Great late-night spot! I was really hungry, and the staff went out of their way to help — they started preparing my pizza while I was on the way, so it was ready when I arrived. I requested less cheese, and they delivered exactly that. The pesto base was flavorful, and the pizza was loaded with veggie toppings. It seriously slapped. If you’re looking for a solid late-night pizza place, this is it. Might be worth a visit during the day too!

$5 for cheese pizza slice. But other than that, this place is beyond authentic and I admire the different lifestyles who come in and drop by to try some of their pizza. The workers treat everyone with respect, and despite the small dinning area, everyone is able to gather around the enjoy their food. It’s amazing really!

Big slices, fresh and greasy in a good, late night cravings kind of way :) plenty of options - cheese, pepperoni, veggie, Hawaiian, etc. The chicken was a bit dry? Peperoni was solid. Hawaiian was also good, a little light on the pineapple - not tart enough... Big slices, so I feel like one is enough lol. limited seats inside. Cash preferred. Drinks in the fridge. Condiments on the table - self serve. Hard to park in this neighborhood.

Awesome slices in the Tenderloin! Great prices and open late. This place is such a hidden gem. It's tiny and with limited seats inside, but definitely grab some slices. They have quite a few other menu options, but I have never tried anything but their pizza pies and slices. Piccolo's has never disappointed me once. Go and check it out and be nice to the employees, they are all good people. Thank you Piccolo's and I will be back soon for a couple slices and a ranch. Cheers 🍻🍻🍻

y'all could never ever make me hate this place. this is the best pizza i've ever had in my life and this is what you need to do. it's a tiny little pizza spot with like 2 tables in the tenderloin, so you're going to want to drive or take transit and grab it for takeout. they're open super late so it's nice to come here for post-concert food or a late night craving. the guys are always super nice, very fast, and they take apple pay! when you get there, park somewhere (doesn't matter if it's a "spot" you can probably just put your hazards on and leave it there for a couple of minutes). just pick somewhere close to the store. then go inside and order one of the slices in the display for like $5-6 - they're gigantic and the best thing that they sell. their fried appetizers are also pretty decent and well-priced, and they do make pizzas to order but those aren't really a better value. they'll heat it up fresh for you! you can eat the pizza in your car, it's a very structurally strong pizza that won't make a mess, or you can eat it in the store because you WILL inhale it within 10 minutes! you can even eat it just walking down the street and you'll be done by the time you're at the bus stop i swear. now onto why i say this is the BEST pizza i've ever had. it's not a super thick and goopy slice but it feels hefty in your hand. it's gigantic, surface area-wise, so it's a really good value and a satisfying meal. the crust has a good chew to it but is slightly crisp on the bottom (it feels like eating forbidden cardboard in the best way). the sauce is a beautiful contrast to the melty cheese and flavorful toppings, which always pair perfectly and are not greasy at ALL. if you are a bbq pizza fan, come earlier in the day because you NEED to try their chicken bbq! it's genuinely the best thing they sell and will make you ascend to the gates of heaven. if you like something with veggie, try the roma or the combo/veggie pizzas. everything is good here. i've had their onion rings and mozz sticks before and those are good too, but i'd say try the pizza above everything else. it's just so consistently fire and amazing value!! the first time i had this pizza in 2020 it changed my life and it's just as good when i came back recently last week. come here ASAP there's no time to waste!!

We were walking around the area trying to find a place to eat and settled on Piccolo Pizza. It is a small corner shop with a few tables inside. They have a good sized menu with plenty of other things besides pizza. Hawaiian (3/5): I got 1 slice of the hawaiian pizza which had turkey ham and pineapples. They heat up the pizza for you so it was nice and hot. It made the cheese melty. The crust itself was a bit doughy but not bad. It was a pretty basic pizza I would say. Overall, a chill pizza spot, nothing glamorous. Good place to just grab a quick slice or snack. We got the fries too and the portion was a whole tray which was cool.

Fast and friendly service. Delicious burgers and pizza! This place doesn't have a lot of room it's definitely a hole in the wall joint but always a hit! Fast paced but definitely a vibe. Love coming here after a night at the club or bar hopping.

Holy, I get late nite eats compromise quality, but wheres the sauce?! Sauce is the lease cost of the pizza and it was absent! Even late nite eaters deserve some sauce on the pizza. Disappointed. Put more sauce on your pizzas and maybe it will be edible, as for my pizza tonight pure cardboard.

Really good pizza here, hidden gem right on the corner of the street. Got the roma and it was very well size slice. Quick and reliable service.

The location is great. It's not too far from City Hall, the Asian Museum, and the Great American Hall of Music. Transit options are plentiful. There is MUNI, scooters, bikes, and walking. However, some of the streets have a ton of homeless so it might be sketchy at night. They are open late night which is awesome if your concert ended around 11PM like I did. The line was long when I went (around 11PM). It took like 15 minutes to get our slices, which makes sense because they reheat the slices in this pizza oven conveyor belt that is slow. They have fresh pizza every so often in the hour. The prices are kinda steep (~$5 a slice after taxes). Granted, they are pretty big slices. You can definitely get full off of two slices, even if you are super hungry. You should be able to walk out of here under $20 for two people. The flavor was okay. I think the fact that I was starved from standing at the concert for hours made this pizza hit differently. But on any other occasion, this pizza was basically a B on the flavor scale. Nothing crazy. It's edible but not a flavor you go out of your way to get. Bottom Line/TLDR: convenient location near the music hall but pricey slices.

Found my new favorite spot for takeout pizza. The pizza was loaded good quality mozzarella, and the dough was the perfect balance of soft/chewy with a little bit of crispiness. Got it delivered and it was hot and fresh, and I also liked how the grated parmesan and red pepper flakes came in a small convenient container instead of the packets they're usually in.

Bad service. Burnt pizza. Manager refused to change it. Rude service. Toilet very dirty.

Ordered the fettuccini alfredo, wings, and lasagna bolognese through Uber Eats. The lasagna arrived piping hot and the wings were flavorful and enjoyable. However, the fettuccini alfredo didn't meet the same standard; the sauce was disappointingly watery and lacked any discernible flavor, not even basic seasonings like salt or pepper. To salvage the dish, I added some seasoning, heavy cream, and crushed red pepper at home, which helped, but it's not something you'd expect to do with an already pricey meal. It might be beneficial for the kitchen to give another taste test to this dish. Based on this experience, I'm hesitant to order again. I hope to see improvements as the other dishes showed promise.

Service they took over 3 hr to get me a pizza after the pizza arrive the driver want me to pay more money when I o ready pay for it and he took it back they don't take care there costumers definitely not ordering again for them also my kids were hungry I order at 9 pm the arrive at 12 midnight I'm so mad

Be careful of this place they are a bunch of thieves I ordered a sandwich which is $13 an the guy took my credit card card a charged me $30 when I went home and was making checks I found out I was charged double,when I contacted the manager he says I need to come in an identity the guy who cashed my sandwich, I told him the proof is on my card history however I went there to get my refund and neither the manager nor the guy was there showed it to one of the worker who says he heard me talking to the manager about it on the phone earlier but he is not here now therefore I would have to com back, I told him I'm not coming back here for this because it wasn't my fault why I was overcharged ,offered to call the manager an let me speak to him an he was giving me the same run around bs that I must come back at 6:00pm when the shift changes I told him I'm not coming back for that because that's a waste of time,however he persisted not to give me my refund an I was not letting up until after about ten minutes he told the guy to give me $15 still withholding $2 , an this just leaves me to wonder how many of these overcharges have gone unnoticed by customers, an the mere fact they knew I was overcharged an they weren't willing to refund me it says that they are shady asf so please be on the lookout when buying food at this place .

Ordered through grub hub and surprisingly order came quick which was a plus. However there was mold on my food but it was warm. Do they not check the quality of their food before preparing or...? I'm extremely upset and annoyed. This is not ok. Do better.

Yo one of the chefs was buying chicken from a homeless dudes suitcase! The chef who bought it didn't even take his apron off when he was buying it hella showed the whole kitchen staff the chicken he got on the street!!! Nah BRO that's NASTY

This place is literally right around the corner from my mom's and since it is so easily accessible it just makes it all the more convenient that it is probably my husband's favorite place to grab a slice or an entire pie if it's been awhile. Like any self respecting fast paced City with a lively night life you have to have a few pizza joints that stay open well past the bedtime of the norm and that coincides with the last call for alcohol to most places and this place closes at 3AM. My husband's favorite is wittingly named the "Larkin". It is combination of meats, lightly sauced, generously cheesed on a yummy non over-powering crust. The sauce is just the right tangy to compliment the ooey gooey of that cheese and the greasy of the meats. Perfect pie to soak up all the alcohol consumed beforehand or just as a late night treat. I can't guarantee, but I believe this large pie is $20/$25 but the slices are so big and the cheese and meat plentiful that it takes only 1 to 2 slices to satisfy your craving and roaring beast of hunger. Just do it....you won't be disappointed!

Sadly, I'm like many others - ordered on Slice because they said they had fresh basil and mozzarella (margherita!). What we got was...not that. Slice contacted them and they were insistent it was properly prepared. At least it wasn't moldy (some of these other reviews are downright scary). Slice should drop these folks.

Good ass chicken parmigiana. It was a little spot on the corner, but believe me, this is a spot you'd want to go for the price.

I'm not much for writing reviews, but when i do...it means something is very very good, amazing service, amazing quality, all of these bad reviews are fake and a bunch of karen's, because as SOON as i walked in here i was greeted like i was a V. I. P. also first time visitors get a free 2 liter and since we were being so cool we got some more drinks for free! Thank yoy managers and Amazing employees for this delicious pizza and fettuccine alfredo!!!

Absolutely terrible job by the delivery driver Ayman Khalifa. I ordered and paid for delivery fee, then when Khalifa arrives with the food, he demands a tip on venmo and threatens to drive away with my food. Delivery driver Ayman Khalifa effectively demands 40% tip-- just to receive the food and delivery that I already paid the restaurant for! I have no problem with tipping, but tipping is a choice not a demand made by the delivery driver as he threatens to drive away with the food. Also terrible attitude, and I regret ordering delivery from the restaurant. The food, by the time it got to me was cold ( i only live less than a mile away from the restaurant) and I paid effectively double price to deal with this terrible delivery driver ayman khalifa. Do not order from this restaurant as long as they employ terrible delivery drivers such as Ayman Khalifa.

This is my favorite place for pizza and sandwiches(comes with fries). They usually makes your order really fast so you don't wait like some pizza places. I think their pizza is of the best in the neighborhood. They have a good service and they are nice and friendly people. If i recommend something from the menu I would say try their sandwiches especially Philly steak sandwich. For pizza, all of their pizza is really good.

BEST CHEESE PIZZA! Perfectly crisped cheese on top! I don't know if it's the tomato sauce or if they add any spices to it but it was absolutely perfect! We ordered an extra large and delivery got messed up but that was not their fault. Had to wait longer but it was soooo incredibly worth it! Finished an extra large between four people. We were so full by the end of it but we all still wanted more! Definitely the place for pizza parties!

Was starving after we got out of a concert and was really in the mood for pizza. Piccolo was right down the street from the Great American Music hall. I decided to get a slice of their hawaiian pizza and while it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, it totally hit the spot for my craving. The place is not very big, but since it's a dine and go type of place, it's relatively easy to find a seat. If you're in the mood for a quick, no fuss slice of pizza, Piccolo is a decent option.

Food arrived hot. Plenty of food. Only suggestion is for delivery person to have front desk call room due to all the SPAM calls.

We absolutely love this place for pizza delivery! They have decent prices for two mediums, which also includes a 2L bottle of soda, and it's one of the only places where we get this, so we can both get our own toppings preference. We've had both the stuffed crust and the regular crust pizzas, which are pretty thick and doughy, with a slight sweetness to it. Both are delicious but we pretty much stick to the regular crust at this point. Delivery is reasonable, pizzas are always hot when they arrive, and we have no complaints about the quality and tastiness of the pizzas. There's a bit of a limit on the toppings available but still enough to make some great pizza combinations.

I tried this place for Alfredo fettuccine and garlic bread. It is awesome. Will try other foods this place offers. Prices are worth it.
