Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill fast. We visited on Saturday for lunch with a party of 5 adults and 2 small children, and it could have gone better. We arrived in 2 cars, with 4 of us 5 minutes after the first group. They would not seat the first group without all of us being there. I've seen this before, in fine dining or AYCE situations, this place is neither and it was practically empty.
We were seated and ordered drinks, only to find out that the bar did not open until 2 PM, that was advertised nowhere. I believe that this location is suffering severe staffing shortages. All the drinks were served in disposable paper cups. When we asked for plates, we were given Styrofoam to-go containers. There were no nut crackers for the crab, all the utensils were plastic,...etc. I would guess they are trying to not hire dishwashers, it all made the place feel cheap.
The food was pretty good, but took a while. The waiter, Uree I believe, was very good and provided the best service he could. It was evident he wasn't pleased handing out to-go boxes instead of actual plates. Be advised that they add 18% for parties of 6 or more. It is on a sign on the entrance, but not highlighted on the bill. They do, however, have recommended tip percentages on the bill that do not point to the service charge. Overall, not a fan of paper cups, no plates, and no bar, probably won't be back,
