The restaurant is located in Jumeirah Al Qasr, which is accessible by buggy. You have to walk through their pier to the restaurant which is beautifully situated with a lovely view of the burj al Arab. Upon arriving the hostess welcomed us with smiles and escorted us to a lovely table. Our server came and took our order which we had the business lunch. Everything came in sequence which was done beautifully and the food was delicious! The views most importantly made the place just perfect. They also wrote a nice birthday message on my dessert and even lit a candle I really appreciated the special touch. Cocktails were amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be returning for one of their dinners it must be so romantic. Thanks to the team and I’m sorry I forgot your name to our server the young blonde lady. But thanks again.

The setting is beautiful and the interior is elegant, but the experience didn’t quite live up to the standards of a five-star hotel restaurant. Food: Clean and simple flavors, with a clear focus on the natural taste of the ingredients. However, nothing particularly memorable — not something I'd return for. Atmosphere: Stunning views on the way in and a lovely dining space. Unfortunately, it was uncomfortably warm inside. We were sweating throughout the meal, and so were the staff. It made us want to leave quickly despite the nice ambiance. Service: Disappointing. Staff placed our main dishes in the middle of the table without asking who ordered what. After the meal, we requested help arranging a buggy ride to the hotel lobby (we were with elderly guests and a child), but were told to wait outside with no assistance. We later asked again at reception and were told it would arrive in 7 minutes. As we walked to the pickup spot, the buggy passed us and left. No help was offered, and we waited another 15 minutes in the heat. Overall: Not terrible, but far from what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Some serious service training and guest experience improvements are needed.

Situated at the end of a long pier with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Burj Al Arab, the setting is pure magic, especially at sunset. The gentle sound of the water beneath the elegant, glass-walled dining room creates an incredibly romantic and serene atmosphere. But Pierchic is not just about the view the food is spectacular.

One of the best amazing experience that you can get in dubai. The restaurant has the best view of jumeira hotels and over the sea seating you feel like your flouting over the sea and eating the perfect Italian food.

Had an amazing evening at Pierchic. The location itself is stunning – the walk along the pier and the view of the Burj Al Arab at night made it feel so special. The staff were warm, attentive, and guided us perfectly with the menu since we don’t eat seafood. The dishes were cooked beautifully, and the mocktails were refreshing. Dessert was the perfect ending. It’s definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Dubai.

The cuisine is refined yet honest – classic Italian dishes, beautifully presented and full of flavor. Everything we tasted was prepared with care and elegance. Compliments to the chef for delivering a menu that balances sophistication with authentic simplicity. That said, the pacing of the meal could use some improvement. Our aperitif had only just arrived when the starters were already being served, followed by the wine tasting moments later – all within a few short minutes. It felt rushed, and for a Michelin-recognized venue, more attention to timing and flow would be expected. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. For those seeking the best views, a lunch reservation might be an excellent alternative, as the daylight would make the beautiful surroundings even more striking. Overall, Pierchic remains a highly recommended spot – with just a bit more focus on timing, it has the potential to offer a truly flawless fine dining experience

Really great business lunch deal, quality food and an overall great experience! Loved the whole experience of getting to the restaurant & we were spotting the jellyfish in the water whilst eating. Definitely a date spot! Only negative was that I wasted 10 minutes of my time on hold making a booking and then when we got there, they did not have our details and had to rush to accommodate us regardless we still had a lovely experience in the end, but the restaurant was quite full, so if we had to traveled all the way there and they weren't able to accommodate us that would've really ruined our day.

The food was amazing, great view. The service was amazing, Ali was very patient and helped us with every detail on the menu. Special thanks to him as he also helped with organizing the celebration for my fiancé’s birthday!
