This is the only place to get affordable food in the area and is much less than delivery. Everything is amazing. Sometimes they have cookies or such to purchase. The phone gets busy, but when you get through they haven't messed up an order for anyone I am aware of's order. Their website menu feature is not great on the phone, it missed some of their own menu text Super, super recommend this place if you're here working, touring, or at the beach. Yeah, I actually have one complaint. The meatball parmigiana sandwich is delicious but what are you supposed to do with two meatballs per half, with another half of meatball falling out. The meatball should be sliced, in my opinion. I'd order it that way, or just use a knife and fork for your sandwich. You may also be better off getting a meatball sandwich for the meatballs, than actually ordering 2 on the side.

Ordered a burger and side salad ($3 up charge). The side salad is a handful of lettuce, I was already sad and trying to be good with a salad instead of fries, so I was disappointed twice. At least throw a tomato in it. The burger was delicious, I wouldnt call it a side salad

This place used to be so good!! But ordered today and 1. They changed their fries, the new ones weren’t crispy at all and had no salt! 2. Their portions have gone significantly smaller! Still a good taste but wish they would bring back how it used to be

I was placed on a assignment to work on Palm Beach Island and this place was literally my saving grace. They had AFFORDABLE food that taste absolutely great! It's not a sit down restaurant, literally a take out window. The cashier was quick and efficient plus, the wait for the food was reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a quick and affordable meal. Please don't ever change!

I've been a fan for 2 years... but they are making it hard to continue to be so. My last order was completely wrong... I ordered a club sandwich but got a chicken sandwich. . The order before that they forgot my fries. The order before that, they forgot the fries again and gave me a beef burger instead of turkey. The time before that, no shrimp on my salad. I WANT to like them.... but they are making it impossible.

The Best Lunch in Palm Beach - the service is fast, the food is mouthwatering, the prices are even UNBEATABLE! Piccolo packages everything so nicely, with all the utensils, butter & napkins you'll need to make the most out of your lunch experience. You can't beat a $8 pasta with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day, or chicken wrap with more chicken then you know what to do with. I can't wait to try every single item on the menu! Piccolo for the win!

I LOVE delivery from Piccolo Mondo! The food is delicious and delivered with love! It’s my “go to” at least once a week! The homemade soup is always delish!! A++

This restaurant by far has the rudest people that answer the phone to take orders. They get the orders incorrect constantly. I have asked to speak to the manager. I've been told they do not know his or her name. I have left messages for the manager to call several times. I work for a very large store in Palm Beach. I think it is time to part ways. They can't seem to get their act together.

After searching for food up and down the apparently café-less Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, we finally stumbled upon this little hidden gem tucked into Via Mizner. It's a takeout place and you order through a little window and then take your food to a nearby bench or table. I ordered the penne caprese and it was absolutely delicious, with fresh mozzarella. Made from scratch, too -- I could see the pot of boiling water through the window while I was waiting. And it was only $6 for the small size (which, in my opinion, was plenty for one person)! Going back tomorrow:D

This place is really good. I go here about once a week and always get the grilled chicken sandwich or the chicken salad sandwich. I have gotten a few other things from here which were also good but I love my go-tos. The fries are really good, crispy on the outside and a little soft on the inside but never greasy. My order is usually always correct and ready when I arrive. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the area. Like mostly under or around $It's a great place to pick up lunch with great customer service. I love that each sandwich comes with a pickle, a pepperoncini, and olives.

This is my favorite place to order food from in Palm Beach. Delivery is very quick and the food is always amazing. I always get the rigatoni a la vodka and it has never disappointed. My one complaint about this restaurant is that their hours are weird. They close at 3 and stop delivering at 2. If the hours changed, I would give it a 5 star rating. I often try ordering piccolo for a late afternoon bite and then realize that it's closed and it's very disappointing. Tip: follow their twitter page to hear about their daily specials!

They up my lunch order. Called up to get it remade, when received and opened, it was wrong again. Now im sitting here hungry at work.....

I like their food but will never be ordering any soups from them going forward. The temperature of all the soups they serve is practically boiling. I had burn blisters in my mouth after just tasting it. This has never happened to me in my life before. I asked the manager why it was like that and got a response that unfortunately it is always like that due to the warming pots they use. I guess they never care to change that.

Fast, reasonably priced and delicious take out food. Getting a quick lunch on palm beach island is cumbersome. Piccolo is fast, simple and inexpensive. Quick delivery on the island.

Called at 1pm and placed an order for a burger, when it was getting closer to 2 my food still hadn't arrive. I called and they said they couldn't find my order. This is the second time that this has happened to me. They are late, unprofessional, and need to hire a second person to manage the phone. Did not receive my order until 2:30

I rarely order from this location. Twice in maybe 6 months. Largely in part to the poor customer service. When you place a order over the phone- they mostly misunderstand you. I had to repeat my phone number 4 times and give my name 4 times. Spelling my four letter name many times. They are busy, so delivery times are not estimated. A guy who speaks no English will deliver to you via a bicycle. Upon arrival, the food is cold and soggy. Today I asked for a basic cheeseburger on a wheat burger bun, they said no problem. I received two slices of mediocre wheat bread by the splice that looks like publix bread.

This hidden gem serves luxury food from a counter-top window attached to a fancy Italian place. So, you're getting the best food but from their take-out window, no fancy shoes required! They have daily pasta, soup, and sandwich specials but I almost always get the chicken caesar wrap, served with chips and a pickle+green olive+pepperoncini. The Caesar dressing is authentic and you can tell it's made with all the real, fresh ingredients. All the locals know about this place and, hands down, they have the most affordable & delicious lunch in Palm Beach.

The best burger that you will ever have in your life! Extremely affordable as far as Worth Avenue is priced.
