Google
Got the roast chicken lunch box—containing enough tasty olives, delicious chicken and unbelievable potatoes to serve 2. I would happily back to try the grab and go food, the sausages, and desserts offerings. The small outdoor dining area and great service are nice, too. Go!

Google
Thoroughly mediocre chicken shop/specialty grocer. Stopped in for 1/2 rotisserie chicken box. Found they had a decent selection of sodas, non-alc bevs, wines, prepared sausages, specialty goods. May stop back in for these other things. The half chicken, at almost $20, came packed in the box atop chicken schmaltz roasted potatoes. It was paired with hot olives and roasted garlic. An assortment of sauces (aioli some kind of green sauce and some kind of red sauce) were provided. The chicken was aggressively seasoned and moist. Unfortunately none of the flavor had penetrated the skin which meant that if the piece was without skin, you’re left with the bland flesh. The sauces were all meh. Potatoes, perfect. Olives, nicely varied. My guess is that the bird could have been cooked a little longer and seasoned a little further in advance. (And also checked for feathers.) I also had a slice of the key lime pie. The beauty of key lime pie is the sharp acidity of these limes (which are in season right now) and the intense floral profile of the oils in the rind. This pie was all oil and not sharp at all. Which is a shame because otherwise, it was great. Not cloyingly sweet, not too much cream on the palate. Oh well.

Google
Picnic is a true gem. Love this place. As an ex Oakland resident, the fried chicken sandwich at Picnic got me nostalgic for Bake Sale Betty. So damn good. Also, their rotisserie chicken is out of this world. Highly recommended. Great grab and go salads are available too.

ESG V.

Google
Hands down the best rotisserie chicken I ever had! The potatoes are cooked with chicken schmaltz and very addicting. They have so many other amazing selections from handmade sausages to their daily sandwiches. I always highly recommend this place to all of my family and friends and now I’m telling you to go and try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Aleida K.

Google
I truly can’t believe it’s taken me years to eat at Picnic only to discover that they serve the best rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had- no exaggeration. I melted after the first bite and had left overs and now I am sad we finished our chicken and potatoes tonight. I’m excited to try their fried chicken sandwich.

Laura B.

Google
Had bookmarked this place, but didn’t remember why, so when I was in the area I decided to check it out. Lucky for me the sandwich of the day was a cubano panini and if there’s one thing about me - a cubano on the menu means I WILL order it. Yum! Pickled carrots and juicy pork and drippy mustard aioli… had to eat it while parked and leaning out of my car - just how I like it.

Jeanne K.

Google
I bought a whole rotisserie chicken. It was good sized and moist, but over seasoned. They could put less salt in their brine or brine it less and rub on less spice. Sandwiches are good.

Daniel Aderaw Y.

Google
Great new addition, Picnic is a lovely local market and eatery that highlights local producers. We had the rotisserie chicken with olives and potatoes- you can tell the items were sourced locally and very fresh, the coffee cake was also incredible! We were able to purchase some items for home that they displayed- wine from a local producer as well as some fresh salads.

Yelp
Had the Farro soup and IT WAS DELICIOUS! This retail boutique take-out meat market bakery space is great! They "tick" so many boxes: Vegetarian - YES Vegan - YES Carnivore - YES Omnivore - YES Sweet-tooth / sugartarian - YES Carbotarian - YES Pescatarian - YES (see canned foods / sardines) Their menu has both staple selections (rotisserie chicken, potatoes...), and a rotating selection of daily sandwiches, soups, empanadas, and more. So going there is always a surprise. And this isn't including the dried, canned, packaged, frozen & refrigerated products available. ...Back to the Farro soup, Last Saturday I went and got it and man was I in heaven! Of course I want everyone to go and patronize this place, but my main objective is to get this soup matriculated onto the daily menu roster! PLEASE. I would buy it daily! And please let us know we can get it in two sizes! I had no idea I could "supersize" when I first bought it.
google avatar

Colleen C.

Yelp
First time here. Ordered lunchbox, wagyu sandwich and chicken farro soup came out to $48. The rotisserie chicken was moist. Sauces were not necessary and wasn't impressive. Wagyu sandwich was okay. Bread was great. Meat was chewy and lacked flavor. No trash can or public bathroom. This was odd to me considering they provide indoor and outdoor dining. The trash is the city trash can right in front of the restaurant which seems wrong. Service was off at the beginning. Felt like questions and feedback weren't welcomed. Food was running out during this hour as the cashier was turning away customers due to sandwiches being out of stock.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try Picnic in Albany for such a long time and finally on St. Patrick's Day I had the chance to stop in. I love the idea of grabbing items fresh to-go for your very own picnic, or having them in the immediate with either indoor/outdoor seating. From fresh salads, daily sandwich specials, chips/sides, rotisserie chicken and the fixins, desserts, drinks, and also a full case of to-go sausages, sliced meats, pâtés and more, there is def. something on the menu for everyone here in this cozy corner spot! We had the Sunday sandwich of the day which was corned beef, cabbage, parsley aioli, and Dijon mustard on a super fresh Acme roll. Also ordered was a chocolate chip shortbread cookie and of course, a Topo Chico seltzer to wash it down. Honestly, everything was so delicious! I could have ordered more food like the fresh-made Mac n cheese, but we had to make an appointment. I can't wait to comeback to try another daily sandwich special like the Smoked Ham Melt or Fried Chicken on Fridays. Also can't wait to try the rotisserie chicken and sides for a summer outing now that the weather is getting better! The team behind Picnic can also be found at local farmer's markets like Kensington and the Gilman Wine Block/First Fridays in Berk. grilling up their sausages & more! Overall great service, value for the ingredients served, and super cute vibes - can't wait to share this spot with others!

Yelp
Picnic has added new sandwiches to their menu. Today I had their fried chicken sandwich for the first time and am eagerly looking forward to the next time they offer it. They are made to order, which means there's about a 15 minute wait for yours. Start w/ a chicken thigh, which gladdens my heart. So much better than a breast. They're also using Acme Kaiser rolls, which are less bready than the Acme ciabatta, and have sesame seeds to boot. Add coleslaw and aioli and you're set. There were a multitude of people in line and waiting for their sandwiches to be ready, plus folks who ran their other errands while their sandwiches were being made. It was the largest crowd I've seen in there. When I got home I ate my sandwich and adored the contrasts in tastes and textures. The chicken was perfectly crispy. It was messy to eat, in the best way. The coleslaw way tasty w/o being spicy. I was completely happy w/ my lunch. As I said, I would have it again, no question. On Tuesday, which was Mardi Gras, they had muffalettas and king cake. I requested my muffaletta be w/o aioli because I prefer the taste of the olive salad and the cold cuts w/o anything else. The muffaletta was also served on the Kaiser roll. I'd never had a king cake, although I've read about them. I asked Susannah whether they were sweet and she said that it was more like a yeast bread w/ cinnamon, which was an excellent description. I cut mine in 3 pieces and it was wonderful.

Yelp
Wow, best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Absolutely love this place. They have amazing pate and general charcuterie but don't sleep on the daily sandwich offering.

Yelp
I CAN' T EVENT. Seriously, time you spend reading my review, as wonderful as it is, is time you are not spending eating food at Picnic. What are you waiting for? Every sandwich I've gotten there has been top-marks all the way, and I LOVE sandwiches. Their cookies and treats, and their fridge full of other yummies: seriously, I spend a lot of money when I go here, because everything looks so good! And it tastes good too. Get your booty down to Solano and have a lunch you'll never forget. If you don't like the (limited) selection of drinks, and you want a plain old Coke to go with your sandwich, just cross the street and get it at the liquor store.
google avatar

T S.

Yelp
There was one sandwich on the menu. And then the county says he has only one sandwich left. So we left. Very limited menu for lunch.

Yelp
I love the Rotisserie chicken ! The best in the Bay area I'm pretty sure . Unfortunately , I am disappointed with the sandwiches as they are not prepared in a "  fresh way "  . They are prepared in advance and so when you buy them and eat them , they are soggy ...

Yelp
17Nov23 Love this place and over the phone yesterday an employee said they would be closing at 3pm today, Friday, Nov 17th. So, call if you have specific needs and time limitations. In short, do not expect them to be open until 6pm as listed on their website and here on Yelp.
google avatar

Yelp
Best sandwiches around! The flavors are incredible! Picnic has so many yummy sides and snacks it is hard to choose. Menu is delicious and well curated. I am always happy after eating there!

Lisa K.

Yelp
Fantastic food. Great team working there. Easy to pick up not only the best chicken but lots of other salads, meats, etc for a picnic or a night at home.

Yelp
Decided to stop by here to pickup lunch after an acupuncture appointment, and so glad that I did! Looks like they have a different menu everyday that they update on their website! From today's menu, we tried the porchetta sandwich, asparagus salad, and potato salad. I spotted some beef tongue pastrami in their deli fridge that looked interesting, so picked some of that up too - I'll update my photo caption with our review once we try that! The porchetta sandwich was tasty and wasn't too greasy. We love Roti Roti porchetta sandwiches at the ferry building so when I saw it on Picnic's menu, I knew I had to try it. The meat is cut thinner here, and there's less meat overall, but Picnic does a great job of balancing the fatty meat flavor with the other toppings like their salsa verse, pickled onions and garlic aioli. I'd say if you like a sandwich with a delicious balance of flavors, definitely try their porchetta sandwich! Both the asparagus and potato salads were delicious. I was already full but I had to finish the asparagus salad because the flavor was just addictive! The potato salad had a samosa filling taste to it - so good! All in all, had a great experience here with food and ordering. You just go in to order and everything is pre-prepared and packaged so it's super fast - no need to order ahead. I think the idea is you can stop by here to pick up a picnic lunch, and I'd love to come by here to pick stuff up for an actual picnic next time!

Yelp
Absolutely fabulous takeout place. I wish this was in my neighborhood, but it's certainly worth the walk, bicycle, drive, to get here. I like that she uses quality meat and produce and it tastes amazing.

Issac H.

Yelp
$16 for a baguette sandwich is a bit pricey wish it would include a side or something. Great that their menu rotates but it's a bit expensive for just a baguette arugula and some chicken. Service was great ambiance was to

Yelp
** The following review reflects my takeout experience DURING the COVID-19 pandemic. ** I had been anticipating its opening for at least a couple of years when current owners Susannah Schnick and Leslie Nishiyama took over this prime location.on the northwest corner of Solano and San Pablo right next to the Ivy Room. However, they hit every conceivable roadblock possible and an inconceivable one, COVID-19. When they were able to open in December, they decided to operate on an order-ahead basis, and that was part of my own delay in trying them out. That's because when I want rotisserie chicken, I usually want it like NOW. Don't blame me for my impetuosity, blame Costco because there was a time when that would be the first thing I opened and devoured after I got home. Picnic asks you to order by Wednesday (and they run out quickly), so you can come by at a designated time on Saturday to pick it up. After two failed previous attempts, I finally secured an order for Jamie W. and me, and you know it was all about the poultry. It was billed as "pasture-raised, non-GMO, heirloom chicken with our signature brine, cooked to perfection in the rotisserie", and for $23, we were expecting the moon. It was quite good, nicely seasoned if a tad salty but quite moist, even the white meat (photo: https://bit.ly/3tjFcFy). As the inevitable accompaniment, we also got the $11 Herby Green Salad with sliced sweet pears, freshly chopped herbs, watermelon radish, pickled radicchio and pepitas (photo: https://bit.ly/3e9zdPc). On the side was a lemon shallot caper vinaigrette which brightened the freshness of the ingredients (photo: https://bit.ly/3eej4rE). We also figured we could afford the $5 Marinated Mushrooms where they indeed marinated maitakes, brown mushrooms, and shallots and made it a side dish served cold (photo: https://bit.ly/3eejXAk). Well, it is called Picnic after all. It's definitely worth a return visit because they also serve porchetta, roast potatoes, and even ramps. But like I said, when I need a rotisserie chicken, it's hard to convince me to get anything else. FOOD - 4 stars...not my absolute favorite chicken but awfully good even if you have to order it in advance AMBIANCE - n/a...looked nice inside but I could only peek through the window SERVICE - 4 stars...they had the order ready to go in a matter of minutes TOTAL - 4 stars...definitely higher-end picnic fare RELATED - Exploring Albany? Here's a collection of places I've visited and reviewed: https://bit.ly/3ebRKbk

Yelp
Finally, amazing chicken right around the way. Excellent! Fresh food made daily. This place is dope even though it's a tiny place they have outside seating. Lunch box, half chicken is enough food for 2 or 3 depending on appetite. You gotta try this place out. I've been here a few times, they're consistent and generous with food portions. Mac and cheese was also a hit. I highly recommend you try it!

Yelp
Picnic Rotisserie opened up fairly recently and I am so excited to try them out! The system they have at the moment is quite unique: it's pick-up on Saturdays by appointment only. So how does this work?? If you check out their website, you'll see that you can place an online pre-order starting from Wednesday, 12pm until they sell out! If you want to try some of their more popular sausage varieties, be sure to get on the website right at 12!! I placed my order around 1:30 on Wednesday, and the Andouille was already sold out. We ended up ordering the Italian and the Smoked Hot Link, which I'm super excited to try out (and yes, I WILL come back for you, Maple Donut & Bacon Breakfast Sausage). Pick up was very quick and efficient, all you need to do is walk up at your designated pick-up time, say your full name, and everything is packed up for you. Parking around the area is a bit scarce, so be sure to arrive early. I already know I'll be coming back to try everything on their menu. :)

Tina K.

Yelp
Yummy sandos and sausages. It's fun following the daily sandwich menu. Parking at the BevMo lot.

Jennifer H.

Yelp
Ordered a chicken bbq sandwich. Was excited to get it at least hot or fresh- ish. Literally got it cold, like cool I know it's a deli, but dang. It wasn't that great for 16. Very little chicken, very dry. Like bru- add some sauce or something to mask it. It was my first time here too :(
google avatar

Adriana V.

Yelp
I cannot recommend enough their porchetta and Mac and cheese. I really wish they served the porchetta every day because I would eat here all the time. If you're trying picnic, I highly recommend trying the porchetta. It's only served in Saturday's after 12pm, but I promise you it's so worth it. I also love their Mac and cheese. They do an amazing job at making it extra cheesy and delicious. I normally get the lunch box, which includes roasted potatoes, olives, porchetta, and a trio of sauces. It's so much food and it's definitely worth the price!
google avatar

Wendy L.

Yelp
I had been looking forward to trying Picnic ever since they opened a number of months back. They have sausages, rotisserie chickens, other prepared foods like potatoes and savory bread pudding and also sandwiches. They're only open for lunch/during the day, closing at 5 pm so if you buy dinner, you'll need to heat it up when you get home. For a Saturday night dinner, we got a rotisserie chicken and savory bread pudding (and also chicken tikka masala sausages for another day). It was a solid rotisserie chicken with good seasonings but with the required reheating, it lost a bit of its moistness. We wanted to try the potatoes but they were sold out so we got the savory bread pudding based on their recommendation - the cheese, sausage and artichoke bread pudding was both decadent and delicious. If you want a rotisserie chicken or potatoes, you should arrive on the early side as they tend to sell out.

Yelp
I came across Picnic through their social media and I immediately made a plan to visit on the weekend. What drew me to Picnic the most was their rotisserie item on the menu but they also have other great selection of seasonal salads, artisanal sausage, charcuterie on the go. After glaring at the menu for few minutes (seasonal & changes weekly/weekend), i decided to stick with the original plan -- ordered the rotisserie porchetta, seasonal salad (farro & english pea) and roast potatoes. The rotisserie porchetta was roasted to perfection, crunchy exterior (skin), and moisture/tender on the inside, i swear the first bite melted in my mouth like butter. The seasonal salad and roast potatoes was impressive, worthy of praise on its own. The serving was very generous, enough to feed 2-3 people, and needless to say we were very satissfied with our meal. I think my wife sum'd up our dinning experience pretty well when she said, "this was the best porchetta (meal), she'd ever had...". Picnic is another great addition to Albany, Solano avenue, that is already full of good eatery. I love the story behind the business owners and how people in the community came together to support the business during the pandemic. Thanks for the awesome food. We will surely be back to pick up more goods for our own version of picnic or dinner. Note: as of this write up they're currently open only on Friday and Saturday (limited hours). Some items on the menu are only available on specified dates, so be sure to check their website or Instagram account for the latest updates.

Yelp
Walking distance from my home but a worthy destination even if a drive is required. I pop in weekly for an array of goodies: homemade tomato jam, housemade sausages and soups, the best rotisserie lunch box (those schmaltzy potatoes are incredible), and a small but well-curated selection of wines and artisanal ingredients. My son and I love this place!

Yelp
This place is doooooooope!!! Everything here is delicious, high-quality, fresh, seasonal, sustainable, and affordable! Susannah has a long pedigree of Bay Area gourmet experience and it shines through her cuisine. Highly recommended. Go get your family a rotisserie chicken right now! Do it, before they run out! Go.

Yelp
This review is mostly for their sandwiches. Their sandwiches are great! I know some people may balk at a $14 sandwich, but these sandwiches are definitely worth $14 especially in terms of size and quality! I usually cannot finish it in one sitting and polish it off for dinner. One other nice thing about the sandwiches is that they are premade which is great if you only have a short lunch break. No need to wait for it to be prepared. My personal favorites are the roast beef and chicken salad sandwiches. The chicken salad sandwich is also a favorite of my 8 year old's. I let my kid sample it, thinking he would only take a few bites, but he ended up finishing what was supposed to be my dinner! Also, if you feel like something more indulgent - try the pate. Also delicious! My kid is also a fan. (He likes flavorful food.)
google avatar

Talaya S.

Yelp
I'm giving this a 4 star because I love their kabocha salad. I thought their rotisserie chicken was good, but it's not like I'd choose to pay more for this over a costco chicken for the taste. But to support a small business, it was worth the money and the food is good. I just didn't think the chicken was exceptional. Although their potatoes and their kabocha salad was really exceptional! Will be back!

Yelp
FABULOUS! Love everything!!! Local girls do great! The chicken #1 the sausage AMAZING, the salami, incredible, the salads delicious...

Yelp
Have been following them online and finally made it on a weekday to try some sandwiches and rotisserie chicken - all very fresh and tasty and made with high quality ingredients and care. Definitely will return to try more of their offerings!

Yelp
Yum! Came for the first time to get a quick lunch bite. On today's menu was the Smoked BBQ Beef Sandwich, and it was delicious! Fast service too because the sandwich of the day is being prepared so it is immediately available for take away. Looking forward to returning again soon!

FooDee E.

Yelp
Delicious, high quality food & great service! I tried a bit of everything... Bacon potatoes for the ride home, a delicious chickpea, feta and fresh dill salad, the rotisserie chicken with an amazing herb crusted skin, the moist and flavorful porchetta, the schmaltzy potatoes!! and the shortbread chocolate chip cookies!!! (I started with the cookies) YUM. I thought it was a great value for the quality & quantity served. Picnic appears to be a woman owned small business. So glad I happened upon this place!!

Missy D.

Yelp
I stop by about once a week for a sando which is always big enough for 2 people. The porchetta sandwich is one of the best I've ever had, like died and gone to heaven good. The carrots are outrageous. I'm never disappointed, ever, except when they run out of sandos. Go early, you'll thank yourself.
google avatar

Yelp
the best rotisserie chicken i've ever had! perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and it re-heated well in the oven. we also got their beet pickled eggs, they were phenomenal. we will be back to try all of their weekly sandwiches. 10/10 recommend

Yelp
This cute little shop at the corner of San Pablo and Solano Avenues in Albany CA. has lots of tasty goodies. Everything is takeout. I tried my takeout items four or five times before I decided to write this review. Last week I got a whole chicken, their great potatoes (roasted underneath the roasting chickens....OMG so friggin good) and this time I got the broccolini salad. Previously the chicken I purchased was so dry, I thought I'd never return, but I have to give any business more than one chance. I can't say enough about these potatoes. They could be a meal alone, and believe me, I've made them a meal many times. If you think $6. is a bit much for potatoes, think again. They are worth every cent. My chicken this time was absolutely delicious, moist and not overly seasoned. Even the breast was moist!! When another reviewer compared them to Costco's chickens, I was very upset. Costco's hormone fed, fatty chickens are $5 for a reason (besides buying power) and are way too salty, swimming in fatty juices. You can't compare the two. They make a variety of sausages and charcuterie and there is something for everyone. I haven't tried them yet. They have several tasty salads and use to package them in kraft boxes which made it hard to know what the salad even looked like. I'm glad they changed to the clear, clamshell type containers so you can see the salad before purchasing. The one salad I purchased in the kraft box was excellent, though, and had unusual items like fennel, pepitas, and chopped herbs. The lemon, shallot, caper vinaigrette was outstanding, unlike any dressing I've ever had or made. My only disappointment was the broccoli salad I purchased this week. I love my veggies crunchy, but I couldn't even bite into or chew the broccolini and it probably only need a few seconds more preparation to make them perfectly al dente. There is a thin line between al dente and mushy, but I was let down with this salad. I'm excited to check out the sandwiches, because they sound wonderful, and they change daily. Peruse the menu before you visit, as it changes daily, as well. I'm happy to have a new place to get good food that is well prepared and prepared with care. The service is great each time I pay a visit. Check out Picnic!

Yelp
Great place with delicious high-quality meats and sandwiches. The ladies that run the place are bad ass. Their homemade beef jerky is to die for and those potatoes will leave you drooling for more.

Yelp
So happy we have this in our community. This is a small female owned butter shop and deli. Everything is made with love, and I can't wait to go back. Thank you and bravo!!

ORLA L.

Yelp
So delicious. We ordered for the first time today and it was amazing. The salad came with this dressing that blew out minds. Also a big shout out to the roasted fennel dish!

Ty C.

Yelp
Dang. This place slaps. It's the food I wish I could make at home, but don't have the time or the rotisserie. We got the porchetta slice, half chicken with three sauces, roasted potatoes, potato salad, pickled mushrooms, herb salad...then went back for the pickled egg, lamb sandwich, and a slice of jerky. Basically we got most of their menu that day. Everything was spot on. We tried to pin down exactly what it was that was so special, and one person in our party finally named it: "it's good food with non of the implied guilt that so many restaurants have." You don't serve just a pound of fatty delicious perfectly cooked crispy skinned juicy pork with a side of guilt. Also, we were looking for something that fit with the whole 30 diet and nearly everything was on track. 10/10. Gonna go back for their daily changing menu.

Yelp
Just opened in Albany. We had the kielbasa, mousse, pate and potatoes. All super delicious, nutrient dense food. Locally owned and opened in a lockdown pandemic - props for that. Couple of local ladies doing their sausage and charcuterie. Recommended.

Laura H.

Yelp
I am not a huge fan of chicken, but we had a roast chicken here that was outrageously delicious. It was juicy and flavorful. I think it was the best roast chicken I have eaten ever. The lard chocolate chip cookies here are also amazing. The shop is clean and attractive and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

Boso Z.

Yelp
Very good sandwiches, roast chicken, and many sauces and frozen dishes. Had their Chicken Lunch Box the other day and it was super - delicious roast half-chicken, potatoes, three sauces and green olives. Will be back for more very soon.

Diane C.

Yelp
Very disappointing. Was planning to order a rotisserie chicken, a turkey sandwich and some potatoes but they were out of the sandwiches and potatoes so I got the chicken, potato salad and green salad. The skin on the chicken was well seasoned and the dark meat tasted good but the white meat was quite dry - disappointing for a $23 chicken which was also quite small. The potato salad had vinaigrette dressing, which is fine, except that the herbs in the dressing were overpowering- too much of something. The green salad was $10 for a small side salad that wasn't anything special. Overpriced and not all that good- will not be returning.

Yelp
I was a kickstarter backer and it's such a joy to see this place open and doing well! Their food and pantry goods are just amazing, and they have a little parklet outside with tables and shades. Super nice people, and the menu is always getting changed up with seasonal goods. Right now is early girl tomato season and they have some great sandwiches, desserts, and even jams made from tomatoes!

Yelp
My partner and I have ordered here for 3 weeks straight and the food is consistently wonderful. We've tried most of the side salads, and love how they list every ingredient (we are both GF). The packaged meats + chicken taste farm fresh, and all of the plates are healthy with a new American vibe. Major props for most of the containers being compostable! (Except for chicken container) Also, we love how they are taking COVID precautions seriously! Excellent addition to the Solano Hill neighborhood!

Yelp
The rotisserie chicken is very good. Some desserts I've had such as the pumpkin cream was great. Their savory galettes are very nice, flaky, and buttery. Pound cakes have been great. But other food Is pretty hit and miss. The sandwiches are not always great. Sometimes there's too much condiment on them and the flavor is not subtle. At other times you expect to get a particular sandwich as listed on the website only to find that you got something completely different that you didn't want. It seems important to update all the means of communication with the public, not just one of your social media accounts. I've had potatoes from them as well that were dry and boring. The little various salads they sell are often overloaded with liquids and taste soggy. I've had a wurst sausage sandwich that was really blah. Just really hit and miss. Generally overrated except for a few items.

Yelp
The food here is really delicious. We ordered bread and sides to take on a picnic. Pick up was fast and felt very safe, and everything we got to eat (pate, roasted fennel, sausages, etc.) was VERY good. I look forward to trying more!

Yelp
This place makes the MOST delicious food. Saturday's have become our "winner winner chicken dinner night"! ! I LOVE their chickens (cooked to perfection) and their rotisserie porchetta is just Devine.... crispy skin, moist and tender meat. What really blows me away are their salads ... the herby green one has the most delicious dressing (that I am hoping someday I can buy a bottle of!) and their weekly special salad offerings never disappoint. We usually order a chicken, potatoes, salad, some sausages for later in the week AND some of their yummy take and bake chocolate chip cookies. They also make delicious soups and carry products from local small producers ... like the scrumptious cream puff thingies that are quite mind blowing. My mouth is watering thinking about what's for dinner tonight ! I better stop typing and get there before they sell out!
