This place looked nice from the outside so I gave it a chance despite the poor reviews. I regret this decision. By far, the worst bourbon chicken I have ever had. It was barely edible. I knew something was wrong when they said my order was ready 15 sec after I had paid. The chicken was like leather, definitely cooked previously and reheated. Maybe refrigerated and reheated multiple times who knows. It had a weird aftertaste like sour rubber. I have had microwaveable chicken that tastes way better than this. My throat also hurt after eating due to repeatedly swallowing the abrasive rough chicken. Would not recommend eating here.

We came here on a Saturday at 2 PM, it wasn’t busy, great service, very delicious food, highly recommend. As far as prices go, it’s the airport. A bourbon chicken was $14, no big deal.

Didn’t expect an Asian food place can cook rice this bad. Rice tastes hard, old and every several bites some extremely hard pieces to hurt the teeth. The house special chicken is not that bad. That’s why I gave 2 stars, not just 1.

Way expensive with pressured tip system. Food was very bland, though it was ready very quick. If I could have a do-over, I’d go back to Panda Express in terminal A

Frequent flyer here and I usually don't leave bad reviews about restaurants in airports but I must say my order from Pick-Up-Stix was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the Honey Chicken with Fried Rice and a fountain drink. The chicken was overcooked and the rice was undercooked AND the taste was awful nearly vomited. At least my fountain drink was delicious.

I didn’t think to read the reviews for an airport restaurant in a newly renovated terminal, that turned out to be a huge mistake. The food would hardly pass as edible, you’re better off munching on a snack you can grab nearby. PASS!

The placed looked nice, I saw a cook flipping food in a hot wok, and the cashier was friendly. I can scarcely describe the hideously disgusting taste of the food however. I am really at a loss. I ordered the firecracker tofu for something on the lighter side. Chinese stir-fried tofu should be firm, and the exterior should be crispy. I cook it all the time at home. Just a little corn starch on the outside and saute it or fry it a little oil in the wok. The texture of this tofu was something I've never experienced. It wasn't firm. It wasn't even soft. It was weirdly mushy and unpleasant. The firecracker sauce was so weirdly sweet with barely any heat. The color of the tofu with the sauce was unappetizing. It did not taste good, and I couldn't eat most of it. I ordered fried rice to go with the tofu. Fried rice is not rocket science, and I've made it countless times. Restaurants don't get fried rice wrong, I mean how could they? The rice grains were not just day-old, but completely stale. The texture was complete mush with unappetizing crunchy bits here and there. But the flavor was horrible. Whatever seasoning they use is not just regular soy sauce. Unless they are using a cheap industrial soy sauce. It tasted like coffee and tobacco. Very unpleasant. Please read the reviews. This place needs to revamp the recipes, as it is not how fast casual Chinese should taste.

I had a flight out of terminal B and was early so stopped in for a quick bite since it was across from my gate. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, and they had a big table so my group of coworkers and I could all sit together and work while waiting for our plane. Food costs were very reasonable for airport food and I hadn’t had but on chicken in years and was excited for it. The portions are large and the food was great!
