Went on Valentine's day, had a reservation, had to wait 35 mins for a table (no big deal but leads into a pattern). Once seated, we weren't greeted by our server. After 20 mins, we asked the greeter if she could get the server because we wanted our water, she said she would get her, never came back to our table to update us to let us know the server was coming. waited about 15 more mins, no server, asked another server if she knew who our server was, she did and gave us her name (will spare her, not sure why thought). She actually came back to our table and said the server will be coming shortly. That shortly turned into another 15 mins. When the server finally came, hubby and I was instantly irritated because she had walked pass us several times without acknowledging us (and two other tables that had the same complaint as us) We finally got our water, then drinks and meal.
The salmon was dry as a bone, the mac and cheese tasted like it was cooked a week in advanced then frozen (the consistency of the cheese made me gag! it was mushy!) the ribs were meh. But now for the check. Hubby and I debated over the tip but decided we were going to give her 5% although our default is always 20%. However, we looked at our check and there was a $17.49 bottle service fee on our check and we did not have bottle service. She immediately had it removed, however, hubby and I truly believe, she intentionally put that on the check and it wasn't because she didn't think we would tip, we truly believe that is her hustle.
Oh, I forgot, it was candle lit, with no candles, and only about 6 tables had lighting. we had to use the flashlight on our phone to read the menu!!!!!!
Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
