I am writing to share my extreme disappointment with a recent order placed from Pick Up Stix through DoorDash. On August 29, 2025, my friend and I spent $109.62 on two family platters and an additional meal at once my friend has ordered with your company several times I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, every single container was less than half full. The order came from the Excalibur location oddly since we live on the north end of the Las Vegas strip & anytime my friend orders from your company. It always comes from the Circus Circus location..
My friend submitted photos through the DoorDash app, but our claim was denied & unfortunately since he took the pictures through the app, he does not have the pictures in his physical phone. I personally still have photos of my own containers, which clearly show the inadequate portions. To make matters worse, I was so upset by the state of the food that I could not even eat what I received.
Of course there is some type of sauce or food on the lid on a few of them & I hardly complain but pure disappointment!
What makes this especially disappointing is that this was my first time trying Pick Up Stix! I had been looking forward to experiencing your food, but instead I received a meal that was both incomplete and unacceptable for the price. Spending over $100 only to receive half-filled containers is unacceptable, and the lack of resolution through DoorDash has left me with no recourse but to reach out directly.
I am therefore requesting to be reached out to since you’re 800 number doesn’t work Since the voicemail box is full!
I would appreciate:
A full refund for this order, or
A replacement order of equal value, properly prepared and portioned.
