Wheat Ridge’s Newest Restaurant Is a Monument to the Gooey Glory of Mac and Cheese | Eater Denver

"Originally located in the building now housing the new mac-and-cheese spot, this pierogi-focused restaurant is run by the same ownership team and recently relocated a block down the road to a larger space. The move was part of the owners' expansion strategy, keeping the pierogi operation nearby while freeing the former unit for the new concept." - Paul Albani-Burgio

It was a true pleasure to stop in sample the pierogi's at the Factory. I had had them at their food truck years ago. Flavors were diverse and each one unique. Staff was very pleasant and informative. The City of Wheat ridge was actually onsite taking photos for their Business of the year award. It is well earned. Between flavors and service and options you can't go wrong. Schnitzel and kibasa platters to share and frozen pierogi's.

Food was terrible. You can tell everything is completely frozen from start, their even selling they’re own frozen perogis at the counter. I could’ve lived with that. The real reason I chose to leave a bad review is I had not had this place before and asked for 3 sauces on the side so I could see what I liked and was charged $1.50 per sauce, cool I’m fine with paying for sauce, but not the portioned amounts that they gave me. A small 1.5 oz ramekin with sour cream for over a dollar? Like come on! On top of that, I got a 10 piece of 3 different perogis to try a few different flavors, and they just threw everything in a box. The worst part is when I asked for more, the smaller Hispanic guy gave me an attitude and did nothing to resolve the issue. If you ever go to this place, the best thing there is the only thing that’s supposed to be frozen, the gelato.

I've been coming here for years but I'm just now doing a review. The food here is wonderful and delicious! I also love the fact I can buy bags of pierogis and take them home if I want to. The staff is always professional and friendly. Parking is great. Seating is nice and there's a lot of room. I'd totally recommend this place if you live in Wheat Ridge and, if not, it's worth the drive.

I have visited this place several times so far and the food is delicious! I love their different kinds of pierogis, schnitzel, kielbasa, golabki, and salads. One of my favorite places to go to whenever I am close by. Highly recommend it!

I splurged and got the Polish Platter. Besides what I ate there, I took enough home for 2-3 more meals. I love the stuffed cabbage the most! But I always want the schnitzel too. Kelbasha is always a treat. So much better than the grocery store. I always get the potato and cheese pierogi. That's what I grew up on. Tried others, I liked the sauerkraut. Have taken frozen home too.

Great food, weird industrial atmosphere. Usually stop by when visiting Denver, always order the Polish Platter. Schnitzel is great, kielbasa is smoky and delicious. Several different pierogi flavors to choose from. Stuffed cabbage and goulash also very good. Highly recommend ordering the platter. It's pricey, but large, and it's fun to try everything.

As a Polish Native. I can say that this is one of the worst Polish food I have ever tried. Sausage, Pork Chop (Schnitzel) and Gołąbek. everything frozen and heated in the microwave. Nothing made to order. Cucumber Salad, spoon-sized portion. Old. It stinks . tastes like something moldy old. absolutely not edible. Regular sausage, store-bought sausage, fried some time ago and heated in the microwave. no addition. Stuffed cabbage - frozen, heated, the meat is of terrible quality and the sauce stinks. standard sauce that they probably have in 5-gallon cans from USFood or another wholesaler. the food was absolutely hopeless. Absolutely not worth trying.

The ice cream is greasy and is very good. We also tried the goulash. It is delicious. I loved the spinach pierogories with garlic butter sauce. The cucumber salad is also pretty good. It could use a little more dill. Thank you for a delicious lunch.
