I love love love Pieology. But the service was painfully slow!!! The people in front of us had their pizzas made and paid and the pizzas say there not in the oven while they made our pizza. Then they put all in at the same time. So the people in front of me waited forever. The people behind me had their pizzas with cheese and sauce on them and were waiting for the lady putting our toppings on ours, which took forever. They just walked out! But the pizza is amazing!

Awesomeness The best pizza I ever had hands down. Best pizza in Vegas. Great staff, clean, and can watch the games. 🍻 Beer is a plus. Highly recommended. Must go to.

The employees didn't seem to have a system or much really organized at this location. This was our first and last experience with Pieology. There was very minimal Alfredo sauce put on my pizza and it was dripping with oil when I received it. I wasn't asked if I wanted any sauce on it when it was done and I inquired about some BBQ sauce so the employee finishing them took mine back and squeezed a ridiculous amount of BBQ sauce on my pizza in globs. There was significantly more BBQ sauce than Alfredo and I just am not impressed with the way the entire experience went down. This is the second time we've attempted to eat with this establishment. The first time was in Texas and I won't repeat the nasty things the employee said that made us walk out. Definitely not impressed with Pieology and we will stick to Blaze from now on 👍

My second time here. First time for my hubby. Such delicious pizzas made to order. He got the bacon chicken Alfredo and added olives and mushrooms. Mine had two sauces: tomato and pesto. I had banana peppers, Canadian bacon, regular bacon, mozzarella and feta cheese, basil, olives, and artichoke. It was absolutely delicious. I just hadn't remembered they were big. We both had three slices and took the rest home. 🙃 Highly recommended! The price depends on the crust.. you can then add all you want! Delicious! Will come back soon!

I love going here with my dad and my sister because of the customizations that they allow you to do. Food is great, location is always clean with little to no items around the floor and bathrooms, I love how clean it is. One thing that makes me think twice in going back here is the service, they make me so anxious when ordering because of how irritated or bored they look when assisting us. I went here with my dad and sister last night and I thought the service was a little bit better this time, still have a lot to work on though. I just hope that they are a little friendlier for guests to feel comfortable eating and buying there.

They used to have all toppings be unlimited. Now it's extra if you want more than one kind of cheese. Also bacon is now an online only order? That was weird, that's like the most popular topping. Blaze pizza is down Craig, go there instead.

This place is delicious, always fresh and sophisticated flavors. The top three pizzas in my book are the Margarita, the BBQ Chicken and the ABC which is the Alfredo Bacon Chicken. Best crusts are thin and stuffed. I love the fresh garlic butter and their sauces are excellent. Oh and don't forget a cookie or brownie, you will not be disappointed.Oh yeah, and the service isn't bad either.

So sad this place had to close down. So much better than Blaze. Please come back to Cannery Corner!

There were a total of 6 of us in our group. The two employees were nice, took their time with each order, and everyone had exactly what they wanted. With my gluten allergy she very clearly asked if it was a preference or allergy. She did change her gloves inbetween each order. She also used a freshly cleans pizza spatula, and a designated part of the over for gluten free pizzas. The dinning area was clean as was the restroom. The two minor issues of being out of drink cup lids and vanilla syrup were no big deal.

Dirty Dirty Filthy!! I used to come here all the time because of customer service, choice of ingredients and cleanliness. This place is a disaster now, and in the wake of COVID is not the time to be so lackadaisical. The plexiglass. on the front counter was smeared with drinks rings, fingerprints, and it appeared to be spat on! I told the girl at the counter how it appeared that the place went down. She said yeah we just had a rush! Funny thing is that the place looked that way a week prior, according to my kid

Disgusting. I actually feel bad for this location. Not sure why any management would allow a restaurant to be in this condition. Walking in the place is like 85, every single inch of this place was dirty, the employees were rude, all the toppings needed to be restocked. Place was a mess, Pieology either clean up this place or just close it down. It's bringing the name down.

I put my order in 45 minutes before pick up and when I got there it was nowhere to be found with 25/30 pizzas in front of me. I waited about 30 minutes and asked if it would be done in the next 10 minutes or so. She said I got one sitting right here the other one I don't know where it's at OK cool so one sitting here getting cold and the other ones nowhere to be found so I asked for a refund she said yeah you can call. Terrible service. First and last time customer I will never be back. Edit/add on. I call today ( the next day ) to get a refund for the money I paid for food I never got and the girl who answered the phone tell me conveniently all the managers are on vacation till December 9 so they can't do anything about it until then. That's utterly fucking ridiculous..

Depending on who's the pizza hits different ( Taste different ) I think one of the managers I believe his name is Damien, he's the best I give him five stars alone. I don't eat meat, so I think it's cool that they have a vegetarian pizza cutter but if you don't ask, I'm not sure if they use it or not but definitely ask. I hate when people cut my pizza with the same cutter as the meat pizzas.

Terrible customer service. Came in at 8:45. Online says they close at 9:30, door says 10. We wait 15 mins. While one guy is left to make 5 pizzas and the other (very rude) guy is going around trying to clean the store-before 9. When it is time to pay the guy that was cleaning comes to check us out and says, oh and this has to be "to-go" because we're closing. I said, you saw us standing there this whole time while you left your coworker to make all the pizzas alone and didn't think you should let us know that we had to take our food elsewhere? I said, it isn't even 9:05, what time do you close? He says, 9:30. I said that's more than enough time for us to eat our $70 pizza there. We were celebrating the last day of school and that was the kids' request. I have never left no tip and a one star review but I guess there's a first for everything. The pizza maker did a great job and was very pleasant! Sorry he has an awful co-worker.

The employees were very helpful and accommodating for my daughter. She has to eat gluten free pizza and they took the time to explain the process.

For just $11.49 (as of this review 07/29/23) you get a customized personal pizza of your choice. Jacob K, young African-American gentleman made my pizza for me. Jacob is friendly, he takes his time with your order, so you get that special pizza made the way you want it! I've had him a few times and he really did a great job today! As you can see in the picture! I love the option of having them drizzle pesto after the pizza is done... no charge! The place has a high ceiling giving that feeling of open spaces. On the Braddah scale, I give them 5 Shaka signs... Come by and ask for Jacob K! And let him take care of you and your pizza, your tummy will love you for it!

Website down so couldn't place order online. Had to go to store. Door handle broken...cut my finger. Got up to counter....no one there. Girl finally came out. I asked her how many people a pizza served. She said "Well right now...the pizza stretching machine is broken....so it will be a little smaller because I have to stretch it by hand." THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!

My daughters favorite pizza EVER! This is the only place we like to order our pizza from. The pizza is always made to order and toppings are fresh. Customer service is great!

First if you have a chip on your shoulder about something at work or in life you just shouldn't be working the front end. Used to like this place a lot and it's been a while so since my last bad experience here so I was passing and figured give it another tryget a bite before home. Inside looks the same still clean and inviting but the customer service went down hill. I asked the dude to spread the sauce across the pizza and he just randomly squeezed bottled head and there and that was it. I had to keep repeating my topping and still got them wrong and just put a few toppings on one side and left the other parts empty. I could see if you had a line and you were rushing but it was a hour before closing and there was only 3 of us in line. I'm definitely staying away from this location from now on.

I'm not sure why this Pieology has gone downhill so fast in the past few months. I came in on Friday evening I usually order a build your own pie. I've never had a problem with topping but this time around they wanted to charge me for extra pepperoni when they barely even added any pepperoni to begin with. I was always under the impression that I could add whatever toppings I wanted. This is not okay when you're already paying over $15 for a personal size pizza. Seems like corporate needs to come check this store.

Oh my gosh. I LOVE pieology. They are the best "build-your-own" pizza place ever! Their cauliflower crust as well. I feel like they are the only one that you can really put anything you want on your pizza. It's just delicious!

The service was so bad here we literally left before we got our pizzas. They gave us soooo little portion that when we asked for extra cheese the girl said it's gonna be an $1 extra. There was barely any cheese on it in the first place. And they were so behind even other people were upset so I know it wasn't just us. Before there used to be a man I'm not sure if he was a manager and he was so quick and made the pizzas so good and portioned it very well! Will be going back if I see him but if not than I don't think we would go. We were very disappointed with our experience today

Horrible customer service. Rude and acted inconvenienced when making our order and we were the only ones in there. Pizza was a mess and burnt. Military discount was offered but wasn't applied to our meal either which isn't as big of an issue as the poor service we received. Won't be returning and wish I had read reviews beforehand.

The pies here are awesome! They have a paper thin to pan crust that's thick like home made biscuits. There two others in between, or a cauliflower one. Now...... drum roll....... LOW CARB! The guy taking orders didn't know they had them, so ask for the manager if needed. The pizzas have unlimited toppings, within cooking limits, and the Barbeque Chicken is to die for! The oven is a fire you can watch, my grandson loves it. ITs always clean, the service is ALWAYS speedy, if not always super friendly. They aren't unfriendly, it's just I'm used to service that depends on their mood. Still, they get the food out, and I've never been rude to. Doesn't stop me from loving it here. They have the drink machine of 1000 drinks! You can't beat adding raspberry to everything. Tables, TVs, cleaned frequently, but we get ours to go. Parking lots big and well lit. Lots of food choices for others.

Great Pizza , Diy Pizza with good selection of ingredients. The only thing is, you have to eat it right away as it comes out the oven, if you let it cool down or do take out,the Bread becomes Stale.

Great service, food comes out good most of the time. Sometimes a little burnt but still taste good. I'll recommend ordering ahead so you don't have to wait since there can be long lines at time

Do not go to this Pielogy. The manager is rude -- maybe racist. I entered from the wrong door (on October 29 at 3:08 PM); only for that he kicked me out of the restaurant. I was wearing a mask (a good mask). The manager wanted me to go out of the restaurant and enter from the second door, when I was only 5 steps away from the ordering guy. I told the manager that it would humiliating if makes go out and enter from another door when I'm only a few steps from the ordering guy. But, he told me to leave the restaurant and he wouldn't serve me. I have never seen unprofessional treatment of a customer. I hope the corporate reads the text and takes disciplinary action. In the mean time, I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

I really like Pieology! Their toppings are always fresh and the fact that you can get anything on your pizza for a set price is fantastic...there are a few upcharges though. The only detractor for me is their lack of Kalamata olives, something they used to have on the list of items but no longer. That, however, does not stop me returning! Their staff is great! They are always helpful and pleasant. The location I normally visit is not a large facility but it is large enough to accommodate several diners. It is always clean and inviting.

The food here is amazing, the staff I was joking and having fun with everybody I love coming here for lunch

Served a burned pizza with a hole in it because they said it was stuck in the oven. Instead of making a new one!!!!

Came here on a Sunday a little after 1 pm. It was pretty busy and they only had two employees working. I understand though, a lot of places are short staffed. Anyways, my son and I enjoyed our pizzas. I see a lot of negative reviews about the customer service. I guess I came on a good day because the two ladies who were working were very nice and friendly. Fair prices and decent selection of toppings.

I've had Pieology on Guam and Las Vegas. I really appreciate the customization of every meal. I do think I ate at this location during busy hours. The store was a little messy.

I love Pieoloy and I'm from Hawaii, I came here to pick up an order for a friend. So I just felt the need to say something to help with customer service here. Greet customers when they walk up to place an order. (We were ignored when we walked in) Be more friendly, willing to help and approachable (Server looked tired like she didn't want to work tonight) Be courteous to customers time frame, it's a fast food chain the order was only supposed to take 15mins and time for pick up was supposed to be 832pm we didn't get our order until 931pm If you're going to apologize for the delay and you were at fault for burning all 3 pizzas, be a little more sensitive when you let me know of the situation. I'm an understanding person, if the staff doesn't want to work the shift, I'd rather you call in sick and just don't show up to work versus coming in to work with a crappy attitude. I still love pieology and will support it, I just hope something gets done with customer service here. Thanks.

Service was good. Place was clean and in a good location. Pizza was just okay. The gluten free crust was pretty good, but the sauce was underwhelming. Toppings weren't cooked through enough. Prices were fair. Overall, not bad for a lunch, but nothing to rave about.

The crust was too hard and chipped my tooth. Hardly any sauce and cheese was used. The service was quick but it's like a chipotle line. There was no ambiance that I remember.

Food is always so good and service is always amazing. Favorite place to come eat. Xxxx

Sure glad I came back to Pielogy. Not by choice but because we wanted to support Somerset Losee's fundraising efforts and to spend time with my kiddo's taekwondo instructors at Victory Martial Arts Deer Springs which just happened to be on the same night. I have to say I am impressed. The place was PACKED on a Friday night but the staff never missed a beat. I am particularly amazed by how they don't ask for your name but come to deliver your pizzas right at your table. With that huge crowd, I probably have trouble recognizing my own face...haha! Surprisingly, cardboard crust is gone....yeeeah! My pizza was sooooo good, i couldn't believe it was from the same restaurant. I had herb butter, red sauce, a bunch of veggies and meats, shaved Parmesan and a sprinkling of basil in mine....num num num. The churro pizza was still a crowd pleaser. Everyone loved their pizzas of choice . Great night all around. We will be back!

I love the pizza here but the staff in this location seems to have poor customer service. I ordered a pizza online with daiya cheese to take to my sons pizza party at school since he's allergic to dairy. When I opened it I saw they forgot to add cheese only the sauce so I called and asked if there was anything they could do about it and a girl replied "well I wasn't the one who made the pizza" I told her it was a guy who handed it to me and she said "well the pizza isn't here soo" . I would atleast expect an apology? But the way they responded was sort of rude.

This is one of the best vegan pizzas out there and I've tried all kinds. Legit delicious and tastes like OG pizza. The service is here extremely quick, about as fast as you could possibly make a pizza. The staff was very friendly, specifically Zevonte. When I ordered the vegan meat for my pizza he informed me that the crust I had chosen was only vegetarian, not vegan. I had already known that as I was going for a dairy free vegetarian pizza, buttt I very much appreciated that fact that he wanted to let me know that what I chose wasn't vegan because he thought that's what I was going for. 5/5 I'm boutta be coming here a lot.

I'm a simple guy and being as such I have simple rules when it comes to my food. 1) Burgers are King 2) Tacos are Life 3) Pizza is perfection. (Don't mess with perfection) Simple right? Not hard to follow... These are my food groups and I especially live by number 3. I mean pizza is just the perfect food. It can encompass just about any combination of topping and be amazing as long as it's foundation is preserved and by foundation I mean crust and sauce. I realize that there are many forms of crust and sauce but the general base is that of dough and tomato sauce. The very staple that brings this perfect dish together. So when a coworker tells me that Pieology has a crust made out of cauliflower I think I began to twitch. Now I've heard of the crust before, I don't think anyone hasn't but I've never had the nerve to try it. I mean we're messing with perfection here! In my quest to start eating healthier I was afraid to tarnish one of my favorite dishes with such an outlandish idea of a vegetable crust. They're supposed to be a topping dammit! Not the base ...ugh Wait a minute... Umm this is pretty good. Actually it's downright delicious. Honestly had my coworker not reminded me that I was eating a cauliflower crust I had completely forgotten. That in itself says a lot. I ordered my usual pepperoni, and jalapeno pizza accompanied by spicy Italian sausage, salami, bell peppers, mushrooms and black olives. Yes yes yes it was a mountain, a cornucopia of flavor. Of course there was ranch, always ranch. Ranch is my binder, the one thing that makes a perfect dish even more perfecter lol. Wait is that a word? Probably not but it fits in my pizza paradise. One of my favorite parts about Pieology is their assembly, it's done in front of you as you order. Not a new concept I know but still fun. The restaurant had a cool vibe and the staff was friendly and helpful. My pizza? Absolutely perfect. They pulled it off. So good I was back a couple days later with my oldest son Alex who ordered the wheat crust. It must have been delicious because all I saw was a blur and it was gone. Fun and food. My guys love pizza ... they could eat it daily if I'd let them. They love pieology because they get what they want and still have leftovers. It's a quick grab and go place. Clean inside. But help doesn't want to be bothered and isn't friendly. I do not like a burnt pizza. I request please do not burn...and everytime it's burnt. No more chances for me.

The young girl that made our pizzas was rude and wasn't polite. She told us she would charge us for a condiment that was free. The menu even stated the condiment was free. The guy was polite but she was unpleasant. Overall the pizza is good.

I've ordered ther twice both times my order were over a half hour late keep in mind I'm only 4 blocks away I wish this place would not use door dash I also got charged and extra 40 dollars on my credit card for an order I didn't order this place is not managed right
