We came here on a food tour. This was our first stop and made a great impression on us of Buenos Aires’ pizza scene. The crust was perfect. Somewhere between fluffy and crunchy. And the cheese topping was such a wonderful melange and paired beautifully with the onions. Normally I’m not a huge fan of white pizzas, because they’re overloaded with cheese and end up feeling heavy, but not here! This was a beautiful slice of pizza.
We also had some beef empanadas, which were very good, but I would come back tomorrow for that pizza slice!
