Really great business lunch deal, quality food and an overall great experience! Loved the whole experience of getting to the restaurant & we were spotting the jellyfish in the water whilst eating. Definitely a date spot! Only negative was that I wasted 10 minutes of my time on hold making a booking and then when we got there, they did not have our details and had to rush to accommodate us regardless we still had a lovely experience in the end, but the restaurant was quite full, so if we had to traveled all the way there and they weren't able to accommodate us that would've really ruined our day.

Pierchic offers a truly unique dining experience, with its stunning location over the water and breathtaking views of the Burj Al Arab. We visited for dinner, which was a memorable experience, especially thanks to the romantic setting and peaceful ambiance. The cuisine is refined yet honest – classic Italian dishes, beautifully presented and full of flavor. Everything we tasted was prepared with care and elegance. Compliments to the chef for delivering a menu that balances sophistication with authentic simplicity. That said, the pacing of the meal could use some improvement. Our aperitif had only just arrived when the starters were already being served, followed by the wine tasting moments later – all within a few short minutes. It felt rushed, and for a Michelin-recognized venue, more attention to timing and flow would be expected. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. For those seeking the best views, a lunch reservation might be an excellent alternative, as the daylight would make the beautiful surroundings even more striking. Overall, Pierchic remains a highly recommended spot – with just a bit more focus on timing, it has the potential to offer a truly flawless fine dining experience

I've celebrated my birthday today, and it was amazing. Thanks to Erik who assisted us all the way, he even prepared birthday suprise which we really appreciates the most. He's very professional on his job and so attentive. The food was delicious especially the seabass and buratta. We will definitely come back. 🥰

In Dubai from the States for a wedding anniversary and after an American Express recommendation, we booked a reservation for the Long Table Dinner. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived at the pier, and the hostess verified our reservation. We were escorted to a bar on the pier and offered champagne. The table setting for dozens of people and the surrounding area were nothing less than breathtaking. Live music (very good band) and a service team that exceeded expectations during the orchestrated delivery of each course. Every single detail during the evening was attended to in a razor-sharp manner. We were even given a recognition gift for our anniversary and met the amazing chef. Having dined in many places, I don't think any dining experience I have had met the moment like this one did. Every course was very good and so were the people we met that evening.

This restaurant offers a tale of two experiences. The food was acceptable, but not memorable, especially considering the price. It appears the cost is heavily weighted towards the stunning view. Similarly, the service was standard and didn't match the elevated impression the establishment seemed to cultivate. The view, however, is undeniably the highlight, easily earning a five-star commendation.

I recently visited pierchiec and was truly impressed by the amazing view and overall atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time there. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service, which I would rate 2 out of 10. When I arrived, I specifically asked for a table with a view and was told I could wait for one to become available. I waited for nearly an hour, keeping an eye on a particular table. As soon as it became available, I was surprised and frustrated to see that it was given to someone else, even though I had clearly expressed my interest in it. When I brought this up with the staff, I was simply told, “they are our guests.” I found this response quite dismissive, especially considering that I am a guest as well 🤔 This experience was very disappointing, and I believe it reflects poorly on the service. I did enjoy the food, which was good. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the location has great potential, but the customer service needs SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT.

We had a wonderful birthday lunch at Pierchic and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with a perfect corner table by the window arranged for us. The view of the Burj Al Arab was stunning. The food was delicious — everything was well presented and flavorful. We especially loved the tiramisu, it was one of the best we’ve had! A truly memorable experience, highly recommended for a special occasion.

Fabulous experience for dining. Best for romantic dinner or private bday celebration with you partner. Stunning views, smooth service and excellent ambience. Food is good too, portions are small, which is aligned with expensive and luxury restaurants of course, however, one appetiser and main meal can make you feel satisfied. Highly recommend this place as a must visit, of course when the weather is not too humid or too warm. Book the table in advance.
