Good pizza spot in Pembroke Pines.
Having grown up in Europe, in a country with lots of Italian influence, and having been to Italy several times, authentic, wood fire, brick oven pizza is a constant craving, but can be tricky to find a home run.
The restaurant is nice, well decorated, casual and tasteful. The staff were all nice and helpful. Pricing was about on par for the area. Nothing truly to complain about on those fronts.
The pizza was good, it fulfills a craving, but didn't leave me wanting to come back. I got a pepperoni, and it was fine. It was lacking some salt, a little bland. I think that's the biggest issue I had, mainly with the sauce. It just wasn't as flavorful as other comparable pizzas I've had
All that to say, I'd go back to fill a craving in a pinch, but if I had the option I'd probably try to find something a little better.
