‘A Quiet Place’ Turns Eating Into a Suspenseful Act | Eater

"A retailer associated with rustic, eclectic home décor—noted for items like burlap tablecloths and colorful placemats that create a hip-but-wholesome, vintage-inspired dining aesthetic." - Leigh Kunkel

Extremely disappointed in Pier 1 Imports for closing its regional stores. The key aspect of shopping Pier 1 Imports is the ability to browse their showrooms, view products in person and being able to compare them for an overall impression of how things would look, together. The ambiance created a mood for seasonal and holiday shopping. Visiting a website is not the same thing. With this taken away, Pier 1 which was always pricey is now eclipsed by other brands. And, simple items such as home fragrances are completely gone and irreplaceable.

Nice staff. Always very helpful. Excellent inventory merchandised to sell. Love going there. If I had more room in my hometo put their items in I'd buy more. Just did.

Not as friendly as the Pier 1 in my neighborhood (Freeport) who always say hi and ask if I need help unfortunately this location never does. I only visit when I go to Barnes and Noble next door because I love P1's goods.

I find every pier 1 in each town. My favorite store besides B. B & Beyond Always great accent pieces along with different inventory.

I asked an employee a question and after parading me around the store realizing she was unable to answer my question, she walked away real fast and proceeded to avoid making eye contact with me for the rest of my time in the store.
