My buddy and I stopped by Pi Bar in Woodbridge for brunch, and it was an absolute gem of an experience! We opted to sit at the bar, and let me tell you, the two bartenders running the show were phenomenal. They were quick, attentive, and kept our bottomless mimosas filled without missing a beat—true pros who made the vibe fun and welcoming.
I ordered the brunch omelette, which was spot-on: perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right portion size—not too heavy but plenty satisfying. My buddy went for the chicken and waffles, and he couldn’t stop raving about it. The chicken was crispy, the waffles were fluffy, and the combo was a savory-sweet home run.
The bartenders deserve another shoutout—they were engaging, efficient, and made us feel right at home. Kevin’s energy is unmatched—his lightning-fast service, razor-sharp wit, and genuine warmth make every visit feel like a VIP event. He kept our bottomless mimosas brimming without a hitch, all while tossing out spot-on drink recommendations, like the new seasonal mango-ginger spritz that was an absolute game-changer. If his boss is reading this, Kevin’s not just running the bar—he’s the heart and soul of Pi Bar’s vibe, and the man deserves a raise for making every guest feel like royalty.
