friendly. The food tasted good and for a Vietnamese spot it wasn't bad!

My favorite restaurant in Jackson. Its really too bad they don't get more traffic. The decor is eclectic but well done. Very good Vietnamese, I love the bun (vermicelli noodles) and really enjoy the pho. Portions are sizable, its great for lunch or dinner. The staff (probably the owners) are just exceptionally nice people. If I could get everyone in Jackson to come out and support their business, I would.

This place is a treasure in West Tennessee. The food was delicious and so fresh! The owner was so friendly and kind! We will definitely be back!

I finally tried Pho Viet and I was so very pleased! The serving was plentiful and still warm, which can vary with takeout at some restaurants (to-go order). It was a bit pricier than I expected BUT there was enough for me to make 3 bowls of soup. With that in mind, I will absolutely be going back often! Also, the woman working the phone/register was so very sweet!

The food by far was worthy of a 5. I base that on Pho I used to eat in Seattle made by my neighbor Hai, and many Vietnamese restaurants we frequented there. Being pretty new to Jackson still, this will easily become a favorite of ours like Skillet Junction. The service was outstanding considering some of the places we have eaten here, which although they shouldn't be, shall remain nameless. I deducted one star, as it was a little too dark for a place I like to eat in. Overall the facility is worth a visit and the pricing matched well with the foods taste and presentation.

Ate here today for the first time. I didn't know it existed until I drove by there and had to stop. It wasn't very busy for a Sunday afternoon but the food was delicious and the place was very clean and the staff were very friendly and extremely polite. I had the beef pho with shrimp spring rolls. The food came quickly and was hot perfect for a cold December day. I look forward to trying other things on the menu.

This was our first time here and will definitely be back! The menu was diverse and we both had Pho soup. The broth was very flavorful and the add ins were fresh. Service was excellent!

Drove into Jackson on way to see the eclipse. Thankfully they were open after 8pm! Incredible service and trippy ambience. The Korean BBQ was delicious and the two Phos - chicken and beef hit the spot. The shrimp spring rolls are a must as well as the egg rolls. Very kind and gracious staff!

Very friendly staff and great food! I've never dined in but it seems cozy. The bbq pork noodle and bahn mi are very good.

#1 Combination beef Pho was so delicious. Added tons of basil, jalapeños, bean sprouts and squeezes of lime. Also added several of the sauces for heat. The juice is very flavorful. Different than anything I've ever tasted. Shrimp spring rolls delicious. I enjoyed it so much. My husband said it was ok. soup is not his thing. His seafood Pho had one shrimp and one piece of calamari which disappointed him. This restaurant is not inexpensive, however the volume of food is huge. The water was flavored with lemons I believe. So good. The personal service is unmatched. Will definitely return.

Super flavorful and fresh! We had the Shrimp spring rolls and pho. All was amazing. Service was also phenomenal.

We drove by Pho Viet, and turned in the parking lot to try something new. The proprietor was helpful to us, asking questions and giving suggestions based on our taste for spices. We all ordered large bowls, figuring we'd eat half and take the rest home. We only got through about 1/3. We also enjoyed the Vietnamese egg roll appetizer. We didn't realize we were closing the place down, because we'd missed noting the hours on our way in. Even so we'd inadvertently made her stay late, she was so kind to us! We will be back the next time we're in Jackson. Go eat here, you'll enjoy it!

Great service, fantastic job designing the restaurant and fantastic food. This is our 2nd time here and both times were fantastic. I like the chicken noodle. My husband likes beef ball pho. Tried a couple of appetizers and everything was great!

What a GREAT find! We were looking for something hot and healthy- the Pho is phenomenal. We both immensely enjoyed the hot tasty bowl, and the flavor was great. This establishment is very clean, the staff are welcoming and a joy to talk to. Highly recommend stopping to get a bowl!!

We are just visiting a loved one at the hospital and came across this jewel lover restaurant. The food is incredible and the staff are very sweet and hospitable. I recommend this place highly

Our family of four had just arrived into Jackson, (after a 2 day road trip from Miami to visit my parents), and were hungry and ready to eat! After attempting to dine at Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse and Olive Garden, (they all had a minimum one hour wait), we stumbled upon Pho-Viet in a strip mall. I was trying to find their menu via a Facebook page and stumbled upon a page, "what's happening in Jackson, Tn", and saw the rave reviews. We walked in and were seated immediately and began to order for our table of 6! The fresh shrimp spring rolls were refreshing and delightful w:the peanut dipping sauce as were the fried spring rolls & fried shrimp. We ordered the pork chop (sliced super thin and grilled to perfection) & served w/white rice and a fried egg. The Korean short rib was phenomenal as was the shrimp fried rice, chicken pho and shrimp vermicelli bowl! One dish was better than the next and all the ingredients were so fresh and clean and simply divine! Don't be intimidated if you are not familiar with Vietnamese food, as there is something for everyone! The owner, Maria was kind and came to talk to us . . . Drop in and try some Pho or any of the other authentic dishes and spread the good word!!

This is a great spot! The food is delicious! I could eat 10 spring rolls if I could. The pho is tasty. A very sweet couple runs this business, and they are top notch with service.

I picked up food today for the first time from Pho Viet, and I most certainly will be back! The entire process was one of the best I have ever experienced from a restaurant. The woman who took my order over the phone took the time to double check she had all of my order correct and was very kind and respectful. I ordered 3 separate entrees and an appetizer and was told it would only take 10 minutes. I arrived around 12 minutes after my order was placed, and they had all of the food waiting for me at the counter. I truly was shocked at how fast everything was prepared. During my checkout process they yet again made sure I had all my food and even offered to help me take my food to my car since it was only me and we had a few bags. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. I have no idea why every seat was not filled in this restaurant, because this is hands down one of the best restaurants in Jackson. I will definitely be back!
