Outstanding find. Right on the water. Accessible by water which we took advantage of. Table readily available with outstanding service and even better fair. Seafood was fresh, prepared perfectly. Highly recommend the fresh game… Elk our evening. Excellent choice to boat cruise in, dine, and enjoy the sunset.

Enjoyed my birthday dinner here. We first enjoyed drinks at the outside bar & saw that they have a daily happy hour although we just missed it but good to know for future reference. I enjoyed the crab cake app, wok veggies & a moist & delish carrot cake. The menu has a lot of fantastic choices including wild game & sushi! My husband very much enjoyed his duck. Our service was very good.

Such beautiful 🤩 views from the patio of the Bay Area. We also got lucky and arrived during happy hour. They make a great old fashioned 🥃, very stiff the way I like my old fashioned. I ended up ordering two especially with the happy hour special of $8/🥃. The balsamic chips make for a delicious 😋 appetizer and I recommend you order two for the table. The cod fish & chips make for a delicious main course. Our server Talan was a very gracious server and took care of us. I’ll be back for sure.

Came here for the beautiful sunset views — and they did not disappoint! The setting was stunning, even though it got a bit windy once the sun went down. The service was great -- complimentary valet was a nice touch, too. The food was okay - great portions. My entree (Artichoke Crab pasta) wasn't my favorite but the seasonal sangria was delicious!

This is one of the best restaurants in the area! Whether you sit inside or outside, the vibe is always amazing. But the patio is one of my favorite places to catch a sunset. The food is some of the freshest I've ever had. Service is usually top notch. I've been here dozens of times in groups of 2-7. Never a disappointment!

1st time here. We r from Michigan and were there for our son's and daughter-in-law's engagement party a couple weeks ago. The food was delicious. The drinks were top notch. Service was great! Great atmosphere and a view of boats and the Manatee River. Highly recommend it.

Had a nice Saturday afternoon having lunch at pier 22 outside with a great view , my waitress and manager were very friendly and accommodating my husband allergies issues. they were very polite and made sure he had the right food for him. Good drinks too

If this restaurant was an emoji it would be a whole lot of meh. Extensive menu which the server told us is prepared in advanced and the heated for a number of dishes. Here's an idea maybe less dishes and fresh. If you are into an 80's vibe and ambience this is the place for you. Parsley sprinkles, wedding singer level music and plates looking like they are directly out a Julia Childs cookbook, tick tick and tick. Food ordered. - Escargot - good - burrata salad nice burrata but loads of sickly balsamic "glaze" - shrimp scampi pasta, bitter sauce which the pasta was swimming in - pork ossi buco. Pork was tender. Sauce revolting, potato grim, asparagus sad Service. Took 30 mins to get a drink. So bad we ended up asking for another server who did a good job. They need to teach their hostesses to not sit 6 tables at the same time on one server. Bottom line, many better places in walking distances.

Where do I start?? Ordered a basic hamburger and fries. Asked for mayo on bun. Nope tomato so soggy and thin you could read a news paper through it. Fries tasted like they were 2 days old. Waiter was pleasant, but never refilled our drinks. My wife ordered chicken croissant. Should has been called and onion sandwich. Her tomato was soggy and paper thin. She left most of it. Way to expensive for such meadocre food. Burger King is far better and 1/3 the cost. 2 stars for atmosphere. My friends left most of their food on the plate. Enough said.

I so looked forward to our Pier 22 experience. I requested their best table and got a lovely table on patio with great water view. Wait staff was pleasant but we felt pretty neglected for our meal. Family enjoyed the clams and I enjoyed a great chopped salad. Drinks were good too with a great selection. The highlight of this place is the gorgeous water view as it's right on the pier. This place is gorgeous and I can't wait to come again!

Pier 22 is an amazing place to eat outside and enjoy the sunset. The servers are always on point and really responsive - the food is amazing, I highly recommend the filet. Just a great place to enjoy a nice meal.

While we were visiting in Florida, we decided to try out Pier 22. Highly recommend going during happy hour. Our food was good we ordered the muscles. They were in a white wine, garlic butter and spinach sauce. I wish we didn't have to ask for bread, but we did even though I thought it was offered it wasn't. Then by the time we got our bread, which was approximately 10 minutes later our muscles were cold. Our service could've been a little bit better. The ambience was beautiful as we were looking onto the ocean. We will definitely return the next time We are in Florida.

I came here for the water and the view, which is amazing. I opted for the crab cakes (broiled and served with a Creole remoulade, and extra vegtables - $34) and my colleague ordered the chicken penne pasta ($26). I guess I should have paid attention that the crab cakes were broiled -- I prefer mine pan fried with a crunchy crust on the outside. Broiled made it more like catfood, unfortunately. At least the service, the view and the atmosphere was nice!

We came here on NYE, so the menu was limited for the night but the seafood came out perfectly. Twin lobster tails and a side of grilled shrimp. Creamed spinach was good, but not very creamy if that's what you're looking for. The back covered deck had beautiful water views and the service was great!

Grew up here in Bradenton, but had not been here in many years. We were a large party served by only one waitress. She had a little bit of an attitude and was handling the group by herself and was probably the first mistake. Not enough foresight to bring carafes of coffee for the group who ordered it to avoid her being asked multiple times for coffee, but she finally did figure it out. I ordered a cup of New England clam chowder that was typical and had no wow factor and left me unimpressed. It was followed up with an order of shrimp and grits that arrived lukewarm at best with only four small shrimp on a plate of grits. It looked like the grits were placed there with an ice cream scoop and were sticky as if they had been pre-prepared then they tried to re-warm them. Plenty of sauce that did not have a texture of a freshly made product along with a bland flavor. Can't believe the lack of quality in this dish. It needs to be improved or removed from the menu. I will never order that one again if we ever return. The party size was very patient and did not have a demanding attitude towards the waitress just your typical requests from a large party being served by one waitress.

We ate here about 4 years ago and did not return til this past weekend. We were seated outside without any wait time which was nice. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive throughout, and the prices were not that bad. When we ate here 4 years ago we were not that impressed, but everything we had on this visit was really good much to our surprise. We ordered short ribs, monte cristo, and the French dip. The bbq sauce on the ribs was awesome, the monte cristo was very memorable in a great unique way, and the French dip was tender and delicious, the fries I think were hand cut and they were ok. Overall the food itself was really good . We will return soon to see if it is consistent. Food 8.5 Service 8.5 Ambiance 8.5

Came for the great view and outdoor seating! Cute interior and great seating on the patio next to the marina. Great service, attentive wait staff and was seated promptly! Food was meh, I would try again but avoid the sushi and leave that for a sushi restaurant. My mojito was decent as well. Just was not blown away by the food or drink.

Food was average at best. Margaritas were bland and hardly any salt on the glass rim! Asked for a water side table when I made the reservation. Ended up a level up. Restaurant was packed so I didn't mention it...

I don't get the appeal. The food is terrible, but the service is good. Great ambience, especially if you eat outside. But the food is just dreadful. I'm not sure why people think it's good. Save your money and go to Der Dutchman or Golden corral.

Will return. On the Manatee River, west of Green Bridge. Huge. Indoor and out sections. Busy. Fish tanks. Red sauce. Warm bread - 70 degree is cool by the water. Good service and very good food. We've Escargo Calamari w/ white sauce Grouper cake w/ white sauce Chowder Mushroom Arancini w/ red sauce All are delicious, except the two white sauces - just too sweet. I asked for their red instead, which is so much better. I also don't care for their butter which is house made with butter, cream cheese, Boursin - tastes good but I prefer the simple butter. The chowder is good but Smith & Wollensky's having had it just couple of weeks ago, is better, not as thick. If I've to pick one in this area, I prefer this one over Oak n Stone. Parking is relatively easy on this Monday night. A great stop before the ballet in Sarasota.

Nice environment, clean, very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Awesome view. My only gripe was the spinach apple salad. Someone should have trimmed the stems off the spinach leaves and cut up the larger pieces. Or they should have ordered 'baby spinach'.

For our second annual reunion, a restaurant called Pier22, located in Bremerton, was selected as it was the mid-point for all attendees. Situated in a harbor, there were views of the yachts and water at just about any place you sat in the restaurant. We were looking forward to the camaraderie that comes with long-time friendships. We were escorted to our table by hostess Kassi who seemed determined to provide a memorable dining experience for us. A glance at the menu provided us with many culinary delights to choose from. Kassi explained menu selections and specialties in a way that enhanced our choices. Her customer service throughout our meal made us all feel special. From the clam chowder soup that was excellent to the flatbread and other menu selections we knew we were in for a treat. What a great way to start our meal. There were rave reviews from all of us as we feasted on each choice selected. I ordered the grouper sandwich, which was cooked to perfection. Kassi's customer service was a real credit to Pier22. They say great customer service starts at the top and Manager Jennifer's has insured her staff was ready to make a visit to Pier22 a memorable experience This up scale restaurant is sure to have you returning on many occasions.

Please go here on your visit to Bradenton. Our server was very kind and efficient. The food was great. The restaurant was right on the beach and was beautiful.

Came here while visiting family. It's down on the pier and has plenty of parking and free valet. It's a good size with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were seated and our waiter was very good. The menu is different from lunch and dinner so not all items in the reviews are always available. Me and the wife shared the chicken penne pasta and the chicken bruschetta. Both were good but forgot pics. My nephew did try the alligator sandwich and said it was very good. The food is solid I wouldn't say great but solid along with location being on water and ambiance it's a solid 4 stars.

Beautiful waterside restaurant. They have a good happy hour and the menu has a variety of seafood, pasta, and meat options. I had the Fish & Chips which were that fully cod, tempura batter that is light and not greasy. The Shrimp and Fish Tacos were also good. Jerk wings were good, just not spicy enough for me. Not so fond of the bacon wrapped jalapeño's appetizer. Bacon wasn't crunchy, was cheesy by not a lot of flavor. Drinks were well poured and enjoyed the Martini!

Food quality was superb. We are visitors to the area. I had a Cuban which was excellent. My spouse had Grouper which she said was excellent. I Yelp all over the USA, and recently in UK. Venue is great. we sat outside and that was also excellent. Good wine selection. I am a craft beer lover. Mine was excellent. Service was excellent. If you are in the area I highly recommend you make a point of enjoying the venue

Had a great dining experience here on Christmas Eve. Made reservations a few days before and was pleased to get in. Beautiful views of the harbor from our porch side seating. Finer dining prices in a finer dining restaurant. Lobster bisque was great as was the filet. Prime rib special for holiday menu was also great according to my wife. Kids had children menu pizzas which they also enjoyed. Wait staff was also on point.

Went to Pier 22 for dinner last night. My meal was uncomplicated: Sea scallops, sticky rice, and cream corn. The corn was absolutely delicious. The Chef had added some seasoning and slightly thickened the sauce. Fabulous. Now for the real issue. The scallops which I love because of their distinct flavor were flavorless. They also were somewhat tough. Not that usual melt in your mouth of a caramelized scallop. I know precisely what the problem was. The scallops were overcooked or were not fresh. They were covered with a strange glaze to disguise the problem. Even the sticky rice was simply dull. There was no seasoning in it. No, nothing creative added to excite the palate. My recommendation: if you find yourself at Pier 22, order the cream corn.

We wanted to have brunch with a water view, (4 Jan 26) and could not have been happier with our stop at Pier 22. Great eggs, good bacon, the croissant was wonderful to sop up egg yolk, warmed and browned lightly. The malted waffles, with strawberries and cream that my wife had was also delicious. Coffee was good cup, refilled often as needed, and the waitress reminded me of a stern teacher I had as a child but was professional, kind and attentive as needed. We're here for a week we'll be back!

I went there for Christmas dinner. Everything was perfect. My steak was cooked just right and it was delicious. Service was impeccable. I love the place!!

One of our favorite places to dine on seafood with beautiful water views. So on Friday evening we made a reservation for Pier 22 because I wanted soft shelled crab and my wife wanted her seafood cobb salad. We were sat immediately and we decided to dine inside because of a brewing storm. My soft shelled crab sandwich with homemade chips looked delicious and the portion was a nice size. It was also piping hot. My nephew had a cheeseburger which looked delicious and that was also a nice size. But my wife's seafood cobb salad wasn't like it use to be. This is her favorite dish and the only thing she orders. We've been here about 10 times and it's the only thing she's ever wanted because the first time it hooked her. But this visit she noticed that there was a considerable difference. This order she noticed that less seafood on it but the cost of the salad increased significantly. The manager "Peyton" came over and I showed her the difference from pictures I took on previous visits for my post. She apologized and returned back shortly with extra crab meat. Our service was as expected because we usually experience below par service, but we come here mostly because of the food and atmosphere.

Made reservations one month in advance for Thanksgiving dinner for myself and a handicap friend, a table by the window overlooking the water. upon arriving 30 early we were told we would have to wait out the 30 minutes to geta window table or be seated in the back by the employee entrance, we told that would be fine we would wait for our window table. When they call us to be seated it was in the very back at the employee entrance, tried to talk to 2 different managers, got a all of B.S from both, so we usually go the Pier 22 restaurant 10 to 12 time a year, but today service and lake of communication was horrible.

The view, the food, the service... wow! Such a nice experience on our first visit to Sunday brunch. We arrived upon them opening so we got dibs for our seats right near the water. Chilly morning so the sun felt wonderful. There was also a large table with a firepit center, ill have to remember that one next time we have friends visit! Mimosas and breakfast or we could choose from the lunch menu too. We tried one of each...both were a hit! Our server was a doll, so helpful and friendly. She really knew what she was doing. We will definitely be back.

Great local spot! Not sure why some of the reviews are so harsh, we had a party of 9 and service, ambiance and food was awesome! We had drinks and appetizers and they even accommodated me by making special mashed potatoes side dish without garlic. Everyone was very satisfied with their meals! Highly recommend!

I love this place! The food was decadent. We had the starter of balsamic chips (sorry, no pick) and they were fantastic. Our server was on top of it (bringing me another drink without even asking and before I was even out ). She was a gem! The restaurant location is perfect, right along the Manatee River (which goes out to the gulf), and our table view was lovely! They also have a side room for events. My sister and I both had our bridal showers here in the past and it's perfect for those sorts of events.

We love the pier 22 roll!! We actually love everything here! The pineapple jalapeño margaritas amazing!! Service last time not good! Usually is? Ambiance your sitting on the water!!

This restaurant caught my eye because it looked like a must do in Bradenton, and it was. So, there is limited parking up front, valet parking, or you can do parking at the marina for free for 2 hours. I went with a group for brunch and really enjoyed it. Bread was wonderful, hot and fresh with a savoury butter. Everyone made great choices, and the portions are on the larger size, prices are not. You can sit outside right next to the water, or inside with a water view. Service was above average with drinks being refilled without asking and the food came out quickly and hot. The balsamic chips were just ok, this was probably the lowest food choice. Waffles were great. A very relaxing place to just gather with friends or family and just chat it out. It's a yes for me.

I love Pier 22. This place has both indoor and outdoor seating and the view outside on the water is beautiful. I absolutely love food. The tuna dinner is my favorite, but I love the grouper special that they offer on Fridays. The service is good and I never seem to have an issue getting a reservation. Parking is never a problem either. If you've never been to Pier 22, I would recommend!

Always a pleasure. Melissa was our wait staff and she was perfect. The ambiance is always wonderful whether outside or in, deck side or bar, you can't miss. The decor is beautiful. The views of the water are stunning. We had escargot for starters and sushi it was superb. My hubs had Twin Lobster tails and I had the Pork Osubuco delish. If you are visiting on vacation or need a special occasion dining experience I highly recommend Pier 22. Melissa is one of the many excellent wait staff members on the team at Pier 22 and if you're lucky, you just might meet her.

Thank you to the staff and manager at Pier 22, one morning while boating it was about to storm really bad we saw lots of lighting so we docked at Pier 22 and then we realized they didn't open for an hour and half. We had 4 adults with us and 7 kids. They easily could have said no please come back, instead they offered us drinks, fresh bread warm from the oven and a table. They were so sweet and kind we will be back! They are so kid friendly and the best views on the Manatee River.

Stick to the appetizers and wine. Balsamic chips, tuna nachos (on fried wontons) and chicken lettuce wraps are all very good. Great boat watching off the deck.

Sit outside totally worth it!!! Our family of 5 went here for me and my wife's anniversary. The food was amazing. We had calamari appetizer as well as the braised ribs so yummy. For dinner we had osso buco, fish and chips, crab cakes, lemon chicken and bbq chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious. We followed it up by crème brûlée, bread pudding and peanut butter pie for dessert. Service was great and ambiance amazing.

Sarasota Trip, super cute large dining area and large dining area right on the dock. Food; ordered the corned beef reuben which was tasty with plently of beef and kraut which was great. Dessert, ordered the creme brulee, and it was delicious. Service, they were great and friendly.

We went there for dinner. The view was great, the food was ok. It was a little chill so I had a bowl of NE clam chowder and the jambalaya. My companies had house salad, spinach salad, fresh catch black grouper, fresh catch shrimp, and jail island salmon. The chowder was slightly salty and the jambalaya was salty though with plenty seafood. You've to have a magnifying glasses to find the black grouper. The shrimp was over grilled and tough. I accidentally left my credit card after dinner; the restaurant very kindly kept it safe for me to pick up the day after. Great service!

Just got back from a nice dinner at Pier 22 with my coworkers. Im in the area for business. The ambience was beautiful, the server was great, and the food was tasty. My only complaint was that the food came out barely warm. I really enjoy my food served hot but it was pretty busy so I was not about to try to flag the waiter down so I made due but was definitely missing having hot food.

We got to Pier 22 early, around 4:30pm. We were able to get a table on the patio right next to the water. The service is great! From the hostess, to the server, to the busboys and other staff. Food is very good! Their happy hour specials offer good choices: Monte Cristo sliders, poutine, calamari, grouper/artichoke dip, chicken tenders, mussels... All at very reasonable prices. Dinner prices are very reasonable AND they offer Sushi! The sunset here was amazing. We also strolled along and "window shopped" for yachts lol I highly recommend Pier 22!

A Five Star Rating for everything here. We love it for Sunday brunch after church and for all special occasions ***** Our last was our 65th wedding anniversary. The event staff was so good in making sure that we had a great location and the service was tremendous for 14 people.

I have been enjoying the uniqueness of this restaurant since i moved to the central gulf coast. Great views, water ambiance, from scratch kitchen and diverse menu all make it a "must dine" experience. I recently attended the Wine dinner - with an Oregon based winery...( ive been to one other wine pairing and a Four Roses bourbon pairing dinner - both excellent ) ... this one not so much unfortunately. My group thought both the wines and paired foods were not nearly as incredible as in past pairings...We were actually disappointed. The Pad Thai was delicious, dessert tasty...the salad was lackluster and wines...none we would buy to take home. We love Greg ( Executive chef and class act ) and his team so will be back but for the price most likely in the dining area ...not in a pairing for awhile. ( Great happy hours menu's by the way ) ...and just so you know... You would be missing out if you don't check out their creative - something for everyone menu and excellent cocktails inside or outside overlooking the river.
