I finally made it to Pier Teaki after missing it on my last trip and it lived up to the hype. The views are incredible and the whole space has a chill, spacious vibe that’s perfect for relaxing. The staff was great too. My server Ashley was polite, funny and super laid back. I didn’t eat this time, just grabbed drinks. My old fashioned was $17.98, small but very strong and really good. Just a heads up, there’s a 20 percent service fee added to purchases, which seems common around St. Pete at this point. I’d absolutely come back. If you’re in the area, it’s worth the visit. You typically pay to park then walk about ten minutes to Pier Teaki, but the views alone make it worth the trip.

It's not often I give a place 5 stars across the board.. WOW, when on vacation you get stuck in the kitchy places. This was beyond excellent. I looked at the price for appetizers and thought well, what the heck. So, so good. Lobster Chorizo Empanadas and the Sui Mai were off the chain. Drinks; Mai Tai and Pina Colada were both excellent. You have to stop in if your even in the remote vicinity. I have to say on our trip, this was the best bite of food and drink we've had.

Google
Pier Teaki brought the heat and the hospitality. We had an absolutely standout experience from the moment we walked in. The manager, Jacki, went above and beyond — she crafted some truly incredible drinks, dialing them in perfectly to match my wife’s very specific taste buds. That level of attention is rare, and she nailed it. Our server kept the vibe friendly, upbeat, and effortless, making the whole visit feel smooth and welcoming. Between the atmosphere, the service, and those custom cocktails, Pier Teaki absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be coming back and we won’t hesitate to recommend this spot to friends, family, and anyone who wants a guaranteed good time. MATT

Google
I recently visited Pier Teaki, and overall I had a really fun experience. The atmosphere alone makes this place worth checking out. The rooftop views are absolutely incredible from every angle — you can see the water, the boats, the downtown lights, and it really creates a perfect backdrop for a night out. They also have comfortable lounge-style seating, couches, tiki torches for heat, and a relaxed tropical vibe that makes it easy to hang out for hours. That said, the service could definitely be better. It was slow, inconsistent, and at times felt like the staff was overwhelmed. Drinks and food took longer than expected, and it was sometimes hard to flag someone down. It’s also pretty loud, so if you’re looking for quiet conversation, this might not be the spot. Even with the downsides, the overall energy and atmosphere really stood out. If you’re going for the view, ambiance, and a fun rooftop experience, Pier Teaki delivers. With better service, it would easily be one of the top spots in the area. I’d still recommend it for anyone visiting or looking for a lively night out with unbeatable views.

Google
Food wasn't really hot, tater tots good but cool. Food was ok. Didn't see much of our server but in his defense they were very busy the view is amazing, the breeze was wonderful. Be aware they do add 20 percent to the bill for service.

Google
This place is breathtaking! A must see if you are in St. Pete's. The restaurant gets busy so you should probably make reservations. We were lucky to get a window seat and saw dolphins! Then we went up to the rooftop. The view was amazing. I will definitely be back! 😍

Missy T.

Google
Noah, Nick and Mama D were amazing. Service was great interaction was great and they anticipated our drink request before we even asked. Mom D offered us different garnishments to try and just made us feel welcomed and special. Definitely rate this as a 5+ and will be coming back.

Google
Had a great lunch with my sister here. Wonderful views overlooking downtown St Pete while watching planes land at the local airport. The service was wonderful. Aliyah was our server. She did a great job. Eddie, the manager, came by our table a few times and we had a few good conversations. I recommend the cuban flatbread. I can't stop talking about it. Thank you for your hospitality. Will DEFINATELY come back.

Yelp
A truly magical location, at the end of the pier, three stories up, over looking downtown. The best spot for a drink and the sunset. I have to come here every time I am downtown to soak up the views and a great drink. I ordered a dirty gin martini and it was excellent, the olives were great too. I haven't tried any of their lite bites, but maybe next time! It's a must stop spot for a drink.

Yelp
Pier Teaki is a rooftop bar with amazing views of St. Pete! While I didn't care for my drink that much, I really enjoyed spending an evening here watching the sunset. We even saw a manatee swimming in the water, which was a nice surprise. Around 7:30 they had a DJ come out, which definitely made our experience here. We went on a Friday night, and as the evening went on it got busier, but never felt overly crowded. I appreciated that different staff members checked on us throughout the evening. I would recommend this spot if you are looking for a fun place to enjoy rooftop views of the city and grab a drink.

Yelp
Beautiful views, amazing service and good food!! We enjoy both the restaurant and the bar above the restaurant.

Yelp
It was a quiet Friday night in St Pete so I continued the walk on the pier to the top floor of Pier Teaki. There's a bar with ~3-5 bartenders and a couple of servers waiting on tables. I was told by one of the bartenders to wait in line at the corner of the bar to order with about 8 other people, but patiently watched several other customers go to the bar to be served ahead of the people in line. A bit frustrating but now I know the rules ... or not. I did not try any food. Expect to pay 10.00 for a standard plastic cup of draft beer which includes the gratuity. Dirty tables and countertops. Several of them were not cleared of empty cups and glasses. All that said, this is a must see/visit for one drink to enjoy an incredible view of St Pete - the only reason for 3 stars on this night.

Yelp
We arrived shortly after a rainstorm, and since the seating isn't covered, everything was still wet--which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we decided to stick it out, and I'm glad we did. We shared a few appetizers and had some drinks. The menu is on the smaller side, and the food is definitely on the pricey end for the portion and quality. However, the views absolutely make up for it--truly stunning and worth the visit for the atmosphere alone. Service was solid, and despite the weather, we enjoyed our time. This spot has become a tradition for us whenever we're in town!

Yelp
Pier Teaki is a great spot for outdoor drinks and watching the boats on the St Pete Pier. We went here a few weeks ago and had a great experience! Drinks are a little on the pricey side my Rum Runner was $20 including tip. If you are looking to splurge and enjoy the views it's worth it. Parking is a little hard to come by and it is costly in some parts of St Pete. We ended up parking in a garage a little out of the way for $20. It's a fun outdoor area though plenty of seats and areas to watch. The tourists can be a bit annoying but honestly that's anywhere you go in Florida these days. Overall I would recommend if you are in the area and want to spend some time watching the boats and relaxing on the deck!

Yelp
This place is awesome! The drinks were amazing and the staff was on point all night! The decor was incredible and the entire place was just so much fun! We will definitely return!
google avatar

Tiffani S.

Yelp
Tonight is a vibe! Live music, perfect weather and on date night with my love. The view from the 5th floor pier is incredible. Definitely recommend visiting! Especially if they have live music. You'll enjoy!

Marissa B.

Yelp
Steak and frites were so good! Service was excellent. Classy place to eat. And don't forget about the key lime pie!
google avatar

Irene E.

Yelp
Will return. This tiki bar is at the end of St. Pete's Pier on 2nd Avenue in downtown, with multiple level. The walk on the wide open promenade is pleasant because it's FREE of vendors. Their frozen drinks are good; decent bar foods with great views.
google avatar

Octavius S.

Yelp
The view is absolutely gorgeous, especially during the morning or sunset! They had a live DJ who played good music! The pineapple mojito wasn't good though, but I would return. The service was good too!
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful setting on the water . Lots of Pier activity to watch from the restaurant . The staff was over the top serving. The clam chowder was average. Overly seasoned. The Brussels appetizer was very good. Salad with blackened shrimp was very good. The mahi tacos were the best dish. Guacamole aioli was excellent. Perfect amount of heat.

Yelp
My daughter and I wanted to visit the Saint Petersburg pier on a Sunday afternoon just around sunset. After wandering around the shops and attractions, it was hard to resist the restaurant at the end of the pier with a bar on the top floor. We were greeted by friendly servers, including Nicholas who took good care of us. He helped me select a local craft beer from the menu, and we ordered some tater tots and a flatbread. I definitely recognize you would come here for the views and some drinks and not the food, which I'd say is true. It was a fun way for us to enjoy the views on the water with the sun going down - and the music was really nice and not too loud. The food was average, a small portion of tots without much seasoning but they were crispy. I wish the flatbread had been crispy with more tomato and less cheese. Service here is friendly and location, location, location!
google avatar

Beth E.

Yelp
The views here are wonderful and there is a lively atmosphere. Lots of couches and chairs to find a place to have a drink and possibly some food. We had a hard time tracking down a server, but once she found us, service was great. There was live music which was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
Good drinks and apps in a tiki style outdoor bar. Snacks were delish. Don't love the spicy marg as I'm pretty sure it's just a cucumber margarita with spicy marg garnishing? Tasted fine, just not spicy enough for me. Cute little bay front pergolas and pier facing tables to people watch from. They do have an elevator as they are on the top floor with two other restaurants/bars beneath them.
google avatar

Sharyll H.

Yelp
Great vibe and views of Tampa Bay. Awesome place to chill, visit, people watch, eat or to just have a drink. The waitresses do add 20% tip automatically, so be aware of that.
google avatar

Raymond Y.

Yelp
Ive tried several times over the years to give this place the benefit of doubt. Sadly it hasn't changed. Caesar salad decent not bad Mac n Cheese, one one thing that was made right and had flavor. Soup of the day chicken noodle. Tons of chicken but extremely salty. Fish tacos dry and dry with barley warm soggy fries Another fish tacos with yellow rice. Again dry and even the rice was dry and bland. Hazelnut Mahi. So DRY asked for hot sauce Short Ribs was ok but nothing to rave about. Mandatory 20% gratuity. Even if you had a single drink. Makes sense since no one's want to pay a good tip for shitty food. The place is falling apart. Paper lamp shades are not expensive, but they are so cheap they don't even bother with the decor. The only nice thing about this place is the view
google avatar

Jeff N.

Yelp
While visiting the St. Pete Pier in downtown St. Petersburg, my wife and I enjoyed this fun tiki bar on the top floor called Pier Teaki. The bar comprised gorgeous views of the city and Tampa Bay depending on where you were seated or standing. The vibes were real chill and relaxed, even as the weather went from sunny and nice to stormy and rainy. The Passionate Pineapple mixed drink was definitely the tropical vibe, made with tequila, chinola, pineapple, Herradura nectar agave. The pricing was little expensive and certainly catered to the tourists, but the drinks were still enjoyable. The bartenders were a lot of fun and festive and definitely contributed to the fun vibes that took place.

Yelp
This is one of the restaurants at the St. Pete pier and we ended up going twice for the most amazing views ever! It is absolutely breathtaking and we just couldn't get enough of it. Ambience and the views: 10/5. Unfortunately the food and drinks were pretty lacking. Pier Teaki Signature Smash burger $17- the description sounded yummy: manchego, sriracha guava sauce, caramelized onions, shoestring potatoes. It was however extremely sweet from the sauce and not spicy at all. The bottom bun was very soggy from the sauce. I asked for some lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup/mayo and that helped a lot. Peterburger $14 was just ok. Had to add ketchup/mayo for some flavor. Kinda weird they don't provide any fries or chips with the burger. Pier Tiki rum runner $13 was so so. It wasn't sweet at all and not what we expected. Although I wasn't very happy with the food and drinks, I'd definitely go back to enjoy the amazing views. It would be a 5 star restaurant for sure if they can improve on their food. They also add a mandatory 20 percent gratuity. Normally that would bug me but I didn't mind at all solely because of the magnificent views and ambience.
google avatar

Mikala D.

Yelp
We only had drinks, but the vibes and bartenders were amazing! We hung out on the observation deck for hours enjoying the sun. Will definitely be back
google avatar

Brigitte P.

Yelp
You know exactly what you are getting when you come here. AMAZING VIEWS (especially at sunset or night), some classic tiki drinks, and some good bites. Is it overcrowded, sure sometimes, but they do a fantastic job of getting your order in and drink in hand within 15-20 minutes. Is it the best tiki bar I've ever been too? Nope, but with the view, I honestly don't care. PRO TIP: get the rum floater on your drinks! Price: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5 VIEW: 10000000/5 Food: 4/5 OVERALL: 5/5
google avatar

Eric C.

Yelp
Walk all the way out and order a couple drinks. Seems ok but an espresso martini on tap and room temperature, just not that good. Order a Tito's and tonic to flush the crappy taste of the martini out and it's a thimble. On top of that every order is subject to a 20% fee for a tip for the staff. It shows, bartenders talk to each other they don't ask if you like 88f espresso martinis... no interaction with customers. It's really sad because the views up there are some of the best in Tampa Bay, serviced by people who couldn't care less.
google avatar

Asia W.

Yelp
Absolutely love going to Pier Teaki!! The food is always great! The passionate pineapple is my favorite drink! Service is always spot on!! You're never left alone for too long. Love the ambience and decor on the rooftop! Pier Teaki has the vibes & sunset you're looking for!
google avatar

Kristen W.

Yelp
Gorgeous location and views. Food is average at best. Drinks were slightly above average. Service was functional. I wouldn't go so far as to say friendly. I imagine they don't feel much need to improve themselves with the constant stream of tourists and an automatic 20% tip included on your bill. I'm glad we visited but with so many places to go, I'm not sure we will be back.
google avatar

Emma B.

Yelp
Everyone recommended so we had to go. It did not disappoint!! It was a hot day but we walked out there- there is a free tram you can catch at the beginning of the pier if you don't feel like walking all the way out there. Service was quick, you can just walk up to the bar too. Food was pretty good- wish they cut up the ceviche as it was difficult to bite.. but the plantains were so good. If i went back I would get the mahi tacos again... drooolllll!!
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
We absolutely LOVED this spot. Food and drink asides the location and view are incredible! It's a popular spot, making it hard to snag a table, but it's worth the wait. All of the drinks were delicious and our server even suggested a drink that wasn't on the menu, so don't be afraid to ask for recommendations. I was hesitant to get the lobster empanadas, but they were so yummy!! The dough was light and crispy, and you could actually taste the lobster. We also ordered the chips and dip trio, which came with a spicy mango salsa that we loved. While the prices are high (understandable given the location), I think it was definitely worth it!
google avatar

Steve C.

Yelp
Beautiful setting and views from the end of the pier that provided a very relaxing vibe! My experience with the food was also top-notch. I had the Black Bean burger which was fresh and flavorful. Also had a side of chips and fresh guacamole - delicious! Service was also great. Be aware, there is a mandatory 20% gratuity. The server makes it well-known before, during and after service so there should be no surprises for you.
google avatar

Derinda C.

Yelp
I came here last night for a birthday party. The top of the roof has really good views. Really picturesque. The wings are pretty good and the wine was good. It's just really windy so if you go to the very top, be prepared to have your hair blown up. Other than that it was pretty cool vibe. They had a DJ on a Saturday night and everyone was chill.
google avatar

Antonia W.

Yelp
Came here for a roof top party. It was a mixed crowd-- some young (30s) and some older (40s/50s). There was no cover charge. There was a DJ who played Top 40 and R&B. There was also a bar which overlooked the water. My husband and I came kind of late, so we didn't get to experience much of the music. We also didn't eat because we had dinner prior to coming. I'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Posey B.

Yelp
I don't even care what the food taste like- the pier and the view are AMAZING!!! We came up here for the view and a drink and appetizer. A rep of this rum Punch gave us free samples- Score!
google avatar

Beth W.

Yelp
When you are looking for an experience or to take in a great view, the Pier at St. Pete is a great option and the Pier Teaki is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail and food to go with the view! We brought some visiting friends this trip so it was perfect to hang out with a great view of St. Pete and the Bay while we enjoyed time together. We did beverages and the Dip Trio which was a great choice for a quick snack for a group of 4. The queso was good, but we also liked the guacamole and mango salsa so all three items were gone fast. Our server was friendly and attentive.
google avatar

AJ D.

Yelp
We had a great time. No reservations, we showed up, large group. We were accommodated right away. Friendly staffs, good food, very cool vibe and interior. We will come back
google avatar

Rachel M.

Yelp
Great for a date night and great for a place with a view but drinks are just ok here. I can truly say the view at night here is to die for. Getting drinks here is pure chaos and a pain in the ass. They aren't that great either. Definitely come and take tons of pics day to night. Love on this spot for the tiki vibes. Maybe grab one drink and move on. I will come back here bc I love the Pier but this place is ok! Don't forget the signature pic with the view and the tiki and have a great night!!!
google avatar

Isaac A.

Yelp
I got some flatbread and a beer and was satisfied. There are some good views here from the third story. It was pretty crowded and I didn't care for the chairs at the bar, but the staff was great and we were served quickly.
google avatar

Dena C.

Yelp
Definitely a good place to check out in St. Petersburg for the view. However, the 20% required tip (even just ordering drinks at the bar) wasn't great. They should change their policy - just tip required for food.
google avatar

James F.

Yelp
Best atmosphere in the city! Beautiful space atop the pier in st Pete. Service was friendly. Lively atmosphere, beautiful views. The food was good but not excellent. Still giving 5 starts based on the experience. Would recommended popping in for the views and a cocktail/beer.
google avatar

Robin L.

Yelp
After a day at the beach, we decided to try Pier Teaki for a drink before heading to dinner. The view was the main attraction and our drinks were pretty good! They had music when we visited but it seems like they also have live music sometimes as well. The one downside was that the bartender that served us must've been having a bad day and unfortunately was the first thing we were met with as we arrived, but after getting our drinks and enjoying the view we still had a great time. Aside from the experience with the service, it was a great spot for a sunset drink and we would for sure be willing to come back and try again!
google avatar

Amanda T.

Yelp
Excellent views and great drinks! Rooftop bar with limited food options but excellent service and scenery. Highly recommend pineapple passion!
google avatar

Jill C.

Yelp
When we come visit from MD this is always a stop. Normally we are here in the evening for their fabulous cocktails and sunset views. This time we came in the afternoon and it still did not disappoint! Food was awesome! Mahi tacos and St. Pete burger was bangin'. Our waitress was absolutely fabulous! We had an awesome time with her! See you again before we go back to MD!
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
Best at sunset. Jam packed to the gills and you can also expect a sweet breeze. Teaki normally hosts great dj's that I caught myself shazaming their tracks. Best view in all of Tampa bay. A must to bring out of town folks to; you can really feel their appreciation for the vibe and views. Lastly, gentlemen.. bring ya lady here and walk the town- they love it. Only complaint... closes too early.
google avatar

Daryl D.

Yelp
Came here to hang out on the Pier and stopped by for a drink and a to enjoy my time here. The views are great and perfect to watch the sunset. I had a guava mojito which was so good being in the hot weather. Shout out to Mikee for being such a sweetheart and making me feel welcomed during my short visit there.
google avatar

Debbie F.

Yelp
This is a MUST when in the area visiting. This marvel on the end of st Pete's pier will leave you in awe with its views and to be able to sit tiki style and have local green bench sunshine city IPA on a hot day is heavenly. This is a busy place but our server hit the target. They have a commission based pay for their workers so that sounds like the future and I approve as along as the service is at least...good. I will definitely return here again
google avatar

Prerana C.

Yelp
The best spot in St. Pete, the ambiance, the views and the breeze up here! You don't really have a lot of options for food, but it's pretty good and pricey. There is a 20% service charge and is worth it for the time spent here.
google avatar

Katherine P.

Yelp
Great views and pier. Service is good. The menu is minimal. We had the wagyu burger, dip that came with cheese dip, guacamole, and a mango salsa. Yucca cheese fritters and the shrimp ceviche. Everything was delicious. Great beer and drink menu.
google avatar

Sanjay G.

Yelp
If you are in St Petersburg (or St Pete) area, I would highly recommend going there and nope I am not talking about the pier, I am talking about the restaurant on the top floor... Incredible* views - 360 degrees, it has a 360-degree view. One side is downtown, and the other side of Tampa Bay, combining the peaceful blue waters of Tampa Bay with the vibrant greenery of downtown St. Petersburg's parks. The drink menu also has a wide selection of draft and bottled brews, wines, and 28 different rum varieties. Some drinks even come in super cute custom cups that tie the theme together. And with the bottle, they also keep souvenirs - Woww! I got one (again, you can see that in pic) My initial idea was- will have a look at what it is, and will leave for Tampa airport to catch a flight at 7 PM It was 4 PM, going to TPA Airport, and returning my rental car and security - so there was not much time in my hand but I was like if I did not have a beer here overlooking Tampa Bay and did not click the photo for Insta, its shame on me and how will I justify to my beer brothers, hahaha (kidding), but yeah, we had a beer, a mocktail, spent around 30-40 minutes and quickly left for the airport with Souvenir I can't imagine how beautiful it would be in the night. Between- we were only two, but upon inquiry- Bring a group and grab a tiki cabana (See the pic). While there's a $125 minimum. Overall atmosphere is terrific, open from all sides, totally chill scene... Parking is available nearby. it's $2/hour.

Yelp
Drinks were good and decently priced - but you're there for the VIEW! The place is incredible and the view of the water is even more outstanding. I've never tried the food so I can't speak much for that but the drinks were $13 or so (which I expected more) but it tasted very average, so I'm giving it for 4 stars. Definitely a place to check out! Z

Briana N.

Yelp
Love the drinks!! Not too expensive. The view is beautiful and lovely at night with the cool breeze from the water
google avatar

Athéna T.

Yelp
This was such a great experience!!! Everything was so good here from the service down to the food and drinks. I believe our server's name was Brianna but i'm sure it's wrong (she had purple hair) but her customer service was on point big shoutout to her! We ordered the Angus beef dumplings, lobster empanada and the fish tacos (mahi mahi tacos) and everything was so good it left us all speechless as we wasn't expecting it to be so good! I also ordered the prosecco rosé and their glass portion was perfect. We got one of those booths were you have to spend $100 the hour to be in there, very worth it as we were getting views of the ocean and it couldn't have been a better experience i will DEFINITELY be back without a doubt! Thanks for the great experience and customer service -:)
