After multiple visits to Piada, my initial excitement has turned to disappointment. The food quality and service just don't deliver consistent results. My Lemon Kale Salad arrived missing both kale and lemon, while the piada stick was dry and hard. I've also noticed pasta portions vary significantly depending on who's working that day. When I tried addressing these issues, management was short and dismissive, making the experience even more frustrating. Despite seeing occasional potential in their food, these ongoing problems with inconsistent ingredients, unpredictable portions, and poor customer service have led me to decide not to return.

My husband and I always stop here on our way south and we love the fast, clean, and friendly environment with fresh delicious recipes for my whole family. Last time we were in chef Dani went above and beyond with a friendly smile and making sure we were catered too. 10/10 would recommend.

I had such an amazing experience at Piada Italian Street Food! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. But what really made my visit special was the incredible staff. Peyton, Rose, and Sue went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were super friendly, fast, and genuinely cared about making the experience great. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in the quality of service. Give them a raise—they’re the heart of this place! Can’t wait to come back!

We got takeout from Piada while staying at a nearby hotel. Making the order online is so simple and straightforward. Our food was ready when we arrived to pick it up. We were about 10 minutes away so the order took approximately 20 minutes from submission to pickup. Good service! We got the fried calamari appetizer which was fantastic. I highly recommend it if you're a fan, tho be aware that it does have a fair amount of breading. I had the Carbonara Piada with grilled chicken and a Lemon Kale Cesar Salad with Grilled Chicken. The salad was nothing to write home about. It was a really fresh salad with great flavor, but it was plain and boring. My fault really for not reading the description more closely probably. The Carbonara Piada was absolutely delicious. It's literally like eating a bowl of Carbonara but being able to do so with your hands! Kinda weird, but so yummy. I'm going to try it with the spicy fried chicken next time because that sounds delectable. My husband got the Carbonara Pasta with grilled chicken which he loved tho he said he's going to get the Piada version next time so he can pick it up with his hands like I did haha. This is a great place to go if you want to create your own pasta or piada. It's also a great place to go if you want to pick from the excellent choices on their menu. If you like spice- I highly recommend the Chefs Favorite Piada! It's the one I've always ordered and it is amazing. It has a nice kick.

Danny was so friendly to me and my family it was a good experience. My grandson was So happy he could see everything he was doing to our food. He was really excited and Danny was excited to show him with the smile. We love the great service keep up the wonderful job and being good to the two-year-olds out there.⭐️⭐️❣️ phenomenal worker!!!

Google
Great food, but service is slipping We love Piada—it’s been our go-to favorite for a while now. Unfortunately, our recent visits have been frustrating. We’ve frequently ordered salads with crispy chicken, and even after reminding the staff multiple times, the chicken is often missing when we get home. Since we live 20 minutes away, it’s not easy to go back and get it fixed. The food itself is still delicious, but the repeated mistakes and lack of attention to detail are making it harder to justify the trip. We hope to see the service improve because we really do enjoy the meals.

Super tasty and healthy menu! I love the options, and staff here are always welcoming. I've been to MOA and Woodbury locations, but I like this one best.

We used Piada for my daughter’s graduation card and received so many compliments! The wraps were amazing and the service was so great leading up to our party. Highly recommend using Piada for catering!!

Yelp
Piada is a great spot for a quick and delicious meal! The Eagan location is my favorite. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the staff is always helpful and welcoming. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, with plenty of options to satisfy any craving. Whether you're in the mood for a light bite or something hearty, Piada never disappoints. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Piada usually satisfies my Italian wrap cravings whenever I go to the location at MOA. This location is not the same, service was pretty slow for not having a line. I ordered a Mediterranean wrap with Italian sausage. They barely gave me any sausage unlike last time I had it at moa. I wonder if they also changed the type of sausage they had because the one I ordered at moa had bigger slices of sausage vs these were little tiny ones you'd get on a dominos pizza. My husband ordered the pesto pasta and everything was just overly drenched in the Alfredo sauce. Barely any meatballs as well. I basically ate a veggie wrap with a few pieces of sausage in it. I will definitely not be coming back here.

Yelp
Unique cuisine that tastes delicious! Reminds me of an Italian Chipotle. Service was quick and efficient. Ambiance was nice and modern. A great spot in the Twin Cities!

Yelp
I love LOVE piada. Specifically this Eagan location. The crew is so kind and makes the most magical piada each time which I make modifications to my wrap and they never complain and are always so happy to accommodate me. I have been on a bit on a kick the past few weeks getting the Avocado or BLT piada and it's always so consistent and hits each time. The food is absolutely insane. Secondly it's always so clean in there, although i normally take my meals to go, I would be happy to sit down and eat there with no doubt I would find a clean table. This location is significantly better than the MOA and Woodbury location... by a landslide. Anyways 10/10 Eagan piada.

Yelp
This was one of the only restaurants open near my hotel at 8:30pm. Thought I give it a try. A generous portion of pretty bland food.

Yelp
I have flagged coming to Piada Italian Street Food for a while. I came here to grab some dinner to take back to my hotel room after a fun evening at Christmas in Color. This eatery was five minutes away by car from the hotel that I was staying at. I parked in front of the place and walked in. There was a couple looking at the menu. I did the same. They said that I could go ahead. I let them know that I needed to review the menu myself, so they were definitely ready before I was. As the name suggests, you can get hand-rolled piadas, which are wraps stuffed with whatever you feel like. Additionally, you can get salads and grain bowls, and tossed pastas. I was craving pasta. I was having quite an internal debate whether I wanted the mac, which was new on the menu, or carbonara. I was in a cheesy mood. I ultimately decided to go for the carbonara. My next internal debate was the protein. Do I want meatballs or grilled chicken? Thank goodness there were a couple of orders ahead of mine. Everything looked so good! I got grilled chicken. It seemed for fitting with the parmesan sauce. I had a nice man putting my carbonara together. You can choose what you'd like in it. Since this visit was my first, I went with the standard toppings. I noticed a blackberry hibiscus lemonade on the menu. I wanted it, too. The man put a lot of ice in it. If you aren't crazy about that much ice, I'd recommend asking for less of it. Credit cards are accepted. I paid with one and all was great. He put my food in a paper bag. I thanked him and carried everything out to my car. I then drove back to the hotel to eat. The couple in front of me decided to dine in. There was another family chowing down when I left. I recently found out that the only Fazoli's in Minnesota, in my old stopping grounds of Rochester, had closed for good. Although this place is not a drive-thru pasta place, I am so glad that it exists in Eagan. The food is so fresh and delicious, and it's put together pretty quickly. You can order online and pick your food up, which is perfect. I absolutely loved the grilled chicken carbonara. The chicken was flavourful and grilled perfectly. The chicken was moist and delicious. My carbonara had spaghettini. I loved twirling the perfectly done pasta in the creamy parmesan sauce. There were diced bruschetta tomatoes, pancetta, spinach, and grated parmesan on top of everything. I felt like I was eating healthy food even though I was indulging in carbonara. The blackberry hibiscus lemonade comes in one size -- huge! It was so refreshing and not wildly sugary. The blackberry and hibiscus flavours worked so well together, with a touch of lemon to brightening things up. I was hoping to return here before I left, but I had way too much good food that it'll need to wait till I'm back in town again. I am a huge fan of this place and look forward to returning. (21)

Yelp
I feel like this place changed recently. The food is still solid but the ingredient quality has dipped. I've been here a few times at different times, and they are always understaffed. Even with 5-6 people in line, a bottle neck occurs. Still this fast casual pasta spot has come in handy.

Beth M.

Yelp
First time and the meal was delicious. I had a Chef's Favorite Piada with crispy chicken, companion had basil pesto pasta with crispy chicken. As it was our first time, the manager greeted us and explained options and choices. We will Definitely! be back.

Yelp
Great food but to go order is always late by 10 minutes and check the bag because they probably forgot something. With covid, it's a super convenient to order on line and pick up. We love the classic chief's favorite special with steak and the blt. Very good quality and taste. I also would recommend getting extra spicy ranch. It's very flavorful and tasty. To drink I highly recommend Black berry hibiscus lemonade. It's the best option for the price. They also have Italian sodas but I have not tried them so hard to recommend. When you online order, it's easy to navigate and place your order. They give you a time and your suppose to pick up in the first door. Well for us we ordered on a non-ish peak time on a Saturday. We waited an extra 10 minutes. I can understand if it was packed. But we ordered out side of the restaurant so we can see that it wasn't crazy. Once we got out food. They forgot our extra side of ranch and they didn't mark what wraps we got. So it's a game of guess who. Not recommend during covid and when you don't want people to touch your food. So I would recommend waiting an extra 10 minutes and check your order before your leave. It is worth the wait but is upsetting when it feels like going in would be faster then being safer and ordering online.

Yelp
Service was so slow. They changed the sizes! Ordered a regular carbonara with crispy chicken. Asked why the bowl is so tiny now and they said they ran out of the regular size bowls even though I can see them right in the kitchen. They almost forgot my crispy chicken; had to remind them. People behind me were upset as well over the wait and the size change.

Yelp
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and accurate. Restaurant was incredibly clean. I'll definitely go back. The food was very fresh and delicious. Great alternative to fast food.

Yelp
Penne undercooked, sausage cold. Not great customer service. The breadsticks are super greasy.

Yelp
I have conflicted feelings. I'll start by saying that the food is delicious, and on food alone, I would give this a four or five stars easy. Unfortunately, customer service has always been a little subpar. But this most recent time, my friend and I stood waiting to be greeted for an uncomfortable amount of time. When we were finally agreed, it was pure chaos, and we had to repeat our order to them multiple times because there was such disorganization. It was also very loud, with the employees almost shouting back and forth. The food tastes great. I am personally a fan of the chef's favorite Piada with steak added. My friend got her Piada in much different condition than mine. Her ingredients were just piled on there haphazardly, so an entire bite would be full of one ingredient. As they were rolling it, some tomatoes just kept rolling off the sides, and they just rolled it up right in the wrapper on the outside of the Wrap. It was very weird and messy. We've never had an issue, finding a place to sit, but there is a great booth area in the back, but it always seems to be covered with boxes of store supplies.

Yelp
Why aren't these all over the twin cities?!? It's Italian chipotle and it's delicious. I discovered Piada at their Mall of America location, but have since driven across town to eat at this Eagan location on multiple occasions. It's that good. My go to is the Avocado wrap with chicken or steak. The garlic and basil and fresh vegetables make it a delicious fast casual meal. It's still fast casual of course, slightly over salted and certainly not authentic, but it's a novel flavor combination that fills a much needed niche. This is in the same vein as Chipotle, Naf Naf or 5 guys, but it's my favorite of the bunch. They also serve pasta if that's more your thing! I am a huge fan and will keep making the drive until they expand to more locations!

Yelp
This place is awesome!!! They were so accommodating, we wanted a special orders for our Piadas and they made it happen! Emmet, Jack, Mickey were so cool and Santiago went crazy on the grill!!

Yelp
Brian is amazing!! He's welcoming n answered any of my dumb questions w a smile. Truly why I love this location! You hire the BEST here and so welcoming. The food itself is always a ten out of ten!! If you want your moneys worth come here they don't skimp they give you fair portions and the amount is less then most other eateries.

Rhonda F.

Yelp
What can I not say about this place. This place is always clean and food is always fresh and amazing. The customer service is top tier and I will recommend this place to my friends and famil.

Layla A.

Yelp
I love Piada and this location in particular is my favorite! Jack's service was immaculate! He was so welcoming and made the experience that much better. Cant wait to come back and bring some friends. :)

Yelp
I was searching new places in Eagan to eat and this little gem popped up. I searched the photos and reviews and decided to make the small journey. Well worth it! I got the Chef's Favorite Piada with their hot fired chicken. I love spicy. I'll eat a jalapeño just as a snack. This hit the spot and had the perfect amount of heat. Chicken was flavorful and moist, sauces were perfect and the veggies were on point.

Yelp
Very long wait with little assistance once we ordered our food. I was charged two separate times for my two food orders. Cashier did not bill the food Items on the same bill despite putting both in the same bag. He was very rude about the entire transactions that he did wrong. The servers also were rude and talking about customers to other workers right in front of other customers. They did this multiple times while we were in line. The comments were not kind and almost making fun of customers. Service was below average and all around not friendly.
google avatar

Katherine G.

Yelp
I hate giving Piada two stars as the food and the ambience are both top notch and the place is worth coming back to. But Piada does not recycle or compost. And while composing may not have been a deal breaker for me, not recycling is a big NO in my books. It is extremely inconsiderate for any business that sells beverages in plastic bottles not to recycle. I took my plastic bottle home. :( And I will be thrilled to change this review to 5 stars if the management commits to recycling or stops selling bottled beverages.

Faysal A.

Yelp
They custom Service sucks. If you decide to add meat they are very cheap and totally overpriced.

Yelp
Went in on a Saturday at lunch time and the place was full. The food was delicious had a build my own salad. Since I've only been here one or two times I was a little unsure on the ordering process. The employee that helped me seemed mad at me that I was unsure of how or what I could have with build your own. I am giving it 4 stars because the food and restaurant environment are perfect.

Suzanne S.

Yelp
Ordered take out for one and the food was not ready on time and I had to wait like 10 minutes past when they said it would be ready. I also asked and paid for crispy chicken fritte on my pasta but got grilled chicken or something that I didn't order and it was gross.
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
I actually enjoy the flavor of the food here, but if you need to modify anything they always blow a fuse. But this most recent time, they nearly KILLED my wife. She has a nut allergy, and I asked for no pecans on her salad 3 times. I then had to retell the manager 2x after the passed the salad along the assembly line. Once I got home, her salad had at least 5 pecans. She almost swallowed one, but noticed the texture and spit it out. We called and spoke with the manager, and they apologized and gave us a credit back. Their attitude proved they are still down playing the severity of what happened. And they only credited 1 salad (instead of mine as well),and my wife was starving with nothing to eat.

Yelp
I love the food here. It is fast to order and you can't go wrong with the choices. It is very easy to come here and pick up some food. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I always get one of the pastas when I am here, they are very filling and I always have enough to bring some home for lunch the next day!

Yelp
As other's pointed out, Piada is essentially an Italian version of Chipotle. I consider this a good thing. For my first visit I had the Tuscan piada. It was tasty and made with fresh ingredients. From the available proteins, I chose the crispy chicken which was great. The only downside to my meal was the canoli chips. They weren't fresh and are too heavy to consume as a side for something like the piada. Maybe better if you are getting a salad. Overall, I recommend giving Piada a try.

Yelp
This place is awesome! Let's start with the space itself... clean open space, with high ceilings. There is plenty of seating indoors and out on their patio - table, counter, and large farm table combinations (great for a group). Based on the orientation of the restaurant, the patio at lunch time gets both sun & shade (June 1st), so something for everyone! And then there are the little details, like the bag hooks that are available at the tables and counters - love it! When you come in, there are plastic menus, so you can review the menu while waiting in line, so no pressure when it's your turn to order. The menu looked great, so I wanted to try as many things as possible. So, for a late lunch, the two of us shared (and it was PLENTY of food)... Summer Avocado Piada - The piada was thin like a tortilla, but not as dense/heavy and a perfect wrap for the ingredients. We had it with the grilled chicken, which was moist and flavorful. All the ingredients were really fresh, and great with the basil aioli. You can "build your own" piada, too. Roasted Corn Salad - You get roasted corn PLUS a perfect mix of spices and flavors without getting corn stuck between your teeth while chomping on a corn cob! Calamari - Fresh, crispy, meaty, tender, and spicy (the peppers only)! Cooked to perfect crispiness on the outside, and still tender on the inside (not chewy). There were also fried hot peppers in the mix! Oh, and they brought our calamari to us when it was ready, so freshly made. Parmigiano Piada Stick - Nicely baked with a crisp on the outside, it didn't need a sauce. Flavorful on its own. Cannoli Chips - Perfect finishing touch! Usually, when you buy cannolis, they are already filled, and you lose the crunchiness depending on how long ago they were filled. Here, your filling is a side dip, so the cannoli chips stay crunchy, and the powder sugar doesn't get wet from the moisture and make a soggy mess. Genius! We got a bag of these, they were good enough with just the powder sugar AND ridiculously good with the chocolate chip cream cheese dip. This place was great for lunch! Though once the secret is out, I can imagine it will be busy. They do have an order online feature, so you order ahead and pick it up. Wish I was going to be in the area for dinner... there was more on the menu that I wanted to try. I heard some of their other locations offer beer and wine. Hopefully, if there is enough interest at this location, they will offer it too. This would be a great place for after work drinks, with "street sides," or as a dinner option. Great concept and execution! Looking forward to my next visit here!

Yelp
This place is awesome! I ordered the pasta and it was pretty good. My husband had the crispy italian chicken sandwich and loves that. The parm sticks are amazing and the bisque is a must try!! I wish they had salt, pepper and chili flakes though!

Jay F.

Yelp
All the workers are so slow...one day I decide to get some food and I been waiting like for 20 minutes that was crazy and there was a manager so rude she was screaming to me I was to disappointed but that's not it they forgot to put the chicken on my pasta :)

Yelp
My family visited on March 30th and received poor service & the kitchen ran out of some of the basic foods. I contacted the Headquarters as well as the store. They send an "apologetic" e-mail and promised me the company would make changes and they would comp my next meal for their lack of preparation. It is APRIL 24th, and I have not received anything from them. I contacted the manager in the Eagan store, and she stated that the Headquarters may take time to send the letter for the meal out. Disappointing since they changed Managers in Eagan.

Yelp
I like piada as a franchise, but this location isn't great. Today was the worst experience I've had here yet. All of the employees were young and it was clear to see nobody cared at all. They were all slow to take orders from everyone in the line, very sloppy making the food, and acted like it was the first day they all worked there. The girl in the back cooking asked out loud what temperature the salmon should be cooked to. Another employee said 140 and she said well this is done its at 165. Obviously she don't know how to cook as that customer got overcooked dried out salmon. If I didn't already order before seeing that I would have left. But they were already making mine and it turned out very cold from them taking forever to make it. I still gave them 2 stars because I do like piada; and think it should be a national chain. But I will seriously think twice before coming back to this location.

Yelp
I'm Italian and I've never heard of Italian Street food unless it was a slice of pizza to go. What's a Piada? I don't speak Italian, I eat Italian! Piadina or Piada is a thin Italian flatbread. Always skeptical and always willing to go fo it, we stopped in for a late lunch. We were both impressed. Me being more of the Spicy Meatball kind of guy immediately went for the spiciest wrap they make. The Chef's Favorite with spicy diavolo (the Italian word for devil ) sauce and hot fried chicken. Now you soft Minnesotians don't have to worry, it's not that spicy. It was pretty good. I might want to try different flavorings next time since the spicy didn't have that much heat. But the flavors were awesome, the food is great, the price is right. So now you Scandihouvians of Minnesota can go get your Italian on dontchaknow.

Valeria I.

Yelp
I love the atmosphere and food so much!! The cooks were nice, one even ran in the rain to deliver food. The cashier Ana made my day she was so nice.
google avatar

Han P.

Yelp
The service here was really great, and the workers were very helpful in helping out with my questions. I ordered a regular size (but it was HUGE) pasta bowl with hot fried chicken (spicier than expected but SO good), spinach, broccoli, alfredo sauce, parmesan, and carrots. It was around $9 for the bowl, and I definitely didn't get cheated on the ingredients. I would highly recommend, and the price is great for the amount of food I was given.

Yelp
Love this place every time. The entire menu is delicious. Love the power bowl and I'm not a super healthy person.

Yelp
This restaurant came out of nowhere!!! I didn't even know food like this existed but HOLY COW!!! SOOO GOOD!! I've gotten the summer avocado piada a couple times now and it's sooo good!! The piada (tortilla type thing) is sooo good with seasonings and butter! If you can resist that you can save a lot of carbs, but it's worth it. All the flavors blend together to form an attack of flavor on your mouth with every bite. This place has healthy options and carb & calorie heavy beasts of deliciousness. It's like Italian Chipotle, except that Chip is basically sand compared to this when it comes to flavor!
google avatar

Yelp
Update: pregnant and craving a piada. I have been hitting the mall of America location quite often but was in Eagan and this location was easier. I ordered the summer piada and was super disappointed. The difference between the two places became very evident. My piada wasn't nearly as good as at the other location. They really skimmed on the ingredients to the point where the last 3/4 of it was nothing but the dough. I was super disappointed. I know they were training someone, but when I spend almost $15 on a piada and a drink I expect better. He also didn't cut up the avocado so I had two bites of avocado and nothing else. I don't know if I will come back here. For fast casual dining this is the place! I loved it. The food is made in front of you similar to how chipotle works. Really reasonably priced for the quality as well. We loved everything we tried. I know the first few times we drove by it was PACKED! But we went for lunch and the line was minimal. I don't remember the name of everything we ordered, but pretty much everything was good. Our only complaint was that the garlic cheese quesadilla looking paida wasn't melted very well. I would definitely recommend everything from the piadas to the salads..even the corn salad was good. We will be back! 3 adults and two kids came in at $46.

Yelp
I absolutely love bringing my family here. I have brought all of my friends numerous times that now they are tired because I go so often, now I have resorted to asking my family members to come visit and bring them. I've tried just about everything and it is all delicious, I always have a super nice and kind person taking care of my order and they are very diligent about asking questions so they make the order perfect. Side note: they have a super awesome collection of different types of drinks that I can't find anywhere else. There is a blackberry soda that my dad absolutely loves, he lives in Chicago and every time he visits, he now makes us go just for that soda pop! On top of the food and the drinks, it's always clean, even in the middle of rushes!! I've heard it called an "Italian version of chipolte"....it's better!

Yelp
Piada - the right idea, but the wrong execution. Backdrop: The Eagan Central Park Commons has turned out to be a nice place to go to for various things. Completely typical suburban shopping, but what can I say? i'm getting old! It's close enough so we don't have to drive to Burnsville or Woodbury anymore, so that's a plus in my book. Anyway, they have added a number of little trendy food choices right there like Punch Pizza and Piada. After hearing our neighbor recommend this place, we decided to give it a try one Saturday night. As everyone has said, it's the 'Italian' Chipotle. Chic modern industrial vibe, bright lighting and overhead doors that open to the outside. The night we went, there were about 3-4 couples/families in front of us when we got in line and about 6 more showed up right after us. There were only 3 people behind the counter: the guy taking and starting the order, a guy in the middle preparing all the fixings and finishing things (who looked half asleep) and a girl at the register. I'd say it took at least 15-20 minutes to get through the line to pay (not nearly as streamlined as Chipotle). The meal: Upon further reflection, I'm not very impressed with the food we ordered. And I really wanted to be! I had the Porchetta sandwich that came with kettle chips and she had the Fall Avocado Piada. We also shared a cup of the lobster bisque. The Porchetta sandwich, while tasty and on a decent bun, was not made with quality pork. It was quite rubbery and fatty, not like typical slow-roasted pork shoulder that I am used to having. The Piada also, while tasty, was nothing special. It was about 1-2 to 2/3 the size of a Chipotle burrito, most of it being the piada itself, so that was disappointing. The bisque, however, was creamy, filling and a nice accompaniment to the sandwiches. Sidenote: As another reviewer said, it's surprising/disappointing that a new place like this doesn't recycle or have compostable containers. It was good to try a new place (we had a coupon; did I mention we are getting old??). If I came back, I'd probably try one of the pasta dishes or other sides. But... I'm not sure I'd be coming back anytime soon unless I'm in a jam or someone else suggests it. UPDATE (08/17/2018): As you may have read above, I wasn't overly impressed with Piada the first time. We did just go back thanks to the manager sending us a gift card, and it was MUCH different the second time around. I stopped by around 5:30pm and picked up dinner to bring home. It wasn't very busy, and I was in and out in about 5-10min. The employees behind the counter were a lot more friendly and engaging, and the food (we had pasta) was good. Not difficult to ruin pasta, though the angel hair was a little overcooked. The alfredo with grilled chicken was tasty; the diavolo with sausage (small patties, not chunks) was ok. Thanks for treating us, Piada! Happy to eat my own words.

Yelp
I did not have high expectations, but I was very impressed. We got the family Piada meal and every single one was packed with flavor. All 4 flavors had a good ratio of meat, sauce, and lettuce. They all had such distinct flavors with a kick. The salad you get with it is pretty average, but good nonetheless. Overall, super impressed and would get again. I would recommend for a family of only 3-4 people.

Yelp
I hate to have to leave a negative review however this is an establishment that I frequent regularly and yesterday about 4 o'clock I came in to get dinner and there was a young lady (white girl, curly hair white jacket) didn't get her name but she was so rude unprofessional and made the snarky comment of " you need to calm down" I didn't understand the need for the response when I asked for extra pasta for her response to be the only 8 ounces, when clearly it was less than the eight and I didn't care about the extra cost. She then proceeded to throw the ingredients in the bowl like this wasn't something I was about to eat. I didn't asked her to mix everything up then put on the grated cheese and she looked at me and continue to do exactly what she wanted to do and mix everything up together the cheese and all. Like my request didn't matter this is something I am paying for so I would like to have it done a specific way. I wasn't asking her to go out her way to do anything different. I ended up leaving with no dinner and having to go elsewhere to eat, when I drove 20 minutes to get there. she doesn't need to be in the front serving people if her attitude is going to be as nasty and disgusting as it was yesterday.

Yelp
The food is great when it's correct, but they mess up almost every delivery order. Either by getting the ingredients wrong, neglecting to include drinks, only filling drinks up halfway, or barely putting food into their wraps. I've tried calling the manager before, sometimes not being called back for 2.5 hours, to discuss issues, but more mistakes keep happening. Please focus on better quality checks and customer service.

Yelp
I am itailian and had a day I wasn't feeling well. I was craving carbonara. I found this place on door dash. I ordered carbonara. It was like eating Mac n cheese out of the box. Not even close to how carbonara is supposed to be. Cheap noodles. I'm not quite sure what the sauce was. The menu stated pancetta was in this but It was not. It was like bacon bits. Not real pancetta.

Yelp
Loved the food, loved the staff! We were a bit nervous as we did not know what to order. We each order the Tuscan piada and shared a basil pesto pasta. Portion for half pasta was large!! Great flavors. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
I enjoyed the bowl today a nice healthy option on the menu! My mom had a piada and we both had nice large cups for water. Great size for a hot summer day! They replaced the bacon for her since she's a vegetarian and added the sauce for mine on the side since I wasn't sure about it! A great experience.

Yelp
The food here is usually really great. The service on the other hand has some room for improvement. I placed an order for pickup about a half hour in advance. When I showed up to pick up my order, I was noticed at the register but was basically ignored. The staff just saw me there and looked the other way, helping the people in line. I literally stood right next to the people at the register and they turned a blind eye to me. Not even a hello. After FINALLY (4 mins) getting someone to acknowledge that I was standing there looking for my order, they told me that it was coming up. My order was for pickup at 7:30 and it was now 7:37. Ok, maybe they were a bit behind - I get it. Well finally the order was ready (7:40) and the person at register didn't even look at me, he was looking the opposite direction and just dropped a bag on the counter and said "here". No thank you, no "hey there was a wait, sorry" just nothing. I didn't necessarily have a problem with the wait - places get busy and I get it. But the lack of customer satisfaction was pretty bad. I would leave a 1 Star, but the pasta just tastes so good. Next time just say hello or something to your customers. We are the reason you are here so just at least act like you care.

Yelp
So freaking good. First found them in Ohio and have been satisfied ever since. They are huge and leave you stuffed, but it's worth being miserable after

Yelp
I have eaten at the Woodbury location numerous times and had no issues. The gals working behind the counter at this Eagan location have zero personality. I can't say if they were rude. That would require conversation and words. Wow. I almost felt like I needed to apologize for putting them out by asking for food...
