This is an establishment that has been around for a long time. They are most famous with their black sesame desert. For us, the combo fruit delight desert is the one we always get there. Service is great. They have some outside tables on the sidewalk and plenty of seats inside. Parking is extremely limited and only available from the back of the bank nearby. Great for families with kids.

Really solid spot, especially with Savoy Kitchen just around the corner — this place makes the perfect dessert stop afterward. The only minor drawback is the limited seating, but other than that, the food is on point. I’ve got a serious sweet tooth, and this place definitely hits the mark when I’m craving something sugary. Tons of good options to choose from!

This place is combined with a restaurant and a small dessert shop. We just ordered some takeout from there: Mixed Fruit Delight, 4pc Assorted Custard Platter, 2pc Coconut Mango Rolls, 4pc Assorted Fresh Mochi. Honestly, they were just okay. I had the mochi and mango Rolls, the mango was sour and the mochi filling was too sweet and I couldn’t finish them. I would say that if you really wanna try out this place, maybe just get one or two items to give it a try.

It’s a take out only bakery but since we visited so late at night they let us sit at a table in the sit-down area of the restaurant. The jellies were okay. My friends liked them more than I did.

Good balanced menu... has little bit of everything for everyone to find something they like. Dessert menu is great! The beef noodle soup is wonderful except for the egg noodles (HK style)... it’ll be better with white noodles, at least have the option would be great. Service was not great... o well, it’s expected at Asian restaurants.

I LOVE going here across the street after having some famous Hainan Chicken from Savoy Kitchen. For any traditional Chinese dessert lover, Phoenix offers a variety of drinks, cold/hot soups, pastries, and food. Their teas are refreshing and many of the flavors are great. I always pick up extra bottles for the road. It was my first time trying the Peach Gelatin Wild Snow Fungus Lotus Seed and it was very yummy. I love durian so I tried the Kaya Rolls. The durian was good, but the cake-ish wrap with coconut flakes didn’t taste good to me. Will be back next time I’m in LA!

First time for trying it we went for dinner. The walnut shrimp and belly pork and white rice was great very tasty. Portions were good we both ate and had leftovers.
