The best secret restaurants and bars Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"The speakeasy here isn’t quite so secret. But if you’re dropping by the circus tent in front of Caesars Palace to catch a showing of Absinthe, there’s a fair chance you’ll miss it. Snake through a row of hedges to the side of the Absinthe tent to find the outdoor seating area that leads into a cozy wood-paneled bar. The drinks here skew sophisticated, with suggestive names but classic flavors. While you’re at it, order a surprisingly great burger from No Pants." - Janna Karel

Absinthe on the Las Vegas Strip Opens a Speakeasy and a Really Good Burger - Eater Vegas

"The Pier 17 Yacht Club is a new cozy speakeasy bar as part of the Absinthe experience. Accessed through a row of hedges beside the Absinthe tent, it offers sophisticated drinks with suggestive names and classic flavors. The bar is inspired by Pier 17 in New York, where the first Absinthe show took place, and features old photos and souvenirs. Visitors can also order food from the No Pants menu." - Janna Karel

I stopped by after visiting a few other speakeasies. It’s a fun Pier 17, New York City-inspired bar that evokes the vibe of a yacht club. I really enjoyed the password as well.

Such a fun vibe and we loved using the secret entrance to Absinthe! We had a cocktail in the Green Fairy Garden first and met a staff named Daavid who was absolutely phenomenal! He is a huge asset to your experience. He magically appeared if we needed help taking photos and made fantastic recommendations. Kudos!

Moderately nice atmosphere and nice escape from the hustle of strip. But 20$ a beer is robbery. The mixed drink was $26 and we arent the ones to waste a lot of money on drinks only to not drink them but it was disgusting and couldnt be stomached. Waiter staff tried to sell us tickets under the table for $75 to the show next door.

Google
Great little "secret" spot with great service. The No Pants loaded star tots were fantastic, and the drinks were solid, if not super expensive ($50 for 2 double vodka sodas). Having said that, it is Vegas, so we were expecting it.

My husband and I came here for drinks and burgers before the Absinthe show. I thought the place had a cool vibe! The drinks were pretty good. The burgers were okay, but did really enjoy the tots! I think the great service and overall fun vibe made it a worthwhile experience !

Very unique cocktail bar next to the Absintne show. Ordered the Bourbon Sailors Club and enjoyed it. You can drink a cocktail here and get inside the show directly from the bar.

Google
Great atmosphere and excellent service. Sande and the rest of the staff make sure you’re taken care of and everyone’s having a good time. Food was very reasonably priced- happy hour drink prices were a good deal too.

Google
Pier 17 Yacht Club in Las Vegas delivered an exceptional experience with its blend of sophistication and comfort. This swanky spot stands out for its top-shelf booze, offering a curated selection of premium spirits and expertly crafted cocktails that elevated the evening. The burgers are a standout, served from No Pants food truck, cooked to perfection with rich, juicy patties complimented with their delectable tots—crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection. The yacht club’s chic atmosphere, paired with its fun and funky food and drink, makes it a premier destination for both relaxed dining and vibrant socializing.

Yelp
I was in Las Vegas recently for vacation and was looking for a Speakeasy on the Strip. A quick Yelp Search - and I found Pier 17 Yacht Club! It looks like the Speakeasy has been open since July 2023 with a pretty cool cocktail menu and delicious burger. COCKTAILS & FOOD: Between my friend and I, we tried the following: - Live, Laugh, Lychee Cocktail - Ketel One Vodka, Lychee, Grape, and Lemon - Salt & Sand Cocktail - Patron Tequila, Producer Mezcal, Aperol, Pineapple, and Vanilla - No Pants Burger - Short Rib Blend Patties, Grilled Onions, American Cheese, Dill Pickles, Mustard, Secret Sauce - Star Tots - Tater Tots with Secret Sauce & Ketchup All delicious! My only wish was that cocktails to be served in real glasses instead of plastic cups. ATMOSPHERE: Super cute! Be Camera Ready! There's a lot of fun photos to be taken within the Green Fairy Garden and within the Pier 17 Yacht Club. Vibe in the Speakeasy is chill. Service is friendly. LOCATION: Pier 17 Yacht Club is located inside the Absinthe Show. Absinthe is located right outside the Caesars Palace on the corner of S Las Vegas Blvd and W Flamingo Road. RESERVATIONS: Make sure you make reservations! https://spiegelworld.com/restaurants/pier-17/ ENJOY!!

Yelp
This not so secret speakeasy is located inside the gates of Absinthe and is free to the public. I love the ambiance and the pier theme. They said that Absinthe was suppose to open in Brooklyn. So the blue represents the water and the string light is the Brooklyn Bridge! They have unique drinks and delicious food! The burgers are smashed and you have to get the star shaped tater tots. I truly believe the shape helps with the crunchiness. You can even jazz up the tots with some caviar! Definitely stop by if you're near Caesar's Palace or check it out before seeing Absinthe!

Yelp
Amazing cocktails and excellent service! The caviar tater tots are a must. This little spot is a gem!

Yelp
We started our night at Pier 17, amazing cocktails! Joe was engaging and made the experience perfect. Afterwards we stumbled out to the main Spiegelworld/ Absinthe area. Erica made our time there. So much fun, so engaging. On top of Erica, we had several cast members check on usincluding the Lead, who couldn't have been more hospitable, such a good operation!
