Pierchic offers an unforgettable dining experience in a truly unique setting — a pier suspended above the sea, with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab and Dubai’s skyline. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm, perfectly suited to the refined Italian spirit of the place. The menu is well-balanced, with authentic dishes that highlight genuine Italian flavors. Both the vitello tonnato and pappardelle were exceptional — refined, flavorful, and true to tradition. Service is outstanding, and Beatrice deserves a special mention: her kindness, grace, and radiant smile truly made an impression, adding warmth and charm to the entire evening. A perfect harmony of fine dining, atmosphere, and heartfelt hospitality.

An absolutely gem of a restaurant. Perhaps the best views in Dubai. The food is what you’d expect from a Michelin caliber restaurant and the service was excellent. My advice: do not skip the dessert. Highly recommended.

The setting is beautiful and the interior is elegant, but the experience didn’t quite live up to the standards of a five-star hotel restaurant. Food: Clean and simple flavors, with a clear focus on the natural taste of the ingredients. However, nothing particularly memorable — not something I'd return for. Atmosphere: Stunning views on the way in and a lovely dining space. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortably warm inside. We were sweating throughout the meal, and so were the staff. It made us want to leave quickly despite the nice ambiance. Service: Disappointing. Staff placed our main dishes in the middle of the table without asking who ordered what. After the meal, we requested help arranging a buggy ride to the hotel lobby (we were with elderly guests and a child), but were told to wait outside with no assistance. We later asked again at reception and were told it would arrive in 7 minutes. As we walked to the pickup spot, the buggy passed us and left. No help was offered, and we waited another 15 minutes in the heat. Overall: Not terrible, but far from what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Some serious service training and guest experience improvements are needed.

The restaurant is located in Jumeirah Al Qasr, which is accessible by buggy. You have to walk through their pier to the restaurant which is beautifully situated with a lovely view of the burj al Arab. Upon arriving the hostess welcomed us with smiles and escorted us to a lovely table. Our server came and took our order which we had the business lunch. Everything came in sequence which was done beautifully and the food was delicious! The views most importantly made the place just perfect. They also wrote a nice birthday message on my dessert and even lit a candle I really appreciated the special touch. Cocktails were amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be returning for one of their dinners it must be so romantic. Thanks to the team and I’m sorry I forgot your name to our server the young blonde lady. But thanks again.

Perfect for a date night, one of the best tiramisu I ever had and pasta is so yummmm. If you are looking for some Italian place with good vibes and amazing food, this will be your place.

We had a great lunch with wonderful service for my birthday. The only downside was that my children had paid part of the bill in advance as a surprise present for me. The person at reception failed to let the waiter know so we were charged the full amount! They then couldn't refund our card! They have promised this will be done but we are still waiting!!! Just an update to say we gave now been refunded.

Situated at the end of a long pier with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Burj Al Arab, the setting is pure magic, especially at sunset. The gentle sound of the water beneath the elegant, glass-walled dining room creates an incredibly romantic and serene atmosphere. But Pierchic is not just about the view the food is spectacular.
