Wheat Ridge’s Newest Restaurant Is a Monument to the Gooey Glory of Mac and Cheese | Eater Denver

"Originally located in the building now housing the new mac-and-cheese spot, this pierogi-focused restaurant is run by the same ownership team and recently relocated a block down the road to a larger space. The move was part of the owners' expansion strategy, keeping the pierogi operation nearby while freeing the former unit for the new concept." - Paul Albani-Burgio

It was a true pleasure to stop in sample the pierogi's at the Factory. I had had them at their food truck years ago. Flavors were diverse and each one unique. Staff was very pleasant and informative. The City of Wheat ridge was actually onsite taking photos for their Business of the year award. It is well earned. Between flavors and service and options you can't go wrong. Schnitzel and kibasa platters to share and frozen pierogi's.

Pierogies Factory helped make our wedding welcome party truly unforgettable. My wife and her family are Polish, and pierogies have always been a tradition at family gatherings — but we’d never seen a full party catered with them until now! Pierogies Factory made it happen beautifully. The variety of pierogies was outstanding, the toppings were delicious, and every batch was cooked perfectly and ready right on time. The team was kind, communicative, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Our guests absolutely loved them — many said it was one of the highlights of the night. We’re so grateful to Pierogies Factory for helping us share a piece of family tradition with everyone at our celebration

Google
I recently tried Pierogies Factory and was genuinely impressed. As someone who loves comfort food, this place really hit the mark. The pierogies were perfectly cooked—soft and tender with just the right amount of filling. I especially enjoyed the potato and cheese variety, but I’m eager to try more flavors next time. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable, which made it a great value. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, perfect for a laid-back meal. Overall, Pierogies Factory is now one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something hearty and delicious. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Polish food or just wants to try something new!

I have visited this place several times so far and the food is delicious! I love their different kinds of pierogis, schnitzel, kielbasa, golabki, and salads. One of my favorite places to go to whenever I am close by. Highly recommend it!

Google
As a Polish Native. I can say that this is one of the worst Polish food I have ever tried. Sausage, Pork Chop (Schnitzel) and Gołąbek. everything frozen and heated in the microwave. Nothing made to order. Cucumber Salad, spoon-sized portion. Old. It stinks . tastes like something moldy old. absolutely not edible. Regular sausage, store-bought sausage, fried some time ago and heated in the microwave. no addition. Stuffed cabbage - frozen, heated, the meat is of terrible quality and the sauce stinks. standard sauce that they probably have in 5-gallon cans from USFood or another wholesaler. the food was absolutely hopeless. Absolutely not worth trying.

Google
The ice cream is greasy and is very good. We also tried the goulash. It is delicious. I loved the spinach pierogories with garlic butter sauce. The cucumber salad is also pretty good. It could use a little more dill. Thank you for a delicious lunch.

Google
I've been coming here for years but I'm just now doing a review. The food here is wonderful and delicious! I also love the fact I can buy bags of pierogis and take them home if I want to. The staff is always professional and friendly. Parking is great. Seating is nice and there's a lot of room. I'd totally recommend this place if you live in Wheat Ridge and, if not, it's worth the drive.

Google
I splurged and got the Polish Platter. Besides what I ate there, I took enough home for 2-3 more meals. I love the stuffed cabbage the most! But I always want the schnitzel too. Kelbasha is always a treat. So much better than the grocery store. I always get the potato and cheese pierogi. That's what I grew up on. Tried others, I liked the sauerkraut. Have taken frozen home too.

Yelp
I had the food truck for this business and thought it was awesome! I think it is one of the better ones that float around in the RiNo area. I got the combo, which was 5 pierogies and a kielbasa. I was impressed with the service; they were very busy and making everything at once, and building orders as they came in. Still, the food was hot and ready in a few minutes. I thought everything was awesome. Both the pork, and the cheese and potatoe pierogis were good. Crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and great fillings. The kielbasa was good too - hot and juicy and very filling. Overall thought it was a great value. Would recommend and will return when it is in the area

Yelp
I never like writing these type of reviews, especially after having been a prior customer, yet I unwisely did not pay attention. Pierogies Factory has Polish Dumplings AND Amazing Gelato! Time before this past Monday, remembering the young lady serving me the Italian Coffee gelato stating, Thank You for the Tip! Hmmm, I did not remember selecting the tip option!! Monday, wanting some cool sweet Gelato, I specifically DID NOT SELECT THE TIP BUTTON!! And as I was signing, viewing a difference in the total, requesting a receipt, YEEUUPP they "Fraudulently" included a tip, when I specifically stated on the credit card automation "NO TIP!" For a tiny medium size gelato, scaled sparsely at the top for NO OVER FLOW, not even the size of a minor size "Post IT" Being charge $7.20 when I chose NO TIP.... I have added the "Paid receipt, showing the TIP I did not choose." I am searching for a new HONEST & Delicious Gelato store. BE WARNED, and bit of a shame for the Gelato is darn good, yet, fraudulent Tipping is NOT what I will accept at any given establishment!

Yelp
We tried Pierogies Factory for the first time when they were at the Christkindl Market and it did not disappoint. The pierogies were made when we ordered or heated at least so when we got them, the cheese was soft and melty and hot. The pierogies were quite tasty even with it just being potatoes and cheese. Each bite was quite packed with flavor and this definitely was enough to keep us full.

Yelp
Great value. Maybe I'm a bit skewed from super high prices in my area, but a schnitzel and choice of 6 pierogies for a super reasonable price had me happy as a clam. Friendly service, nice selection, I tried most of the pierogi flavors and all the sauces helped pull everything together. The food hit the spot, stop by and give it a try. I was tempted to go another round and have a sausage and more pierogies, but I wanted to stop by another place to taste something else. Found this place using yelp. Happy that I did. Swung by after a drive through the mountains and Boulder/Golden and the surrounding areas. Clean restaurant and bathroom. Parking out front in the lot.

Yelp
WOW. Just wow. We recently tried the potato and cheese pierogies from The Pierogies Factory, and I haven't stopped thinking about them since. From the moment we took our first bite, we were hooked. The dough was perfectly soft and pillowy, while the filling was warm, creamy, and just the right balance of flavors. It's honestly hard to describe how perfectly comforting and delicious they were -- the kind of food that makes you close your eyes and savor every bite. We became huge fans after that first pierogi, and it's safe to say we'll be back for more -- 100% without a doubt. If you're a fan of pierogies (or even if you're not), do yourself a favor and give this place a try. It's a game-changer. Can't wait to explore the rest of the menu next time!

Yelp
This review is long over due. When I was pregnant, I had a weird craving for pierogies. No idea, where that craving came from lol. We had a birthing class at the nearby hospital (before they moved locations.) and it was perfect, so we stopped for dinner. I got the schnitzel with 5 piegories. It was so good!! I wish I could remember what kind of piegories we ordered but it was a year ago. I will say, the service was quick! We got our food in a timely manner. We'll have to go back next time we are in the area.

Yelp
Great food. Awesome people. Best sausage I've ever eaten out of South Louisiana! Very knowledgeable about the food they are serving!

Yelp
The food is ethnic & amazing we loved every bite. You won't be disappointed in this establishment.

Yelp
Can't say I've had many pierogies but they make for a great snack This is a review of their food truck rather than the brick and mortar restaurant. Checked out this food truck for lunch while on the Anschutz medical campus. The guy running the truck had a great demeanor (not sure if the owner) and seemed to really care about the food I thought the taste of both the potato and meat options were good, preferring the potato. Worked well with the condiments offered. Good way to have a light lunch under $15. I would get this again

Debbi G.

Yelp
I went there for takeout for your family night usually buy this and the taste was so different tonight my sausage was burnt. My pierogies were super dry. First time I had food from them like this ask for sour cream as my topping with onion only got the onion, but never had a dry pierogies Like these ones before

Yelp
In the past, whenever I wanted Polish food, I would have to find a sit-down white tablecloth dining establishment. But not anymore! Pierogies Factory offers the same excellent food in a fast food like dining experience. Here, you order and pay at the counter, and they bring you your food once it's done. They also sell frozen pierogies so you can get your pierogi fix at 3 am on a Sunday. The entree I always get is the Golabki, which is pork and rice wrapped in a cabbage roll. The Golabki also comes with 6 pierogies; you can select from a variety of fillings, but my favorite is the sauerkraut with mushrooms. Overall, Pierogies Factory is an excellent choice if you want a quick Polish meal.

Yelp
Got the 10 pack of pierogi's and was able to pick which ever flavors I wanted no matter how many. I chose the onions and sour cream on top option and was very good. Very good portion sizes. Very friendly staff and very clean.

Yelp
I love the sauerkraut, mushroom pierogies. I had their borscht soup, which I highly recommend. Service is excellent, restaurant is clean.

Yelp
It's a nondescript location in a strip mall but so worth it to go in. The pierogies were wonderful and we even took a bag of the potato and cheese ones home. Couldn't decide so we split a sampler plate. Must get it! Everything was wonderful and reasonably priced!
google avatar

Tiffany A.

Yelp
First time here, got the 10 count of pierogies (assorted - pork, sauerkraut and mushrooms, potato and cheese), the sour cream and caramelized onion topping, and the garlic and parsley butter topping. Very Ok dumplings - definitely a bit dry! Asked for apple sauce but they didn't have any, the meal was just all too heavy and one noted, needed something cool/acidic/sweet to balance it out. Service was very nice and brought my to go container to my table. Would go back and try something else.

Yelp
I'm a little on the fence about Pierogies Factory. I like the open layout of the restaurant, the helpful staff and the easy menu, but the pierogies were too mushy and flavorless. The caramelized onion topping did not give off a caramelized flavor and were a bit too crunchy for my liking. The Kielbasa was definitely the show stopper. Very good and tasty. Also didn't like the use of the food packaging. If I'm dining in, I'd like to eat off of a plate and not out of a to go box. If I have leftovers, which I didn't, then I'll ask for a box. Yes, it makes it easy for the staff, but it seems like a lot of waste. All in all, this spot is in a great location but the overall execution could be better.

Yelp
What a special surprise when I found a small Polish restaurant in wheat Ridge. The size may be small, but their flavors are big. I ordered the pierogi and pork schnitzel for dinner, and was absolutely surprised not by just a smell of the grilled onions on the pierogi, but just the overall appearance, and of course the flavor of this dish. The staff was very helpful and deciding on what was best for me to order, Parking is plentiful and establishment is clean. Along with hot food, salads and soup. They also served gelato ice cream. If you're looking for something different, this is the place to go.

Christian O.

Yelp
What's not to like? I only ordered a selection of pierogies (7 types on the menu) which were all delicious - next time I might just stick with the traditional potato and cheese, and try the schnitzel. Nice, unusual cold drink selection. Clean cute place, and super friendly family staff. This is just the kind of local business you want to support.

Yelp
I have seen this place quite a few times while driving down Wadsworth and today I finally tried it out. My wife and I went for lunch and the location wasn't super busy for dine in but enough people were coming in and out that it seemed like there was a steady stream of customers. We ordered the Polish Platter which consisted of "6 sauteed pierogies, kielbasa, cabbage roll, beef goulash, sauerkraut salad, cucumber salad." They let us choose our Pierogies and we opted to get 3 of the potato and cheese and 3 of the potato and onion. The lady behind the counter said it might take a bit of time but we were chilling so there was no rush. We walked to get our drink and another couple that had gotten the Polish Platter as well (I'm guessing the same type of sensible couple comes in and orders this a lot. The price is right). We chatted with this couple a bit after the guy recognized the band shirt I was wearing, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. It was cool to meet nice likeminded people at this spot. After we sat down there wasn't much time left before the food came. Man, they lay that platter down next to you with a bunch of ramekins of sauces. It feels great. They also brought paper plates and plastic cutlery to eat with. This is a big platter of meat and cheese. Heavy meat and cheese. Is this a bad thing? Ehh...nah. It is a heavy meal and as I write this I realized maybe...just maybe this is meant for more than two people? I doubt it though, that schnitzel wasn't that big and how can you split all that food more than two ways? My favorite things in the platter were the pierogies (they better be, this is their factor after all) and the goulash. The goulash was really tasty and I would love to eat a big bowl of it on a snowy day. Everything in the platter was good though, nothing was a negative. After a while though all the flavors kind of melded together and I was just dipping things in that schnitzel sauce, made of mushrooms and cheese I believe. That schnitzel sauce is delicious...seriously. I'm glad we finally tried this place and if the craving for pierogies or goulash strikes I will for sure go back. The price is excellent for the platter, seriously. I don't know if it will go into my rotation of go-tos though.

Yelp
Pierogies are best in airfryer. Cheaper to buy many bags here. Love that u can get a hot meal and take some home. My new fave snack.

Yelp
I absolutely love this restaurant! We were heading towards Denver from Red Rocks when it popped up as a nearby spot & I'm a sucker for pierogies. This place did not disappoint. When we entered the place was clean, the woman working at the counter was friendly, and the food came out in a quick 10 mins. I tried the order of 6 and tried 1 of each with the exception of the pork. They were delicious! The jalapeño was definitely my favorite. To top it off they have a small gelato counter and that was the perfect ending to an amazing lunch.

S M.

Yelp
I just had the most delightful customer service experience. I got a notice for an order shipment and it didn't arrive, and I got really good customized service. It was a little bit slow, but I assume people were wrapping up at the end of the day so nice to know that really delicious pierogies are being sold by people who care so much about customer service!

Erik E.

Yelp
Great menu, food was made to order so everything was hot and fresh. The cabbage roll was very good, as was all we ordered.
google avatar

Yelp
I love me a good Pierogy and Pierogies Factory always come to mind when the craving hits. It's such a treat when the food truck comes out to my neck of the woods so this time I was on their turf. No way to pass up the opportunity for some delicious potato and cheese dumplings. Frozen to-go bags are available ($8/bag) with different potato fillings (jalapeño and cheddar!!!) so I had to grab a couple to hold me over for the next few days. Lol. The sauerkraut salad is a must pick up too. So delish!
google avatar

Play C.

Yelp
Yo, this place is actually really good! The first impression you notice is that it shares space with a gelato style parlor on one side and the pierogi place on the other. So, at first, you get this homely vibe. However, once you order and get your food (the ladies were more than sweet there), you get some pretty amazing polish food. Sort of reminds me of southern home cooming with a bit of a foreign twist. The namesake food is the main reason to come, the pierogies are the defacto reason you will be back! It was simply devine in savory flavor.
google avatar

Anthony D.

Yelp
The polish food here is amazing, my family loves the pierogies we even get them frozen to take home! Staff is lovely and a lot of different foods to try from European culture.
google avatar

Sean G.

Yelp
I was surprised to find this place, but it missed the mark. I tried the Kielbasa with potato pierogies, a 6 piece pierogie (pork and potato and onion), sweet perogies. Everything was extremely greasy and I couldn't do it. The sweet pierogie were not sweet and I couldn't finish one of them. All the other perogies were dry and hard to eat
google avatar

Rika M.

Yelp
Not sure as to why this place came up on my search as I wasn't really looking for a Polish place in particular. But after hearing all the hype about this restaurant with near perfect reviews by many I had to pick a good day to drive all the way up to 38th and Wadsworth from my northeast DTC townhouse to try it. The pictures posted by others looked absolutely AMAZING to say the least. I had to spend at least 20 to 30 minutes viewing them; I guess I was simply looking for a plate that looked so appealing to my eye to pick what I would get. And I finally decided on the Polish Platter as this plate offers pretty much everything from Polish Sausage to Schnitzel to Saurkraut to Pierogies to Golabki to Goulash! And it's $22.49. I got to the restaurant a quarter past 3pm on a warm Sunday afternoon. I was expecting to see a crowded restaurant due to the nice weather; it was pretty much empty with only one table occupied by who appeared to be a few restaurant staff taking a late lunch break. I was able to place my order without waiting. Nice! Without a hesitation, I asked for the platter I had had in mind. The lady at the counter walked me through what the platter had to offer. She even told me that the 6 pieces of Pierogies that come with the plate could be broken down to whatever I like from the 6 different kinds of them from the menu so I picked two of potato & cheese, two of slow roasted pork and two of potato & onion. When it came to the Pierogies sauce, I picked Caramelized Onion & Sour Cream. From the time I placed my order to when the food was ready in a to go bag there was barely 10 minutes; yeah, I was pretty much the only customer in the restaurant at the time so this made sense but I certainly appreciated the super-fast service. And the food? It was really good and nothing on the plate disappointed me! One thing I can be frank about is the price vs portion. I thought I'd expected to see a bigger plate than what I actually got as the price for this platter is $22.49. Whereas this can easily be split between two people, if you are super hungry you can eat it all by yourself if you take time by taking a break. In my opinion, it should be like $19.49 or something in that neighborhood. Overall satisfaction for yesterday's experience of mine with this eatery is pretty high up there so it should be between 4 and 5 stars. The customer service to the wait time to the quality of food was all there for me to say "I'd go back to Pierogie Factory when I have a craving for some quick/delicious Polish food!" Nice job Pierogies Factory!! P.S. - One thing I forgot to mention about this place: You can buy a bag of pierogis (all pierogis are already cooked; they are ready in 5 minutes as their website says.) They are doing (not sure if this is all the time) "BUY 4 BAGS GET 1 FREE" or "BUY 8 BAGS GET 2 FREE".

Yelp
Wasn't expecting the inside to be a open fast food style but anyways. Minimal menu which is good, which had more of a pierogie plates. Ended up with schnitzel was leaning toward the stuffed cabbage but a fried piece schnitzel won. Cashier was super nice and friendly, love workers like that and she seemed very happy as well. Was almost disappointed when receiving order. Seemed almost like an empty plate but upon eating and the fountain drinks I almost didn't finish. Cousin mention didn't it say some kind of salad as well. Yeah notice that and didn't come with a side salad. Over schnitzel was good crispy cause we ate it there. Sauce onion etc was ok I added mustard and here and there hot sauce. They have a generic brand packets would've tasted better with a better quality mustard hot sauce imo. Pierogies were roasted pork and sauerkraut. Pork one was ok, also tried the potato one which was really good. Texture taste and quality was pretty good.

Yelp
Delicious, delicious pierogis. I grew up eating Pierogis as an after school snack (explains the weight gain) and was so happy to discover the Pierogi Factory. Super clean, open space, fast casual dining. A little pricey, but the pierogis are delicious. I appreciate the menu having vegan options clearly marked as such. I also bought some of their Paczki (which I believe is brought in from another bakery) and theyre soooo good. Light and fluffy with the most perfect filling.
google avatar

Yelp
Potato and Cheese Pierogies were fantastic the mushroom sauce that it comes with paired great with the cheese pierogis. They were steamed and then pan friend so soft on the inside and semi crunchy on the outside

Yelp
Saw this post on Facebook that the Pierogies will be in Littleton so decided to check it out. At first glance we never thought we would find a food truck selling Pierogies in a residential neighborhood but sure enough there they were :) Recommended if you order ahead online and just grab and go because they are located next to a park but you can always walk up, place your order and grab your goods. I've had pierogies before but had them from frozen so this was more of an experience for me than anything else. Chose the pork ones and the did not disappoint. 10 delicious pierogies for $10 served with sour cream and caramelized onions; not a bad deal to feed two people ;) They have other dishes too to choose from all made with love and as close as possible to the authentic flavors of polish cuisine. Look them up, find them and try them out at least once :)

Yelp
Love this place for fast and delicious take-out! Besides the pierogies (get them with the whipped garlic butter!) I'm a big fan of the plain kielbasa with pierogies. My son loves the stuffed cabbage and - well, everything! Their "sauerkraut salad" is unlike any I've ever had, milder than most, delicious, well-balanced. We got brave and tried the zapiekanka. It sounds like a strange combination and is, but it really is tasty. Cut it into several sections so everyone can try it, or pick it up and scarf it yourself. A painless way to get some good veggies, too. (That benefit is probably canceled out by the excellent bread, melted cheese, and thousand island dressing, but hey - it's got veggies! Take the win.) We tried the sweet cheese pierogies and decided we prefer the savory ones. If you're wondering which savory ones to try, they're all good! The Wheat Ridge location is attached to the gelato shop next door, and that's definitely worth a visit too. So good!

Yelp
I placed a take out order and it was ready when promised (10 minutes). I walked in and the restaurant (Sunday night at 6pm) only had one couple sitting at a table. There were 2 other take out packages sitting beside the counter other than mine. The place looked clean. I had ordered the schnitzel with 5 different pierogies as well as a cabbage roll. The schnitzel was pretty large however very darn dry. Not enjoyable. I've eaten a lot of schnitzel's in my 77 years and this is one I will never order again from this restaurant. I'm not an expert on pierogies however the only one that I liked was the spinach pierogy as the other 4 all different ones were almost tasteless. The cabbage roll was extremely salty.

Yelp
On my last night visiting Denver, my friend and I just wanted something quick and easy so we ended up here. Neither of us had ever had pierogis before so it was an adventure to both of us! There are enough vegan options to make a meal out of. I tried both vegan pierogies (with tomato sauce topping) and the potato one was my favorite by far. I also tried the sauerkraut salad which wasn't as tangy as I thought so it was just ok for me. My friend got a variety (6) of the non-vegan pierogies and said all of hers were really good - she had the caramelized onion & sour cream topping. We both mojito kombuchas and those were super delish (really tasted like a mojito)! This place will definitely be on my radar the next time I'm in Denver & I'm sure my local friends will be back. Maybe next time they'll have a vegan sausage or schnitzel on the menu...

Yelp
Holy smokes did we get a lot of food with the Polish Platter! And every bite was delicious. The restaurant itself is nothing to write home about, just your typical fast casual feel. But the staff and the food make up for the lackluster restaurant vibes. The woman that took our order was super sweet and very helpful since we had a few questions since it was our first time their. The potato pierogies, schnitzel, and the sausage for sure were the standouts on the plate for me. They were all so good that I really couldn't pick a favorite! I loved that we could try all 6 of their pierogies within the platter. They also have several different types of toppings. My husband and I took the employees suggest of her fav, mushroom and cheese. Definitely was a great choice, especially on my fav pierogies, potato!

Yelp
I very commonly clown on these reviews, because why not, but in all seriousness, I must shout out this joint. During a few days in Denver, this was my last coveted stop, and I wish it were my first. First off, they had just opened their new location, which was cleaner than a freshman's dorm on drop-off day -- next, old European people in high numbers. Typically, a great predictor for pierogies and dry humor. Also, their owner was crazy helpful and passionate about his work. It was the Polish version of Santa because he hit home on quality goods and is jolly the whole way. The only thing is that his expertise is hearty potatoes and cheese, not candy canes and obesity. In terms of my dish, I got half traditional and half pork 'rogeez. Why pork? Well, that same owner who made me feel cozier than A$AP Mob said it was HIS favorite. The verdict was that it in many ways is superior to the classic potatoes and cheese. Saltiness barked outta those sauteed vessels of tastiness, which allowed those provocative onions and sour cream toppings to shine. It was in many ways a steamy, adulterous affair of Polish tradition. Swing by if you're on the fence because ya' know... CJ Duffey approves.

Yelp
This hole-in-the-wall caught me completely off guard. Once again, Yelpers hit the nail on the head. #PierogiePorn can be found in Wheat Ridge! Who knew? An order-at-the-counter, fast-casual restaurant awaits you. If you're in search of white tablecloth dining turn around now. If you're like me, and all you really care for is finding quality eats, stay and indulge. Pierogies are Polish dumplings filled with a variety of ingredients, from pork to potato to cheese. I ordered 10 pierogies, which ran me a whopping $8.49. Trust me, this will fill you up. They are deceivingly packed with bountiful amounts of filling. I was able to customize a half order of pork and potato/onion, topped with caramelized onions and sour cream. I'm no aficionado of the Polish favorite, but these were very tasty. The dumplings had a nice sear on them, however I wish there were some drippings or accompanying sauce to the dish. The sauerkraut was tart, tangy and the perfect palette cleanser after scarfing down the pierogies. The fact that this place exists is such a home run for the community. In Florida, I don't think I ever found a Polish restaurant in my vicinity. Even though the space is rather dumpy, they appear to be relocating just a few blocks down the road into a new strip plaza!

Yelp
Holy yum! Been wanting to try this place for months and got a chance too. The workers were very friendly, wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon - then again I think a line formed after I walked in. Large menu, plenty of options for toppings and fillings I got 6 pierogis with potato and onion (should've gotten 10 because I could've easily eaten that many!) I topped mine with caramelized onions and sour cream. They are super light! Not heavy how some pierogi places can make then. I've made them myself before, and they do take ALL day. But from now on I'm goimg to come here when I'm craving pieogi's! The filling was seasoned well, tbey made the outside dough crispy. It was ready in 15min, and the prices were great! 6.99$ for 6 and 9.99$ for 10. Again get 10 if you're hungry! I will surely be back!

Yelp
Do not get their soup!!! Their borscht is literally just broth with 3 pierogies in it , the rosol is literally cheap-ass chicken noodle soup that you could make better from a can Their pierogies are good though

Yelp
I hardly hand out 5 star reviews but when one is warrantied a place should get one. I am 100% Polish. I grew up on Polish food. This is the real deal. Thank God my grandma is too old to use Yelp because she won't see what I am about to say next... This is better than she makes! The tomato sauce on the golabki is spot on. Tangy like it should be. The chicken soup is wonderful. The perogies are handmade. Everything was perfect. It isn't cheap food. I am from Atlanta so I guess it might be on par with other food around Denver. But authentic food isn't cheap. I can't wait for my next visit to Arvada to come back.

Yelp
This review is for the food truck, which was way up north in Ft. Collins today! It took a little sleuthing to figure out where they are based out of; I would not have thought that a food truck would travel so far from its home base but I'm glad that they do. The type of food that they serve is not something that can be found elsewhere in town, as far as I know. Today the truck is at Zwei Brewing and I came by at the end of the lunch hour. There were just a few people waiting for their food when I walked up, but it seems to be that orders came up quickly so there wasn't a need for a lot of people to be waiting around. They seemed to be getting steady but not crazy foot traffic, so hopefully coming all that distance is worth it for them. The polish feast (kielbasa, cabbage roll, pierogis, sauerkraut salad, $16) was tempting, but I just wasn't that hungry so I opted for the cabbage roll and pierogis. I have to say that for $10 this was a really satisfying meal. They let me have a mix of pork and potato pierogis, which were served with sautéed onions and sour cream, and the cabbage roll was served with a brothy tomato sauce. I preferred the potato pierogis to the pork, but both were good ... I mean, can you go wrong with any sort of dumpling? The cabbage roll was good sized, and the filling heavily tilted toward meat versus filler (rice?), and the tomato sauce added a nice bit of brightness. I can't claim to be a Polish food expert, but I enjoyed my meal ... flavors were simple but satisfying. I will be on the lookout for their future visits to Ft. Collins.

Yelp
We tried every pierogi filling they had and enjoyed the flavors and novelty of these delicious little fried pockets of savory goodness. The little dumplings are great for kids as well! We preferred the carmelized onion and sour cream topping over the garlic and parsley butter (which wasn't warm and drizzly as one might expect... rather it came chilled). After we ate lunch here, we went back to the counter and picked up a doughnut (Rose flavored) for dessert (not bad, but not super memorable) and two bags of frozen pierogis to go so we can make them at home one night. Great prices for a quick bite. Friendly service. Bathrooms are outside around the building, but they are kept clean. We'll definitely stop by again to try some of the other sweet offerings on the menu. The pastry items looked yummy as well!

Yelp
I tried pierogies for the first time here and I was not disappointed. We got the 10 piece plate and you can mix and match between the different fillings they have. We opted for half pulled pork and half potato & cheese. You also get to pick a topping so we got the garlic and butter. It was so good that we decided to buy a few frozen bags to take home. They are $6/bag and each bag has 12-14 pierogies. If you buy 5, you get one free! I also got the kielbasa sandwich and it's huge. The kielbasa was hot and juicy and comes with sauerkraut on a nice crispy French roll. Highly recommend this place for some awesome polish food

Yelp
Wow! So yum! Much flavor! I work a few days out of the week down the road and decided to check it out on my lunch break due to the location and positive reviews. Did not disappoint at all. I ordered the 10 pc mixed pierogies: potato/cheese, pork, feta/spinach, and potato cheddar and jalapeno. All 4 flavors were perfectly balanced, rich and savory. The outer edges of each dumpling was lightly crisped and had amazing mouth feel. The sautéed onions were sweet and cooked very well with the perfect amount of char. Service was super friendly and the inside dining area and bathroom were both very clean. This is my first time ever having pierogies (didn't even know what they were before coming here) but im so glad I decided to give them a try because they are fire!

Yelp
I've had Pierogies Factory catered for work 2 times. Their pierogies are delicious!!! I usually go for the potato and cheese and schnitzel. All very tasty and would recommend to anyone loooing for some good polish food.

Yelp
I haven't been to the actual location, just the food truck, but it was great! It's usually always at the South Pearl St farmers market on Sunday mornings! (If you haven't been, one of my favorite farmers markets in Denver) I've tried the breakfast pierogies as well but my favorite are the classic cheese and potato. You get a choice of toppings but in this photo I just chose the onions and sour cream. The employees are always super friendly and the food comes out quickly, even when it's busy. One of my usual stops when I go to the farmers market. Can't wait to try to store front location!
