Google
Service was quick as there wasn’t a line when I went around 2pm. Had the two dishes option with Asian noodles. Pro- the orange chicken was quite tasty. Con- noodles a little too greasy and had 2/3 pieces of beef only for the beef and broccoli dish. Overall not a bad experience first time eating Asian fast food in America and would possibly visit again and perhaps try some other dishes or have orange chicken again ☺️

Alisa Lippel

Google
I went to order their chicken. There was barely any left. It was 9:15 and they closed at 10 so I guess no more food after that? I ended up getting 2 spring rolls. Took 2 bites and threw the rest out. Don't waste your time or money. Bunch of teenagers that don't give a shit there.

April Williams

Google
We had noodles, soy green beans and spring rolls. It was very good. Our order was quickly taken and staff friendly. They were out of honey shrimp which was disappointing. This is found inside Excalibur and there is plenty of seating in the food court.

Mike Ramult

Google
Its Vegas. Fatburger wants $21 for one single burger?!?! The kid working there when i went was super cool. Food was actually better than many pick up stix ive been too recently..

shenika hill01

Google
Line was long in the food court. Employee was serving by herself not in no hurry and took her time. Then when her coworker came up to the counter she stopped serving food and had the audacity to talk to her coworker like customers weren't standing in line. The food was good but her attitude and the atmosphere was horrible.

Tyler Goff

Google
My food was good but it wasn't delicious... The Chinese was starchy or really sticky. I really enjoyed my egg rolls. The lady waiting on us put me in my place. I was ordering my food and as I went to order some appetizers, she told me she will get them at the end.

blakwngbrd

Google
I have attempted to order food from this location three times. Two out of the three times they claimed to be out of House Special Chicken. The one order I did receive had the nastiest, driest cream cheese wontons I've ever seen. All three times, my delivery driver made a point to tell me that the staff was rude to them!

Cynthia Jimenez

Google
Really bad customer service , the guy taking our order was from Popeyes, didn't know how to charge, our food was horrible I ask for 1 item cambo and they gave it to me piled up in a little box!...really grease ass food!. It cost me 15bucks for 1 item combo really bad portions!... never ever buying at this place is horrible

Yelp
Business is located at Excalibur Hotel, food court 2nd floor. They are on left of Einstein Bagel which was closed. Food is prepared. Plates are 1 choice, 2 choices, and 3 choices. Starch is white rice, fried rice, chow mein, and chow funn. Entree is orange chicken, bourbon chicken, string beans, and mixed vegetables. Employee scooped your selection in a round plastic container. Food tasted like a competitor food.
google avatar

Daniel L.

Yelp
Now I see why they are rated so low on Yelp. My wife ate it earlier and she hasn't stopped throwing up since. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HERE.

Anna V.

Yelp
Horrible service. took the girl around 10 minutes to even say that she would be right with us, then walks away to the back. I've been dying to eat their House Chicken, BUT NO.... they don't make it unless you order through Door Dash or UberEats. Then why do you have it up on the menu
google avatar

Kylee D.

Yelp
Excalibur food court location: Firecracker chicken is great. Also really liked the bourbon chicken. Line went fast and had no issues with service. The Lo main looked a little mushy so we got the fried rice and it was good, too. We would definitely go back.
google avatar

Ruth W.

Yelp
The black guy just ignored me and directly ask the man after me. if only man deserve to order here. bad service.no water provided not sure if it is the trend in Vegas. The food tastes sour.
google avatar

Jenny L.

Yelp
Huge line on a Friday night, as expected of course. We felt so bad for the girl working there because she was the only one working the front - serving food/ taking orders and working the cash register! The food was as expected for a quick bite in Vegas, I especially liked the orange chicken but I'd stay away from the fried rice if you're impartial to rice that is a little on the underdone side.
google avatar

Lani M.

Yelp
This review is for the Pick Up Stix in Circus Circus. I can only comment on service because we never made it to the front to order. The people that worked there seemed miserable, slow and did not care about the customers in front of them. The guy serving and ringing people up moved like a sloth. We stayed in line at least 12 minutes and it never moved.
google avatar

Ivan T.

Yelp
The food was bland nothing special but the staff was really rude. My suggestion. If you like Chinese American food go to Panda Express It is a better option and tastes better

April O.

Yelp
I'm at the one in circus circus very horrible the food looks sloppy old with the new .The one worker is Latino moves very slow hardly no help. You have a black cashier just stands there don't help with the line just useful at this point .I won't be back u need workers who can multi task to bring that line down just nasty place overall
google avatar

Barbara S.

Yelp
Service is good, the food was good except for the chow mein. The orang chicken was sweet and it had a great flavor also the kung pao chicken tasted delicious. There were many available tables to eat there.
google avatar

Brandon M.

Yelp
great food love the chicken and the chow mein and the kids meal and the rice and the brown rice and all the other stuff and the drinks are great and eveyrhing is super great and I love it so much and I come here so much and it's such a great time always with my friends and my family and it's so much great times and fun I can't wait to come here every weekend it's so awesome.

Jaylin A.

Yelp
This is the worst Chinese food place I have ever ate at the rice is salty not very many meat options and the chicken isn't even that good. Do better with cooking the service is ok but not all that great.
google avatar

Amber T.

Yelp
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. There was a huge line, which, we're in Circus Circus so that's just how it is right... when we FINALLY get to the register, the lady taking orders (I didn't get her name however she spoke spanish) stopped what she was doing, grabbed a rag and started removing the trays and cleaning up all the loose food around the area.. DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE MY HUSBAND AND I.. at LEAST an 'I'll be right w you'... didn't even make eye contact and acted like we weren't even there.. there was a bunch if people behind us as well.. She DID however let her presence be known with her coworkers.. the sexual tension and teasing between them was so obvious I was embarrassed for them.. I really wish I had gotten her name and spoke to a manager but we were so disgusted, my husband and I looked at eachother and knew what we had to do and that was.... WALK off and go somewhere else.

Patrick Ray S.

Yelp
Bad.. I mean the worst customer service and also the same angry manager that yells at customers and patrons of the worst hotel in Las Vegas. Have a good new year, Thanks.
google avatar

Jeffery B.

Yelp
Went to location in the Excalibur. Staff was really rude! Food was terrible! Had 2 meat combo. Chicken was not good, rice was old and vegetables did not taste good! Cream cheese wonton tasted like the cheese was spoiled. Spent about $50 for 2 meals. It all went in the trash! Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

Rik A.

Yelp
It's essentially mall Chinese food, you can tell that going in. It is a poor man's Panda Express. Service was good, taste was meh. I was surprised they had a door dash option because I can't imagine anyone is sitting at home craving this.
google avatar

Sierra A.

Yelp
I did not like this location at all. It was actually my first time trying Pick Up Stix. The line was crazy long but it was located inside the hotel we were staying at so I understand why it was so busy. The food was okay. Nothing memorable. The staff was not the best. They were extremally rude. One lady that was suppose to ne taking my order was standing there texting on her phone, didn't even want to pick up her head long enough for me to ask for some napkins. I wouldn't go to this location again.
google avatar

Jose S.

Yelp
First time eating in one of this places .. the portions are very small for the price.the person behind the counter I don't think should be serving food .last time coming to pick up stix Go to Panda instead
google avatar

Alan G.

Yelp
I've tried them twice in the past month and each time, it's been terrible. First time I ordered the bourbon chicken and some chicken with vegetable dish -- both bad. Like they use too much soy sauce. Fried rice tasted bland and old. Last night I ordered the orange chicken and Kung pao chicken on chow mein and, again, tasted bland and old. I gave them two stars because they do work fast and give good service. Food is always coming out so I know it's not old, just tastes...strange. $15 for a two item plate. I won't go there anymore.
google avatar

Lee S.

Yelp
Ok so the service was simply sad. He looked so sad. He didnt want to be at work at all. But he wasn't rude just not really caring. Ok so the food... I got the fire cracker chicken with white rice. It wasn't anything special but it didn't suck. The ice was made well. Overall I'd say if you.wanted a quick snack id hit this place up
google avatar

Megan S.

Yelp
This place deserves -20 stars. WORST SERVICE EVER!! First of all this food has been sitting out for hours you can just tell. Second of all the staff is so rude here! We each ordered a 2-item plate. They said they charge extra for honey shrimp* ok fine. Got to the table to eat it and ummm it's definitely chicken NOT shrimp. When we asked why they charged us extra for chicken and why they falsely advertise she told us "it's honey chicken" we're like that's not what your sign says, can we get a refund for the difference? They told us "then we need to take your entire plate back" like threatening us? Wtf dude, who says that to a paying customer? So unprofessional and rude. Karmella - please understand that we didn't force you to have this horrible job. We get it - you obviously hate working here based on your giant frown on your face and huge attitude problem. But don't be rude to us - the paying customers who quite literally are the reason for your lack luster paychecks. If you're a Vegas passerby, go to Hot Dog on a Stick or literally anywhere else. Your food will be 1000x better and they'll serve you with a smile. This place sucks, is overpriced, and you'll want to fight in a food court. Just don't. Trust us.
google avatar

Vinkin Ken T.

Yelp
Don't. Just don't. If you must have fast Chinese food, then have low expectations. Everything is so salty. Fried rice is dry. Beef was dry. Fire cracker chicken was more batter than chicken. Just look at the food behind the glass, not appealing at all. I thought to myself maybe it tastes better than it looks, but I was wrong. Food is cheap for Vegas, $12.99 for a 2 item combo or for a $1 more you can get 3 items. Just didn't enjoy the food. If we had more time we would have gone elsewhere but we were on a time crunch before our flight back. The only good thing is that I didn't find the food to be too greasy.
google avatar

Ashley G.

Yelp
First of all, There was barely any meat for the Mongolian Beef and the noodles were dry ass hell. They didn't send any chopsticks/napkins with our order. Bad food, I would never recommend this place to anyone that wants to have good Chinese cuisine.
google avatar

Craig C.

Yelp
I don't know why the low score it's a take out restaurant in the food court. The helpings are very good size the food is tasty the people serving were really working hard the area was clean. And the price was very reasonable 3 entrees for $17 and allot of food we will be back for sure.
google avatar

Suriya E.

Yelp
This place is in a food court at the Excalibur. It like lower quality grade panda Express but if you craving Chinese for quick bite it edible not the best at all but it easy. The line can be long and the food is not the freshest depending on the time. $14.99 for a 2 item combo it not bad to be in the casino. The beef broccoli is not the best quality beef . OVerall I wouldn't go back because I don't like that hotel.
google avatar

Jason M.

Yelp
1st and last time I will go here. Absolutley horrible customer service and unhelpful employees. I asked for a side of rice essentially now getting a 3 item meal. Employee wanted me to buy a completely additional meal for white rice for 15 dollars. Then lets talk selection. Of the Items available several were out, when asked there was no its being made or that will take a moment it was just pick something else. Now for the food, it was bland and for the two Items I did they both tasted the same. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is not worth it.
google avatar

Kelvin W.

Yelp
Ended up here later in the night, and honestly I'm shocked by the low rating. I ordered half rice and half vegetables with the bourbon chicken. The bourbon chicken and the rice were both hot and flavorful. Even though I got just the one item plate, there was more than enough food for me. This pick up Stix is located in a food court in the Excalibur, next to the buffet.
google avatar

Nathan G.

Yelp
Food does not taste fresh. The mgm asian place out in the food court is tons more fresh. I don't recommend coming to this one.
google avatar

Kiana D.

Yelp
I hate writing negative reviews, especially kicking a restaurant when they're clearly down, but this is hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever encountered. First of all, the worker, who was both scooping food and working register was clearly intoxicated or just had the worst demeanor I've ever seen of someone at work. He had his AirPods in and was moving very slowly. When we FINALLY got to the front of the line (there were about 5 people in front of us), he excused himself to go in the back and cook some more chicken. We hadn't ordered yet, and were not planning on getting that, so found this pretty frustrating considering there was another person (who you can see) in the back cooking. We could literally see the guy that should have been cooking doing nothing, just watching the cashier cook. He came back about 5 minutes later and finally served us. He never once had a pair of gloves on and we watched him flip noodles from the side of boxes with his bare fingers and wipe his sweaty forehead with the same bare fingers. If the health department doesn't shut this place down, I sure hope TI does because this is putting such a damper on their restaurant quality. They seriously need a supervisor on duty at all times to make sure their employees are acting normally and doing what they're supposed to do. Until then, yikes.
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
This place was busy and the people working behind the counter were running their tails off! At the same time, they were still friendly and smiling. I asked if the orange chicken was spicy and unfortunately, I can't do spicy food. I told it wasn't so got a double order with rice to go. I then took it back to my room in at the Excalibur. Well, the orange chicken does have a bit of a kick to it. It's not super spicy, but it's not sweet either. It tasted OK but I wasn't able to eat very much of it. The portions were pretty substantial though so you do get your money's worth. One tidbit worth noting. They do not accept room charges so you cannot use any dining credit provided by your Mlife rewards. Kind of a bummer.
google avatar

Kym F.

Yelp
I've always loved Pick Up Stix - How could I go wrong? Well... I arrived at the location inside TI because all other food options at the hotel looked awful, room service was closed at 6 PM and I've always loved Pick Up Stix. There was one person waiting on customers with a line of 7-10 people. Service was very slow but I knew the food would be worth it! I was concerned seeing only a few entrees available, noodles and rice not really fresh and everyone waiting on the basics like broccoli beef. I ordered orange chicken, broccoli beef and noodles. Their best offerings! I boxed it up and went to my room. Once I started eating my entrees, I realized that they did not taste right? Really salty, did not taste correct and almost inedible. Both of them I waited for such a long time in line and couldn't believe they could mess up these popular items. I'm still very hungry and really disappointed. Someone needs to get this location in order. Really bad food and service!
google avatar

Phyo T.

Yelp
Okay food! They just cooked it and place to grab something fast and Asian food! If you don't like sweet taste, not the spot for you!

May Q.

Yelp
meat is only chicken. everything is salty. the most important is food is so little, one item combo is less than a half-full small paper box, almost nothing, two or three mouths finished it. terrible experience for my life.

Anonymous 1.

Yelp
The server at this Pick Up Stix at the Circus Circus hotel was very rude... I was having a hard time choosing the entries bc they did not look very good. And then the server became extremely rude to me for having a hard time choosing a the entries... Shouldn't he be sorry that I did not like the food instead of the other way around?? I'm not even sure if his EQ is positive or actually below zero at this point

Joshua C.

Yelp
Tried once again and once again disappointed in the lack of consistency of food. This location either doesn't know what House Special Chicken should taste like or doesn't care that what they are serving tastes nothing like the brand's signature dish. Regardless, avoid at all cost. This is not Pick Up Stix, it's an imposter.
google avatar

Mischita H.

Yelp
I decided to try the 2-item combo plate. It wasn't horrible but it was not super great either. I ordered the lo mein noodles with the bourbon chicken and house special chicken for $11.99. Other than the bourbon chicken being a little sweeter than I expected, it was edible. The amount of food was more than I could finish in one sitting so that's one plus. In a pinch it is conceivable that I could go back but there are so many other places to try while in Vegas so it is unlikely.
google avatar

Kaycee C.

Yelp
The food and service here are decent. I enjoyed the fried rice and honey chicken. What really made things good was adding some of the Popeyes fried chicken into the fried rice since it's next door. The staff here moves quickly and the dining area was pretty clean.
google avatar

Kelly B.

Yelp
I thought the noodles were amazing. Unexpectedly delicious. The sauce is what did it. It was like a soy ginger. I thought they were great. The bourbon chicken was blah. The orange chicken was fine. Super over priced. I would go back for the noodles alone.
google avatar

Lorena L.

Yelp
I went to the pick up Stix in Las Vegas inside the Circus Circus hotel, and I was very unhappy with their service. The ladies were very rude and the portions were super super small, but they do charge you $15 a plate for like almost nothing of food, but never again will I stepped foot in their lousy food court..
google avatar

Dina G.

Yelp
Bad customer service at the counter, food too salty, the price too high for the size of the portions. I do not recommend it. Employees working soooo slow as if they were forced to be there, give you a bad attitude.
google avatar

Diane H.

Yelp
Really flavorful but really salty. I guess there must be loads of MSG in the food. I got the 3 item combo and it was just under $13. This place is located in the Excalibur hotel. There was a long line but we all faithfully waited. They run out of food quick but try hard to replenish. Poor cooks!

Samantha R.

Yelp
My partner wanted bourbon chicken, and this was the only place that had it that would also deliver to our location. So, I let go of all my expectations and gave Pick Up Stix a shot. The food was fine (bourbon chicken, honey chicken, orange chicken, and egg fried rice), but the thing that inspired me to write this review was the cream cheese rangoons. They were really yummy and I got more than I ordered.
google avatar

l a.

Yelp
Well I must agree with some of the others The guy behind the counter is non attentive I asked for broccoli and beef and all they had was sauce They made more and it was broccoli but couldn't find the beef. Orange chicken was mostly tiny pieces of breading....protein portions were small. We ordered two combos for almost 40 bucks.... Too many options on the strip I will not be back
google avatar

Paula T.

Yelp
Exactly like Panda express. Nothing too special, flavoring and food options were all the same if you were to compared to boot-leg Chinese-American fast food restaurants. Greasy, fatty, and no fresh. Feels like the food had been sitting there for a while on a heater. This is located in a hotel, 2nd floor on their food court. It's definitely convenient.
google avatar

T S.

Yelp
I was impressed. I wasn't expecting this food to be and fresh and tasty as it was!! The two people working the place were kicking butt and so friendly. good job

Tifphane D.

Yelp
They don't even deserve that ...cashier attitude awe full and the food was horrible for one item , the rice was so mushy and awe full I called them five times to speak to a manager no answer never will I ever do this again horrid ...
google avatar

Skye V.

Yelp
Honestly, my boyfriend and I were hungry and didn't want to go anywhere farther than our hotel so we settled for Pick Up Stix. $8.99 for a two entree combo. We got the orange chicken with veggies along with stir fry noodles. The orange chicken was just meh. I like the Panda Express orange chicken more! I probably wouldn't come back here. Cheap but not worth.
google avatar

S. R.

Yelp
Food is disgusting, staff is like whatever. Literally every food item tasted like crazy. Old, over cooked and nasty.
google avatar

Jeanette V.

Yelp
I came to Las Vegas to eat something delicious and quick. But this place is a huge disappointment! The customer service is awful, there not attentive enough, they barely put any chunks of orange chicken, just left over pieces very cold, food looks like sits there for hours. Two combos for literally $40! Looks like there hesitant to even put a tiny bit more. Overall awful place to come. -100 stars
