🌟Exceptional Service at Pier 50 – Thanks to Victoria! 🌟 I had the pleasure of dining at Pier 50 recently with my girlfriends and I must say, the food was fantastic and our server Victoria was amazing! Victoria was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed even though she had so many other tables to wait on. She made excellent recommendations, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive! Every suggestion she gave was spot-on, and all the questions we had about the menu she explained thoroughly. She was so patient with us! Despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure we always had our next order ready for us before we finished our current dishes. All of the fish was very fresh and delicious. The sashimi was the best part of our meal! The desserts Victoria recommended were the perfect end to our dinner !! Thank you Victoria for an outstanding dining experience and thank you Pier 50 for such a delicious dinner!! We will definitely be back soon! 🍣🍱😋

This was our first time to Pier 50. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Our server Sabrina was the best. She was very warm and helpful with covering the menu options with us. Super attentive & Sabrina made great recommendations and we loved each of them. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. Very professional & seems very organized! The food came out quickly & the quality was great. Also, the place has an amazing ambience! We will definitely be coming back!

Came in on a Tuesday evening at the end of the month around 6pm and it was very fast to get seated. The first thing I noticed was the ambiance which was very nice. Our server Victoria was amazing and was so helpful as it was our first time at the restaurant. Food was great on temp and came out very quickly. Sushi is always tricky because IMO it is a type of cuisine which requires balancing flavors. The flavors were good but depending on the sushi roll some were too reliant on condiments. The baked rolls like the baked Alaskan and Volcano were too mayo forward. The ex-girlfriend was much better and would recommend that roll. For those who are interested in DFS then go with the Fatty. There is not enough praise for Victoria, she really made the experience and if you can should request to be seated at her section. Bathrooms were modern and clean which was very much appreciated especially at an AYCE sushi.

We got the all you can eat B option + Sashimi. They have a great selection. We were very satisfied with everything. I wish they would give you more than one Uni nigiri per person. Service was great. We will be back for sure. We went on a random weeknight and got there before dinner

Google
We went when they were running a deal for Octoberfest, 50% off per person. Good thing we called ahead for reservations or else we would have to wait 2 hours 😨. We ordered set C so we could try more varieties. We enjoyed the sashimi and nigris. The fish was fresh and there was not too much rice in the 🍣. The ebi was very sweet. Soft shell crab was crunchy. Love the two rolls that didn't come with rice, that was unique and refreshing. For dessert, we ordered the fried cheesecake and the lychee sorbet, which almost tasted like the lychee jelly in the tiny cups 😋

Great place to relax with good sushi. They have an All-you-can-eat menu for a reasonable price. Great quality, wide selection, helpful service.

My family and I have been waiting to come to Pier 50 for quite some time and it definitely lived up to the expectations. The service was wonderful, the servers were attentive to customers, and they took care of our clean plates almost immediately.(My server was Victoria; really pretty btw) Not to mention the quality of the fish was so good. I’m a very picky person when it comes to the quality of my food and I was pleasantly impressed by the fish here. Overall the food with the atmosphere and the service was excellent.

Google
Sushi was pretty tasty and fresh, not fish-y tasting! The rolls are kind of expensive, though. The service was fantastic. Fun atmosphere and kind people.

Yelp
Oh my Lordy Lord. What a visit!! I think I just fell in love again . My wife and I were in the mood for eating a large amount of sushi at a given amount of time. One google search later and we found my new beloved Pier 50 . Starting off with the service, it was impecable from start to finish. From the host Shania greeting us with the upmost respect and gratitude, we were promptly seated at a comically large table (note: we are pretty fit individuals ourselves) but we appreciate the good room! We had an array of servers serving us and they were all awesome sauce !! Aslan was the main dawg, consistently putting in the work and recommending the goods. Valerie was keeping the food coming hot. And the best drink I had here was the ichigo fizz, crafted by my main man Catcher . If you come here to eat, come hungry or don't come at all ‍‍. You'd want to eat everything off the menu. Some recommendations from my wife include the super white tuna, mayo scallops, and the lychee sherbet for dessert (note: my wife is never wrong so this is coming from an expert basically ) After you come here, you'll fall in love too!! Thank you Pier 50, I love you.

Diego G.

Yelp
As soon as I walked in was greeted by the host Katrina in a very warm and friendly manner- I felt welcomed. Then server Aslan was great, fast and friendly, very knowledgeable. Food was really good and came out really fast, definitely recommend this place!

Melody Q.

Yelp
Love the food, love the price. Great service, ask for Olivia next time Really good for all you can eat!

Yelp
Never fails to amaze us! Love this place! Best AYCEin town! Freshest sashimi's and quality Nigiri's! Atmosphere is superb, Thanks Valerie!!

Yelp
Spacious, intimate setting, quick seating and service! Located in the Arden Mall Plaza beside the newly built Crunch Fitness. Food is split into 3 Ayce option starting from $34 to $48 and $54 for 100 min each. There isn't a minimum amount when ordering which was quite nice. The menu also has some Korean food items such as bulgogi and Korean Ramen We ordered the sushi burrito which was in soy wrapped paper, poke tuna, a few rolls, the Ramen, udon soup, chicken karagge, and few more. The dessert has one of the best variety I've seen out of AYCE menu. Best green tea ice cream I've had in a long time!! The staff was so nice to check in on us and often came back in timely manner to order more food. Food came out in reasonable time and waiter was attentive to check on our needs. Superb service! Thank you PIER 50! I will come back often :)

Yelp
I think I found the best all you can eat sushi. Located close to the Arden Mall Cheescake factory is Pier 50 which I believe used to be Mikuni. A group of 3 of us decided to try this place on a Friday night. We arrived at about 6:30 and had a short 15 minute wait. Once seated some waters were brought out and our server explained the all you can eat menu. There are 3 tiers to choose from and we picked the first tier for $35/person. Basically all that means is that you can order as much of anything on the menu that's in white. There were so many things to choose from! We were told that their rolls are fish heavy as opposed to rice heavy which I really appreciated. We were also told that for the rolls we could order a whole roll which would consist of 8 pieces or a half which would be 4. That was really awesome because it allowed me to be hungry enough to try more rolls. They did also have some kitchen items so you could pick between those too, and not only rolls. I was able to try 6 different rolls and at the end I also had to finish with their lychee sorbet which has small pieces of lychee and it was the perfect size to end the meal. Our server was very nice and she was very good about coming to check on us, filling our drinks and clearing out empty plates. I think this is such a bang for your buck with the amount of food you can order.

Yelp
Been wanting to go here for a while. After dining here, I realized their menu is identical to their sister restaurant which I've been to....It's Sushi in Roseville. I had a good experience at that location and this was the same. The host was very nice, and the server that assisted us was also. Checked up on us very often and refilled water glasses in a timely manner. Depending on which area I'm closest to at the time, I would go back to either location.

Harrison H.

Yelp
Solid AYCE with a massive menu! For ~$45 (pre-tax and tip), you get a variety of different sashimi, nigiri, rolls, appetizers, and more. The quality of the fish is top notch as well -- the yellowtail sashimi melted in my mouth! There is also a deal for bottomless draft beers for $1 each drink (I had the false understanding it was bottomless for $1 total). The service was stellar too as they constantly came by to take our order for a new round and constantly filled up our water glasses. If you're looking for a laidback AYCE sushi experience, this is the place to go!

Amabel Y.

Yelp
My husband took me here for our anniversary since I've been craving sushi and everything I ordered hit the spot! We opted for package B - The octopus nigiris tasted fishy this time around but everything else was delicious! My two favorites were the Cajun salmon and the paprika salmon because of the torched fish. I love the smokiness from the torch! I forgot when they rolled out the rewards program! I highly suggest signing up as you get to apply the credits for a discount meal on your next visit! Can't wait to visit next time when I'm craving sushi!

Yelp
My wife and I went to Pier 50 for lunch today and tried the All You Can Eat Course A (the white menu). The restaurant is very clean with an upscale vibe, and the prices are reasonable--what you'd expect for a sushi spot of this caliber outside of happy hour pricing. Service was great! Our waiter was an absolute sweetheart, attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Now, when it comes to the food, my wife and I have slightly different takes. I thought the sushi was excellent, exactly what I'd expect from a place like this (and we've been to several similar establishments). My wife, on the other hand, feels we've had better sushi elsewhere for a lower price. So, mixed reviews on that front. Would I return? Absolutely. My wife? Well... probably, but only because I'd drag her along. My rating: 5 stars Wife's rating: 3 stars Total: 4 stars All in all, a solid sushi spot with good service, yummy (albeit, pricey!) mocktails, and a clean, inviting atmosphere. If you're in the area and craving sushi, it's definitely worth checking out!

Jude W.

Yelp
This sushi buffet is off the chain. The sushi was extremely fresh and flavorful. I had various sorts of nigiri: yellowtail, albacore, salmon belly, red snapper, garlic tuna. Everything was awesome. The ambience was pretty chill; and the server was very accommodative. Definitely one of the best sushi spots I've been to in the Sacramento area.

Louise E.

Yelp
Celebrated my birthday here since we've been meaning to try this place for months. We got there early for early dinner but had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. Upon entering, we saw a lot of vacant seats so I wonder why we waited so long. The ambiance was nice for a date night. The service was mediocre. Our server didn't check up on us as often and the wait time for our food to get served was initially fast but eventually became long. It seemed like a tactic so you'll eat less by waiting for your food longer. Another annoying thing was when I asked one of their servers to take a photo of us, she literally frowned and was snobbish even though she took our photos. Like, how hard is it to take a photo and be nice about it? We opted for set B because we love eating sashimi. The salmon belly is a must try but only 1 per person is allowed. For dessert, I liked the strawberry mochi ice cream while my husband appreciated the affogato. The food was great and worth the price, albeit it being higher. It was just the service that made this experience not perfect.

Francina L.

Yelp
First time at Pier 50 with friends who had previously gone and it definitely did not disappoint. We got there around 6:30 on a Saturday night and the wait was about half an hour so we walked over to Barnes & Noble and browsed. We were called a little bit before 30 minutes and were sat down promptly. Our server explained to us how the menu worked and we went with the B combo which included all the sushi rolls and nigiri and some apps (all white and purple writing). Our waitress was very attentive and I noticed that not all the tables were full. I presume it's to keep structure/organization and to not have your customers waiting for too long . We ordered an assortment of sashimi and rolls multiple times, bulgogi fries, corn cheese, karage chicken, shishito peppers and honestly, everything was pretty exceptional. Tasted fresh and not rushed. I will say you only have an option for one dessert which I was sad about but what can we do. lol I tried the mango mochi but next time will get affogato. Definitely going back.

Yelp
I've been to Pier 50 multiple times, and it's easily one of my favorite spots--even as someone who doesn't love raw sushi! The cozy ambiance, ample seating, and the option to make reservations (only at this location) make it a great choice for any occasion. The staff is consistently kind and accommodating, and during one visit, they went above and beyond to make my friend's birthday extra special. The pricing is comparable to other AYCE sushi spots, and we always go for Course B, which has plenty to offer. Just a heads-up: if people in your group want different courses, they'll seat you at separate tables to prevent sharing. Honestly, Course B is more than enough. You don't need to splurge on Course C unless you're really going all out. For sushi lovers, the selection is fantastic. My friends rave about the freshness and variety, and the fish-to-rice ratio is amazing! The cuts of fish are generous and high quality, which is a big deal for AYCE sushi. For those who aren't fans of raw fish (like me), there are still plenty of delicious options! I'm obsessed with the eel nigiri and anything drizzled with their amazing eel sauce. The wide selection of appetizers is also a highlight! I always start with miso soup and love that you can order half rolls if you don't want a full one.

Martin T.

Yelp
All you can eat is a great option to try all of their fresh and tasty food. Nigiri is a great way to start with all of them tasting great! They allow you to get a half order of the rolls which is great for trying many different kinds. You will need to pay if you have leftovers so keep that in mind. Service was fast every time with food coming out shortly after it was ordered. Everything tastes great so you can't really go wrong. This place makes for a great for a date night spot since it has so many options to choose fro

Yelp
Pier 50 Sushi is an awesome place to eat! The food is super fresh and really tasty, especially the sushi. They have a lot of different rolls, and everything looks and tastes amazing. If you love sushi, this place is definitely worth trying. The ambiance is really nice too. The restaurant is clean and has a cool vibe that makes it a great place to hang out. It's not too fancy, but it feels really comfortable and welcoming. The best part is the service! Our server, Valarie, was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She was really friendly and always checked on us to see if we were doing okay. It made the whole experience even better. Overall, Pier 50 Sushi is a great place to eat. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the service is awesome. I would totally go back again!

Yelp
I came here after work to grab a bite before I headed home. This place has been on my list to check out for some time now. So going into it I was excited to try AYCE sushi. My server was very accommodating and checked in with me occasionally. He was very helpful and suggested a few items for me to try. Unfortunately, once I did get some of my orders coming to my table. The food tasted very plain nothing special or taste. Maybe I was comparing it to other AYCE in the area but I felt it wasn't worth it. I will come back in a few months and give it another try. I just didn't find the best dish at the moment.

Jonalyn D.

Yelp
Staff are awesome! They went above and beyond with the services, food, and most of all, cleanliness! I'm very picky with my sushi, but their options are just great! Definitely will go back again, and will recommend with my friends and colleagues. My favorite is the classic deep fried rolls with cream cheese, and spider rolls with soft crab shell. And definitely the lychee sorbet taste made me feel like I'm home again.

Emily L.

Yelp
Loved the food, and loved that it was all you can eat! Our server was also great with answering my questions about everything. We ordered the set b and it was plenty! My favorite bites from the night were the garlic tuna sashimi, kaki fry, and the salmon belly nigiri. We went on a Sunday and they had endless $1 beers so we got some beers and sake and made our own sake bombs. Vibe was very chill inside and I liked how they set up the atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Quynh Nhu D.

Yelp
I'm not sure how I can justify going to another sushi spot with ayce sushi of this caliber in my area. First time trying out this location after a whole day hungry at the mall. This is in the same plaza but is not inside the mall, close to Barnes and Noble. There are 3 different ayce set. The middle one is the best since you can get nigiri from this set. Was tempted to try the more premium set but it didn't offer that much extra in comparison. So last week we went to a fancy sushi spot where I got 10 nigiri for $45! And at Pier 50 I lost count how many nigiri and sushi we tried, for around the same price! I'm not sure how to beat that. All the nigiri was really good. Especially the garlic salmon , shio salmon, scallop.. etc. Just order all of them! We like that the rice was not too big - just the right amount so you don't get full instantly. Even the shishito was really different and yummy. Tried a few different rolls. Forgot their name lol but the Monica, Snow White and LemonxSalmon was pretty good. Try them as half roll to get different flavors. Dessert included. Ask them about the special promotion ;) Food came out fast, good quality fish, tasty and variety of sushi to try. Service was quick. Would be coming back when I need my sushi fix.

Yelp
So if you're trying to recover from a convention day and trying to bulk up for the new year, you need to eat a lot and a lot has to be protein. Pier 50's all you can eat dinner (we went with the mid purple tier) is a super duper nice fit to all this criteria. The last tier (gold--yellow menu) should be recommended for big fans of the gold items only--and the whole table has to agree. My favorite rolls were the baked Alaska and the Fatty. My favorite sashimi was yellowtail and the mackerel. The tuna rose was also a fan favorite at our table. Service was great and on top of getting our orders, something to be grateful for. Pier 50 is fancy but also connected to a mall. Think low light sushi bar with club vibes. The waiters look like they second at trendy Asian college clubs. Good for a date, but AYCE is reserved for only certain kinds of partners that you can stuff gross amounts of food in front of. Great for families that can eat, I look forward to my next visit.

Nini A.

Yelp
I've frequented Pier 50 several times and if I could afford it, I would visit more often. The sushi rolls can be a hit or miss but there are so many options on the menu, you're bound to find something that you like. (My personal favorite is the deep-fried Fatty Roll). And now that the course options have been updated, the Course A option is about $35 per person for AYCE (just excludes the sashimi/nigiri and the fancy options) but it's more affordable than when they first opened and only offered a $50+ AYCE option. The restaurant does offer à la carte but I think it's more bang for your buck to come here for the AYCE option -- I don't think the quality is good enough for the price, hence the 4 stars. However, the service is pretty good and the restaurant gives an upscale vibe but still casual. This location used to be a Mikuni's but in comparison, I think the quality and experience is much better than Mikuni's (which I feel is overpriced and sushi is very plain and not worth it). There is a vast variety of appetizers, hand rolls, and sushi rolls offered at Pier 50 that it's hard to choose sometimes! I prefer to visit with a large party because it allows us to try out more options, but occasionally, I'll stop by on a date and order my personal favorites. The portioning is good for an AYCE place so you don't have to be worried about getting stuffed on top much rice. Some of the sushi rolls come in options of 4 or 8 pieces, to make it easier to portion/plan your orders. There was a day I visited where Pier 50 offered a 50% deal for their AYCE dine-in... I inputted my name on the wait list an hour after they opened... It was a SIX HOUR WAIT for 3 people.. by the time I was called in, there was 90+ people on the wait list. The sushi was definitely worth the pricing though the wait time was miserable. It just shows that the AYCE offered here is pretty good. When they don't offer deals, the place is not packed, but the food is still good and I much prefer to easily snag a table than wait for hours anyway. If you like AYCE sushi places, I would definitely trying out Pier 50! (If you prefer quality or cheap sushi though, this might not be the place for you).

Laura T.

Yelp
Came for lunch and did the Al la carte menu since I would not be able to enjoy the AYCE lol. I got the Alligator roll which had fried unagi on top and honestly my life has been changed. The alligator was the best roll I've ever had, it had a nice balance of texture with the fried unagi. My sister and I both agreed it was the best roll. The service was great, the servers were all very kind and knowledgeable. They came round in good intervals to clear plates, check in on us, & refill water. The interior is nice, not as dark as other people mentioned. They played a lot of instrumental music that gave me James Bond vibes. Overall had a great experience and am excited to visit again to try the sushi burrito!

Francine Y.

Yelp
For an AYCE, I do like this place. There's an absurd amount of options in all the best ways!! It's great for a date or group gathering. There's an option for everyone there. The place can be pretty loud. It can be fairly expensive too if you order off the AYCE menu. The service is pretty good though. They check on you fairly often. I didn't feel forgotten :)

Chloe C.

Yelp
Food - I came here when they were running a 50% promotion so with that, the food was worth it. But if it were regular price, I'm not sure it's worth it. Ordered Course B - fish was great and fresh, but definitely smaller cuts than the standard. Rice portions were much smaller, which I actually appreciated because it meant I was able to enjoy the fish and less rice. They capped us at 2 orders of salmon belly. Chirashi bowl was really good too. Service - a bit slower but may be due to the promotional weekend. Long lines. Ambiance - cute and kind of dark. Had TVs which were nice because people were watching football.

Helen H.

Yelp
The prices are on the higher side. When I saw there was a 50% off "Oktobeerfest" promotion, I jumped at it. We arrived right when they opened at 11:30am, and there was a line outside the door. I saw some parties coming back out from inside. When we got to the hostess, we were told there was a 45 minute wait. I was annoyed. Half the restaurant was empty, but they didn't have enough staff to seat us. I had tried to make a reservation online, but it didn't work. I guess I should've called, but didn't think I needed to if we arrived early enough. If they were going to run the promotion, then they should make sure they can handle it. Towards the end of our wait, the hostess was quoting others 2 hours! We ordered right away after we were seated as I already browsed the menu. We went with Course B, because we wanted nigiri and sashimi. Each sashimi order comes with 3 pieces of fish. We had the typical tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. We mostly ordered nigiri, and I'm glad they don't contain much rice. We had the garlic tuna, garlic salmon, shiro salmon, yuzu salmon, yuzu yellowtail, super white tuna (escolar), shrimp, freshwater eel, surf clam, and salmon belly. My favorites were the super white tuna and salmon belly. We also ordered the monkey brain (deep fried mushroom with crab- pass), veggie tempura, agedashi tofu, kaki fry, yellowtail collars, 1/2 Washington roll, and 1/2 Monica roll. I ended the meal with lychee sherbet and strawberry mochi ice cream. I definitely felt as if I ate my money's worth!

Tiffany H.

Yelp
I saw an ad. They are currently running a special for 50% off any of their all you can eat courses from October 24-27. I got a group of friends together to try this place. Everyone in your party has to order the same course. We got course B bc we wanted sashimi and Nigiri. We ordered a variety of foods, including rolls, sashimi, crispy rice, some fried items, edamame. Some of our favorites were the mussels and crispy rice. The fish tasted fresh. they do serve you smaller and thinner portions than you would normally get in a your average sushi restaurant but it's ok since it's ayce and it allows you space in your belly to try more items . You need to read the small print. They only allow you to order one dessert and one order of certain items per person, including the mussels and a few other things. We didn't get a few of the items that we ordered, but it's OK because we were full anyway. If we had to pay full price, we would have been much more upset about not receiving these items and inquired about them. They also weren't super attentive with refilling our drinks. Overall, it was a good experience for the price.

Carmen Y.

Yelp
I love Pier 50! Their sushi might just be the best in Sacramento! The quality is top notch and the plating is always on point. I came here on a Friday night for their Octobeer event because they offered 50% off for all their courses. We went with Course C because we wanted to try all the options! It was very busy and we had to wait 2 and a half hours, but it was worth it. Since it is located next to a mall, we had something to do while we waited and got to walk around to work up our appetite even more! The inside of the restaurant was fancy with dim lighting. The music was a little loud but created a fun atmosphere. Our server named Brian was super friendly and energetic despite how busy it was. We appreciate him for being so helpful and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. My favorite items would be their garlic salmon sashimi, yuzu yellowtail sashimi, sea urchin nigiri, soft shell crab, and their something wrong #7 roll. I plan on coming back soon because the food was amazing!

Lauren C.

Yelp
Was looking to try this for awhile but felt the prices were a bit steep.Waited OVER 3 hours for the 50% off deal they had this week. Got there at 1130 when they opened only to be party #35 in line. Was told it would be 2-2.5 hours but it was closer to 3.5 hours. Their app not not very accurate for the wait time either as it kept saying 40-45 more minutes-for an hour and a half. When it was finally our turn the hostess was telling new check-ins it would be 4-4.5 hours (it's not worth waiting that long). I like ITS SUSHI, but it's a nice option that you can order sashimi here instead of just nigiri. The fish cuts are pretty good for AYCE, hand rolls are full of fish as well-spicy salmon hand roll was my favorite. The rolls are okay-the good thing is you can order half orders of the rolls. The lychee sherbet is a perfect palate cleanser dessert to end the meal. I'd consider coming back for a special occasion-don't think the C menu is worth the extra $9 IMO since the B menu is just fine.

Krystal W.

Yelp
Pier 50 is always good! Pier 50 just recently changed their menu so the mid tier option now include sashimi which I really enjoyed. There are only a few places that really offer AYCE sashimi. The variety at Pier 50 is amazing. The salmon was fresh and the freshwater eel was flavorful! They now offer a dessert option as well that includes icecream, icecream Mochi, and cheesecake! Service staff is super nice.

Tinah Y.

Yelp
This is the only place that I am aware of that allows you at least one order of uni and AYCE Ikura, love them both! And I would return for that reason alone. Food selection was great! Price is reasonable. We went on a Sunday afternoon, around 1pm and there was no wait. Service was great. Thank you, Olivia for being attentive and knowledgeable.

Yelp
Decided to get dinner for a friend's bday dinner here on a Saturday and didn't realize it would be during their oktoberfest deal. The quality of the food was still great despite having such a good deal. No reservations so we definitely had to wait a really long time (3 hours) but appreciated being able to secure a spot online so we could plan better when to arrive. Our server was super attentive and friendly. We had to wait a long time to get orders in but it was as expected due to how busy he was. My favs were the yuzu yellowtail, super white, unagi, and mackerel. My friends tried some of their appetizers, which were just ok, and we received some appetizers that we didn't order. My friend was also given a choice of dessert for her bday. I definitely enjoyed the food and ambience of the restaurant despite coming during such a hectic time.

Yelp
Came in here with a big group for my birthday and was accommodated pretty quickly! The waitress was super nice and the service was very fast! I loved the modern and bar like atmosphere this place has. The food was amazing! The fish super fresh and all of the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
AYCE? Count me in! My experience at Pier 50 was wonderful. Their menu for sushi and some korean side cuisine was wonderful. There are 3 types of tier options for AYCE at Pier 50. The food? TOP QUALITY! The service and restaurant is clean. Do expect a wait because this place gets packed fast. I will be a returning customer.

Yelp
The ayce menu was great. Lots of choices with sushi and Korean dishes. Service was great and ambiance reflected the Japanese theme

Yelp
We had a group of 13 here for a friends bday. It was a nice space and we all did AYCE course B. The inside was nice and it was a good space for a large party. The food generally was all good and came fast. They didn't tell us this originally but they only allow 5 nigiri at a time and our side of table ordered 4 and another ordered and they put all on the same plate but limited to 5 at a time. I get it to not back up the sushi chef, but just wish this wasn't on same plate and known ahead. There was also some dishes that didn't get delivered, at least not to our side of the table. The service was okay, there were multiple times I didn't have any water and had to ask as well as waiting awhile for them to come back. The food was good for the cost and variety. Overall I think service would have been better if we had less people.

Yelp
The table we were at was very spacious and there was room for are party of three and all the sushi we ordered... I recommend you get the Lisa Marie and the heart attack lol can't forget the spicy pork either. It's a must try

Yelp
We were excited to get out of town and try something new! It's super dark once you walk inside. We asked to sit at the bar and the server seemed annoyed with us almost immediately. We got seated at the bar; Our server Alana seemed uninterested to work the entire time we were with her and then she disappeared ... we didn't see anyone for a hot minute. Then another server came over to make a drink for a separate table and was eavesdropping on our conversation at the bar and asked if we didn't to order anything ... we already ordered and then she went on to order something we already ordered with Alana before she disappeared. We were then told all servers were able to serve every table... I felt surprised but reassured that maybe the service would get better. I noticed that they'd drop off food to you then go stand up front or in the back to avoid contact it feels, so don't go sit at the bar if you want to served by attentive staff. Our last big order came out, the server was attempting to place the huge plate on top of plates that needed to removed before the new food came out. The curly headed server gave me the side eye like I was the problem when placing out plate down. Just weird disrespectful vibes by entitled servers who needed to be told what real service embodied. The baked sushi is literally foul and too sweet. We had to scrape off the cream cheese because it was just too much. Not everything needs a heaping layer of cream cheese in it. $5 for a Togo box after not being told anything about the AYCE before had. Then $3 for pickled wasabi. They're nuts. Overal... It was disappointing since we only go out once a month. I didn't appreciate the service lack there of and I hope they realize how important it is to be attentive and KIND with folks who are new to a restaurant.

Yelp
Amazing all-you-can-eat sushi spot! The sashimi option is fresh and generous, and the octopus with wasabi dish blew my mind--something I've never tried before but can't stop thinking about. Great service, cozy vibe, and worth every penny. I'll definitely be back for more. Five stars!

Yelp
I'm glad they opened up a sister restaurant to its sushi because their fish is always so fresh. I love the nigiri because the fish to rice ratio is perfect. The paprika salmon nigiri is my absolute favorite! The ambiance in this location is definitely more elevated than the Roseville location. The service is also pretty good. Overall, if I'm craving sushi this would be on my list for sure!

Yelp
Inside was spacious and nicely decorated. It was a tad dark though. I'm not really a sushi fan but my wife is. Thankfully there are several options for people like me. I really enjoyed the galbi and ramen. I will say I was a bit disappointed that it's touted as all you can eat but you are limited on certain options and can only get one serving of them, like the bbq albacore. Service was a little slow also even though not too busy. We sat at the bar and I still had to get up and refill my water from the pitcher at the end of the bar twice.

Yelp
Pier 50, was a very nice meal. This was one of my solo outings for work. I enjoyed the sashimi "all you can eat". It was very fresh, some of the most fresh I have had in the states. The service was good but very busy so they had moments of trying to keep up. Being prior service industry, I didn't mind. The ambiance was very nice, a good place for a date night. Overall, the most impressive thing was the lack of filler. When I say filler, I mean rice with the sushi. The regular sushi had hardly any rice, which most places try to fill you up on. It was a welcome surprise.

Yelp
Wanted to check out this place so we came for lunch after watching a movie. Pier 50 is located in the old Mikumi/Taros location. The space is decorated nicely and suitable for special occasions. The A AYCE is $48 and for $10 more you can add the B menu items. There is more than enough on the A menu so unless you see something you must have save the $10. There are a lot of options on P50's menu in fact too many to try. The food, service , quality and atmosphere are all excellent here. If you're looking for a nice place to enjoy a lot of food pay them a visit.

Yelp
I'm screwed. I took myself out for birthday sushi on December 20 and sat for two hours eating some of the best sushi I've ever found in Sacramento. I have been plotting my return ever since. This sushi is so good that I don't want to go there on a special occasion. I want to go there once a week. Everything and I mean everything was top-notch. Absolutely delicious from first piece to the last. I have never eaten that much sushi in my life and in fact it might've been a grocery savings because I didn't need to eat for another day or so . Service was impeccable, atmosphere made me forgot I was in a mall like setting and all I kept thinking about as I was dipping the 5th portion of salmon garlic sashimi is "please don't close in six months." That would easily break my heart. So impressed.

Yelp
Great quality food and perfectly balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently! The ambiance is relaxing and modern too. 4 stars only because we ordered the sashimi and asked for extra wasabi and ginger as should be part of the all you can eat purple deal and never got any. We asked few times too and never showed up all in all service is okay but there's always room to improve.

Yelp
Best AYCE sushi I've ever had! We always get multiple rounds of unagi, super white fish tuna, yuzu yellowtail, paprika salmon, salmon belly, etc. you get the point, everything is great! Save room for a complimentary dessert at the end. Our server Victoria was also really attentive and nice!

Yelp
Jason N, our server, is excellent. Even though it is Valentine's Day tonight, they are super busy (we wait 90 minutes for our table). Our foods come out so fast, and he comes to check on us often. He is so friendly.

Yelp
For an AYCE sushi restaurant the fish is SO fresh and they give you only a little bit of rice per nigiri. I believe this is the sister restaurant of IT sushi in Roseville but a little bit pricier. The restaurant is really clean with darker lighting. Definitely a cute date night spot to go to. I prefer IT sushi but this place is much closer to my house and less wait time. If it was less expensive or even the same price as It sushi I think I would go more frequently. Also, keep in mind they have a really strict no food waste policy. You have to eat all of the rice and nigiri or else they'll charge you extra. My boyfriend said he went with a group of friends and they left only left a little bit of rice and the server asked if they were going to finish it. Definitely order slowly!
