Wow! What an amazing experience and Vacation. From the moment you arrive until the unfortunate time when you must depart. ||Beautiful landscaping and serenity at its finest. The customer service, food, and hospitality was impeccable. It is nice to be greeted by the GM, Chef, and the director of rooms. There is something being offered at all times throughout the day. Joss and Sun were amazing at the sunset bar! ||One of the most special attributes was the great fortune of having Habib as our butler. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and really pays close attention to detail. His communication and willingness to go above and beyond to make our trip special was very much appreciated. ||Thank you Habib and to all the staff at the Phulay Bay Ritz Carlton Reserve. ||We truly had a trip of a lifetime and can’t wait to come back and visit. Our stay at Phulay Bay, Ritz Carlton Reserve, was nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking location and beautifully maintained grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our honeymoon. The service was exceptional, with every detail attended to by the warm and attentive staff. Special thanks to Habib, whose personalized care made our experience even more memorable. From luxurious accommodations to peaceful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and we can’t wait to return. Phulay Bay truly offers a slice of paradise, and we highly recommend it for an unforgettable escape.

It's been almost a year since our last visit and I can still remember how much we enjoyed our stay. We went there for babymoon when I was 6 month pregnant. Our butler (thank you so much Jake) and every other staff we met have been extremely nice and helpful. They made special food arrangements for me. And we felt being taken great care of and enjoyed every hour of our stay. They also have wonderful selections of food throughout the day. I had the BEST Pad Thai ever at the poolside restaurant. Breakfast buffet is also very healthy and tasty. I would recommend trying every item on the chef's special menu. There are so many other noteworthy details that I wish I could share. But to wrap up, totally recommended. You won't regret it.

Arrived at the resort and it was , to me, an architectural marvel. Stayed at the Royal Villa and it was one of the best rooms ever. It was extravagant but just the right amount. From the sheer size of the bathroom, double king bed to the huge private pool with the most amazing view. |Very good spa and variety of excursions as expected from a RC Reserve. What stood out for me was the service from the butler and all the staffs(especially the driver and spa masseuses were very attentive)|The only downside for me was the food and the variety of breakfast. They need more local spice and flavor.|Overall this is a great resort and I would recommend it.

We stay at beachfront villa, room is a bit torn out though nothing critical we expect slightly better at this price range. Service was great, attend to detail and very helpful in whatever they possibly can. Breakfast was a bit disappointed, selection wasn’t that good compared to its peers, but taste was great. If they add a couple of more interesting dishes, would be awesome. Cocktails at the bar was great. I’m a cocktail lover person, so their cocktails were meeting the expectation (which is very unlikely for many hotels) yet the service was so-so, I hope they could be more friendlier, attend to customers’s detail slightly more.

There are luxury resorts, and then there's Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Resort. The location is beautiful, overlooking the many small Islands in Krabi Bay. While it's not the best place to swim or even lay on the beach, the pool area and gardens are beautiful and relaxing. ||||This was our third stay at Phulay Bay over the past eight years. We have tried a few others in the area, one just down the end of the beach, but we returned to The Ritz Carlton because we know exactly what we'll get: exceptional service and facilities. The rooms are very comfortable, with oversized beds big enough for our family of two kids and two adults to sleep comfortably. Everything in the room was perfect.||||The restaurants and bars have excellent-quality produce and a great selection of Western, Thai, and Indian meals. Breakfast is an outing in itself. We had the 'holiday breakfast,' where we grazed for over an hour, taking our time to enjoy the juices, fruits, and massive selection of dishes, bread selection, and other breakfast treats.||||The gym was clean and had everything you needed to continue training and exercising if that's your thing. We played table tennis while one of our boys was in the kids' club.||||Overall, this is a superb resort for all types of travellers. It's one of those resorts so well laid out that you still feel like one of a few guests even when busy. We love it and will be back there soon.

The hotel is unique. One of the best hotels, five stars that I have been so far. The nature and landscaping is just stunning, breathtaking I would say. The staff is more than friendly, you feel part of their family. They are without exception so happy that their happiness was contagious, and made us happy too. Meals, cocktails really well prepared, they look after you in a level that you feel you have 10 butlers available anytime. We are used with good experiences but this was so far our top 3 for sure. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to celebrate an important date or simply being treated as royal. There was no one single fault, even the price was extremely fair to service that they delivered. We are stepping on clouds with this magnificent hotel. It became memorable and for sure we would return for a long period.

We had 2 absolutly wonderfull weeks at Phulay Bay. |The staff is amazing, our children loved them all. They did so much to gave us a Special family time. |And we hope to come back very soon.||My absolut favorit was the Garden Party every wednesday with live Musik, delicious Food and Drinks. ||Also the Yoga lessons on the beach in the Morning were amazing. |Thanks to June for her amazing gift for Sophia.||We Hope you all are Fine and to see you again soon.||Best wishes from Sophia, Marlon and us from germany
