24 Secret Restaurants and Speakeasies in Las Vegas

"Luchini, from the group behind Beauty & Essex and Marquee serves Italian classics like pesto rigatoni and seafood fra diavolo. The adjoining pizza parlor slings slices and whole pies. Tucked inside is Chez Bippy, a dark and moody lounge mixing up signature cocktails and well-suited to post-dinner drinks." - Janna Karel

Hands down the best pizza in the US I have had so far..

Looking for just a quick bite that still hits the yum? Want to find pizza right off the Vegas Monorail? Don’t want a huge meal? This is the place for you! Pielogy is a pare back version of Mod Pizza if you’re familiar with that. This location did an amazing job whipping up fresh, on the spot custom pizzas very quickly. The staff was very pleasant and the taste and variety was wonderful! I love to find hacks for my purposes and this place helped me get close to finding a smaller serving at a cheaper price. I got eh kids pizza (they didn’t mind at all) for $8.99 for a one topping, but I upgraded it to get all the veggies I wanted! This cost a total of $10.99–a virtual screamin’ deal on the Vegas Strip for those who know!! I then bought a bottle of soda and they gave me a free small cup which I filled with ice and enjoyed for hours sipping on! I sat at the small bar watching the cooking and wood-fire baking and serving—it was fun! Kids would love this! Then I just hopped out and hit back onto the Monorail to get back to the Convention Center within a few minutes! Next time I’ll try the Reese peanut butter cookie!

Google
Great location in the Underground of MGM Grand. Beautiful hotel. Delicious food. Get to watch your pizza 🍕 get cooked with all your favorite toppings. Staff was friendly..service was quick. 💯% recommend

Google
The pizza was great. The wait time was super long, and the app wasn't working so the freebie they offered never worked 🙄. *side note they did have a Verteran discount 20%* Like I mentioned the pizza when we got it was really really good, like go crazy on the toppings and I recommend the ricotta as a cheese...mmm melts in all good. The staff was nice but the manager had kind of an attitude and they were definitely short staffed. If you have 30 to 45 minutes to wait, go for it. Better price for 2 "mediums" then either other pizza joints in the MGM $51 and $48 respectively. 2 pizzas - PieRise with tip 33ish dollars, and for 2 people we honestly could have gotten just one of those at about 17 bucks

I'll preffice by saying that the gentleman helping me today was super nice. Good customer service at a face level. Unfortunately I left here today super unsatisfied for two reasons. The app wouldn't let me order due to not recognizing my zip/postal code. I decided to walk in person and after the gentleman started making my pizza he realized they don't have any Diaya cheese. An absolutely deal breaker imo. Advertising a specialty ingredient to entice customers to buy from you and not form someone else, and then not actually having said ingredient to serve your customers is some unnerving false advertising type BS. Super disappointed. I bypassed 40-50 different food spots to make it there only to be extremely disappointed. I hope management sees this and understands the absolute need for inventory control in a high volume location like this... especially during dinner rush. Again, nothing against the gentleman working- Super nice and apologetic but the circumstance left a bad, bad taste in my mouth.

Google
Favorite Pizza Place in Vegas so far . Rare to find a spot that does a Alfredo pizza back home . It did not disappoint.

Google
There was only 1 person working the counter we ordered and was asked to stand to the side while they make it , we ordered a kids pepperoni and was charged a build your own for the worst pepperoni pizza ever with very little pepperoni , my Bbq pizza was horrible sauce was not spread to the whole pizza so ends of the crust was just empty and was missing the sausage that was ordered. Very disappointed considering it's inside the MGM, would not recommend

Google
Let's start by saying, this place is located in "the underground" which isn't well marked when you're at the front desk. You will see a sign and a curious set of stairs that don't look like they leed anywhere in particular.... go down those. As for the food it's really good, filling, and fair priced. I was seeing 1 topping slices elsewhere for 8 bucks a pop. You can just get a whole 11" pie for 14ish here. No disappointments with the quality. My only suggestion would be to lower the price of the different crusts.

Yelp
LOVE THIS PLACE!! 36.00 for two pizzas with 5 toppings each Way cheaper than Ronnie Rockets (wink wink) which was 40.00 for a single burger, fries and milkshake. Great pizza Great staff
google avatar

Zac C.

Yelp
James and Micheal were amazing. Great customer service from them both. I even saw James take time to help give directions to an older couple. Good dudes here.
google avatar

Yash T.

Yelp
TLDR : Great option for a quick pick up for your pre party setup Good options and service is good to get you customized pizzas to your taste. No as quick as a regular pizza slice as they make it as you ask them to customize per your choice. The pizzas and garlic bread was amazing, the calzone was not the best!
google avatar

Van V.

Yelp
Very yummy pizza! The toppings all look fresh and the stations look very clean. It is more on the pricey side, but that's unavoidable on the strip. Service was great! They were so friendly and funny. They're open pretty late so it's a good snack for after drinking haha.

Yelp
We wanted to grab a quick lunch before heading out to the airport and Pieology was perfect. The restaurant is located in the basement of the MGM Grand. To find it, you can follow signs for Uber/rideshare pick up from the lobby area by going down the escalator in the corner and you'll walk right by it. We stopped by Thirdsay afternoon around 11:30 and it was empty. There's plenty of seating. My friend and I shared a custom pizza half half for $14.85. Neither of us were super hungry, so it worked out to be the perfect amount of food. The pizza was delicious too, with the various toppings we chose plus the combined pizza sauce + pesto. I've had Pieology many times in other locations and always enjoyed my meal. This location in the MGM Grand wasn't an exception!
google avatar

Karen B.

Yelp
On a positive note, we were able to place and receive our orders quickly and the restaurant was clean with ample seating. The pizzas were okay. They were a decent size. Leftovers didn't taste great. They have a nice selection. So, you have variety if you choose to eat here numerous times during your MGM stay. The garlic bread was disgusting. The crust was burnt and the top was raw. It's nice to eat here to get away from the bigger crowds in the food court. It's worth a try and prices aren't horrible.
google avatar

Tiffanie K.

Yelp
Food and services were exceptional!! They were very nice holding our pizza while we when to check in our hotel. We came back to pick it up and the pizza was keep warm for us.
google avatar

Patrick F.

Yelp
Good if you want to get a quick bite and not pay supper high prices. Pizza is average so don't expect anything more.
google avatar

Angelica L.

Yelp
Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in) We were hungry after Hakkasan Night Club and stumbled upon Pieology on our way out so we decided to order 2 custom pizzas here ($14.85 each). The staff was really nice even though it was near closing time. They didn't rush us even when they were stacking chairs. The pizza was really good too and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend stopping by here for any late night munchies :)
google avatar

Stephen D.

Yelp
We also stopped by Pieology at the MGM Grand for another quick lunch. Their combo pizza was just what we needed and really hit the spot!
google avatar

Jackeline F.

Yelp
So grateful Pieology is in the MGM where we stayed for a few days. It is located to the right of the main entrance, towards the Uber/Lyft waiting area. You can't miss it. The aromas are amazing. I love the customizable menu. Then watch them build your pizza, like at Subway sandwich shops. But better!! There is a big, HOT firey oven and fresh ingredients. We ordered bbq chicken pizza and a half pep and half veggies!! Both delicious! The service was quick, show and a pizza watching the process!! The place is nicely sized with plenty of seating.
google avatar

Monica B.

Yelp
The wait was a bit long but the pizza was amazing! I do recommend if you're staying at this hotel and craving pizza. Small eating area but okay for small/ medium party.
google avatar

Deanne R.

Yelp
Came in today for lunch, no lines yay.... Our food was yummy no complaints. If you would like ranch it's 1.25 extra fyi.
google avatar

Nancy F.

Yelp
The best thing about this place is its location! It's in the underground and not far off from entering from the parking garage or monorail. It is great place to stop if waiting to check in and have luggage. Pizza is decent, build your own. We bought a pepperoni pizza and a drink for around $22 and split it. Quick bite place. Nice and cool here too.
google avatar

Sadig A.

Yelp
Pieology, nestled in the underground level of the MGM Grand, delivers a delightful experience for pizza lovers seeking a customizable dining adventure. The quick and kind service ensures a seamless ordering process, allowing patrons to craft their perfect pie with ease. Each bite of their expertly crafted pizzas bursts with flavor, thanks to fresh ingredients and creative combinations. The extra crispiness of the Cauliflower crust I selected surpasses that of a traditional crust so keep that in mind if you desire a softer option. Whether craving a classic cheese pizza or daring to explore unique toppings, Pieology offers a satisfying solution for a quick and delicious bite, making it a go-to destination for pizza aficionados in Las Vegas.

Yelp
If you like dough, the upcharge for the hand-stretched pierise is worth it. I tried it with hard herb butter on the crust (request it if you like garlic). It is a reasonable price for a personal pizza, I could barely eat half. Service was quick and seeing the pizza bake in the brick oven was so cool. Ambiance is casual.
google avatar

Yelp
We come back from a long day (week) of SEMA and was looking for someplace near our hotel (Signature) to have some pizza and beer. No matter how I search for the menu to see whats available and to get a rough price we get the images below. The duo deal for $14.99 sounded great for what we wanted. So we traipsed the 1 mile walk from our rooms through the maze to finally arrive at the location. We then spent 20 min in line (mind you there was only 3 ahead of us and 2 sitting)and ask the young kid taking orders who was so clueless to his job he could barely answer the simplest of questions. He then asked some lady who I can only surmise was his supervisor who was also just as dimwitted about menu we were working from. We would have spent a reasonable amount including at least 2 each of your overpriced beers. But instead we just left without ordering anything and went back to the rooms. Some suggestions : 1. Fix your menu links and content. Its not all that hard. 2. Train your staff to be less dim witted. 3. Empower your staff to solve problems and think outside the box.
google avatar

Dorothy D.

Yelp
The service here was horrible. I can't review the food because they wouldn't let us buy a full pizza pie which is what our group wanted. It "looked" good! The fact that the workers think outside of the box and sell us an entire pizza pie is why the service stinks. They said, "We don't do that." Why not multiply the price of one slice by the number of sliced and sell us the entire pie? It didn't make sense. The ambiance here is a lively food court which we frequent a lot and now go to the other options there, avoiding this pizza place.
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
Pieology was a bit difficult to find as all the maps showed it in MGM ; but it is not on the main floor but on the basement towards the Uber pickup garage. The place is a quick 'make your own pizza' bar with a lot of crust options, however I feel like the extra $4 dollars to change crusts to gluten free is excessive. I went with the Buffalo chicken pizza and it came out super tiny and with just tiny portions of toppings. It was overall okay but nothing special in terms of flavor or quality.
google avatar

Ericka B.

Yelp
I'm In love. That's it that's the review!!! I love the concept here of creating the exact pizza you want down to the crust. Super fresh crust, customized to your liking. The toppings seemed very fresh as well. The price for the pizza was extremely reasonable. Especially since it was Las Vegas on the strip. The cost for the drink though??? $4 for a lemonade seems a bit much .. Otherwise I absolutely loved my experience here. Great job team
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing high quality and affordable pizza at Pieology. This is our favorite pizza spot in Vegas due to the freshness alone. It is a huge bonus they are also reasonably price. Deals can sometimes be found on the app. I got $5 off 25 just for ordering it. The first time I visited was a few trips ago and my spouse and I split a sausage and pineapple. It was amazing. This trip we have been twice so far - once for a snack of cheese bread which is easily shareable to tide 2 people over. Tonight we are using the coupon to order a feast of more cheesy garlic bread (totally impressed with this item.) It is just as tasty and filling as a cheese pizza minus the sauce. It was a perfect option for our party - one of which prefers light sauce. It was served with a side of marinara. Today we also got 2 cookies and a sausage pizza with the $5 off $25 and tax it was $22 after my coupon. What a deal. Mouthwatering good. skip Puck and head stratight here if you are at mg
google avatar

Mlu D.

Yelp
Jeezzz pizza was great you choose what you want and they will make it which makes it fresh and hot. The place is neat and awesome and friendly staff. They are located at underground of mgm.
google avatar

Ed W.

Yelp
Our pie was good. Our Directions were followed precisely! Toppings were fresh! We took this pie to our room, so that we could imbibe in affordable store purchased beer! The ambiance is nice, plenty of seating however it has food court vibe!

Stephanie V.

Yelp
Slowest service. In line for an hour because they served the online orders first. Been here twice and happened both times. A year apart. Never again! Not very clean either.
google avatar

Stoney P.

Yelp
Again Pieology has done it again!!! I got my pizza with super extra mushrooms, bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon and lots of pesto sauce as I live for pesto! The staff are amazing and give you all the toppings you can handle! They are always clean never seen anything dirty or out of place and the lighting is bright! This Pieology is a must as we are fans of the MGM Grand and we really don't leave the hotel once we get there.
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
While many hotel and casinos on the strip offer vegan options, MGM Grand definitely lacks in that department. After a family gathering at Wolfgang, where the only thing I could consume was drinks, I was ecstatic to learn there was a Pieology downstairs. It was a little difficult to find, but once I arrived I walked to the counter where I was informed by the employee that they were "about to call me" to let me know they were out of vegan cheese. By that point in the evening, I hadn't had food in hours and I was just happy to have some form of substance - but it got worse. Not only was there no cheese, but they also forgot the sauce on my pizza!!! It was just crust, olives, and artichokes. The workers offered to remake it, but I was so hungry that I opted for marinara on the side. At that point, the pizza was basically vegetables on cardboard topped with cold marinara sauce. I often stay at MGM, so I will most likely return to this location in the future. Hopefully I will be able to update my review with a more positive experience!
google avatar

Leilani S.

Yelp
Pieology is downstairs underground by Fat Tuesday Workers are nice, but service is slow. Got a build your own and I got a decent about of toppings on there but everything just tasted so bland. Like the onions had no flavor the veggies and everything just had light flavor. When they hand you the pizza if you're eating there they hand it to you on a metal plate and it's burning hot! Not sure why they have it on the metal plate, but beware when you grab your food A side of ranch is extra but a drizzle of ranch on top isn't?? Doesn't make sense to me. The have a soda machine and it's self serve but you can also just ask for a cup of water for free There's a decent amount of seating there but the tables aren't wiped down or cleaned that often, or maybe because I came a night?
google avatar

Lily F.

Yelp
Business is located in MGM Grand Hotel which is the street level where Uber is. Order was chicken wings and salad. Chicken wings were crispy. I'm sad that the location in Hawaii doesn't have chicken wings.
google avatar

Ted K.

Yelp
Pieology is located in the garage floor of MGM grand, not the main floor. It's a walk up pizza place similar to mod pizza. I had the gluten free buffalo pizza which tasted alright but my issue with this place is the cost. The pizza itself is about $15 which is already a lot for the size, but they also add $4 for gluten free or cauliflower crust which is pretty absurd. The crust is paper thin so there's really no reason to have to pay an extra $4 for it, feels like a rip off. Unfortunately there are very few gluten free options in mgm grand so there's not much choice.
google avatar

Lanre M.

Yelp
This restaurant is pretty similar to mods pizza and blaze pizza food chains but what sets them apart from those companies is they have a cauliflower crust, and boy, let me tell you, that is a game changer for health reasons and dining experience. Besides that, I ordered the veggie pesto on cauliflower pizza with no cheese, which tasted amazing.

Cassie C.

Yelp
Charged extra for no reason only got two toppings and they DO NOT have ranch??? Makes no sense! Will not come here again
google avatar

Laura F.

Yelp
According to the casino map it is located in the underground. If you are not familiar with the casino/hotel it's hard to find and there are not very many signs to direct you to the underground. Head for the parking garage and you'll find it. It's worth the effort. Pizzas are made to individual specifications and they have a wide variety of sauces and toppings. Staff was extremely friendly and eating area is kept very clean. You can eat in or take out. Give them a try, yummmmm

Yelp
Dropped by this Pieology Pizzeria in February 2020 before Covid became a worldwide pandemic. Normally, I would visit a chain restaurant in Las Vegas which would also have a branch in my hometown. Made an exception for this place because my wife and I were too lazy to go out. We were staying at MGM Grand where this specific branch is conveniently located. There was no line when I dropped in. Told them what I wanted and they completed my customized pizza creation. Prices are higher than other Pieology locations, but that is to be expected. Rent has got to be expensive inside this hotel resort. In less than 15 minutes, my pizza was ready. Took it upstairs to our room, and we both enjoyed every single bite. They were generous with the toppings, and all the ingredients tasted fresh and yummy. Thanks for the good service and delicious pizza!
google avatar

Michele G.

Yelp
Really disappointing. The pie was not cooked all of the way. The cheese was not melted. I won't be going back there.
google avatar

Courtney L.

Yelp
Super convenient if you're staying at the MGM Grand and want a quick bite to eat without having to leave the building! Located in "The Underground" (basically the hallway of little eateries and shops connecting the parking garage to the lobby), Pieology serves custom, made-to-order pizzas. A custom pizza with the basic thin artisan crust will cost you around $14 including tax, and that includes unlimited toppings. You can pay more to get different crusts (thick, deep dish, cauliflower, etc). We ate here 3 times during our trip, and the food and service were always great. One of the team members, Cory, was exceptionally friendly and put in extra effort to make our pizza a true masterpiece! Other notes: - COVID precautions: they have several tables blocked off and distanced, but I never saw anyone clean them in between parties seating themselves. The fountain drink station is closed off to guests. - You can't charge back to your room, as their system is down and not sure when they plan on fixing that.

Yelp
Pizza was great! Especially after a pool party with Steve aoki at wet republic this pizza was delicious covered with pesto baked fresh and it brought me and my wife back to life be prepared this place allways has a line
google avatar

Julie L.

Yelp
Located near the parking garage, it's a great location for a quick bite if you're staying at MGM. The kids wanted pizza and the thin sad looking slices at Bonanno were $8 a slice. I took the kids to the room & my husband went and got the pizza. It was still piping hot and delicious when he arrived. He opted for the $2 extra thick crust so it came close to $15. Thank you Pieology for saving these tired kids! :)
google avatar

Luke Y.

Yelp
Pieology you brunt my pizza so bad i had to throw it out! How can you not noticed was so burnt!!! 1st time at Pieology; my kids has been going to the ones near home so after a long night at the Vegas strip we went back to our hotel and found Pieology; should of never went here what a waste of around $35 for 2 Pizzas! It look so good on the top of the pizza but once flipped you wouldn't dare eat it! I guess I'll never go to any other Pieology from this experience. Its after 1am and we have nothing to eat, what a waste!
google avatar

Steff A.

Yelp
This Pieology located in the MGM has fast, friendly service and tasty pizzas. After years of visits, it's time to give some props. Pieology does the pizza version of chipotle assembly line model of building your own pizza from beginning to end. You pick your crust, cheeses and toppings so your pizza is uniquely yours. What's great is you instruct them on how much you want, freedom of choice is alive and well here. Your freedom pizza is delivered to your table after it comes out hot and fresh from the oven. My favorite crust is the old school Artisan crust. My last pizza here was topped with mozzarella, jalapenos, and sausage. All the ingredients were fresh and I've always had quality pizzas from this Pieology location. Back in the party days, I'd swing by here to get some food in the system before going hard at Hakkasan. Lately, it's just been visits to catch up with old friends and Pieology continues to deliver fast quality pizzas with a very friendly staff. Enjoy!
google avatar

Dee K.

Yelp
First time ever visiting a Pieology, I thought it would be like MOD Pizza. There are some similarities but the differences make it worth the visit. There aren't as many toppings at Pieology as there are at MOD. The crust is the clear differentiator. I chose the garlic crust and it was so good. Pieology is located downstairs in the District, which you can find off the main lobby. If you're tired of the high-end and expensive restaurants and want an affordable, fresh & hot pie, check out Pieology.
google avatar

Joyce W.

Yelp
Pieology: A mastery-level course of fitting this pizza in my mouth! Except I didn't get pizza at Pieology because why the heck would I go all the way to Las Vegas to get something I can grab in Phoenix? Clearly I came for the Micheladas --- which we don't have in the Phoenix's locations! So I was at the stall next to Pieology, getting my adult slurpee at Fat Tuesdays, when I noticed they were advertising Micheladas. $3 for the cup with the mix and $5 for the beer! For $8, you get your choice of beer, a packet of Tajin/Lucas-looking thing, and a Tamarindo straw. Get the ice from the soda machine, dump it all in the cup, and mix it up yourself. I didn't realize it didn't come with tomato juice so it wasn't like a real Michelada. Boo! :( Oh well. Booze is booze so just drink it! Cheers! But I think I'll pass on their Micheladas next time and get more shots for my adult slurpee because $8 could get you eight more shots at Fat Tuesdays! ;D
google avatar

Yvonne B.

Yelp
The team at MGM is the best! Always fun and helpful. Yummy pizza, definitely miss the wings. Side note: The new dough stretching machine is lame, wastes time, and the pizza seems smaller.
google avatar

Patrick M.

Yelp
Good pizza for the right time. In the underground MGM Grand. Next to Fat Tuesdays which is even better.
google avatar

Carla M.

Yelp
Best PIZZA! We came here one other time just to try it during a work thing at MGM. I almost finished the whole pie before I walked to my car.. true story! We came back and ordered 5 pies! The cauliflower crust is to die for! DO NOT MISS OUT ON PIEOLOGY!
google avatar

Thomas M.

Yelp
We went after a big rush. The employees had been slammed but in good spirits still. Great place to eat at while staying at MGM.
google avatar

Arnel D.

Yelp
Came in just before close for dessert and was welcomed by Wesley. He was courteous, friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the excellent service! The place was clean and smelled delicious but we were only here for a brownie and cookie... Next time around, I'll be sure to grab a yummy pizza and salad.
google avatar

Elle L.

Yelp
Fresh food Quick Pizza that's good for you Wings and drinks too Tv's Clean Kid friendly Protein pizza And so much more. This place is great!! I can't really say anything more, but come.
google avatar

Cathy R.

Yelp
I want to give this place a higher rating, but sadly I can not. I expect lines in Vegas but the service here is very slow. Everyone behind the counter making the pizzas don't care about the line or trying to get them made quickly. None of the employees were smiling or friendly. I am giving them 3 stars instead of 2 because they have lots of plant based options, including a cauliflower crust and beyond meat options. However, since I was only ordering veggies, they could have added more to at least cover the crust but they did not.
google avatar

Don C.

Yelp
Great service and the food was amazing!!! Gave me all the topping I asked for!!! Love the drink fountain!!!
