Terrible Experience – Oversold Tickets & No Space to Move!
On February 25, my friends and I purchased tickets for what we believed would be a VIP concert experience—an evening of music, food, and dancing featuring a well-known Lebanese singer. We were beyond excited for a night of entertainment, expecting a well-organized event where we could enjoy dinner, drinks, and dancing to live music.
However, from the moment we arrived, it was clear that this event was nothing like what was advertised. The banquet hall was dangerously overcrowded—worse than a packed sardine can. We were crammed elbow-to-elbow with no personal space whatsoever. Moving was nearly impossible; knocking over glasses was inevitable. Forget about getting to the bathroom or even standing up to dance—there was absolutely zero space.
The waitstaff struggled to serve food due to the extreme crowding, and we barely received enough to eat. The lack of proper service and management was appalling—no one seemed to care about guest comfort or safety. This was beyond disorganized; it was a complete fire hazard due to overselling tickets.
For $200 per person, this was an absolute scam. The owner should be held accountable for the reckless overcrowding and false advertising. This experience was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t step foot in this establishment again. If you value your safety, comfort, and money, stay far away!
