Rarely have I been so excited over a new opening but after seeing Carrot & Daikon opening in Placentia I felt like a kid at Christmas in anticipation of eating here. The soft opening bringing their famous banh mi from Westminster was the gift of the holiday season! There was a photo of the Lomo Saltado on the window and despite being a fan of the crispy pork belly and grilled pork I decided to try this one and glad I did. Super meaty and flavorful. The dining area is nice, too. Spacious and comfy. Service is great. One of the negatives of the drive thru in Westminster was nowhere to sit and eat while hit n fresh so this location has the best of both worlds. Will be back often.

I came here last night with my boyfriend. As we walked in, we saw empty of bowls pho filled with broth from previous customers (one person working) We ordered 2 number 3, pho came out with no bean sprouts because they were out and it was the fattiest bowl of pho I have ever eaten. No flavor, no pho aroma, just fat! I will come back for sandwiches and hoping they taste and are good quality as the other locations. Good luck.

Google
I came here to order the special combination beef Pho which was around a $17 bowl and they packed it to the brim which was it bang for my buck! The pho broth was flavorful, comforting, and hit the spot! The owners and workers there were very caring and checked on how we were doing and I love the clean spacious interior and there is so much seating available. I also really loved their Vietnamese coffee and their Thai tea drinks. I would just come here alone for those amazing drinks. Overall I would come back to this bomb restaurant in you're in the mood for some great authentic Vietnamese Pho!

Google
11/11/2025 = 12:00PM = 5 Star = 1st time here and looks like they just recent open coz looks new inside too, when I tried it , it was the best Pho in the area, i think i can try again . Maybe different menu next time .

Before my bowl of soup could came out. They said that they were out of bean sprouts. I then canceled my order for soup. This is 10:45am. Because I needed to leave and then. Our spring roll was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The grilled pork was nothing but fat had-0 flavor and not even cooked. Had to spit it out.

I’ve always love this place but was mistreated. The cashier was taking my order and out of the blue, she cancel my order and took the order over the phone and when I called her out on it, she giggled like it was a joke. Being HANGRY, I was really mad about the situation. I spoke to the mower and just politely told her to train her staff more. But overall food always good.

Google
I've eaten here several times, twice since the switch to Carrot & Daikon. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed. I think the Pho was better(broth and rare steak)under the previous owners. I've been to the other C&D in Corona to try their Banh Mi, which was just average. They've been hit or miss pretty much. I might give them another try one day. Also, you pay at the register first now. How can they ask for the tip when I haven't been served, or expect one for not seating me or coming to take my order. Might well just be viet fast food and remove tips from the whole equation.

Google
Let me be clear on the positive. This place had a great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food plates. Prices were fair too. The problem? Drum please....... limes. When looking for a place to take my family for dinner, I used Google Maps for a Pho place. When searching, one thing that caught my eye on Googles' "What you should know section" was "Sometimes they run out of items..." I read it but still decided to give er' a shot. I ordered 3x Pho Soups, Chicken Curry, egg soup and extra noodles for my family of 6. The Pho Condiments portions were good, with the exception of the Limes. They (limes) were cut in 1inch-wide portions, so we naturally asked for more (which we received). As we finished our Pho preparations, we still needed about 3 or 4 more of those small lime portions (which would equal about 1x full wedge). The cashier said "we're out of limes". That Blew my mind for a couple reasons. 1. First thought was the Google Location details entry i read earlier. And 2. How does a Pho restaurant run out of limes? Especially since theres a Grocery Outlet 4x stores down? When we mentioned to the runner that theres a Grocery Outlet 4x stores down to grab some limes, he said "we will". I'm not sure how a restaurant intends to be successful when they cheap-out on basic condiments. Again, certainly some pleasant things, but what comes Top of Mind is the following... "Fool me once, shame on you....Fool me twice, shame on me" I don't intend on being fooled twice.

Yelp
Amazing pho. Looks like they changed owner but the pho definitely tasted way better. New ownership so service is a little slow, plus it was raining the last few days so they're extremely busy. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Good local spot for a decent bowl of pho. I got the combination meat, and was pleasantly surprised how much meat I got. Even had quite a lot of tendon, which I love! Broth was okay. It tasted good but I've had better. It's not a full service restaurant. You order and pay at the register, then you sit down and they bring your food. Staff was friendly and the restaurant looked clean. It looks like they are rebranding to Carrot & Daikon, so hopefully Banh mi will be on the menu soon!

Yelp
The service was average. We placed our orders at the front and were told where to sit. I noticed that there were multiple tables that weren't cleaned (bowls left on table). I believe there were only 2 employees working the front. It took about 10-15 minutes to get our bowls of pho. Keep in mind this was around lunch time on a Saturday. The portions of pho are huge! I ordered the combination pho and the meat was decent. The only thing that bothered me was that the broth was on the sweeter side. It overpowered the pho and I had to use sriracha to tone it down.

Yelp
This is a surprisingly low score for food that wasn't too bad. Eggrolls were fried frozen stuff. We were given a tiny little plate of sprouts and basil for four large bowls of soup. The place was filthy - our shoes kinda slipped on a layer of grease on the floor, and the front door appeared as though someone tried to clean it with a napkin. It was gross. We waited and waited and waited for our 4 bowls of soup. Not sure why it was so difficult, but we won't be back. The soup was OK when it got there - but it wasn't worth the filthy restaurant and abysmally slow service.

Yelp
Been here before when they were a diff business (it was a hot pot place and after that it was another Vietnamese restaurant). Anyway for some reason service tonight was EXTREMELY slow. I'm sure they were busy in the kitchen but most places you get pho, comes out within 5 minutes. I ordered the #1 and it literally had 3 bites of BROKEN noodles and the rest was meat. Normally I have lots of noodles left over but the portion of this one was really little. They had a sign up saying they're going to be changing to Carrot and Daikon Banh Mi shop. Not sure if it's the same owner. Been to the drive through in garden grove and their banh mi is really good. So hopefully, this one will be just as good. Disappointed to say the least. Probably won't go here again until they change business.

Yelp
Came on a Saturday around 12:30pm. Not very busy but with only 3 employees there, the service was slow. We went to the counter and quickly made the order. One pork and shrimp roll, 2 combination pho and one iced Vietnamese coffee. 1) pork and shrimp roll, not recommended because personally the mix of pork and shrimp doesn't go well. Maybe it's just us... 2) the combination pho was huge. I think it is like the large bowl at other restaurants, here it's just one size and with very reasonable price. 3) the Vietnamese coffee was also very rich. Although it had a lot of ice in it but because it was so rich, the coffee still tasted good later when the ice melted. Our only complaint is the prep time. I've never been to a place where I have to wait for 30 minutes for pho. Otherwise, I will recommend it to anyone.

Yelp
Had this wonderful pho for the third time last night. The fried shrimp appetizer was the perfect starter. Our friend who never had pho before enjoyed the fried shrimp and his sample tastes of our bowls of pho, though he declined to get a bowl of his own this night. Our bowls of pho were wonderful, piping hot bowls of goodness. I had the beef pho with two types of beef. Very delicious broth and ample meat and noodles. My daughter had the chicken pho which she also thought had a delicious, rich broth that was a little darker than most and packed with flavor, and had lots of chicken and noodles as well. This place doesn't disappoint

Yelp
Went to try the new Binh Mi but was disappointed for they didn't have it yet. They said it will be on the menu Friday 12/12/25.

Yelp
Pending review for Carrot & Daikon. Just saw that PhoNatic is rebranding. They are serving their limited menu right now without bahn mi. The guy helping us was friendly and said bahn mi will be coming sometime in December. Can't wait!

Yelp
Wow! Just wow. We used to love this place so much, but it has really changed. After our last experience, we said we wouldn't go back. But we wanted to give it another try. We placed our order at the front and were told where to sit. I noticed that there were a lot of people waiting for their food. After about twenty minutes I started to other tables food coming out for people after us. Not all their food, but some. The table directly next to me never got their food. We finally got our Pho, but not our spring rolls. I asked a couple times and finally went up front to ask for a refund. The dude told me he couldn't do it and that his manager was probably too busy. The table next to me who never got their food came up asking for a refund, showing the receipt and the fact that they had been waiting over 40 minutes. I eventually got my refund, and so did the other customer. Funny part is, the manager looked puzzled and said they have lots of spring rolls ready to go. Should have brought them out. If this is the level of service that their rebranding will offer, I feel bad for the patrons. It really is too bad as this was a really good restaurant with great service when it opened.

Yelp
tldr; spacious, clean pho spot with plenty of seating and delicious food :3 AC felt so nice on a hot day SERVICE: 5/5 our server was so nice and attentive. he really made our meal as he made small talk with us. it seems like he really enjoys his job and is happy to be here. didn't get his name but he said that he got the job like 3 weeks ago. loved our experience with him :) FOOD: 5/5 chicken pho: delicious and tasty broth - chicken was tender and loved all the veggies in it too shrimp & pork spring rolls: DELICIOUS, they replaced the pork with beef brisket and it was so yummy. i loved the sweet peanut sauce they had as dipping sauce. would recommend :D
google avatar

Yelp
The tile floors are an accident waiting to happen. Soo slippery. Note it's 5:08 pm and out of peanut sauce. The cart to clear tables is sitting in the aisle. Very unappealing.

Yelp
Sounds like it's been recently taken over by Carrot and Daikon! So excited, but there is no banh mi until November? I've tasted the pho here a couple of times previously, but wasn't too impressed. But since it's the closest pho place to me, I've tried to support it but tended to just make the drive the Bolsa. This pho tasted different and delicious and may save me some gas money! Service and ambiance is always good. When they add their banh mi, it will be a game changer!
google avatar

Carissa H.

Yelp
I placed an order over the phone and the service was quick and efficient. The inside is nice, new! I like the flavor of the pho, I would say the chicken was just a bit bland but the broth is tasty and the topics are all the right toppings that make pho great!
google avatar

David V.

Yelp
I came here and tried their special combination beef Pho and a side of spring rolls and their sauce slaps! I also liked their beef Pho. It tastes really clean and high quality. I also loved how big the bowls were and I was even able to split the bowl with my boyfriend which was great. I liked their simple menu because they get to focus on the quality and I'm not overwhelmed with options. I recommend coming here for a quick bite because their service is very fast and efficient.

Yelp
Saw Phonatic on TikTok and realized it was super close to where I live, so I decided to stop by for lunch one day. It wasn't too busy when I went, but the service stood out--everyone was so kind and genuinely welcoming. The food was really good, and the portions were generous for the price. Definitely felt like a great value, especially for a casual lunch spot. I always love finding local gems like this, and it's worth supporting small businesses that put so much care into what they do. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for something tasty, comforting, and affordable!

Yelp
I am def a phonatic of this place! Tried for the first time today n had the Pho bo tai - big bowl big flavor thought I couldn't finish but I did Lol We also had the rocket shrimp - 4 fatties n it's not just shrimp neither, it has like egg roll insides wit the shrimp soo good! The pork/shrimp spring roll ws bamb too - the peanut sauce is different from other places not thick but soo good we started dipping the rockets in there too Now the showstopper - THE SUGARCANE JUICE!!! We couldn't stop drinking it n considered getting one more before leaving. It's like so sweet but in such a real way like ykno wen ur chewing sugarcane n u js get that tiny faint bit of sweetness.. this is like u juiced the fattest sugarcane n that pulp juice it's heavy yet subtle n the sweet is like this fullness of sweet not that artificial sweet.. oh man words can't describe but if u like sugarcane, if NETHING u must get the SugarCane Juice!!! Special shout to Vincent, who ws so friendly n attentive n made sure we had everything we needed! Also, I'm not sure if it ws the owner or manager, but whoever made the SugarCane n brought it out to us ws also so sweet n a total bossbabe! Can't wait to come back - 5 starz from me~

Yelp
Service was 10/10 for sure! Food wise, pho was good - not bad and not wow pow. It was good ~ The veggie pho can be requested with beef broth and had lots of veggies. Tofu was pan fried of some sorts so that was good. There were four pieces. One regular bowl is about $13.5 and you can make it large for a little more. The regular bowl looks small but it was plenty. As for the other meaty pho, they unfortunately a very small amount of meat :( Place was kid friendly and they had scissors we could use to cut noodles so that is always a plus for parents.

Yelp
This was recommended from Yelp. I called ahead to order and when I arrived it still wasn't ready. I ordered the meatball pho and chicken and shrimp friend rice, it was okay. The servers were not approachable or kind. They kept staring at me like if I stole something. Won't be coming back again.

Yelp
Continued great service! There were a couple of changes. You need to go up to the counter to order first before taking a seat. Not a problem for us, we frequent this place! Food is delicious! Ambience is great. Restrooms are clean and tidy. Parking is plentiful!

Yelp
A solid and authentic pho spot! The broth is clean, rich, and full of flavor. I really appreciated the fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeño, and especially the fragrant thorn cilantro mixed with green onion. It added such a delightful, authentic aroma to the whole pho experience. I'm excited to come back and try the new banh mi menu in November! My only suggestion would be to slice the meat against the grain, it would make it much more tender and enjoyable to eat. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
google avatar

Kaylie N.

Yelp
Me and my daughters were craving pho and we got the best of the best at PhoNatic! The broth was so savory and delicious! I really recommend this place! The staff was so kind and so helpful! And oh my gosh, the place is so beautiful it makes me feel at home! I would definitely come here again soon! (The phos I got were the Phở Combo and the Phở Brisket and Ribeye with extra meatball!)

Yelp
Living in Southern California and being introduced to pho very early in my childhood, I've had my fair share of mediocre, average, and excellent bowls of pho. There's a wide variety of pho restaurants in the Fullerton/Brea/Placentia area but most of them are either mediocre or average, compared to the ones in the Garden Grove/Westminster/Fountain Valley area. I usually don't try out new restaurants, especially those that had just opened up within the month but I've been craving pho and have been looking for a local spot to hopefully call it a new regular spot that's nearby. The 20% promotion sounded very tempting and the pictures looked great so I decided to check it out! Here's what I ordered: **#7 Large - Rare Steak, Well-done Flank, and Tripe: I've read in previous reviews regarding the generous amount of meat in their pho but mine didn't have much. The size of 75% of my flank pieces were extremely small as well. The broth didn't have any depth in flavor and it was quite bland. The noodles were all clumped together in a block and even though the soup was hot, the noodles did not fall apart. (2/5) **#4A - Spring Rolls with Shrimp & Beef: The spring roll wrappers had a rubbery texture and was very hard to rip off. The spring rolls were mainly vegetables and had very few pieces of shrimp and beef. The overall flavor was very bland however, the peanut sauce was very good. (2/5) When I arrived at 3PM on a Friday, there was only one table occupied with two people. Once I ordered, it took a few minutes for the spring rolls to come out but the pho took 20 minutes. Nobody stopped by my table regarding the extended wait for my bowl of pho. Also, while eating, nobody bothered to ask how everything was except for the last 5 minutes when someone finally checked up on me. There were 4 front of house staff just standing there by the counter area just casually talking amongst one another instead of pretending to do anything which is a sign of very poor service especially because the restaurant is still in their soft opening phase. Waiting 20 minutes for a subpar bowl of pho was ridiculous and I can't imagine how they are during lunch and dinner hours when it's busy. I really wanted to like this place but it was a one and done for me.

Yelp
Pretty excited to try this new pho spot that replaced Red Flame restaurant. Was bummed that RF only lasted a little over a year. The service was really horrible. Sad to see that didn't go well since we all was excited and Asian hot pot restaurant came into town. Hoping PhoNatic will be much success than the previous restaurant RF. Today is Grand opening day and they are offering 20% off their menu for the entire month per associate. My oldest son has been craving Pho so came here for dinner to check it out for a mommie & mee date 11.15.24 Once we arrived, was asked how many guest and seated us right away. The restaurant was pretty occupied with a lot of customers. What we ordered ~ # 11 Large Pho. Broth was flavorful and large bowl was really huge filled with noodles. We added $ 3 for extra meat. And there was definitely a lot of meat. Large can be shared among 2 people who aren't too hungry. That's what I did with my teen. ~ # 2c Rice Plate w Grilled Beef I ordered for myself and ended up getting so full from the shared pho. I was able to eat a few of the beef from this dish. The grilled beef was nicely marinated and tender. Associates were nice and service was fast. Boy server along being cashier Mason told me that they are a family owned restaurant and came from Colorado. The restaurant is nice with open spacious booths & tables. Really simple modern design. I frequent this plaza a lot since it's in the same plaza as Dollar Tree along w Grocery Outlet. Located next to PeaBerry coffee shop that is opening soon. They open daily 10 am and closes at 8 pm. Which is pretty early. Phone # 714-829-3230

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, but it needs some improvement. They are offering 20% off for grand opening. The restaurant is pretty spacious and basically retained the same decor from the previous Red Flame. We went on grand opening day on a Friday night so understand that they are still getting into the swing of things. We were seated right away and ordered the 4a spring roll with shrimp and beef, #2, #3, and #9 phos in regular size. Our server was definitely new and when he brought our 3 bowls of pho, he forgot and said he didn't know which one was which. After doing a bit of digging into the bowl, we realized that he mixed up two of the bowls, but we just did a quick swap of bowls amongst ourselves. The portion of the pho was decent for the price. At this point, we were close to done with our pho, but the spring rolls hadn't arrived. We flagged a staff member down to tell them we were missing the spring rolls and asked them to check. After some time, they came back and asked us again what we were missing. Some more time passed, and they finally brought the peanut sauce and then more waiting before the spring rolls were finally brought out. The spring rolls ended up being the best item we tried but was definitely a process to get them. We went to the cashier to pay, and the staff member who helped was nice. However, I do think they need to give customers a heads up because they charge a 3% service fee if you pay with credit card. There was no sign anywhere stating that and I didn't even see it on the screen when I paid - I only found out after looking at my receipt. Overall, staff needs a little bit more training and service could be improved, but I hope they find success in their small business!

Yelp
It's very good pho but takes average 30-40min for the soup which is the longest wait for pho. It seems owner only hire 2 people so all the tables are not clean with dirty dishes. Floor very slippery not mopped which is also very dangerous. But if the restaurant is busy maybe over 40min for a soup
google avatar

Daniel O.

Yelp
We've been coming here since they opened and as a Pho connoisseur, I gotta say this place is AAA+++. You could tell if the broth was made with just seasoning or if it's been made by slow cooking bones and meat to get the hearty taste.. this place is legit!! I just learned the ownership has changed, and although we loved the previous service, the new people have been amazing!! We were in a rush, and they rushed our order, I brought my daughter bc she loves pho and the atmosphere, when her Pho came out, they literally came up to us to let us know they put extra meat bc kids need it to grow! I was touched!! It's always clean, and that helps a lot. The girls that helped us were MIA, and MY.. they are the BEST!!!

Yelp
This is my usual pho place . For the most part when it's empty the service and quality of food is excellent for the most part. While I understand this place is going thru a rebrand ... I'm not sure if they're short staffed but this place cannot handle the cold rainy weather like today. I've seen many people walk in and walk out the whole time. I truly felt bad for the gentleman that was there servicing almost a full room on his own to the point where I didn't get my toppings for my pho at all. I don't know , I love the food and the Thai tea but i feel like this place needs to hire more people for better service all around and have more inventory for basic ingredients to keep all thier teas available for better beverage options. Many tables were left dirty not allowing people to seat so yeah . Food is great but this place needs to hire more people to handle a busy day .

Yelp
I haven't written a review in years, but felt compelled to due to what I saw.. Let me start by addressing a few things: 1) pho isn't the same. tastes like instant pho broth and color wasn't their usual 2) took way too long for it to come out. I've never waited longer than 15 mins for pho, but I waited over 30 minutes in an empty restaurant 3) we were asked to now order at the front..pay and tip and then sit down.. weird. 4) THE WAITRESS WAS SITTING DOWN BEHIND THE CASH REGISTER ON HER PHONE AND VAPING. YES, you read that correctly... she was VAPING inside the restaurant while hiding. Keep in mind I had my kids with me too and rushed out after seeing that. I was in shock. Not coming back. 1000% TLDR; Pho tastes instant, waitress was hiding and vaping while on her phone, weird business structure of tipping before receiving service

Yelp
Just stopped by today since I was craving pho. This place is great! It's huge inside; service is quick and friendly. I got the number 2 rare steak and brisket and it was sooo good the meat was tender and delicious and the broth was yummy. The prices are very reasonable too. I also got the shrimp and beef toll w i think comes w a peanut sauce that was my favorite!! I'll be back soon to try more !

Yelp
We ordered two different phos, and it took about 30 minutes for our food to come out. The server didn't ask which bowl belonged to whom and ended up placing the wrong one in front of me. I honestly don't understand where all the 4-5 star reviews about the broth are coming from -- it didn't taste like beef broth at all. Instead, it just tasted like cinnamon, star anise, and ginger water with noodles. Very disappointing overall. I wouldn't recommend this place.
google avatar

Francine N.

Yelp
Food took around 35 minutes to come out and there were about 8 tables that needed to be bussed. I don't blame the server, I blame management for the staffing issue. There was one server having to take orders, buss, phone calls, and expo food. Also the group after us received their food before us too (we ordered the same pho dish) so I don't agree with having to go up to order food and not having a proper ticketing system. Honestly pho was pretty good though! 4/5

I rarely write one-star reviews, but this place earned it. I came here based on the positive Yelp reviews, but I agree with the recent comments -- this place has changed, and not for the better. The menu is tiny, and it feels like they're in the middle of transitioning into something else entirely. I noticed the register had the Carrot & Daikon logo, so maybe that's what's going on? The pho was extremely bland. It lacked depth and that rich, mouth-coating feel you get when it's made with real bones and properly simmered. It honestly tasted like broth from a box. Ordering at the counter was also confusing. Regulars were coming in, sitting down, and then being told to order at the register -- clearly something that used to be different. The only bright spot was the young lady working both the tables and the register all by herself. She was polite, kind, and doing her best under what looked like an understaffed and disorganized situation. Sadly, this is not the pho spot it used to be. I won't be back.

Yelp
This Pho Restaurant is a low key a Diamond!! The most Delicious Pho i have ever tasted. I trust me I have been to every Pho restaurants you can imagine. If this restaurant was in the another area that busy you wont be able to get a seat. Its that Good!!! Quiet location with many seatings available. This place is a Gem and I hope i enjoy it the most i can before it goes Viral. Please try this restaurant. You will not regret and you will keep coming back for More!!!! Compliments to the Chef!!!

Yelp
This is probably one of the best pho places that I've eaten at. Mainly because the ingredients are so fresh. The bean sprouts don't look Brown, the basil doesn't have any holes or any wilt to it, the jalapeno peppers are bright green and even the lime. The broth is also not too salty like most pho places. I drank most of the broth and I never do that. I think there could have been a little bit more meat, but I did only order a regular. I also ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee and that was perfect. The staff is very attentive. I was there for maybe 25 minutes and they stopped by my table twice to check in. They checked to see if I wanted more water. The interior is very modern. Very clean. Very family friendly. The pricing also is very reasonable. I think the regular size was $13.95 and the large was $15.95. The Vietnamese iced coffee was $5. All in all I had a great experience eating here. I came by myself right after lunch time so it wasn't that busy. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Yelp
This is hands down one of my favorite pho spots! The service is always great, and the woman who works there (I think she's the owner?) is super friendly and welcoming :) The vibe is cozy and relaxed, and the food is consistently amazing. You can really taste the care that goes into every bowl.

Yelp
Good food and service! I asked this blonde girl who was the cashier what does she recommend and she said she likes the pork and shrimp spring rolls and the combination pho and so I ordered that. She was really sweet and helpful. The food that I got was really good!

Yelp
Super quick service. I mean like we got our spring rolls and pho within minutes. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced considering inflation. The decor was modern and the space is clean. A welcome new addition to our city. I would absolutely return here for pho. The only negative about the place is that there is use of MSG which is typical of Vietnamese restaurants but there is one that doesn't use it and their pho is phenomenal so I knocked off a star here for that.

Yelp
PhoNatic is no longer the PhoNatic that originally opened. New ownership? New menu, new process, it deserves a new review. Service is different, although still very nice. Order up front, pay up front. I recommend bringing some cash if you would rather tip afterwards depending on service. The menu is much more limited. It looks like it reverted to a soft opening. No option for small bowls now. One size order, large only. A dac biet pho will run you around 18ish dolllars after tax and tip. Food quality, broth is not over salty, has a nice star anise flavor, overall good but nothing too special. Would try again, decent value. Compared to before, i would say it is a step down overall. However, pho quality (while different) is still about the same in value.

Yelp
The food, especially the pho, was incredibly tasty, and I found myself craving it nonstop. The service was fast and excellent. I just wish I lived nearer so I could visit daily. I truly love PhoNatic .

Yelp
The weather has been cooling down, so no better time to eat some pho and I saw this place just recently opened. Came here around 3 pm on a Sunday, so it was in between the lunch and dinner crowds. There were still customers at 4 tables and it looked like there were a lot of phone orders. Place is nice and clean and workers were extremely friendly. I got the order to go and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. I got the large #2 rare steak and brisket and the beef and shrimp spring rolls. Both were really good. It's pretty hard to mess up pho, so I have no complaints about this one. Good flavor and they give you a lot of protein, bean sprouts and basil. Spring rolls were good, but I wish they would give you more than 2. 20% off due to the grand opening, so it was a good deal and around $20 for the two items. Not sure how long that promotion will be for. This place is comparable to any pho place in Westminster or garden grove. There are also quite a lot of competition as there are a few other pho places around the city, so I hope they do well.

Yelp
New restaurant that opened in OC. Currently running a 20% off total bill promotion until end of November. They opened on 11/15/24 Enjoyed the Pho Ga (chicken pho) broth was fantastic and regular size had a decent portion too. I also got the shrimp egg roll which was great and they gave 6pc I believe. They have A LOT of friendly staff that will check up on you many times. Some people might find it too much but I drink a lot of water so I appreciated the staff coming by often. Large space, solid food, I would come back here again. Good luck on the new business!

Yelp
Service: As soon as I walk in, the two friendly server greeted me with warm smile and you can just feel that they are happy to see customers and so welcoming. This place is new and close to me so it's a plus. I tried for the first time today and didn't disappoint. I am used to very good Vietnamese food in garden grove area so my 4 star is actually very high for me and I haven't tried pho, next time for sure. I got this combo rice plate and don't eat beef so the server happily said "then more pork for you" where I know usually restaurant will just take out the beef from combo and won't do substitute. Food : great presentation, everything is fresh, grill shrimp was very juicy. The chicken isn't dry, the pork is delicious. The rice is also not too soft not too hard perfect. Ambiance: the place is so spacious and not crowded like usual Asian restaurants. The parking lot and the location can be a little hard to notice because of how suburban nearby area is. Since this is very new if you are looking for a good Asian place near Fullerton/ Placentia, give this place a try, it wouldn't disappoint. My experience is dine in and Please support local business.

Yelp
Best Pho Spot Ever! This place is hands-down one of the best pho restaurants I've ever been to -- and trust me, I've tried a lot. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the portion sizes are more than generous. The fresh herb plate came stacked with basil, bean sprouts, halo , and l-- everything you need for a perfect bowl. But the real star of the show? Matthew, our server. This guy made our experience unforgettable. Super friendly, attentive without hovering, and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed being there -- which you don't always get. Even while clearing tables, Matthew kept the whole vibe light and welcoming. You can tell he cares about the customer experience and takes pride in what he does. Our group was all smiles the entire time, and a big part of that was thanks to Matthew. If you go, do yourself a favor and ask if he's working -- it'll take your visit to the next level. Already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Matthew!!

Yelp
I wanted this restaurant to be good. I was hoping that PhoNatic would be a closer option without having to drive to Westminster. We got the Cha Gio with two bowls of pho #9 (all the meat). The Cha Gio was smaller than what we were used to and fried for too long, resulting in an extremely hot and almost difficult to chew texture. The Pho broth was.. just fine, but lacked the depth and richness. The meats... I saw one piece of rare steak and the brisket was so stringy that it was difficult to chew. The service was fine, other than nobody telling us we had to pay at the counter and a rather small sign at the counter that there was a 3% service charge for paying with card.card.n card. I will probably wind up trying this place again and hopefully the food will improve over time as this was the first week this restaurant was open.

Yelp
North OC is like a food desert and I was happy to finally see another mom pop shop open up. There's just too many chains around this area. Egg Rolls - Texture was too hard, maybe its the wrapper they used. Needs more garnishes, leafy greens and herbs. Pho - Soup does not taste like the bone broth you'd expect. Wish they would use the fresh pho noodles (Bánh Phở Tươi) as opposed to the rice sticks everyone else uses (bánh phở khô). Looking forward to their improvements! Also: You get up to pay at the counter.

Yelp
So sad there is new ownership. The menu reminds me of a fast food and establishment and the girl at the register said they changed the broth which was the best under the original owners. I was not feeling well on Wednesday night and thought I'd get some it my favorite pho. Based on my conversation with the girl up front I chose to leave instead of ordering. I cannot say I'll be going back.
