I hate writing negative reviews, especially kicking a restaurant when they're clearly down, but this is hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever encountered.
First of all, the worker, who was both scooping food and working register was clearly intoxicated or just had the worst demeanor I've ever seen of someone at work. He had his AirPods in and was moving very slowly. When we FINALLY got to the front of the line (there were about 5 people in front of us), he excused himself to go in the back and cook some more chicken. We hadn't ordered yet, and were not planning on getting that, so found this pretty frustrating considering there was another person (who you can see) in the back cooking. We could literally see the guy that should have been cooking doing nothing, just watching the cashier cook.
He came back about 5 minutes later and finally served us. He never once had a pair of gloves on and we watched him flip noodles from the side of boxes with his bare fingers and wipe his sweaty forehead with the same bare fingers.
If the health department doesn't shut this place down, I sure hope TI does because this is putting such a damper on their restaurant quality. They seriously need a supervisor on duty at all times to make sure their employees are acting normally and doing what they're supposed to do. Until then, yikes.
