Pierogi Village opens soon in northwest Las Vegas with Polish favorites | Eater Vegas

"I'm noting that Pierogi Village is preparing to debut a menu of house-made Polish and European favorites just north of the Summerlin border. Previously known as the Pierogi Cafe, it will take over 1,500 square feet at the Big Lots-anchored South Shores Shopping Center near the intersection of Rampart and Lake Mead Boulevards. The original westside space was open for lunch and dinner and decorated with Polish souvenirs and mementos; its menu featured botszacz, a deep red beet soup, open Polish sausage sandwiches topped with mozzarella cheese, and grilled sausage hot dogs. Alongside seasonal specialties and desserts including paczki filled doughnuts, the pierogi options were the main attraction, available boiled or fried with fillings such as meat, potato, cheese and onion; sauerkraut and mushroom; spinach and feta; and fruit. An estimated opening date and future operating hours have not been released." - Bradley Martin

Ordered the cabbage rolls, pickle soup, pierogi plate sampler comes with sausage and cabbage roll. The mashed potatoes were terrific. And let me tell you the bathroom was spotless. Even have polish beer. We'll be back ,Thank you we really enjoyed ourselves.

Google
Pierogi Village has been a favorite of mine for years! They offer a wide variety of pierogi. The stuffed cabbage is excellent and the borscht is some of the best I've ever had. This is a small business you definitely should check out.

Google
10/10. A small restaurant, but we were able to get a table on a Sunday afternoon. The entire menu looked amazing, so it was hard to choose. Any and all pierogies were delicious. The Borscht soup was heavenly. I wouldn’t be intimidated if you’re not familiar with Polish food, they were more than kind and everything was delicious and fair priced.

Google
Absolutely wonderful! We were just passing by Las Vegas, but craved some good Polish food. This place did not disappoint! I think we tried every single pierogi on the menu- the dough is so soft and delicious, and every filling was excellent 😋 We also had Bigos that came with perfect mashed potatoes and a side of mizeria- it even had the real deal mushrooms in it! Their kiszka is pretty good, too. It was a first for me to have it with apples inside. Quite tasty. I'd recommend the place to anyone looking for great food and friendly service.

Google
Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and outstanding food!! Definitely a must try if you like Polish cuisine! The pierogi’s are amazing I had the potatoes/cheese and sauerkraut/mushroom combos and only got 6 but should have got a dozen!! I also had the stuffed cabbage that was equally as good!! Can’t wait to go back for more!!

Google
We kept seeing Tiktok videos about this place and finally made our way there. This may have been our first visit but it certainly will not be out last!! Super cute, with a total Ma/Pop vibe, the food was out of this world! It honestly reminded me of my Grandpa's cooking when I was kid! Golumpke was amazing, fried cabbage - delicious, kielbasa - yummy, pierogis- 🤌 muah! Also had some Polish beers that were excellent (Warka Classic!) This place deserves all the love, we had a great experience all around!

Hi, I’m Laobai! Today I visited a top-rated Polish restaurant, Pierogi Village, right in the upscale Desert Shores neighborhood of Las Vegas. Run by a family from Kielce, Poland, I tried red soup, dumplings, and their famous cabbage rolls for the first time. Come see what authentic Polish food tastes like in the US!

Google
I was at the Savers next door and was hungry after shopping and I saw Pierogi Village was right there so I HAD to try because I love pierogies and was not disappointed. The ladies who took my order and served my food were so nice and the food was incredible! I ordered a borscht and a few different flavors of pierogi. Mushroom and beef, potatoes and cheese and the sweet raspberry.

Yelp
I grew up in a Polish home and keep my eye open for Polish restaurants. The meal was fantastic and reminded me of the best of Polish home cooking. Mushroom soup, cabbage soup, stuffed cabbage with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut and mushroom pierogi, chicken and mushroom pierogi. Everything was great! Very friendly counter service (thank you Yolanta!). We will be back!

Yelp
Who knew that Las Vegas would be home to such an authentic polish restaurant with such amazing dishes! After hearing about this restaurant from multiple friends, I finally had the opportunity to pay a visit. I was very impressed, everything we tried was authentic and expertly prepared. We especially loved our pierogi sampler. Can't wait for our next visit!

Yelp
Came back because we love the authenticity! This time we had the Homemade Mushroom Soup, which was delicious and you can tell it's made from scratch! The Meat Perogi was super delicious. And I loved the fresh homemade bread on the Polish Sausage Sandwich. Friendly service and authentic Polish vibes. I highly recommend.

Yelp
Pierogi Village is a small Polish Restaurant located in Summerlin. It's adorable looking inside with lots of different Polish Things inside like Polish Pottery and Polish Dolls, Polish on TV. The woman who took our order seemed very nice and pleasant. My review is mainly based on the Potato & Cheddar Pierogi. The most positive thing that I can say about them is that they are delicately made with a thin pasta and none of them leaked filling. On the other hand the caramelized onions were very greasy and tasted more like a mix of lunch meats than onions. The filling (potato & cheddar) also lacked a cheddar taste to the potato and was over powered by that grease taste. I noticed that at least TWO of my 6 pierogi had mixed meats in them. I don't know what happened there but suspect that unclean bowls might have been used when they made the potato and cheddar filling and a little bit of everything was in them. Also they don't come with sour cream here. I would not recommend getting the Potato & Cheddar Pierogi. *******UPDATE********* I have since spoken to someone from Pierogi Village. They add bacon to the Potato and Cheddar Pierogi without any mention on their menu or verbally when you order. That is disrespectful to vegetarians and to people who don't eat pork. Margaret did say because of my complaint they will make changes to their menu and I also must mention that their bowl used to mix the potato and cheddar filling was not dirty as I thought it must have been.

Yelp
Great food and the ladies working the restaurant were so sweet. Ambience is cute, I feel like I teleported into Europe. Will be back whenever I'm around the area.

Yelp
Taste like homemade food your grandma would make. Traditional polish food with some new takes on pierogi flavors. Schnitzel cooked perfectly and flavorful with mashed potatoes and cooked cabbage. Cabbage has a nice paprika taste to it

Andrea W.

Yelp
Excellent service, EVEN BETTER FOOD! This is truly the best Polish food Vegas has to offer! Atmosphere is inviting and warm. It feels like you just walked into your Polish babcia's house for Sunday dinner! Everything made to order, and perfectly fresh.

Yelp
As one of the city's highest rated businesses, Pierogi Village is perennially featured in the Yelp Top 100 and it's not hard to see why. The service is outstanding, the food is comforting and authentic, and the interior vibe makes this one of the more unique establishments in Las Vegas. Initially a pop up, they found a brick and mortar home at this strip mall, becoming a local favorite ever since. The decor is a mix of old school eastern Euro decor with a nod to Poland in the form of dolls, flags, photos, and memorabilia. There is a good amount of seating and bathrooms that are in the narrow hallway next to the kitchen. Parking is easy since it's in a strip mall but I do wish their hours were a bit more flexible for later dining. Polish cuisine is a treat for me, since far more prominent in the Midwest and Northeast than anywhere else. Their claim to fame, pierogi, is wonderfully made. They offer nine styles, including meat, sauerkraut and mushroom, potato and cheese, spinach and feta, jalapeño and cheese, and even the chef's special of duck plum sauce, which is their house specialty. Novices to the cuisine should consider their sample plates, which come anywhere from 6-14 mixed pieces. I like this option more, since variety is the spice of life. The Big Polish Plate consists of choice of pierogi, kielbasa, stuffed cabbage (golabki) and is my favorite item to order. Their bigos (hunter's stew) is legit, along with the fried cabbage and schnitzel. The other soups include pickle soup, borscht, and beef tripe. The folks working here are kind, professional, and very welcoming. I have ordered takeout a couple of times, but I fully intend on bringing in a large group to feast together at some point. While it's hardly the cheapest Polish fare I've had in the US, I'm extremely grateful for their hospitality and presence in the neighborhood. I've frequently praised the local Vegas dining scene for the variety from top to bottom and places like Pierogi Village are a good reminder that this city has an embarrassment of culinary riches and so much to offer from a food front (#1) __________ (#1) H-Town, please take notes.

Yelp
This little restaurant is so cute and authentic. The service and food were excellent. I will definitely go back.

Yelp
Food, Service and Ambiance were awesome. My family and I enjoyed everything we ordered. The stuffed cabbage rolls and pierogies are delicious. Can't wait to go back to this place. The kind owner told us she appreciated our business.

Yelp
If I could give this place 6 starts I would. I grew up on most of this food and was excited to give it a try. It did not disappoint in the least! Small store front with a nice little seating area in the inside. I imagine finding a spot during peak times might be a bit of a challenge. They also do take out. Seemed they had a quite a few regulars during the time by the interactions. You order at the counter and the menu has plenty to go from. Player 2 isn't familiar with the food so we got the polish plate sampler, mushroom soup, and special of potato pancakes. Everything was soo delicious, the main worker commented how fast we ate, ooops haha but was soo good. We will Most definitely be back. Ordering the sampler gives you a good mix of different pierogis to try, they were all delicious. Honestly don't think you can order a bad thing here.

Yelp
Tucked away in a small strip mall, with a non-descript cafe decor, are some of the most delicious treats. Not wanting to limit myself, I had the sampler, which included stuffed cabbage, sausage, and 6 pierogies. I picked one of each time (other than the ones with coleslaw in them because I am not a fan of coleslaw.) I also ordered the potato pancakes side. The cabbage was the hit, bursting with flavor. The pierogies were good, with the potato and onion being the star. The mushroom one was the only one I wasn't thrilled with, but the others were excellent. They are smaller than I expected, but filling all the same. The sausage had a nice flavor but otherwise unremarkable. The potato pancakes were delicious. (Note, I took the sausage and 2 potato pancakes home with me because even with the smallish pierogies, I was stuffed.) Can't wait to go back and try some of the other dishes.

Yelp
The food here taste like moms cooking. You gotta love it. The service here was very friendly and quick. The decor makes you feel like you are somewhere else. Very reminiscent of European dining which is the point.

Yelp
I have a dairy allergy and had a really frustrating experience at Pierogi Village. I asked if the borscht contained dairy, and was told it did--surprising, since it's a vegetable-based soup and usually only includes sour cream as a topping. I was fine skipping the sour cream, but they said dairy was in the soup itself, which eliminated that option. When I asked what I could eat, the staff member began listing everything I couldn't eat--which was almost everything, including the pierogies and potatoes. Frustrating because I don't want to hear what I can't eat...She eventually recommended the sausage sandwich, saying the sausage itself didn't contain dairy. I then asked about the bread, and she said, "I don't know." Not exactly reassuring for someone with a food allergy. I ended up eating only the sausage, I paid $14.50 bucks for it. Even then, I'm the grilled onions were sautéed in butter based on taste and texture... which raises real concerns about cross-contamination and kitchen practices. I ended up taking allergy medicine and not eating the rest of my meal. This restaurant is not a good choice for anyone with a dairy allergy or who follows a dairy-free or vegan diet. Staff seemed poorly trained on ingredients and allergy accommodations, and I left feeling frustrated and unsafe. Please consider better staff training and offering at least one safe, clearly dairy-free option on the menu. Other than that.. the staff was polite friendly etc..just not knowledgeable on the preparation or ingredients of their food.. I recommend keeping the labels from products, sauces, etc used.. and showing the front house staff how food is prepared so they can help people. I won't be coming back but my dad loves the borscht and pierogis. Sad I can't join my family when they go here.

Yelp
We had dinner tonight at Pierogi Village and were blown away by both the food and the atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to what feels like a charming Eastern European kitchen--brightly colored, floral tablecloths, hand-painted furniture, and a display of traditional décor that adds so much warmth and authenticity. (See attached photo for a glimpse--it's adorable and inviting!) We Tried 6 pierogi: meat, duck w/ plum, jalapeño & cheese + Big Polish Plate with kielbasa & stuffed cabbage.. Every bite was amazing . You can tell everything is made with love and pride. After you've had your fill on savory pirogies, get yourself their sweet cheese and raspberry filled pirogies!!! Ate it before snapping a pic. Sorry Service was friendly and fast. Truly felt like we were with family. If you're looking for an unpretentious, homey spot with food that feels like a hug--this is it. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
We stopped here at noon right when they opened for lunch and the place was quickly full! The service was great but the food was absolutely terrific! My hubby and I had never had pierogis before so we tried several different types including dessert ones. Every single one was delicious. Put this place on your must try list soon!

Yelp
My husband noticed this spot driving by, and we finally made it here. We came for lunch and there were plenty of people, but not packed, thankfully. The inside looks like you walked into a Polish family's home - so warm, cute and cozy. The woman working there was so friendly and kind, and kept checking up on us. We ordered 14 pierogis - 2 of 7 diff flavors, all of them were savory, and all of them were soooo good - the duck, sauerkraut, potato/cheese/jalapeno, spinach/feta. I can't even choose. We got the sauerkraut salad, stuffed cabbage, Polish sausage sandwich, and ended with the apple pie. I can't stop raving about this place. I will come back and order everything listed here, but I want to go back and try everything else - borscht, pickle soup, mushroom open face sandwich, more pierogis!

Yelp
Great place. Food felt authentic. The lady who took our order was awesome. Ambiance was very homey. Would return again

Yelp
Small place. Food was good. Very small pierogis, we had farmers cheese (could have used some melted butter and a bit more onions) but good. Sauerkraut pierogi-also good Stuffed cabbage was okay. The polish sausage was kielbasa not the garlicky skinny polish sausage I grew up with. Not sure what I was expecting, this place was just okay.

Yelp
Fantastic food, atmosphere and service! It was an amazing experience with the friendliest staff. There were three of us- it was our first visit and we can't wait to go back! We sampled all the different pierogies and the cabbage roll- omg!! The pierogies were perfect. The cabbage was roll amazing! The bread-phenomenal! Thank you for Introducing us to the dessert pierogies- we would have never even known they existed- soooo delicious! Our server brought over two to try- we had to order 6 more they were so good!!

Yelp
Very nostalgic of my hometown here. The decor is super cute and the staff is always super friendly. I've tried every pierogi variation that they have here, and they all slap. If you enjoy cozy Polish food and vibes, I highly recommend this place. I believe they also have Polish beer last I saw, though I don't drink beer so no recommendations on that.

Yelp
Don't walk, run! This place is amazing. Everything is exploding with flavor and I happy danced my whole meal.

Yelp
Authentic Polish food made by Polish women! I get to order in Polish here and my man always makes fun of me because he see's how genuinely excited I get. Can't put into words how grateful I am to the incredible Polish ladies who work here and make all the delicious food and run everything. I crave pierogi every few months and they have a great variety. Meat or meat with something else in them like mushrooms or sauerkraut are most likely my favorite but I also love potato and cheese ones. They do offer other Polish food like beet soup, stuffed cabbage, schnitzels, sausages, and much more. And how about some Polish beer? They have it and it's the only beer I'll ever drink. Place is adorable with so much Polish decor. We came in recently and every table was full making me so happy that they've been around for a while and appear to be doing very well. I've actually been following them around since they were at the Indoor Swap Meet years ago. My Polish heart is full each time I come here. Dziękuję bardzo!!!

Found this lovely little hidden spot near Sun city. The service was wonderful and it's decorated very nicely , It felt homely and comfortable . The food was exceptional and rich in flavor.

Yelp
So gooood!! I've been looking for good polish food since I visited Poland! Everything we ate was fantastic!!!!

Yelp
Let me start out by saying that I'm from Northern Ohio. I absolutely LOVE Eastern European food and pierogis are one of my favorite things to eat. I've been going to this place for some time now, even when they were in their other location. It's a small place but charming. The owners are great and so are the staff. I usually get the polish plate. The pierogis are good, albeit a bit small. I wish they gave you more onions, especially since you have to pay for them. I also prefer my pierogis more pan fried. But that's personal preference. The taste is good. The stuffed cabbage is also really good. I prefer the sauce slightly thicker but the taste is great. Kielbasa is always cooked perfectly. It's a little pricey but since you can't find this kind of food readily here in Vegas, it's worth it. I'll keep coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant is so quaint and colorful! The food is homemade and authentic! The restaurant staff are very friendly! I absolutely love the service and ambience from this restaurant! Highly recommend

Yelp
This was the first time I've eaten Polish food, and it's what I'd imagine Polish home cooking to taste like. I got the borscht soup with 3 pierogis while my friend got 3 pierogis and stuffed cabbage. Out of the 3 pierogis I ordered (duck and plum sauce pierogi, potato cheese pierogi, and sauerkraut meat mushroom pierogi), my favorite was the potato cheese. Borscht soup had a mild flavor. Stuffed cabbage tasted alright to me, but my friend enjoyed it. Parking was easy, and the interior was so cute! It looks like you're able to order frozen pierogis to go if you choose!
google avatar

Faye I.

Yelp
Update: visited again and tried their schnitzel and pickled soup. Schnitzel comes with mashed potatoes and your choice of cabbage, in which I chose sauerkraut. We arrived when they just opened at noon and there was one other person in the restaurant; however, it started getting busy 30 mins later. Schnitzel comes plain with no sauce (not a jaegerschnitzel), but the breading and flavor was perfect and light. Pickled soup was good. It tastes like sauerkraut with broth. I will be coming back to try more!

Yelp
Almost hate to review Pierogi Village because I want to keep it a secret. The food amazing and it is like eating in a warm inviting house.

Patrick W.

Yelp
Quaint restaurant serving delicious variety of pierogis and other Polish dishes such as kielbasa, gołumki, and zapiekanka. The pierogis taste fresh and there is a good selection of Polish beers too. Prices are just a little too high for me but I've enjoyed every meal I've had here and will return! They have short hours so make sure you come when they are open.

Yelp
Flavorful, fresh, and stuffed pierogis! I got the sample plate of 14 pierogis (7 flavors) and picked the following: - meat - meat, sauerkraut, and mushroom - potato & cheese with jalapeño sauce - meat and sauerkraut - sauerkraut and potato - spinach and feta - fruit All the pierogis were all excellent, very fresh and good texture, with my favorite being the ones with meat, especially the meat, sauerkraut, and mushroom one. I could eat an entire plate of just that one, but it was also nice to have a variety. My least favorite was the spinach and feta, as the feta flavor was a little strong for my taste. I really liked the jalapeño sauce that came with the potato one, it was actual quite spicy and I ended up using it with all the other pierogis. The fruit pierogi was also very good, one of the two that came with the sampler was filled with some sort of red berry and the other, some sort of dark berry, like a pie filling, topped with a cream cheese-type sauce. They weren't too sweet and was the perfect dessert. The cabbage rolls were also excellent, tender and stuffed full with a meat and rice mixture in a nice tomato broth and served with dill mashed potato. Service was very friendly, the employee helped us pick a few options. You order at the front and the food gets brought to your table. The restaurant is clean cutely decorated. They offer some unique imported bottled beers.
google avatar

Rebecca P.

Yelp
Quaint restaurant. All beef stuffed cabbage rolls were tender and yummy! We added the 10 perogi sampler, with the sweet cheese being our most favorite and the chicken & mushroom was our least favorite. Service was attentive and friendly. All the pretty tablecloths were imported from Poland. We definitely will be back if we ever visit Vegas again! So good!

Yelp
Pierogi Village is a fantastic restaurant serving delicious pierogies and amazing soup! You'll find them in Summerlin on Rampart and Lake Mead near Harbor Island. The interior decor is beautiful and charming. They have adorable figurines, decorative artwork, vintage furnishing, portraits of Poland, and traditional Polish attire. Inside has limited seating, around seven tables. Menu offers pierogies, sausage, stuffed cabbage, soups, and Polish beer and wine. Order is placed with payment, and food is delivered to the table. Pickle soup ($7.99) is incredibly good! The soup has amazing flavor with a lovely tang from pickles and tender soft potatoes, very comforting and delicious! Pierogi Sample Plate (6 pieces, $11.50) is a great starter to choose and try three kinds of pierogies. I opted for Potato and Onion, Sauerkraut and Mushroom, Spinach and Feta, all nicely steamed, garnished, flavorful, and very delicious! Margaret offered two dips for the pierogies, dill with garlic and sour cream, both are good. Also Mashed Potatoes ($4.50) are creamy and Yum! Chef Violetta made a delightful moist Apple Pastry ($7.50), served with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, so wonderful! Service from Margaret is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She's so kind and makes time to check-in with customers. Polish food is really good! Highly recommend!

Yelp
I recently just got back from a trip to Krakow, Poland and was craving pierogies. After a quick Yelp, this shop popped up. We drove the 40 minutes and made it right before close. The ambiance is like old school and open. Almost like grandmas big kitchen We opted to do a mix of 7: here is what we tried. 1. Spinach and Feta: creamy with a good amount of feta. Delish combo 2. Potato and Onion: plain with lots of potato. 3. Potato, Onion, and Cheese: not a ton of cheese and kinda mixed with the Potato and Onion 4. Meat: No idea what meat but it was flavorful 5. Meat with Sauerkraut: I loved the Sauerkraut and would opt to get more with it 6. Chicken with Mushroom: not a heavy mushroom flavorful, but did not care for the chicken. 7. Potato, Jalapeño and Cheese: Not a huge jalapeño presence. Overall all the potato ones ended up just tasting like potato. Not too huge of a difference. Dessert: We got the strawberry and cream cheese pierogis. These were delish! Would get again Its hard to compare to Poland, but I'm still on the hunt. This place was good, just not blow your mind amazing.

Yelp
I love their pierogis! The decore is relaxing and inviting. Like eating over at grandmas.

Stanley C.

Yelp
Workers are very friendly. The food was amazing and I am planning on going back soon. It reminds me of grandma's authentic Polish cooking. When you step inside it feels like you're in a Polish cottage.

Yelp
Never thought I would be eating Polish food in Vegas when it's 100 degrees out. Very cute spot for lunch with authentic Polish food. We had the pickle soup and mushroom soup. Also bigos platter. All were great. Did not try the pierogies. If you are looking for Polish food in Vegas area this is the place.

Yelp
On this Thank You Thursday, I wanted to recognize a Pierogi Village. I love Polish food, but I could not have imagined when I took my family here, how fussy my seven year old, great nephew could be! Everything was delicious, but he did not want to eat anything! The owner was so gracious, and kept bringing out different things for him to try, and he was such a stinker, but she did not give up, and when she brought out some fruit pierogies, we had our "aha"moment, because he loved the fruit pierogies! She didn't even charge us for all the stuff she brought out to appease this seven year olds palate! She was so gracious, and I am so grateful! All of the food was amazing! The majority of my family had pierogies, but we also had the Wiener Schnitzel Plate and the Polish Plate. Everything was amazing! I really loved the items that came on the Polish Plate: six Pierogies, Sausage, and Stuffed Cabbage. The pickle soup was amazing, the best I have ever had! The restaurant is very clean and quaint, with all kinds of Polish decor to check out. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and portions you receive. Make sure you check out the hours, because they are only open for a short window of time, and you don't want to miss out on this yumminess! Children can be very picky and fussy, and I am so thankful for the patience and generosity that Pierogi Village gave my family! It's big for me to say that my great nephew ate Polish food, as this was so outside his comfort zone! We will definitely be back when we visit the Summerlin area again!

Ala V.

Yelp
Born and raised in Poland, emigrated in the '90s, I was truly excited to discover this place! The restaurant has great potential, offering homemade, traditional Polish food in a charming space decorated with authentic Polish china and nostalgic keepsakes. However, the service style feels reminiscent of Poland in the 1980s, maybe nostalgic to some, but off-putting to others expecting it to be touch more friendlier and faster. The menu could be elevated with broader options for different needs. For example, all soups are meat-based and, while traditional, pierogi are always topped with heavy amount of fried onions and bacon. This place can be something special and I want to love it but until some details are improved, I'm not likely to return.

Yelp
This past Saturday, there was a pierogi festival in town, but after not getting any responses from the organizer until the day of regarding prices, etc, we opted to skip the festival, and give Pierogi Village a try! I'm so glad we decided to come here!!! Everything was lovely. We decided to order: The 10 pierogi sampler (5 different kinds of pierogis, 2 of each flavor): Potato and sauerkraut, potato and cheese, chicken and mushroom, meat, cheddar cheese. The Polish plate: 1 sausage, 6 pierogis (potato and onion), and a stuffed cabbage roll. Pickle Soup. The star of the day was the pickle soup. We'd made a similar soup at home a while back, but this was SO GOOD. I'd go back for just this soup time after time. The pierogis were all delicious. Light, pillowy, yummy fillings...they were super good. I think my favorites were the potato and onion, and the potato and cheese. The sausage was well seasoned, and beautifully cooked, with a really great cross hatch pattern. The stuffed cabbage roll was absolute perfection. We bought one to bring home to our roommate and she loved it as well. Service was kind and prompt, and friendly. the location is clean, open, and has a decent number of seats. We got there right at noon, but by about 1pm, people were starting to line up to wait, so its probably best to try to arrive right as they open, or a little past peak hours. Huge thank you to the staff of Pierogi Village for such a wonderful Saturday! We'll be back soon!!!!!

Yelp
If you're craving something different, then I recommend Pierogi Village. The food was delicious (I got the Polish Plate to try a variety of things) and the service was excellent. I will be back... a lot.

Yelp
Friends recommended Pierogi Village to me as a good place to go for lunch. I decided to give it a try as I trust their recommendations. The store is a long, narrow space with seating along the south wall and a few tables near the entrance. My suggestion would be to go after the prime lunch hours when things open up a bit. The menu has a variety of pierogis and lunch entrées. Some of the pierogi flavors I have never seen before. I opted for a cup of borscht that comes with 3 pierogis (your choice of flavor). I got 3 cheese and potato. The borscht was hot (you can orrder it cold). It was very good and better than I had once before at a Russian restaurant. With plenty of beet pieces and a broth that was very flavorful, this made a good start, When it came to the pierogis, I was a bit disappointed. Perhaps I'm spoiled (my mother-in-law used to make her own) and I think that's a high standard to attain. The pierogis definitely need more cheese flavor. It was completely missing to my taste. It was as if I was eating plain potato pierogis. Another thing from my past that came into play here was the amount of butter and onions served with the pierogis. They were topped with the mixture. It wasn't enough. I think if I stop here again, I'll order pierogis to go, and I'll do my own butter and onions at home as I used to when I bought frozen pierogis from the Polish deli. Still, it was a filling lunch and something different. I haven't done pierogis since I made frozen ones for my wife. The staff was very nice and service was quick!

Yelp
This place made my heart happy. You feel like you're dining in someone's home. It's decorated simply with Polish pottery and other Polish items. The Polish plate was amazing! So yummy!

Yelp
This is a gem in Vegas! Wow!! Our friends who've lived here for a couple of decades recommend Pierogi Village to us. It took me probably 5 years to get here. It will not be that long again and I now live 1700 miles away. But I'm back a lot. Anyway... The place is adorable!!! Polish memorabilia is everywhere. Some for sale. If you speak Polish, you can do that here with the staff and owner. The food is magnificent!! I am an adventurous eater and never had Polish food before. It's amazing and this is done so well. Everything is fresh. Delicious!! My favorites were the pickle soup and red (hot) borscht. Just absolutely fantastic. These are made with love!! Also care and tenderness. You can taste it. My buddy had the polish sausage and said it was divine. He ordered another to take home. The pierogis were fantastic!! We tried most of them. The spinach and feta was my favorite. But don't sleep on the fruit pierogis! What a great way to end the meal with a small, sweet bite. They were outstanding!! 5 stars all the way around for this quaint mom and pop delight. I hope you can get there soon. Don't be silly like me and wait so long. There are too many good things to try!!
