PHX Beer Co. Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3

Beer is fine but tell me why each of these individual pretzel bites equated to almost $2/pop before tip. Absolutely ridiculous, will never eat here again. Editing to add more, because the beer is AN ENTIRE $15 A GLASS and $20 for a pour of Jameson. We live in a much higher cost of living city and have NEVER seen prices like this at expensive restaurants, hotel bars or airports.

$61 for two burgers, side of fries, and pretzels. Felt like a lot for my family of three but it’s the airport, is what it is. Food was filling, service was simple and short. Didnt tip, got called rude for not doing so. Pick a different job if you have to live on tips, or don’t shame a person for not being able to help you.

I am not one to write reviews but I just had too. This place has the worst service. Went yesterday around 11:00am. understand it’s just an airport restaurant wasn’t expecting anything amazing but we had questions about the menu and no one came up to us to assist us only to drop the food off after you order and walk away because you order through a tablet. My food I ordered came out wrong and the server wasn’t coming around so I couldn’t get it corrected so I was forced to eat it because I had a plane to catch. Then at the end I had to get up and find someone to get my own box. Not to mention the two servers that were on the floor were miserable and rude if you did need anything. I wish I just ordered food at the Starbucks across from the place.

Absolute rip off. $14.50 for a beer, and $4.75 for a freaking club soda? With no prices listed on the menu? This is why people hate airport restaurants. When I asked why they wouldn’t alert someone they’re going to charge $5 for a glass of water the waiter replied with “it ain’t mine to give away bud”. Do not waste your time at this joke of a restaurant.

This place is very convenient and relaxing. But after ordering 3 draft IPAS I was given a bill for 45 dollars. These are pints. No prices are given on the menu. It was very upsetting. I would assume 10 to even 12 for an over priced beer. 15 is 3 times what it would cost anywhere else. Highway robbery! Fly a lot and will not be going back.

Food was decent. Service was great. Server was attentive, didn’t question our group for combining tables to fit all 7 of us. She was very helpful and addressing our undercooked potatoes. Our waitress also gave us one of our bags that I left at the location. Extremely thankful for that. Breakfast sandwich was decent. I was able to add green chilies to it thanks to our wonderful server.

The one star is for the Manager who mopped up the proverbial mess created by her Keystone Kip’s staff Wife and I ordered sandwich fries and pop for me and $26 dollar glass of wine for my wife who didn’t want any food The waiter offered side plates which she refused as she made it clear she wasn’t eating After that he brought extra cutlery and plates anyway and when she told him yet again she wasn’t eating he argued and left them anyway NEWFLASH Genius if she wanted food we could have afforded iit! My drink and food finally arrived and my wife still had no wine Finally Genius arrives with her 26dollar Gaines in a plastic juice glass When we refused the waiter whined that he ‘wasn’t going to argue’ with Genius 2 the bartender Did I mention the wine cost 26 dollars and he had just served the table to our left in glass stemmed wineglasses? Manager arrived and admitted he had been ‘assine” to use plastic and was respectful and professional Our food was compel so we want her to get credit but who needs this drama???

If my wife and I had read the reviews, we would have gone to any other chain eatery in the E Gates. Consistency is key in the restaurant business, and the food was consistently devoid of flavor. It looked good on the plate but there’s where the honeymoon ended. This would be a great place for people to drink, with food a minor consideration, but if the burger needs two cocktails to make it savory, then it was poor to begin with. One of the few times when a pre-made sandwich in a box would have been better.
